With the development of 3D-based CAD (Computer Aided Design), attempts at freeform building design have expanded to small and medium-sized buildings in Korea. However, a standardized system for continuous utilization of shape data and BIM conversion process implemented with 3D-based NURBS is still immature. Without accurate review and management throughout the Freeform building project, interference between members occurs and the cost of the project increases. This is very detrimental to the project. To solve this problem, we proposed a continuous utilization process of 3D shape information based on BIM parameters. Our process includes algorithms such as Auto Split, Panel Optimization, Excel extraction based on shape information, BIM modeling through Adaptive Component, and BIM model utilization method using ID Code. The optimal cutting reference point was calculated and the optimal material specification was derived using the Panel Optimization algorithm. With the Adaptive Component design methodology, a BIM model conforming to the standard cross-section details and specifications was uniformly established. The automatic BIM conversion algorithm of shape data through Excel extraction created a BIM model without omission of data based on the optimized panel cutting reference point and cutting line. Finally, we analyzed how to use the BIM model built for automatic conversion. As a result of the analysis, in addition to the BIM utilization plan in the general construction stage such as visualization, interference review, quantity calculation, and construction simulation, an individual management plan for the unit panel was derived through ID data input. This study suggested an improvement process by linking the existing research on atypical panel optimization and the study of parameter-based BIM information management method. And it showed that it can solve the problems of existing Freeform building project.

In this study, Among the electromagnetic induction power generation (EMG) techniques, the design specifications of the RFPM were set, and a suitable test prototype was manufactured through finite element analysis (FEM, 2D) required for characteristic calculation. In addition, a dedicated testing device (Dynamo-Tester) was designed and manufactured to measure and analyze the test prototype. The test product was measured with a test device and the result is analyzed to suggest a method that can be applied by generating as much output power as possible to charge the battery of the wearable IT device using actual kinetic energy of the human body. As a result of the test, the output power was 1.679W and the efficiency was 79.31% under the conditions of rotation speed of 780.9rpm, torque of 0.264kgf/cm, and load current of 73.6~73.9mA. Therefore, it was analyzed that it was possible to charge the wearable device with the output of the ultra-small RFPM pendulum generator.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of the gear specification and gear quality corresponding to the macro geometry on the gear transmission error. The two pairs of gears with large and small transmission errors were selected for calculation, and two pairs of gears were manufactured with different gear quality. The test gears were manufactured by two different gear specifications with ISO 5 and 8 gear quality, respectively. The transmission error measurement system consists of an input motor, reducer, encoders, gearbox, torque meter, and powder brake. To confirm the repeatability of the test results, repeatability was confirmed by performing three repetitions under all conditions, and the average value was used to compare the transmission error results. The transmission errors of the gears were analyzed and compared with the test results. When the gear quality was high, the transmission error was generally low depending on the load, and the load at which the decreasing transmission error phenomenon was completed was also lower. Even when the design transmission error according to the gear specification was different, the difference of the minimum transmission error was not large. The transmission error at the load larger than the minimum transmission error load increased to a slope similar to the slope of the analysis result.

In compliance with environmental regulations at sea and the introduction of unmanned autonomous ships, electric propulsion ships are garnering significant attention. Induction machines used as propulsion electric motor (PEM) have maintenance advantages, but speed control is very complicated and difficult. One of the most commonly used techniques for speed control is DTC (direct torque control). DTC is simple in the reference frame transformation and the stator flux calculation. Meanwhile, two-level and three-level voltage source inverters (VSI) are predominantly used. The three-level VSI has more flexibility in voltage space vector selection compared to the two-level VSI. In this paper, speed is controlled using the DTC method based on the specifications of the PEM. The speed controller employs a PI controller with anti-windup functionality. In addition, the characteristics of the two-level VSI and three-level VSI are compared under identical conditions. It was confirmed through simulation that proper control of speed and torque has been achieved. In particular, the torque ripple was small and control was possible with a low DC voltage at low speed in the three-level VSI. The study confirmed that the application of DTC, using a three-level VSI, contributes to enhancing the system's response performance.

Recently, the research and development of weapon systems have expanded from ILS centered on acquisition costs to LCS, including operating maintenance costs. Regulations define the provision and formula of operating maintenance costs, but this does not consider the characteristics of the design and operation/maintenance of real weapon systems based on engineering calculations. Therefore, this study suggests a simulation design method to complement these areas and produce more accurate operating maintenance costs. The research procedures are as follows. First, the provision and formula of operating maintenance costs were defined to make the simulation results applicable. Second, a simulation model was developed by reviewing design considerations so that the simulation results reflect reality more accurately. The design considerations include the PBS of weapon systems, operation schedules, specifications for operation/maintenance/warehouse facilities, and basic cost information (personnel expense and spare part/equipment cost). This study is expected to be effective in calculating the operating maintenance costs more easily and accurately.
Purpose: The current study investigates the feasibility of a platform for a nationwide dose monitoring system for dental radiography. The essential elements for an unerring system are also assessed. Materials and Methods: An intraoral radiographic machine with 14 X-ray generators and five sensors, 45 panoramic radiographic machines, and 23 cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) models used in Korean dental clinics were surveyed to investigate the type of dose report. A main server for storing the dose data from each radiographic machine was prepared. The dose report transfer pathways from the radiographic machine to the main sever were constructed. An effective dose calculation method was created based on the machine specifications and the exposure parameters of three intraoral radiographic machines, five panoramic radiographic machines, and four CBCTs. A viewing system was developed for both dentists and patients to view the calculated effective dose. Each procedure and the main server were integrated into one system. Results: The dose data from each type of radiographic machine was successfully transferred to the main server and converted into an effective dose. The effective dose stored in the main server is automatically connected to a viewing program for dentist and patient access. Conclusion: A patient radiation dose monitoring system is feasible for dental clinics. Future research in cooperation with clinicians, industry, and radiologists is needed to ensure format convertibility for an efficient dose monitoring system to monitor unexpected radiation dose.
The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the BLEVE probability of LP gas storage tanks which are relatively more dangerous, by the deductive calculating method using the results of Birk's pilot tank test and the required heat capacity of BLEVE. The result that BLEVEs can occur in only above 43.68 percent of liquid filling level under $600^{\circ}C$ of tank pate temperature and $53^{\circ}C$ of inner liquid temperature, was obtained and will be useful for preventing the BLEVE of LP gas storage tanks in fire sites. In addition, this research showed conditions of external leak and fire causing BLEVE, based on 15ton capacity of LP gas tank which has the same specifications as those in Puchon LP gas filling station accident. The result of the calculation is that the minimum pool fire conditions of BLEVE are above 7.2mm equivalent diameter under a liquid release condition and above 17.6mm equivalent diameter under a two-phase release condition. In the end, the result of calculating the pool size corresponding the above conditions using EFFECTS version 2.1, concludes that a minimum of 3.3 meters of diameter and 10.4 meters of height should be needed for BLEVE outbreak.
Purpose - Despite the importance of price, many companies do not implement pricing policies smoothly, because typical price management strategies insufficiently consider logistics efficiency and an increase in logistics costs due to logistics waste. This study attempts to examine the effect of product line pricing, which corresponds to product mix pricing, on logistics efficiency in the case of manufacturer A, and analyzes how logistics performance changes in response to these variables. Research design, data, and methodology - This study, based on the case of manufacturer A, involved research through understanding the current status, analyses, and then proposing improvement measures. Among all the products of manufacturer A, product group B was selected as the research object, and its distribution channel and line pricing were examined. As a result of simulation, for products with low loading efficiency, improvement measures such as changing the number of bags in the box were suggested, and a quantitative analysis was conducted on how these measures influence logistics costs. The TOPS program was used for the Pallet loading efficiency simulation tool in this study. To prevent products from protruding out of the pallet, the maximum measurement was set as 0.0mm, and loading efficiency was based on the pallet area, and not volume. In other words, its size (length x width) was focused upon, following the purpose of this study and, then, the results were obtained. Results - As a result of the loading efficiency simulation, when the number of bags in the box was changed for 36 products with low average loading efficiency of 73.7%, as shown in
, loading efficiency improved to 89.9%. Further, from calculating logistics cost based on the cost calculation standard of manufacturer A, the amount of annual logistics cost reduction amounted to 101,458,084 KRW. Given that the sum of the logistics cost of the product group B of manufacturing enterprises A is 400,340,850 KRW, it can be reduced by 25%, to 298,882,766 KRW. Although many methods improve loading efficiency, this study proved that logistics cost could be reduced by changing the number of bags within boxes. If this measure is applied to other items, visible logistics cost reduction effects will be realized through improvements in loading efficiency. Conclusions - Future pricing policies should consider their correlation with quality, loading efficiency, product specifications, and logistics standardization to prevent logistics waste, enabling management to improve earnings for companies. Thus, when companies decide pricing policies for new products, the aspects of merchandising and marketing should take priority; however, the aspect of logistics also needs to be considered as significant. Measures revealed by the study results are not only the responsibilities of manufacturing enterprises. Pricing policy agreements between manufacturing enterprises and distribution companies, and logistics factors related to price determination should be considered; further, governments should also support them for their collaborations. This will enable consumers to purchase quality products with low prices.
The Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM) is relatively insufficient to cope with unpredicted changes in ground conditions as compared with Conventional Tunnelling Methods. Therefore, it is very important to predict the TBM performance at the design stage and estimate the advance rate for the calculation of the construction period. In this study, we added data to 211 TBM databases constructed in the previous study and analyzed the correlation between TBM outer diameter, maximum thrust, maximum cutterhead torque, cutterhead driving power and RPM, which are the main design and manufacturing specifications of TBM. As a result of the analysis from results obtained in the previous studies, it was confirmed that TBM outer diameter is very effective and important in estimating maximum thrust, maximum cutterhead torque, and cutterhead driving power of the TBM. As a result of comparing the regression equations derived from other TBM databases outside the country and the regression equation obtained from the present study results, the maximum thrust showed a similar tendency to each other, but the maximum torque estimated from the regression equation of this study was higher than that of other countries in the case of the large scale TBM.

Recently, in the concrete industry, the development and commercialization of low-carbon products of ready-mixed concrete have emerged as part of the efforts to realize carbon neutrality. This study aims to investigate the current status of environmental product declaration(EPD) of ready-mixed concrete and to analyze the characteristics of carbon emissions by compressive strength, life cycle stage, and region. To this end, the related certification system requiring the calculation of carbon emissions in the concrete industry was analyzed. The target of analyzing the current status of carbon emissions was set as a product of ready-mixed concrete that acquired EPD certification based on the life cycle assessment method. In addition, the trend of carbon emissions according to each characteristic was reviewed by analyzing carbon emissions by the life cycle of ready-mixed concrete products, analyzing carbon emissions by standard, and analyzing carbon emissions by region. As a result, the carbon emissions in the pre-production stage were 99% compared to total carbon emissions., and as it increased from 18MPa to 40MPa, carbon emissions also increased. Even with the same specifications, the carbon emissions in the capital region were higher than in the southern region.
