This study problematizes the youth‘s politico-cultural process of identification as becoming in the context of candle demonstration in Seoul, 2008. We examine their ethical subjectivity, communicative subjectivity and political subjectivity based on our analysis of depth interviews of teenage activists in the candle demonstrations. It is suggested that instead of naming the teens as the historical consequence of so-called 386 generation, or social product in the neo-liberal economic and educational conditions, we need to understand the complexities and dynamics of the youth’s practice of identity politics: subjective pain and anxiety in daily life, creation and sharing of pleasure and fun of peer group comunication are mixed into the pursuit of justice in their social activation of generation/gender politics.

Computational simulation has been performed to design the filtration system for Korea model IGCC demonstration plant. The filtration system for optimal design has four effective filters corresponding to the clusters composed of a group of ceramic candle filters. It was analyzed how the different entrance geometry influences the flow field and the particle behavior in the filtration system. The particle loading is minimum when the gas mixed with particles flows into the filter vessel with a shroud tube through a tangential inlet. However, the particle loading is maximum when the gas with particles enters the filter vessel through a normal inlet which a entrance tube extended from. By controling adequately both conditions of inflow, the filtration system can be operated optimally to prolong the filter life-time and to save the energy for cleaning filters.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to exam effects of aroma therapy on the woman with headache in range of motion, results based on Pain and the tiredness index. we applied this study in female patients with headache. tiredness, stress, pain to examine effects of easing off headache, Tiredness. Methods : The study has been conducted with three different groups of "H" University in Gwangyang, the forty-five 20's female university student with headache were randomly assigned to groups each groups did a survey to evaluate their tiredness, VAS, VRS before this study and after there are three groups: 15 people gets a swedish massage by using almond oil(I Group, n= 15), 15 people got a swedish massage by using lavender oil(II Group, n=15) and 15 people got a swedish massage by using lavender oil, smalled at the scent of lavender candle(III Group, n=15). I, II, III Group common characteristics(gender, age, height, weight) were measured by using goniometer to measured flexion extension, left right flexion, left right rotation of cervical range of motion. the measured data were analyzed by using repeated ANOVA. Especially in order to investigate the effect of Aroma therapy by using lavender candle this study is progressed 20 minutes, 3 times per week for a term of 3weeks(total 9). Results : The results of this study were as follows : 1) the VAS and VRS showed significant different result. 2) in the range of motion, cervical extension between Group I and II and left right flexion between Group I and III showed quite motional difference. 3) in the tiredness, there were no significant factors after examination. Conclusion : Therefore, the results of this study demonstration that the effect of Aroma therapy by using lavender candle didn't show prominent effects.

Important operation parameters and performance of a high temperature ceramic candle filter system were evaluated through a series of demonstration tests at a pilot-scale vitrification plant. At the initial period of each test, due to the growth of dust cake on the surface of ceramic candles, the pressure drop across the filter media increased sharply. After that it became stable to a certain range and varied continuously proportion to the face velocity of off-gas. On the contrary, at the initial period of each test, the permeability of filter element decreased rapidly and then it became stable. Back flushing of the filter system was effective under the back flushing air pressure range of 3∼5 bar. Based on the dust concentrations measured by iso-kinetic dust sampling at the inlet and outlet point of HTF, the dust collection efficiency of HTF evaluated. The result met the designed performance value of 99.9%. During the demonstration tests including a hundred hour long test, no specific failure or problem affecting the performance of HTF system were observed.
