According to U.S. NTSB, accidents of scheduled airliners from 1989 to 1992 caused by the lack of SA consisted of approximately 80% of all aircraft accidents, which emphasized the importance of maintaining SA. Furthermore, all of the 27 domestic helicopter accidents between 1996 and 2005 were related with pilot SA and of these, 21 events were directly attributed to pilot errors. Therefore, SA is a matter of great importance to pilots. Following the pre-study of the relations between SA and pilot qualifications, the results of this study which deals with SA and pilot working careers show the statistical importance between those two factors.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of basic needs and demographic variables of adult woman on the modesty and aethetics In the selection of clothes. The results of the study were as follows: 1. There are factors which have effect on variables of need. School careers have effect on physical need. Age, marriage status and household type have effect on safty need. Native community and household type have effect on self-esteem. School career, native community, household type and frequency of contact with mass media have effects on need of self-actualizing and native community has effect on the aesthetic need. 2. Physical bleed, self-esteem, self-actualization, safety need, fiequency of contact with mass media, age, native community and income have direct effect on the modesty of clothing. 3. Aethetic and self-actualization need, frequency of contact with mass media and income have direct effect on the aethetics of clothing.

This article presents program development and analysis of a creative robot school for elementary school at the local university. The purpose of opening the creative robot school is to give motivation to children for having interests in science and engineering at their young ages. The creative robot school program is developed by using facilities of a local university to spread scientific knowledge to young children in their communities to draw their interests in science as well as an engineering field for future careers. Since the robot system is a popular subject to draw attention of children and has a relation with Mechatronics Engineering, a program related with robots is selected for educating children. College students are also involved in helping children to build robots within a given time. Experiences and self-evaluations from the previously held creative robot schools at Chungnam National University(CNU) are presented to share with.

국가도서관은 자국에서 출판되거나 생산된 모든 중요한 출판물과 디지털 정보를 수집 보존할 책임이 있다. 이를 위하여 관장은 도서관 및 정보시스템의 전문성을 기반으로 직무를 수행해야 함에도 불구하고 역대 국립중앙도서관장은 도서관 및 정보시스템 분야의 전문지식과 관리경력이 거의 없었다. 이에 본 연구는 개방형 직위제, 책임행정기관화, 정무직화, 특수법인화의 측면에서 국립중앙도서관장의 전문성 강화 내지 확보방안을 제안하였다.

The specialty of Construction Manager's work is largely depends on the project progress stage and the type of management work. However, at present, career management system manages only the type and duration of the construction project, disregarding specialty and competence. However, in order to select a right construction manager for the client's needs or project characteristics, career management should be subdivided and managed according to the project progress stages or the types of management. In addition, this career management plan is essential for construction managers to receive appropriate wages for their careers and competences. Therefore, this study proposes a classification system for the integration of career, work, and competency to promote effective career management.

This study explores interpretations of grandmothers' experiences rearing their grandchildren. For this study, 13 participants provided in-depth interview data, which was analyzed according to Spradely's ethnographic method. Based on the pattern of interpretations, nine concepts were classified into three categories: (i) repentance (compulsive decisions, passivity of the childrearing activity, non-compensation); (ii) sorrow (restrictions on everyday life, renunciation of occupational careers, worsened health); and (iii) satisfaction (decreased isolation in old age, proof of existence for their children, intimacy development with their grandchild). The results of this study show that grandmothers have a higher appreciation for the benefits of relational compensation than for personal cost. Some practical implications are suggested to improve family welfare.

Dietitians' satisfaction between elementary school and high school in KangWon Do region were surveys with questionnaires. 61 elementary school dietitians and 30 high school dietitians participated. The dietitians in elementary schools had higher scores in age, marital status, years at work, types of employment, average annual income and had lesser hours of work. In overall, elementary schools had higher percentage on self operation and on the period of their food distribution to students. High schools had higher percentage on conventional systems, freedom in the amount of food distribution, number of meals per day and the meal charge. It was clear that dietitians in high schools showed more interests in changing their careers due to the poor working environment and salary. The highest score was on the relationship with other coworkers and the lowest score was on the poor working environment and salary. In general, dietitians in both types of schools are not satisfied with their career, especially with the working environment and salary.

E-learning is a new teaching model nowadays, and Virtual Reality (VR) technology is reported that the use of virtual reality as an education tool can increase student interests, understanding, and creative learning because of encouraging students to learn by exploring and interacting with the information on the virtual environment. Besides that, LEGOs have long been the favorite of many children. LEGOs provide a mechanism to understand and do for many concepts from spatial relationships to robotics platforms. In this paper, we present a virtual reality application based on the assembly of LEGO-Like bricks to increase math and science learning by improving spatial thinking. It not only encourages students to pursue careers in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics but also enhances learner's ability to analyze and solve problems. The application is built by Processing 2.0 as the easier programming language which is a top-down approach to build the 3D interactive program.

Design piracy is the unauthorized copying of another designer or manufacturer's work. While controversial, it is an institutionalized practice in the apparel industry. The purpose of this study was to better understand student perceptions of design piracy, particularly as it is one they will encounter in their future careers. The authors interviewed twenty-four apparel design students at a land-grant Midwestern University. Data was analyzed using theme analysis. Three themes developed including: 1) Expressions of cognitive dissonance in statements expressing enjoyment of the practice of design piracy as a consumer; yet disappointment when (and if) their own design work was copied. 2) Concerns regarding the definition of originality and the logistics of enforcing a plan against design piracy. 3) Differences of opinion regarding the prevalence of the practice, particularly if the students had industry experience or not. Advice for professors from students regarding piracy is included.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the lived experience of ethical dilemma of nurses and to describe the structure of the meaning of their experience for nurses. Method: The participants in this study were seven nurses with 3years and more careers who worked at general hospital and university hospital in T, P, K city. The data were collected from May, 2004 to September, 2004 through in-depth interviews untill saturated. The data were analyzed by phenomenological method suggested Giorgi. Results: Five main meanings were identified: Role limitation, Difficulty of decision, Self defensive position, Difficulty of interpersonal relation, A custom of unable expose. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, there is need to study for identify the ethical dilemma of nurses from the viewpoint of korea, and development of nursing ethics guidebook to guide ethical dilemma situation in nursing field.
