카셰어링이란 공유경제의 대표적인 모델로 자동차를 소유하지 않고 필요한 시간만큼 대여 또는 이용하는 서비스이다. 이 산업은 기술의 발전, 환경 보호에 대한 인식 증가, 도시 내 교통 혼잡 문제 해결을 위한 수요 증가 등 다양한 요인에 의해 성장하고 있다. 이에 따라, 카셰어링 서비스를 제공하는 기업들은 시장 점유율 확대 및 서비스 차별화를 위해 시장 변화에 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 전략적 접근의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 '카셰어링 기업과 기존 렌터카 업체간 개방형 혁신 활동은 어떤 효과를 야기하는가?'라는 연구문제에 천착하여 카셰어링 기업과 기존 렌터카 업체 간의 개방형 혁신을 통한 협력을 수행하는 (주)공카와 기존 렌터카 업체 간의 개방형 혁신 활동에 대한 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과, (주)공카는 (1)수요 기반의 유연한 차량 공급체인을 구축함으로써 시장 변동에 능동적으로 대응하는 능력을 갖추고, (2)성장 자본적 지출(Growth Capex)을 현저히 절감하는 효과를 야기했으며, 공카와 렌터카 업체 양사 모두 (3)핵심 KPI 지표 향상과 재무적 성과를 기록하며 성공적인 개방형 혁신을 수행해 왔음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 카셰어링 산업에서 본 연구는 카셰어링 산업에서 개방형 혁신이 어떻게 핵심적인 비즈니스 성장 동력으로 작용하는지를 밝히며, 자원의존 이론을 바탕으로 개방형 혁신의 성공적인 실행 조건을 실증적으로 확인하였다는 점에서 그 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

The Ministry of Transportation forecasts that the total number of automobiles in use in 1997 will be increased to about 10 million units. Until now, with the increase of domestic demand for automobiles, the customers' complaints have been raised frequently in relation with insufficient supply of auto parts for the repair and maintenance. At the same time, the industry came to face with new problems such as customers' requests of auto makers' quality services. Until now there were not any statistics on the registration of car age for each car type. So, for the auto makers' efficient aftersales management a system for collecting registration statistics was developed, and it has attributed remarkably to the improvement of the aftersales services, through easy anticipation of the requirements of parts being used for not only the small-produced but the massproduced car types. And a systematic instrument useful for auto industry, transportation and policy on environment is provided by timely supply of various statistics to the industry.

"The engineering education program for environmental intention and value creation" has been executed from 2008 to 2010 in Suzuka National College of Technology, which program was promoted as "Good Practice for Education" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Japan. "Eco-car project" is one of these practical ecology/environment education programs. The project's members have been learning and researching the environmental managements by the process of design, manufacturing, and assembly of solar car, highly effective fuel consumption car (Eco-run car), electric vehicle and fuel-cell car. Also this project was supported by some professional experts of the local industries and community. The students learned the actual industrial technique, the engineering management and the structure of local industries by this project. In this paper, the environmental intention engineering design education with local industry collaboration is introduced.

자동차산업에 있어서 FTA는 매우 중요한 무역정책 중 하나이다. 자동차산업이 국가의 고용과 생산에서 차지하는 비중이 큰 만큼 대부분의 국가들이 취하는 보호무역조치가 자동차산업을 타깃으로 하는 사례가 많기 때문이다. 이러한 관점에서 한 콜롬비아 FTA를 비롯해 한 페루 FTA와 한 칠레 FTA 등 대(對) 중남미 FTA 전략은 우리나라 자동차산업 발전에 시사 하는 바가 매우 크다 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 한 칠레 FTA의 체결 전후의 자동차 수출 영향요인 변화 분석을 통해 중남미 자동차 수출 전망을 예측하고 대응 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 '환율', 'GDP', '유가' 등 요인 변수 중 'GDP'가 FTA 이전과 이후 모두 수출 성과와 강한 상관관계를 보였으며, 회귀분석에서도 'GDP'만이 수출성과에 영향을 미치며, 특히 FTA 발효 이후 영향력이 더욱 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 이는 중남미 자동차 수출에 FTA 효과도 중요하지만 현지 국의 경제상황과 강력히 연동하고 있다는 점을 시사하고 있어 현지 생산 체제 구축 등 이에 대한 대응 방안 모색이 요구된다.

A double-parked car is the one that is parked in a crowded parking lot with its transmission gear in neutral position and its auxiliary brake released. A double-parked car can be moved by pushing it but doing so is very difficult and dangerous. In a previous study, we proposed an omni-directional mobile robot for moving a double parked car. In that study we adopted Mecanum wheels. Even though the proposed robot showed successful results, it has some drawbacks such as dependency on a load condition, complexity in control, inefficiency in power use, etc. To overcome those drawbacks, we propose a differential drive robot with ordinary two tire wheels. The proposed robot consists of two parts, one is a wheel part and the other is a body part. By selectively connecting or disconnecting those two parts with the aid of an electric brake, the proposed robot is able to have omni-directional mobility.

Researches into robust recognition in noise environments, especially in car environments, are being carried out actively in speech community. In this paper we will report on three types of corpora that SiTEC (Speech Information TEchnology & industry promotion Center) has created for research into speech recognition in car noise environments. The first is the recordings of 900 Korean native speakers, distributed according to gender, age, and region, who uttered application words in car environments. The second is the collections of mixed noise in 3 car types by model while setting up various noise patterns which can be obtained with the car engine on or off, at different driving speed, and in different road conditions with windows open or closed. The third is the recordings of simulated speech by HATS (Head and Torso Simulator) in car environments with the internal and external noise factors added. These three types of recordings were all made through synchronized 8 channel microphones that are fixed in a car. The creation and applications of these corpora will be reported on in detail.

4차 산업혁명의 초연결성을 바탕으로 전통적인 상업경제에서 협력경제로 패러다임이 변화하여 공유경제가 빠르게 성장하고 있다. 그 중에서도 차량공유산업은 글로벌 교통시장의 주류가 되었다. 중국의 디디추싱은 이미 공유플랫폼을 선점하였으며 차량공유 뿐만 아니라 마지막마일에서부터 대중교통을 모두 아우르는 TaaS 3.0 모빌리티 산업으로 서비스를 확장하고 있다. 본 논문은 공유경제에 대한 이론적 고찰을 한 후 유니콘 2위 기업인 디디추싱의 성공전략을 분석하여 국내 차량공유산업의 방향과 서비스개선방법을 제언하는데 목표를 두었다. 차량공유산업에서 도태되고 있는 우리나라 상황에서 유연한 자세로 규제를 완화하여 기존산업 보호와 신산업 육성에 균형을 맞추는 정책이 필수적이며 향후 공유경제의 다양한 분야가 상호 융합하여 발전하는 방안을 연구하는 것도 필요하다.

The existing fixed telematics facilities for car were restricting of efficiency, utilization, communication, possibility, so it become disconnected with reality in the domestic and foreign market within thy near future, like as the case of 'car-phone'. It is too difficult to make a various business model on the restrict basis. To solve these problems, We suggested Tablet PC system as a new mobile telematics platform. The telematics platform based on the Tablet PC realize the perfect office, because it shows an excellent portability, high power and extension, various input equipment, and environment of communication in the car. To realize this concreteness, it needs a proper marketing strategy for a new business model. For this purpose, We analyzed the structure of industry, selected a proper target market, and established the strategy of marketing. Additionally, We proposed new business models ; particularly Portal site, Car-Home network, Car Software Tuning, and T-Vaccine(Intelligent Car Inspection System). These are made possible by the only Tablet PC platform.

Today, the industries use polymer material for many purpose. Specially, it is important in automobile industry because tile costs of polymer hold high proportion of the overall cost. If we reduce the weight of automobile, fuel efficiency of car is raised and cost of bumper is lower. Therefore there are many efforts to reduce of car currently. The purpose of this paper is to reduce polymer used in car bumper.

With increasing consumer demand for "clean label" products, the use of natural ingredients is required in the food industry. Protein/polysaccharide complexes are considered good alternatives to synthetic emulsifiers and stabilizers for formulating stable emulsion-based foods. Milk protein and carrageenan are widely used to improve the physical properties and stability of dairy food products. In a previous study, milk protein isolate (MPI) was conjugated with 𝛋-carrageenan (𝛋-Car) in a wet-heating system through the Maillard reaction, and the Maillard conjugates (MC) derived from MPI and 𝛋-Car effectively improved the stability of oil-in-water emulsions. Therefore, MPI/𝛋-Car conjugates were used in whipping cream as natural emulsifiers in this study, and the physical and rheological properties of whipping creams stabilized using MPI/𝛋-Car MC and MPI/𝛋-Car electrostatic complexes (EC) were investigated. The whipping creams stabilized with MPI/𝛋-Car MC have lower rheological parameters (η_a,50, K, G', and G'') than those of whipping creams stabilized with MPI/𝛋-Car EC. Although the overrun value was slightly reduced owing to the addition of MPI/𝛋-Car MC, the stability of the whipped creams with MC was effectively improved due to enhanced water-holding ability by conjugation.
