문효세자 보양청계병의 보존과 채색 분석 (Conservation and Analysis of Pigments and Techniques for Crown Prince Munhyo Boyangcheong Folding Screen Painting)

  • <문효세자 보양청계병>은 정조의 첫 번째 아들 문효세자(1782-1786)가 1784년 1월, 보양청에서 주관하여 첫 스승으로 모시게 될 보양관과 처음으로 만나 인사를 나누는 의식을 기록한 조선시대 궁중행사도이다. 전체 8폭으로 구성되어 있으며 과거에 수리된 적 없이 18세기 조선 궁중행사도병의 원형을 그대로 유지하고 있었다. 원본 장황의 조사를 통해 조선시대 병풍의 형태에 대해 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 보존처리를 하였다. 안료분석 결과 채색 안료로 연백, 연단, 진사, 석청, 석록, 황단, 먹 등을 사용하였고, 현미경 확대 관찰한 결과 거의 대부분이 화면의 뒷면에서 배채법으로 채색한 후, 앞면에서 세부묘사 및 부분적으로 엷은 안료를 이용하여 채색하는 방법을 사용하였음을 알 수 있었다.

배선 함몰 전극의 배선 소결공정 최적화에 따른 전기적 특성 향상 (Improving Conductivity of Metal Grids by Controlling Sintering Process)

  • To substitute indium tin oxide (ITO), many substituents have been studied such as metal nanowires, carbon based materials, 2D materials, and conducting polymers. These materials are not good enough to apply to an electrode because theses exhibit relatively high resistance. So metal grids are required as an additionalelectrode to improve the conductivities of substituents. The metal grids were printed by electrohydrodynamic printing system using Ag nanoparticle based ink. The Ag grids showed high uniformity and the line width was about $10{\mu}m$. The Ag nanoparticles are surrounded by dispersants such as unimolecular and polymer to prevent aggregation between Ag nanoparticles. The dispersants lead to low conductivity of Ag grids. Thus, the sintering process of Ag nanoparticles is strongly recommended to remove dispersants and connect each nanoparticles. For sintering process, the interface and microstructure of the Ag grid were controlled in 1.0 torr Ar atmosphere at aound $400^{\circ}C$ of temperature. From the sintering process, the uniformity of the Ag grid was improved and the defects on the Ag grids were reduced. As a result, the resistivity of Ag grid was greatly reduced up to $5.03({\pm}0.10){\times}10^{-6}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$. The metal grids embedded substrates containing low pressure Ar sintered Ag grids showed 90.4% of transmittance in visible range with $0.43{\Omega}/{\square}$ of sheet resistance.

16세기 감로도의 과학적 조사와 보존 (Scientific Analysis and Conservation of Nectar Ritual Painting in the 16th Century)

  • 국립중앙박물관 소장 감로도(증7551)는 16세기에 제작된 것으로 추정되며 일본 교토[京都]의 류간지[龍岸寺] 주지인 에지마고도씨가 2010년 기증하였다. 전체적으로 화면과 회장 견의 결실, 얼룩, 꺾임, 충해 등에 의한 손상이 심하여 이에 대한 보존처리를 필요로 하였다. 보존처리는 표면오염을 제거하고 결실부위 보수 후 본래의 형식대로 장황하였다. 회장부분과 화면부분의 직물 조사결과 견직물과 마직물을 사용하였다. 채색안료는 크게 여섯 가지 색의 계열로 나눌 수 있으며, 붉은색은 진사, 연단, 노란색은 황단, 금, 백색은 연백, 녹색은 석록, 푸른색은 석청, 검정색은 먹을 사용하였다.

Electrochemical Oxygen Evolution Reaction on NixFe3-xO4 (0 ≤ x ≤ 1.0) in Alkaline Medium at 25℃

  • Spinel ferrites (NixFe3-xO4; x = 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1.0) have been prepared at 550℃ by egg white auto-combustion route using egg white at 550℃ and characterized by physicochemical (TGA, IR, XRD, and SEM) and electrochemical (CV and Tafel polarization) techniques. The presence of characteristic vibration peaks in FT-IR and reflection planes in XRD spectra confirmed the formation of spinel ferrites. The prepared oxides were transformed into oxide film on glassy carbon electrodes by coating oxide powder ink using the nafion solution and investigated their electrocatalytic performance for OER in an alkaline solution. The cyclic voltammograms of the oxide electrode did not show any redox peaks in oxygen overpotential regions. The iR-free Tafel polarization curves exhibited two Tafel slopes (b1 = 59-90 mV decade-1 and b2 = 92-124 mV decade-1) in lower and higher over potential regions, respectively. Ni-substitution in oxide matrix significantly improved the electrocatalytic activity for oxygen evolution reaction. Based on the current density for OER, the 0.75 mol Ni-substituted oxide electrode was found to be the most active electrode among the prepared oxides and showed the highest value of apparent current density (~9 mA cm-2 at 0.85 V) and lowest Tafel slope (59 mV decade-1). The OER on oxide electrodes occurred via the formation of chemisorbed intermediate on the active sites of the oxide electrode and follow the second-order mechanism.

점진적 컴프레션 및 유연면상발열을 통한 혈액순환 개선 여성 레깅스 프로토타입 개발 및 평가 (Development and evaluation of women's leggings prototype for improvement of blood circulation through flexible heating surface and gradual compression)

  • Blood circulation is one of the most important life support functions of our body. It is essential to maintain healthy blood circulation as problems with blood circulation can lead to numerous diseases and serious complications. This study developed women's leggings with gradual compression and soft surface heating functions to improve blood circulation, and evaluated their performance and wearability. A silicon print pattern was developed to provide gradual compression, and a flexible heating surface coated with MWCNT (multi-walled carbon nanotube) conductive ink was fabricated for comfort and thermal effect. For the design, incision lines and materials were applied in consideration of aesthetic aspects, and design lines and colors were altered using a 3D program. The developed leggings showed that blood circulation can be improved when gradual compression and heating functions are simultaneously applied. Results were confirmed through measurements of clothing pressure, blood flow, and surface temperature. In the subjective wearability evaluation, it was confirmed that wearers felt gradual pressure, and they showed high satisfaction with wearability and design.

가평 현등사 수월관음도의 안료분석 및 보존방법 (Pigment Analysis and Conservation Method of Avalokitesvara in Potalaka of Hyeondeungsa, Gapyeong)

  • 불화 문화재는 재료의 특성과 환경적 요인에 의한 색의 변화와 박락현상을 피할 수 없다. 특히 안료 표면에 발생하는 미세한 균열과 탈색 현상의 시작은 곧바로 유물 전체의 안정성이 현저히 급감하는 것으로서, 각별한 조치가 필요하다. 따라서 이 연구는 가평 현등사 수월관음도(경기도무형문화재 제198호)의 보존처리에 관한 것이며 유물 손상 부위를 보존처리하고 안정화시키기 위해 배접과 색맞춤을 실시하고, 안료의 과학적 분석을 수행하였다. XRF, 영상 현미경, FT-IR(자외선 분광 분석법)를 통한 비파괴 분석을 실시하여 유물에 사용한 한지의 재질과 안료의 성분 및 그 특성에 대해 조사하였다. 그 결과 현등사 수월관음도의 한지에서는 우리나라 전통 한지와 일치하는 FT-IR 스펙트럼이 검출되었고, 백색 안료위에 엷은 층을 이루고 있는 흑색 안료는 XRF와 FT-IR로 확인되지 않는 먹이나 그을음 등의 탄소화합물로 추정할 수 있었다. 또한 백색 안료는 Pb와 탄산염을 포함하는 연백($PbCO_3{\cdot}Pb(OH)_2$)이며, 현미경 관찰을 통해 청색 안료의 결정 상태를 확인한 결과 크고 작은 입자 분포를 보였다. XRF 분석 값은 Cu와 Pb 모두 높게 검출된 것으로 보아 청색의 경우 석청과 연백이 혼합되어 사용된 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문에서는 차기구축함에 탑재될 통합 마스트의 레이더 반사면적을 감소시킬 수 있는 스텔스 기술로 응용하기 위해 해양 환경이 모사된 온도 환경 조건에서 전자기파 메타물질 흡수체의 내구성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 미국 군사 규격인 MIL-STD-810H의 Method 501.7 중 Procedure I 조건에 따라 주기적으로 온도를 조절할 수 있는 항온 챔버에 저장 후 전자기파 메타물질 흡수체의 반사도를 측정하였다. 고온 환경시험 전과 후 모두 X 밴드 전체에서 스텔스 성능을 충족시킬 수 있는 -10 dB 미만의 반사도가 확인되었다.

광주.전남지역 목조 고건축물에 사용된 단청안료에 대한 연구 (A Study on Dancheong Pigments of Old Wooden Building in Gwangju and Jeonnam, Korea)

  • 우리는 단청안료의 착색제에 대한 특성을 살펴보았고, 이번 연구가 우리 전통 단청의 색을 재현하는데 기여하길 바란다. 광주 전남지역 목조 고건축물에서 자연적으로 박리가 일어난 부분의 단청안료 시료를 채취하고, 이를 XRD와 EDS-SEM분석을 이용하여 착색제를 분석하였다. 백색안료에서는 고대부터 착색제로 사용되어온 석고$(CaSO_4{\cdot}2H_{2}O)$,석영$(SiO_2)$, 백연석$(PbCO_3)$ 및 호분$(CaCO_3)$과 현대에서 많이 사용되는 산화지당$(TiO_2)$이 모든 시료에서 확인되었다. 적색안료에서는 고대부터 착색제로 사용된 석간주$(Fe_{2}O_{3})$와 연단$(Pb_{3}O_{4})$ 및 현대안료 착색제인 C. I. pigment orange $13(C_{32}H_{24}C_{12}N_{8}O_{2})$이 확인 되었지만, 진사(cinnabar, HgS)는 관찰되지 않았다. 황색안료에서는 납을 주성분으로 하는 황연인 홍연석$(PbCrO_4)$과 고대부터 사용된 밀타승(PbO)이 확인되었다. 청색안료에서는 착색제인 소달라이트 $(Na_{4}BeAlSi_{4}O_{12}Cl)$와 노제안$(Na_{8}Al_{6}Si_{6}O_{24}SO_{4})$이 확인되었으며, 현대안료 착색제인 C. I. pigment blue $29(Na_{7}Al_{6}Si_{6}O_{24}S_{3})$ 도 확인되었다. 녹색안료에서는 착색제로 카루머타이트(calumetite, $Cu(OHCI)_{2}{\cdot}2H_{2}O$), 에스콜라이트$(Cr_{2}O_{3})$, 디크롬트리옥사이드(dichromium trioxide, $Cr_{2}O_{3}$), 에머랄드그린$(C_{2}H_{3}As_{3}Cu_{2}O_{8})$ 및 현대안료 착색제인 C. I. pigment green$(C_{32}H_{16}-XCl_{x}Cu_{8})$이 확인되었다. 흑색안료에서는 먹(송연)이 확인 되었다.

환경 인쇄 기술의 발전과 인쇄물의 $CO_2$ 발생량에 관한 연구 (A Study about Development of Environment Printing Technology and $CO_2$)

  • For as to world, the concern about the environment problem is enhanced than any other time in the past because of being 21 century. And the environment problem is highlighted as the world-wide issue. The time of the environment problem intimidates the alive of the mankind and presence of an earth over the time. It becomes the essentiality not being selection in the personal living or the economical viewpoint now to prepare for the climatic modification. As to the company management, the green growth period which it excludes the environment management considering an environment, cannot carry on the company the continued management comes. That is, in the change center of the management paradigm, there is the environment management. Nearly, the greenhouse gas which the publication industry is the environmental toxic material like all industries is generated. The greenhouse gas is ejected in the process of running the manufacturing process and print shop of the various kinds material used as the raw material of the book. Particularly, the tree felling for getting the material of the paper is known to reach the direct influence on the global warming. This study does according to an object it considers and organizes the environment parameter based on this kind of fact as to the publication industry. And it is determined as the reference which is used as the basic materials preparing the case that carbon exhaust right transaction(CAP and TRADE) drawing are enforced in all industries and is sustainable the management of the publication industry and reduces the environmental risk among the company many risk management elements and plans and enforces the publication related policy that there is a value. In the printing publication industry, this study tried to inquire into elements discharging the environmental pollutant or the greenhouse gas. Additionally, in the printed publication production process, it tried to inquire into the effort for an environment-friendly and necessity at the printing paper and the printers ink, regarded as the element discharging the greenhouse gas all kinds of the printing materials, operation of the print shop and all kinds of the machines and recycle process, and etc. These considerations make these industrial field employees aware of the significance about a conservation and environmental protection. They try to give a help in the subsequent study producing quantitatively each environmental parameter emission of green house gas. This makes the calculation of the relative $CO_2$ output reproached ultimately possible. Meanwhile, in a sense, many research protects and improving an environment in connection with the contents of research at the printing publication industrial field is in progress. There will be the voluntary human face that it has to protect an environment but this can not do by the outside factor according to all kinds of environment related law and regulation. Anyway, because of acting on company management as the factor of oppression, the increase of this environment-related correspondence cost could know that the research that the environment loading relates with a procurement and development, environment management system introduction, quality control standard, including, normalizing including a material, and etc. through the part of the effort to reduce the cost low was actively in progress. As to the green growth era, as follows, this paper prescribed the subject and alternative of the print publication industry. It is surrounded by the firstly new digital environment and the generation of the subject. And secondly the printing industry is caused by the point of time when the green growth leaves by the topic which is largest in the global industry and it increases. The printing publication industry has to prepare the bridgehead for the environment-friendly green growth as the alternative for this resolution with first. The support blown in each industry becomes the obligation not being selection. Prestek in which the print publishing was exposed to spend many energies and which is known as the practice of the sustainable print publishing insisted that it mentioned importance of the green printing through the white pages in 2008 and a company had to be the green growth comprised through the environment-friendly activity. The core management for the sustainable printing publication industry presented from Presstack white pages is compacted to 4 words that it is a remove, reduce, recover, and recycle. Second, positively the digital printing(POD) system should be utilized. In the worldwide print out market, the digital printing area stops at the level of 10% or so but the change over and growth of the market of an analog-to-digital will increase rapidly in the future. As to the CEO Jeff Hayes of the Infoland, the offset print referred to that it of the traditional method got old and infirm with the minor phase of the new printing application like the customer to be wanted publication and the print of the digital method led the market. In conclusion, print publishers have to grasp well the market flow in the situation where a digitalization cannot be generalized and a support cannot avoid. And it keeps pace with the flow of the digital age and the recognition about the effort for the development and environment problem have to be raised. Particularly, the active green strategy is employed for the active green strategy.
