어린이집 교사의 개인변인과 기관변인에 따른 직업행복감 연구 (A Study on Childcare Teacher's Career Happiness according to Personal and Organizational Variables)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the condition of career happiness according to personal and organizational variables of childcare teachers. Methods: For this purpose, a total of 1,035 teachers were surveyed. The validity of the career happiness survey tool was examined through previous research, expert review, and factor analysis. Results: The results of the study are as follows. The individual variables influencing career happiness of childcare teachers were mainly age, and there was a difference in the career happiness of teachers over 40 years old and teachers under 29 years old. Second, the teachers at home daycare centers showed a high level of interpersonal relationships and working hours. The teachers at workplace daycare centers have a good balance between work and life, and teachers at corporate group daycare centers have a high sense of happiness about income. The childcare teacher's career happiness was generally higher than infant teachers, and the support of the assistant teacher had an effect on the career Happiness of the teachers. Conclusion/Implications: The results suggest that separate teacher support is needed to increase the career happiness of teachers according to their age and institutional variables.

  • 본 연구는 중학생의 시민의식, 공동체의식, 진로결정과 행복감의 영향 관계에서 진로결정의 매개효과를 검증하여 행복감을 증진시키기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 분석자료는 한국청소년정책연구원에서 조사한 '2020년 Z세대 10대 청소년 가치관 조사' 데이터를 이용하였다. 조사대상자 중 본 연구목적에 부합하는 중학생 2,703명을 표본으로 추출하여 SPSS WIN 25.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석방법은 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석 및 PROCESS MACRO Model Number 4를 활용하여 매개효과를 검증하고 Bootstrapp 기법을 적용하여 간접효과와 유의성을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 중학생의 시민의식과 공동체의식이 행복감에 정적인 영향을 보였다. 둘째, 시민의식과 행복감과의 관계에서 진로결정은 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 공동체의식과 행복감과의 관계에서 진로결정은 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 즉, 중학생의 행복감 증진을 위한 정책적 대안과 실천적 프로그램을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

간호대학생의 취업 스트레스, 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 학업성취도가 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Job-seeking Stress, Career Decision-making Self-efficacy, Self-esteem and Academic Achievement on Nursing Students' Happiness)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to determine whether job-seeking stress, career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem, and academic achievement had an influence on nursing students' happiness. Methods: The participants were 147 nursing students in D city. Data were collected with a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 19.0 using ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results: Factors that had an influence on happiness included major satisfaction(highly unsatisfied ${\beta}=-.251$, p=.001), average monthly family income(between four and six million won ${\beta}=.222$, p=.002), career decision-making self-efficacy(${\beta}=.198$, p=.010), major satisfaction(satisfied ${\beta}=.196$, p=.006), and subjective health(unhealthy ${\beta}=-.167$, p=.020). These factors explained 33.5% of the variance in student happiness. Conclusion: The results of this study reveal that career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem, major satisfaction, and job-seeking stress were important intrinsic factors in the happiness of nursing students. Thus, it is necessary to help these students attain more self-efficacy, self-esteem, and major satisfaction rather than focusing on academic achievement in order to increase their happiness.

예비유아교사의 일터영성신념 척도(WSBS_PECT)의 타당화 : 행복감과 진로성숙도에 대한 판별력 (Validation of the Workplace Spirituality Belief Scale for Prospective Early Childhood Teacher : Discrimination of WSBS_PECT on Happiness and Career Maturity)

  • This study was to validate the WSBS_PECT (Workplace Spirituality Belief Scale for Prospective Early Childhood Teacher) using discriminant analysis on prospective early childhood teachers' happiness and career maturity. The data from 523 prospective early childhood teachers were analyzed statistically through t-test and binary logistic regression model. The results indicated that 1) the higher group in workplace spirituality belief significantly gets more scores of happiness and career maturity than the lower group, 2) 1 factors of the WSBS_PECT has discriminant power on prospective early childhood teachers' happiness, and 3) 2 factors ('meaning for life' and 'belief on calling for ECE teacher job') of the WSBS_PECT are effective to discriminate prospective early childhood teachers' career maturity. Further statistical works are supplementary needed to validate the WSBS_PECT and to increase its' feasibility.

  • 본 연구는 고등학생의 공동체의식, 시민의식, 진로정체성과 행복감의 영향 관계에서 진로정체성의 매개효과를 검증하여 행복감을 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 자료분석은 한국청소년정책연구원에서 조사한 '2020년 Z세대 10대 청소년 가치관 조사' 데이터를 사용하였다. 조사대상자 중 본 연구목적에 부합하는 고등학생 3,037명 중 결측을 제외한 2,959명을 표본으로 추출하여 SPSS WIN 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석방법은 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 상관분석 및 베이런과 케니의 분석방법을 활용하여 매개효과를 검증하고 Sobel test 기법을 적용하여 간접효과와 유의성을 분석하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 고등학생의 공동체의식과 시민의식이 행복감을 높여주었다. 둘째, 공동체의식과 행복감과의 관계에서 진로정체성은 부분 매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 시민의식과 행복감과의 관계에서 진로정체성의 부분 매개효과를 보여주고 있다. 이를 토대로 본 연구에서는 고등학생의 행복감 증진을 위한 정책적 대안과 실천적 프로그램을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는다.

대학생의 주관적 행복감에 대한 영향요인 (Influence on Subjective Happiness of University Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of job-seeking stress, career decision-making self-efficacy and self-esteem on subjective happiness of university students. Methods: The participants were 281 university students in D city. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 19.0 using one-way ANOVA, t-test, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression. Results: Subjective happiness showed positive association with career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem and negative association with job-seeking stress. Factors that had an influence on subjective happiness were monthly family income (less than two million won ${\beta}$=-.263, p<.001, between two million won and four million won ${\beta}$=-.207, p<.001), major satisfaction (very unsatisfied ${\beta}$=-.221, p<.001, satisfied ${\beta}$=.161, p=.003), gender (female ${\beta}$=-.154, p=.005), subjective health (unhealthy ${\beta}$=-.134, p=.013), and school year (sophomore ${\beta}$=-.123, p=.024). These factors explained 22.6% of the variance in their subjective happiness. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that more positive career decision-making self-efficacy, self-esteem and more negative job-seeking stress were needed for their subjective happiness. This study also indicated that economic status, major satisfaction, gender, and subjective health were very important in predicting their subjective happiness. Thus, to improve their happiness, it would be necessary to consider both intrinsic factors such as major satisfaction and extrinsic factors such as general characteristics.

경력간호사가 체험한 행복 (A Phenomenological Study on Happiness Experienced by Career Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the meaning and essence of happiness by exploring and describing career nurses' lived experiences. Methods: Qualitative research was used in this study. Hospital nurses who had 3~5 years of experience in the clinical setting were interviewed and the data were analysed using Giorgi's phenomenological method. Results: Six main meanings and seventeen themes emerged. The six main meanings were as follows: self-confidence as a professional nurse, passion for self-realization, feeling of satisfaction in performance of nursing care, being grateful for working environment, emotional intimacy in interpersonal relationships, and taking delight and pleasure in leisure life. Conclusion: The results of this study provide deep understanding of happiness as positive experiences that increase job satisfaction and aid retention to the nursing profession. These results can be used in the development of effective strategies to improve and expand nurses' happiness.

아버지의 사회.정서지능 및 행복감의 차이 (Differences of Young Children's Emotional Intelligence and Happiness according to the Socioeconomic Status of their Fathers)

  • 본 연구는 아버지의 사회 경제적 지위에 따라 교사가 지각한 유아의 행복감 및 정서지능이 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 5세 104명과 6세 160명, 총 264명 유아들을 대상으로 그들의 아버지의 사회 경제적 지위, 학력, 소득수준, 직업을 조사하였고, 담임교사에 의해 그들의 정서지능 및 행복감이 측정되었다. 자료 처리는 아버지의 학력, 소득수준 및 직업에 따른 유아의 정서지능 및 행복감의 차이와 유아의 정서지능 및 행복감에 대한 사회 경제적 지위 간의 상호작용 효과가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 다변량 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 첫째, 유아의 정서지능은 아버지의 학력, 소득수준 및 직업에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 유아의 행복감은 아버지의 학력, 소득수준 및 직업에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과는 유아의 정서지능 및 행복감을 예측하는데 아버지의 사회 경제적 지위, 즉 학력, 소득수준, 직업이 주요 변인이라는 것을 시사한다.

행복결정요인이 지역주민 건강인식에 미치는 영향 연구 (Study on Effect about The Determinants of Happiness to The Local Residents of Their Cognition of Health)

  • This study focused on 'The Health' which should considered as a precondition for the local residents by reinvestigating the indicators of happiness after Young-Do ward formulate a community social welfare plan. There is purpose of this study as below. I searched an general attribute and the indicators of happiness, then looked how does results from questions about health and factors of the indicators of happiness can affects the health with some kinds of elements. Five hundred people from the inhabitants of Young-Do ward who is living in Young-Do district were separated by using the random sampling method as the subject of the study. The investigation took effect from October to November of 2010 and an investigator visited the inhabitants of a ward with structured questionnaire. An investigator had one-on-one talk with inhabitants of Young-Do ward while the investigation and I also collected the data through self-administered questionnaire as well. I found the physical elements influence in the health much more than the outside factors from the study. Higher satisfaction of their career, relationship between friends and co-workers, work environment and married life reflects the fact that higher self-contentment means high quality health level.

교사들이 지각한 사회적지지 및 직무만족이 행복감에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Teachers' Perceived Social Support and Job Satisfaction on Happiness)

  • 본 연구에서는 초·중·고 교사들을 대상으로 교사의 배경요인에 따른 행복감 실태를 조사하고 교사의 행복감에 대한 사회적지지와 직무만족의 영향력을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 구글 온라인 설문을 활용하여 교사연수에 참여하고 있는 교사들 249명의 자료를 분석하였다. 분석 결과 교사들의 행복감에 있어서 성별이나 경력에서는 유의한 차이가 없었으나 초등학교 교사들이 고등학교 교사들보다 행복도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 사회적지지와 직무만족의 모든 하위요인이 행복감의 내적행복, 외적행복, 자기조절행복과 유의미한 정적상관을 보였다. 또한 교사들이 지각한 사회적지지와 직무만족이 내적행복에 미치는 영향에서는 교직의식, 자율성, 신뢰로운 동맹이 내적행복에 정적 영향을, 발전성, 신뢰로운 동맹, 조언, 교직의식이 외적몰입에, 사회적 소속, 자율성, 발전성, 혁신성이 자기조절행복에 정적인 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 활용하여 교사들의 행복감을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련할 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다.
