The City is not simple space run daily life but shows the space of cultural memory and trace. This study examined Walter Benjamin Passge Project, and how to read and record the city of Benjamin discussed. In addition, research and how to apply to the archives of the city is made based on case studies and analysis of the Urban Archive, and to suggest the direction of the archive that holds the future of the city.

An electrically heated experimental lumber dry kiln was retrofitted with a computer-based control system to control kiln conditions more precisely and monitor and record several kiln variables. Flat-sawn 2.5cm-thick Pinus densiflora boards were dried in constant temperature process(65$^{\circ}C$ & 50~60 %RH) and continuously rising temperature process, respectively. The average drying rate in continuously rising temperature process was 5.7 %/hr, which was above 3 times faster than that in constant temperature process. But, the average rate of case-hardening and moisture difference between shells and cores of boards dried in continuously rising temperature process were 82 % and 5.5 %, respectively, which were much larger than those of boards dried in constant temperature process.

Atypical adenomatous hyperplasia is a premalignant lesion reflecting a focal proliferation of atypical cells. These lesions are usually observed as incidental findings in lungs that have been resected due to other conditions, such as lung cancer. We report the youngest case of atypical adenomatous hyperplasia on record in a 12-year-old girl. In this patient, the lesion was found in association with pneumothorax.

In Korea, the management and remedial system of the slope near national road and highway has been studied actively. But in case of the slopes exist at the residential area and local government, there is not exact record of them. So in this study, we carried out analysis about nearly 14000 slopes which were reported by local government as the dangerous area. and went to the field work some of them.

In this paper we construct a portable storage device (USB memory) for personal health information management system which guarantees control of one's information. (1) Development of system for inquiry hospital visit history, check-up results, and medication details (2) Establishment of personal emergency information management system for rapid and accurate treatment by an authorized person in case of an emergency (3) Development of a health diary program in which individual patients can input and manage their health information such as blood pressure, blood sugar level, weight, and pulse that they measured.

Nowadays, most shop floors using industrial robots have many problems such as constructing robot workcell, generating robot arm moving trajectory, etc.. In the case of programming robot-arms for a specific task, shop operator commonly use the teach pendant to record the target position and determine the moving trajectory. However, such a teaching process may result in an inefficient trajectory in the sense of moving distance and joint angle fluctuation. Moreover, shop operators who have little knowledge about robot programming process need a lot of learning time and cost. The purpose of this paper is to propose a user friendly robot programming method to program robot-arms easily and efficiently for shop operator so that the programming time is reduced and a short and stable trajectory is obtained.

It is well known that double integration of measured acceleration records are very difficult, particularly in the case of measurements on civil engineering structures. The measured accelerations on civil structures usually contain non-gaussian and low-frequency noises as well as acceleration records are non-stationary. For this type of signals, wavelet transform can be useful because of its inherent processing abilities for non-stationary signals. In this paper, the do-noising algorithm using the wavelet transform are slightly extended to process non-gaussian and low frequency noises, using median filter concepts. The example studies show that the integration can be improved using proposed method.

To maximize the storage density in a localized hologram recording method, each hologram should be recorded as close as possible to its neighboring holograms. In this case, the reference beams used to record two adjacent holograms may overlap in spatial multiplexing. Through simulations and experiments, we show that there exists an optimal reference beam size to minimize the overlap for a given shifting distance of the reference beams in spatial multiplexing. Thus the advantages of the localized hologram recording method can be minimally sacrificed while the storage density is increased.

A 54-year-old male farmer residing in Chunchon, Korea. complaining of blood tinged discharge and tinnitus in the left ear for two days. was examined in August 16, 1996. Otoscopic examination revealed live maggots from the ear canal. The patient did not complain of any symptoms after removal of maggots. Five maggots recovered were identified as the third stage larvae of Lucilia sericata (Diptera: Calliphoridae). This is the first record of aural myiasis in Korea.

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of the home-based program composed of sensory diet for child with sensory modulation disorder. Method: The subject underwent the home-based program composed of sensory diet for 8 months. Evaluation tools we used are the Developmental Screening Test II(DDSTII) for developmental screening; the Short Sensory Profile(SSP), clinical observation and the clinical history record form for sensory integrative function; the Motor-Free Visual Perception Test(MVPT) and draw a person test for visual perception. Evaluation was executed before and after the program is provided. Results: The subject has showed remarkable improvement in developmental level, sensory integrative function and visual perceptual ability after went through the home-based program. Conclusion: The home-based program composed of sensory diet is effective for children with sensory modulation disorder when it is difficult to apply classical sensory integrative approach.
