가족환경, 어머니의 사회심리적 역량과 아동의 사회적 역량간의 관계 (The Relation Between Family Environment, Mother's Psychosocial Competence And Children's Social Competence.)

  • The Purpose of this study was to examine the predictive capacity of mother's perception of the family environment (cohesion, expressiveness, conflict, mother's psychosocial competence) for children's social competence. The hypotheses of this reserch were 1) There will be significant positive relationships among mother's cohesion, expressiveness, and mother's psychosocial competence. 2) There will be significant negative relationships between mother's conflict and measures of children's social competence. 3) There will not be a significant relationships between SES and measures of children's social competence. 4) There will be significant relationships between children's gender and measures of children's social competence. The subjects of this study were 133 family of mother-child. The period of research was from Aug. 20, 1990 to Feb. 29, 1992. Correlations, t-test, F-test, and multiple regression analyses were conducted to determine the relationships among variables and measures of total sample, daughter sample, and son sample. The results of this study appeared as follow: 1. Family environment (cohesion, expressiveness, and conflict) and mother's psychosocial competence were related to children's social competence. 2. There were negative relationship between mother's conflict and daughter's social competence. 3. Daughters had the higher social competence than sons. 4. Socioeconomic status(perceived by mother) of family was not related to children's social competence. 5. Sociodemographic variables affecting to children's competence were mother's school career, mother's age, mother's religion.

학교건강증진 지표개발 및 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Index Development and Measurement for School Health Promoting Behaviors)

  • The objectives of this study are first to develop the index of school health promoting behaviors, two, to measure those, third, to analysis the relative importance of factors that effect on school health promoting behaviors. School health promotion indexes were composed of 60 components of six areas which modify the element of health promoting schools are developed by world health organization. The survey data were collected by questionnaires from June to September in 1998. The number of subjects was 294 school nurses. The SAS-PC program was used for the statistical analysis. The major results were as follows: 1. The six areas of school health promoting behaviors are: school health politics (20 components), the school physical environment (17 component), the school social environment (7 component), community relationships (6 component), personal health skills (7 component) and health services (3 component). 2. The mean of total school health promotion indexes was highest at elementary school as 3.46. The order of area was health services, the school physical environment, school health politics, the school social environment, personal health skills, community relationships. 3. The regression model used in this analysis presented significant relationships between school health promoting behaviors and independent variables. The important variable affecting the area of school physical environment was education level of school nurses. The important variable affecting the area of the school social environment and personal health services were the location of school, credential education program. Age or career also were significant variables affect the community relationships and health services. In summary, The health promoting behavior of elementary school was higher than other school. It is mean that have to perform active promoting behavior at middle school and high school. Health service level was highest among areas of school health promoting behaviors. It is mean also that school nurse teachers is interested in activity for other areas to improve of school health. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop the specific program for school health promoting behavior.

임상간호사의 간호근무환경과 자아존중감이 비판적 사고성향에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Nursing Practice Environment and Self-esteem on Critical Thinking Disposition among Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was a cross-sectional study done to determine the relevance and impact factors of nursing practice environment and self-esteem on critical thinking disposition in clinical nurses. Methods: A survey was conducted from March to May 2015 with self-report questionnaire. Participants were 281 registered nurses working in one tertiary hospital. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 21.0. Results: Factors affecting the nurses' critical thinking disposition included age (F=7.23, p<.001), educational background (F=7.82, p<.001), position (F=14.95, p<.001), clinical career (F=7.66, p<.001). Further, critical thinking disposition had a positive correlation with nursing practice environment (r=.60, p<.001) and self-esteem (r=.41, p<.001). Self-esteem and nursing practice environment accounted for 43% of the variance in critical thinking disposition. Conclusion: The study findings show that critical thinking disposition is influenced by nursing foundations for quality of care and the collegial nurse-physician relations of nursing practice environment. Therefore, it's necessary to provide continuing education for clinical nurses to reconstruct the organizational culture of nurses and physician partnerships. In addition, increasing self-esteem through various motivational programs should increase critical thinking disposition.

부산, 경남 지역 보건계열 대학(교)의 전공학과별 전공만족도 비교 (Comparison of Satisfaction on Each Major Dept. of Health-Related Universities Located in Busan and Gyeongnam)

  • 본 연구는 각 대학(교)의 보건계열 학과인 방사선학과, 임상병리학과, 물리치료학과 학생들의 전공에 대한 만족도와 그와 관련된 요인들을 파악하여 전공학과만족에 대한 기초 지식을 제공하고 대학생활지도와 진로지도 연구에 기여하기 위하여 부산광역시와 경상남도 소재 3, 4년제 대학(교)의 보건계열 학과인 방사선학과 107명, 임상병리학과 97명, 물리치료학과 89명을 연구 대상으로 하여 조사를 실시한 결과, 전체 연구대상자의 전공 만족도는 $3.40{\pm}0.57$점이었으며, 방사선학과 $3.38{\pm}0.62$점, 임상병리학과 $3.37{\pm}0.56$점, 물리치료학과 $3.45{\pm}0.50$점으로 물리치료학과가 가장 높았다. 세부항목으로는 사회적위상이 가장 높았고 학과환경이 가장 낮았으며 4년제 보다 3년제의 만족도가 높았다. 학제와 사회적 위상, 학과적응이 전공만족도에 영향을 미쳤으며, 취업전망은 모든 학과의 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 각 학과에서는 일반 대학과 다른 특성화된 환경을 갖추고 첨단화된 실습 장비를 통해 실기능력과 개인 역량을 높여 학생 스스로 취업에 유리한 조건을 갖출 수 있도록 노력하게 하며, 특히 4년제 대학교 학생들의 전공만족도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하고 취업지도, 취업정보제공과 더불어 산학 협력을 통해 각 학과의 사회적 위상을 더 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하여 학생들이 학과에 대한 자부심을 가지게 하여 미래에 전 국민의 보건을 책임질 학생들이 전공학과에 만족하고 학업에 매진할 수 있도록 해야 할 것으로 생각된다.

우리 나라 치과 기공사의 신체 자각 증상과 직업 관련 건강 위험 요인 (Subhective Symptoms and Work-related Health Risk Factors in Korean Dental Laboratory Technicians)

  • Although dental laboratory technicians are prone to be exposed to various work-related health hazardous materials such as dusts, chemicals, etc., the prevalence and nature of work-related health problems of them have not been a matter of great concern in the field of occupational health service in Korea. The purpose of the present investigation was to describe a collected profile of subjective health symptoms and their attributable factors in Korean dental laboratory technicians. A questionnaire listing five groups of health symptoms and five health symptom-related factors was mailed to randomly selected 1,900 dental laboratory technicians. Among them, 1,344 dental laboratory technicians filled out the questionnaires and returnde them. Five groups of health symptoms included musculoskeletal symptom, dermal symptoms, respiratory symptoms, eys symptoms, and ear symptoms. Five health symptom-related factors were occupational environment-related health risk factors, work history, health related habits and status, use of personal protective equipment and general characteristics. Detailed parameters of health risk factors were work posture, vibration, and chemical or physical hazards such as dust, fume, vapor, solvent, light, and noise for occupational environment-related factors; work place, area, number of employees, work hours, career, work part, and work load for work history; Broca's index, hours of sleep, eating, smoking, alcohol, exercise, health examination, and self assessed health status for health habits and status; face masks, goggles, and so on for use of personal protective equipment, and; age, sex, marital status, and education for general characteristics. Before the start of main survey, a pilot survey was carried out for validity and reliability tests of the questionnaire. All the data obtained were coded and analyzed with PC/SAS 6.12 program. The prevalence of health symptoms was the highest in musculoskelton (87.3%), and followde by eyes (78.9%), respiratory organs (64.3%), ears (57.8%), and skin (52.2%) in descending order. Statistically significant risk factors by multiple logistic regression analyses were sex, health examination, self assessed health status, and hand/finger posture in musculoskeletal symptoms; sex, self assessed health status, career, acid gas, and hand contact with resin mixture in deraml symptoms; Broka's smoking, exercise, self assessed health status, and face mask in respiratory symptoms; sex, hours of sleep, self assessed health status, work hours, work load, plaster dust, inadequate lighting, and goggle in eys symptoms, and eating, smoking, self assessed health status, and work load in ear symptoms. With the above considerations in mind, prevalence of subjective symptoms among Korean dental laboratory technicians was relatively high, and they were attributable to most of the occupational environment-related factors, work history, use of personal protective equipment, health habits and status, and general characteristics. Particularly, it is suggested that health promotion programs for promoting self- assessed health status and smoking cessation, preventive measures for protection of the female technicians’health, and reducing work load be necessary, since those factors were associated with more than one subjective symptom.

광주지역 치과위생사의 직무 스트레스 조사 (A Survey on the Job Stress of Dental Hygienist on Working Environment)

  • 치과위생사 근무환경의 빠른 변화와 요구되는 직무내용이 다양해짐에 따라 구강진료기관에 근무하는 치과위생사는 많은 직무스트레스에 직면해 있다. 이러한 스트레스에 의하여 구강보건인력간의 업무도 전문화, 세분화되면서 스트레스 정도도 심화되고 있어 지역사회구강진료기관의 치과위생사의 입장에서 받는 스트레스에 관한 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 따라서 치과위생사의 업무활동으로 인한 직무 스트레스 요인간의 관련성을 분석하고자 광주광역시 치과 병/의원에 근무하고 있는 치과위생사를 각 구별로 편의 추출법을 이용하여 206명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문지법으로 조사 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 직무 스트레스 분석결과 직장에서의 장래성과 지지(3.44), 환자와의 관계(3.41), 업무관련(3.38), 전문가의 입장(3.19), 대인관계(2.66) 순으로 나타났다. 2. 업무관련 스트레스는 20-25세(p<0.05), 치과의원(10명 미만), 미혼(p<0.05), 근무경력 1-3년, 가정경제부담이 없는 경우에서 가장 높았다. 3. 전문가의 입장관련 스트레스는 20-25세, 치과병원, 미혼, 대졸이상, 근무경력 3년-6년 경우에서 가장 높았다. 4. 환자와의 관계관련 스트레스는 20-25세, 치과의원(10명 미만), 미혼, 근무경력 1-3년미만(p<0.05), 부모와 동거하는 경우에서 높았다. 5. 대인관계 스트레스는 20-25세, 치과의원(10명 미만) 미혼, 부모와 동거하는 경우, 가정 경제 부담이 없는 경우 높았다(p<0.05). 6. 직장에서의 장래성과 지지 요인 스트레스는 20-25세, 치과의원(10명 미만), 미혼, 1-3년 근무경력, 부모와 동거하는 경우, 가정경제부담을 전적으로 하는 경우에서 높았다. 치과 병/의원에서 근무하는 치과위생사를 대상으로 직무활동에서 발생되는 스트레스를 체계적으로 감소시킬 수 있는 방법을 강구해야 한다고 사료되었다.

양호교사(養護敎師) 업무(業務)에 대(對)한 인지(認知) 및 기대(期待) 조사연구(調査硏究) (A Study on Recognition and Expectation on School Nurse's Work at the Primary, Secondary School Students and Their Teachers in Suwon)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide the necessary data for the effective performance of school nurse's work by comparing with the recognition and expectation on school nurse's work by the students and their teachers in school settings. The sample of this study was consisted of the 441 students and 535 teachers in Suwon. The data were collected by means of a structured questionnaire from 24th, Sept, to 29th, Sept. 1990. The collected data were analyzed utilizing SAS/PC program for percentage, frequency, mean, standard deviation and chisquare test. The major findings of this study were as follows: 1. The result of analysis in recognition on school nurse's work. There is no statistically significant difference 'depending on teachers' school level, sex, age and career with school nurse(P>0.05). The students show significant difference on their school level and sex(P>0.05). Also, in the areas of school nurse's work, school clinic management has the highest recognition and school environment management has the lowest recognition. 2. The result of analysis in expectation on school nurse's work. There is statistically significant difference depending on teachers' and students' school level: the order of expectation is elementary, middle, and high school(P<0.05). In the result of comparison with students' and teachers' expectation in the same school level, there is significant difference only in elementary school(P<0.05). However, there is no statistically significant difference depending on teachers' sex, age, career with school nurse and students' sex(P>0.05). Also, in the areas of school nurse's work, school clinic management has the highest expectation and school environment management has the lowest expectation. Synthesizing the result of the study, we can have the conclusion like following. First, students' recognition on school nurse's work is lower than teachers' because most of school nurse's work is performed through their homeroom teachers or other teachers. That can be the limitation for students to recognize school nurse's work. So, there must be a chance of regular meeting between school nurse and students to perform school nurse's work effectively. For this. we must change our educational system and make school nurse charge regular lesson. Second, in each area of school nurse's work, both students' and teachers' recognition and expectation about the area of school environment management has much lower score than the other areas. This indirectly shows the school nurse don't do the work of the area actively. So, school nurses must make an effort to do the work of the area actively. And we must enforce the education of this area in education for new school nurses or re-education for school nurses.

'여자농구선수들, 사범대학에 오다': 학생선수의 학업과 진로에 대한 이야기 ('Female Basketball Athletes Entered the College of Education': A Story about Education and Career of Student Athletes)

  • 본 연구는 사범대학의 여자농구부 신설과 여자농구선수들이 그 속에서 겪게 되는 경험이 삶과 진로에 어떠한 변화를 가져오게 되었는지, 그리고 그것이 가지는 사회적 함의를 심층적으로 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 P대학교 체육교육과의 여자농구부를 연구 환경 및 연구 참여자로 선정하고 질적연구를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 대학 입학 전 여자농구선수들은 이미 정해진 길을 가고 있었다. 그들은 진로에 있어 수동적이고 소극적인 태도로 자신의 진로에 대해 주체적으로 생각해보지 않았으며, 공부가 허락되지 않는 문화를 경험하고 있었다. 둘째, 여자농구선수들은 대학 입학 후 새로운 길을 발견하게 되었다. 다양한 친구들을 만나게 되면서 동료가 아닌 친구를 얻게 되었으며, 내 인생의 주인공은 바로 '나' 자신이라는 사실을 자각하고 주체적인 모습을 보여주었다. 이를 토대로 본 연구사례가 지니는 함의로써 그들을 변화하게 한 요인을 살펴보면, 첫째, 타 대학에 비해 상대적으로 학업에 비중을 두고 엄격히 규정하고 있는 P대학교 사범대학이라는 환경, 둘째, P대학교 사범대학의 여자농구부 첫 입학생이라는 정체성과 여자선수라는 특수성, 셋째, 이들을 긍정적인 방향으로 변화시키는 데 일조한 그룹 내 리더의 존재였다. 결국, 이러한 요인들은 대학 환경이라는 큰 틀 안에서 이들의 변화를 이끌어내는데 중요한 역할을 했음을 알 수 있었다.

어린이집 주임교사의 역할수행에 대한 관련 변인: 직업 선택 동기, 직무 환경 및 원장의 변혁적 리더십을 중심으로 (Relevant Factors in the Performance of the Functions of the Child in Charge of the House: Motivation for Selecting Child-Care Profession, Job Environment, Director's Transformational Leadership)

  • This study analyzes the motivation for selecting child-care profession, job environment, director's transformational leadership associated with child-care center teacher's (lead teacher and head teacher) role performance. The subjects of this study were 336 teachers (lead teacher and head teacher) who worked in a child-care center located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Data were collected through self-report questionnaires. Collected data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 23.0 program using t-test, F-test, analysis of variance, post-hoc analysis (Duncan), Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, the study inquired on if the child-care center teacher's general characteristics (year) influence the child-care center teacher's role performance. Consequently, significant differences were not found in overall role performance according to teacher's career but not in the child-care center teacher's age, academic ability, and licensing. Second, the motivation for selecting profession (teaching aptitude, teacher's desire for social respect, and possibility of self-realization), job environment, and director's transformational leadership had a significant positive correlation with overall role performance. The motivation for selecting profession (without motives) had a significant negative correlation with overall role performance. Third, the strongest predictors of 'overall role performance' were teaching aptitude, variable of motivation for selecting child-care profession, and director's transformational leadership variable.

비판적 사고와 간호근무환경이 간호사의 임상적 의사결정에 미치는 영향 (Effects of critical thinking and nursing practice environment on clinical decision making among nurses)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 비판적 사고 및 간호근무환경과 임상적 의사결정의 관련성을 확인하고 임상적 의사결정에 미치는 관련요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 서울시내 일개 상급 종합병원에서 근무하는 간호사 261명으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램으로 기술적 통계, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, 위계적 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 임상적 의사결정은 연령, 학력, 직위, 교대근무, 임상경력에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 임상적 의사결정은 비판적 사고 및 간호근무환경과 정의 상관 관계를 보였다. 임상적 의사결정에 대해 영향을 미치는 요인은 직위, 비판적 사고 중 임상적 의사결정, 간호근무환경 중 양질의 간호를 위한 기반 및 인적 물적 자원의 적절성으로 이를 통해 임상적 의사결정의 35.8%를 설명하였다. 그러므로 비판적 사고 향상과 더불어 간호의 전문성 향상을 위한 질 관리, 효과적 인적 물적 자원 관리를 위한 행정지원은 간호사의 임상적 의사결정능력을 향상시킨다.
