효율적 S/W 개발을 위한 CASE 도구 활용의 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Use of CASE Tools for Efficient Software Development)

  • Computer Aided Software Engineering(CASE) tools are suggested as an automated method for the efficient development of softwares. This study are intended to measure the use level of CASE tools and to provide the meaningful information on the whole software development environment supported by CASE tools. Therefore, the results of a survey on CASE environment in Korea are empirically reported and analyzed. The use of CASE tools is measured; purposes purchasing CASE tools and achievement levels are investigated. Implications from the comparative analysis of the utilization of software engineering methodologies between the CASE user group and the non-user group are described. A proposition is suggested to check the request frequency for program change. Further studies on the reverse engineering, program reuse and the use of CASE tools under distributed processing systems such as client-server environments are suggested.

수도권 가구의 가구특성별 주거입지 선호요인 분석 - 대구·경북 가구사례와의 비교분석 - (Analysis of Residential Location Preference Factors by Characteristics of Households in the Case of Seoul Metropolitan Area Households : Comparative Analysis with the Case of Daegu·Gyeongbuk Households)

  • 이 연구는 수도권 가구를 대상으로 가구특성별로 주거입지 선호요인을 분석하고, 이를 대구 경북 가구사례와 비교분석하여 주거입지 선호의 지역별 차별성을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 한다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 수도권 가구들이 중요하게 고려하는 주거입지 요인은 대중교통 접근성, 안전성, 생활환경 순으로 나타난다. 따라서 수도권 가구는 편리하고 안전한 삶의 질에 대한 선호도가 높은 것을 볼 수 있다. 둘째로, 연령별 소득수준별 AHP 분석결과를 보면, 수도권 가구는 생애주기와 소득수준에 따라 선호하는 입지요인이 차별적임을 확인할 수 있다. 셋째로, 수도권 가구와 대구 경북 가구의 비교분석 결과를 보면, 수도권 가구는 대중교통 접근성과 안전성, 자연환경 등 쾌적하고 안전한 삶의 질에 대한 선호도가 높은 반면, 대구 경북 가구는 향후 시세차익과 자가용교통 접근성 등 주택의 경제적 투자가치에 대한 선호도가 높은 것으로 나타난다.

MIMO 채널에 적합한 시공간 부호 기법으로 STTC의 성능 분석 (Performance analysis of STTC using time-space ciphering method appropriate for MIMO channel)

  • This paper presents a way to maximize transmission efficiency and reception ability through transmission diversity technology, which can be adapted to wireless multimedia OFDM system. The presented method is a comparative analysis between a case where parameter $\alpha$for time average is 0.3, 1 with consideration of channel presumption with two types of rms delayed proliferation, which is 50nsec, 150nsec, for the performance analysis of STTC(Space-Time Trellis Code) using time-space ciphering method appropriate for MIMO channel, and performance in the case where presumed channel value from long training column section is applied to according frame in a single frame. The result showed that BER brought SNR improvement of 1.0dB in 10-3 when $\alpha$ was 0.3 than using only the long training column, and showed increase of general performance improvement for the sake of time average rather than the case without.

건강보험 급여 한약제제 56종 처방의 계량적 문헌 근거 현황 분석 (Analysis of the current status of quantitative literature evidence for the prescription of 56 herbal medicines covered by health insurance)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the current state of quantitative literature evidence for the prescription of 56 herbal medicines covered by health insurance that have been studied in Korea for the past 30 years, to evaluate the reliability of the evidence, and to find out the research direction of herbal medicine prescription in the future. Methods: 56 kinds of herbal medicine prescriptions were searched in domestic literature search databases OASIS, DBpia, and overseas PubMed, classified into chemistry, toxicity, cells, animals, clinical cases, and clinical trial studies, and built into an EBM pyramid structure. Results: When classified according to research contents, there were 61 cases (7.5%) of physicochemical analysis to identify constituent substances, 80 cases (9.8%) of toxicity evaluation, and 672 cases (82.7%) of efficacy evaluation. The efficacy evidence was classified according to the evidence-based medical pyramid structure: 196 cell trials (29.1%), 372 animal trials (55.4%), 89 case and case reporting series (13.3%), 7 comparative case studies (1.1%), and 8 randomized control clinical trials (1.2%). In the pyramid composition, the basis for the validity of 56 kinds of herbal medicines prescribed was 568 cases (84.5%) in cell and animal units, which could not be said to be highly reliable. There was no relationship between the ranking of quantitative literature evidence for herbal medicine prescriptions and the ranking of salary administration. Conclusions: In an era that continues to require scientific evidence for herbal medicine, traditional herbal medicine should secure the basis for safety validity even for the 10th most frequent prescription among 56 herbal medicine prescriptions for consumers. In particular, traditional herbal medicine should increase the quantitative and qualitative level of case reports on related herbal medicine prescriptions, focusing on each clinical society, and move toward comparative case studies and randomized clinical trial so that traditional herbal medicine is positioned as Evidence-based medicine.

J도 LPG충전소 가스 누출로 인한 폭발사례와 피해예측 프로그램의 비교 분석 (Comparative Analysis between a Real-Life Explosion Case and A Damage Prediction Program)

  • This study aims to estimate the scope of damage impact with a real-life explosion case and a damage prediction program (ALOHA) and suggest measures to reduce risk by comparing and analyzing the results using a Probit model. After applying it to the ALOHA program, the toxicity, overpressure, and radiant heat damage of 5 tons of storage scopes between 66 to 413 meters, and the real-life case also demonstrated that most of the damage took place within 300 meters of the LPG gas station. In the Probit analysis, the damages due to radiant heat were estimated as first-degree burns (13-50%), while structural damage (0-75%) and glass window breakage (94-100%) were expected from overpressure, depending on the storage volume. After comparing the real-life case and the damage prediction program, this study concluded that the ALOHA program could be used as the scope of damage impacts is nearly the same as the actual case; it also concluded that the analysis using the Probit model could reduce risks by applying calculated results and predicting the probability of human casualties and structural damages.

3상 변압기의 권수비에 따른 초전도 한류기의 전력특성 (Electric Power Characteristics of a SFCL based on Turn-ratio of 3-Phase Transformer)

  • At present, the demand for electric power increases, the electric power system is complicated. The size of the line-to-ground fault and the line-to-line fault occurred with complication of electric power system continue to increase, therefore several issues are raised. To address these issues effectively, the superconducting fault current limiter (SFCL) has been proposed, this study is ongoing. In this paper, we applied the SFCL in three-phase transformer and comparative analysis of the electric power burden to the SFCL. The superconductor is combined to the third winding of transformers in connection structure. In case of a third line-to-line fault, we did comparative analysis of the electric power burden to the SFCL based on the turn ratio of transformer third winding. In this case, we could confirm as the third turn ratio increased, electric power impressed to the superconducting element increased.

  • 소트프웨어 고장 시간은 테스팅 시간과 관계없이 일정하거나. 단조증가 혹은 단조 감소 추세를 가지고 있다. 이러한 소프트웨어 신뢰모형들을 분석하기 위한 자료척도로 자료에 대한 추세 검정이 개발되어 있다. 추세 분석에는 산술평균 검정과 라플라스 추세 검정등이 있다. 추세분석들은 전체적인 자료의 개요의 정보만 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 고장시간을 측정하는 도중에 지수가중 이동 평균 관리도를 이용하여 관리 상태에 있는 자료만 가지고 정보분석을 해야 효율성이 있을 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 추세 검정과 지수가중이동평균 관리도를 사용하여 실제 소프트웨어 자료를 비교 분석하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다.

Evolutionary and Comparative Genomics to Drive Rational Drug Design, with Particular Focus on Neuropeptide Seven-Transmembrane Receptors

  • Seven transmembrane receptors (7TMRs), also known as G protein-coupled receptors, are popular targets of drug development, particularly 7TMR systems that are activated by peptide ligands. Although many pharmaceutical drugs have been discovered via conventional bulk analysis techniques the increasing availability of structural and evolutionary data are facilitating change to rational, targeted drug design. This article discusses the appeal of neuropeptide-7TMR systems as drug targets and provides an overview of concepts in the evolution of vertebrate genomes and gene families. Subsequently, methods that use evolutionary concepts and comparative analysis techniques to aid in gene discovery, gene function identification, and novel drug design are provided along with case study examples.
