정부통합전산센터는 정부부처별로 운영 중인 정보시스템을 통합하여 공동 활용체계를 구축하기 위해 2005년에 설립되었다. 정부통합전산센터의 구축과 운영 과정에서 다양한 IT 거버넌스 이슈들이 잠재되어 있다. 조직이 효과적인 IT 거버넌스를 구현하기 위해서는 이슈별 핵심성공요인들(CSFs)을 확인하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 공공부문에서 IT 거버넌스의 핵심성공요인을 다룬 연구들은 많지 않다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰과 전문가 패널의 의견수렴을 통해 정부통합전산센터의 IT 거버넌스 핵심성공요인들을 도출한 후 실무적인 시사점을 제공하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정부통합전산센터의 효과적인 IT 거버넌스 구현에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of the current study is to explore what are critical success factors(CSFs) from Posco Engineering and Construction Company's knowledge management practice. From a deep case study of the company, five CSFs are delineated. The first factor is to clarify knowledge management vision and strategy so that people in the company clearly understand directions of where the company goes to implement knowledge management. The second one is to grip the whole picture of knowledge management realms. Narrow eyes for the knowledge management leads to failure. The third factor depends on how to acquire people's cooperation. The fourth one has something to do with a way of approach. Unilateral or delegated approach is fragile for the successful implementation of knowledge management. Shared approach raises the probability of success. The fifth one is to monitor implementation acts and processes.

This study identified CSFs(Critical Success Factors) for successful ERP system implementation in small and medium firms, and empirically tested relationship between CSFs and user performance. Survey questionnaires were distributed via email & fax to 142 firms that have implemented ERP systems. Out of 52 responded questionnaires, 46 data sets were available for statistical analysis with SPSSWin8.0. CEO's participation, vendor support & service, securing human resources, effective use of software, and hardware capacity were identified as CSFs from factor analysis. Among those factors, vendor support & service and effective use of software were related to user performance, and the relationship was shown to be statistically significant. Study results also showed that user performance of ERP system was significantly different among those surveyed firms when ERP system package products were used as a simple proxy measure of independent variable.

Cloud computing has increasingly been drawing attention these days. Each big company in IT hurries to get a chunk of meat that promises to be a whopping market in the future. At the same time, information is always associated with security and risk problems. Nowadays, the handling of these risks is no longer just a technology problem, with a good deal of literature focusing on risk or security management and framework in the information system. In this paper, we find the specific business meaning of the BMIS model and try to apply and leverage this model to cloud risk. Through a previous study, we select and determine the causal risk factors in cloud service, which are also known as CSFs (Critical Success Factors) in information management. Subsequently, we distribute all selected CSFs into the BMIS model by mapping with ten principles in cloud risk. Finally, by using the leverage points, we try to leverage the model factors and aim to make a resource-optimized, dynamic, general risk control business model for cloud service providers.

본 논문은 IT업계에서 기술 상용화에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인을 파악하고, 기술 상용화 주요요인이 상용화의 성공에 미치는 영향력을 검증하는데 있다. IT 기술 상용화 프로젝트 관리자들은 기술의 상용화에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인으로 '기술 상용화 장려책'을 꼽았고, 뒤이어 '경영층 지원,' '정부 지원,' '관계자간의 협력,' '경영에 대한 이해' 순으로 평가하였다. 회귀분석 결과 기술 상용화에 영향을 미치는 11개 주요 요인은 종합적으로 기술 상용화의 성공에 대한 설명력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히 '기술 상용화 장려책,' '관련자간의 협력,' '수요자 요청 기술'은 유의수준 1%에서 '기술 상용화 경험'은 유의수준 10%에서 통계적으로 유의하여 기술 상용화의 성공에 가장 많은 기여를 하는 것으로 판명되었다. 성공한 상용화 프로젝트의 경우 주요 요인의 기술 상용화의 성공에 대한 설명력(46.80%)이 실패한 프로젝트의 설명력(38.50%)에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났다.

The study aims to contribute to the improvement of project management in Vietnam. It focuses on developing new critical success factors (CSFs) which can be used to assess the success of project management in the country. This is a promising issue considering the rapid changes occurring within the business environment. The reason is because CSFs carry great consequences on project management issues, particularly in the context of Vietnam, which is currently experiencing many big scale projects involving both local and foreign investors. Two applications are utilised. One is to adapt the business model of Belassi and Tukel (1996) to observe the transitional and emerging economy of Vietnam. The other is to examine the data collected from a survey to examine the new CSFs which can then be used to assess the success of its projects and project management in Vietnam. The research results showed some remarkable differences between CSFs of Vietnam and foreign countries in both number of success factors and its impact levels which should be paid attention by foreign project managers/owners when doing investment and project management in Vietnam. The outcome generated can be useful to project owners/managers as well as policy makers in Vietnam's business environment.

프랜차이즈 레스토랑의 성공을 위한 연구는 그동안 많이 이루어졌다. 본 논문은 대형화되고 있는 프랜차이즈 레스토랑의 주요성공요인에 대한 연구로서 프랜차이즈 레스토랑의 마케팅, 판매를 위한 기초자료를 경영자에게 제공될 수 있다. 연구에서는 성공적인 프랜차이즈 레스토랑 경영을 위한 고객의 만족도와 프랜차이즈 레스토랑의 성공을 위한 성숙도를 예측하였다. 연구 결과, 레스토랑의 메뉴, 분위기, 접근성 면에서는 요인의 중요성에 비례하여 상당한 수준에 도달하여 고객이 크게 불편을 느끼지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 브랜드, 서비스, 음식, 가격, 규모 등 요인은 고객의 만족도가 높지 않은 것으로 나타나 향후 프랜차이즈 레스토랑 산업의 성공을 위해 보완해야 할 분야라고 판단된다. 또한 프랜차이즈 레스토랑의 성공을 위한 요인의 성숙 예측 시점은 대부분 5년 미만인 것으로 나타났다.

개인정보보호 이슈는 더 이상 정보처리 부서의 문제가 아닌 전사적이며 비즈니스 문제로 인식하여야 제대로 해결할 수 있다. 이러한 문제 성격 때문에 개인정보보호를 위한 최고경영층의 역할 및 책임을 강조하는 거버넌스 이슈가 최근 강조되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 개인정보보호 거버넌스의 개념을 정의하고 이를 효과적으로 구현하기 위한 7가지 성공요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 핵심성공요인은 실현가능성과 중대성 측면에서 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 통해 검증하였다.

The needs of strategic approach toward the usage of the Internet in corporate context are increasingly important as digital economy changes the way of doing business. However, companies are not easily taking the opportunity since the strategic use of the Internet is difficult because of the conflicts in distribution, business process, organization structure, etc. The Internet strategy applicable to companies in a generic context is proposed by identifying the CSFs (Critical Sucess Factors) in exploiting the potential of the internet. CSFs are derived by the previous study and case analysis, from which two most important factors are chosen based on a survey. In the survey, the ranking of the significance of the 8 CFSs from the 25 cases is questioned to the internet experts. Then a $2{\times}$2$ matrix is designed to find the optimal area for a company to be successful in the Internet usage. The strategy suggested here appears to be the shifting strategy in order to be in the optimal area in using the Internet strategically.

This study focused on the factors that are critical to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementation success. This study employed a Delphi panel to explore the characteristics of ERP project success. The expert panel was comprised of executives from Korean organizations who had participated in and were experienced with ERP implementation projects. The two round Delphi study found the importance of senior management involvement/top management support in project. Additionally, the study found that the same Critical Success Factors(CSFs) existing in large-sized Korean organizations are also applicable to small or mid-sized Korean organizations.
