In this paper we Obtain the Hajeck-Renyi type inequality for the asymptotically almost negatively associated(AANA) random variables and extend some results for negatively associated random variables to the AANA case by applying this inequality.

This paper analyzes the intra-organizational characteristics of the Japanese firm, Kaisha. We want to know how they have been related to the successful story of the Japanese economy, especially to their capability to make a rapid technological breakthrough during the past half century. Intra-firm characteristics will be dealt with from four different but mutually interrelated aspects, which include production organization at the workshop level, incentive system, labor-management relations, and corporate governance. Each will be discussed in turn.

Digital control laws are implemented on an active magnetic bearing system with DSP. The results of tests using a experimental apparatus are (1) in a case that conventional PID, PIDD2 controls are employed, implemention of digital control law has similar characteristics to that of analogue control law. (2)The experiments reveal the results that the dynamic compensation based on the observer may be better than that of the other conventional controllers.

In the paper by Liu and Lin (Statist. Probab. Lett. 76 (2006), no. 16, 1787-1799), a new kind of precise asymptotics in the law of large numbers for the sequence of i.i.d. random variables, which includes complete convergence as a special case, was studied. This paper is devoted to the study of this new kind of precise asymptotics in the law of large numbers for moving average process under $\phi$-mixing assumption and some results of Liu and Lin [6] are extended to such moving average process.

This is a case study of induced innovation, especially the effects of regulations on the technology and market of cosmeceuticals. Korean government enacts a‘cosmetics law’in 2000, which force pre-inspection of cosmeceuticals before market entrance since 2001. This regulation makes brisk activities of technology and product development and the entrance of many firms in the market. This law is scheduled to be amended by the protest of foreign conn-tries such as USA and Europe.

Two popular activity coefficient models, Wilson and NRTL equations have been used to correlate the published flash point data on the n-propanol + propionic acid and n-butanol + propionic acid systems through the optimization method. The results of these correlation were compared with the results calculated by Raoult's law. The optimization method were found to be better than those based on the Raoult's law. The optimization method based on the Wilson equation described the published data more effectively than was the case when the optimization method was based upon the NRTL equation.

Hawkes process is a self-exciting simple point process with clustering effect whose jump rate depends on its entire past history. We consider Hawkes processes with uniform immigrants which is a special case of the Hawkes processes with renewal immigrants. We study the limit theorems for Hawkes processes with uniform immigrants. In particular, we obtain a law of large number, a central limit theorem, and a large deviation principle.

A lien is the right to possession the thing until receiving repayment of its bonds in some cases that the property of other person or the occupant for marketable securities receive the bond that has occurred on that property or marketable securities. This has own purpose to break 'principle of creditor equality' to protect especially the bond of the subject occupant in terms of justice. These lien on our civil law come according to the law in prepared certain requirements. However, an incomplete real rights granted by way of security that does not have a preferential performance right or seniority on the exchange value of the object suffer from the problems a lot in the real estate auction process because of the feature that is not announced in the register unlike the mortgage. In addition, the lien of real estate is not lapsed in an auction process. There is no preferential performance righ in a positive law as providing that can oppose to the buyer(a successful bidder) until received repayment the secured bond price to be compliant with the lien(Civil Case Execution Law the 91st clause of Article 5). However, as asserted the super preferential performance righ to a buyer in real terms, acts as primary cause of breaking unexpected loss and according unfair law relation to a senior mortgagee and seizor, etc. and the principles of the creditors equality to the persons concerned in other words, the principles of justice. All of these issues are the establishment of the lien and theory conflict on the effects. In spite of the fluctuations of a real right about real estate is announced as a registration by the current law, only the lien come into unclear announcement means for possession. In addition, Civil Case Execution Law argument is caused by the adoption abernahmeprinzip about the lien (Civil Case Execution Law the 91st clause of Article 5). Therefore, this paper was examined briefly the significance and purpose, history and law-making examples of each country and the valid requirements and effect of the lien that is basic principle of law about the lien system above all. The main purpose of this study is to observe correlation between caregiver's burden and care sharing and then to contribute to improve relationship between old parents and their adult children. The research samples were collected by structured questionnare and 507 samples were finnally selected. The data analysis was conducted by the method of frequency mean Pearson's correlation multiple regression The major findings were as follows: Care-sharing was made much in the case of this SES the oldest daughter-in-law living together with old parents and old parents' economic incapacity Caretiver's burden was serious in the case of living with old parents the oldest daughter-in-law and old parents' economic incapacity. And the correlation between care sharing and caregiver's burden was positive.
