Application of GSIS Technique for Direct Runoff Estimation (직접유출량 산정을 위한 GSIS 기법의 적용)

  • Recently, GSIS is introduced in the various fields. Especially in hydrology, the useful of GSIS is emphasized to analyze parameters, which are necessary for the analysis of watershed. In this paper, to estimate the direct runoff volume, I used the SCS-CN method which was useful to calculate direct runoff volume in a watershed that was not observed. But because SCS-CN method must treat a great number of spatial data, if we use the GSIS, we can treat numbers of the data easily. GSIS databases is constructed by using the data which is related to soil type, landuse. And runoff curve number was estimated by means of these databases in the study area. Also, the area of covered each subbasin rainfall gauge station was estimated by thiessen polygon network technique. The direct runoff volume was calculated by these subbasin area to the rainfall gauge station. I knew, from this study, that using GSIS, I can calculate parameters needed in direct runoff volume analysis, fast, exactly.

A Study on the Selection of AMC of Curve Number (유출곡선지수의 선행토양함수조건 선정 기준 연구)

  • In order to establish a rainfall-runoff model, calibration of hydrological parameters for the model is very important. Especially, Curve Number(CN), estimated by NRCS method, is a main factor to apply unit hydrograph theory to calculation of peak discharge. For using NRCS method, it is needed selecting AMC because CN is strongly connected with that. In this study, we focus our concern on finding a applicable standard for selecting AMC for CN. For this, three dams which are Boryeong, Habchon, Namgang are selected as target basins to use observed data including rainfall and dam inflow. As a result of this research, it is found that CN must be included as a calibrated parameter to calculate effective rainfall for the rainfall-runoff model. Also, it is preferred to use PWRMSE of HEC-HMS program as a objective function for optimizing hydrological parameters. From the analyzing result of variation of AMC for peak discharge, it is recommended to apply AMC-III to estimation of CN for calculating effective rainfall of design hydrograph.

Determination and preconcentration of Cu(II) using microcrystalline p-Dichlorobenzene loaded with salicylaldoxime (Salicylaldoxime이 내포된 p-Dichlorobenzene 미세결정을 이용한 Cu(II)의 예비농축 및 정량)

  • A technique for the determination of trace Cu(II) in various real samples by FAAS after the column preconcentration onto p-dichlorobenzene-SA adsorbent, which is microcrystalline p-dichlorobenzene loaded with salicylaldoxime (SA) has been developed. Several experimental conditions such as pH of the sample solution, the amount of chelating agent salicylaldoxime, the amount of adsorbent p-dichlorobenzene-SA, and flow rate of sample solution were optimized. The interfering effects of various concomitant ions were investigated. $CN^-$ interfered more seriously than any other ions. However, the interference by $1\;{\mu}g\;mL^{-1}\;CN^-$ could be overcome completely by controlling the concentration of Ni(II) to $20\;{\mu}g\;mL^{-1}$. The linear range, correlation coefficient ($R^2$) and detection limit obtained by this technique were $3.0\sim100\;ng\;mL^{-1}$, 0.9901, and $3.1\;ng\;mL^{-1}$, respectively. For validating this technique, the aqueous samples (wastewater, reservoir water and stream water) and the food samples (orange juice, fresh egg and skim milk) were used. Recovery yields of 93~104% were obtained. These measured mean values were not differents from ICP-MS data at 95% confidence level. The good results were obtained from the experiments using the rice flour certified reference material (CRM) sample. Based on the experimental results, it was found that this technique could be applied to the preconcentration and determination of Cu(II) for various real samples.

On Managing Mobility of Mobile Nodes using an Improved Mobile IP Regional Registration in Wireless Mobile Networks (무선 이동 망에서 개선된 Mobile IP 지역 위치등록을 이용한 이동 노드의 이동성 관리)

  • By using wireless terminal, the number of users who wish to use the multimedia service like the Internet as well as Short Message Services and voice service has increased dramatically over the last years. We propose the method that improves Mobile IPv4 (MIPv4) Regional Registration in wireless mobile networks to decrease traffic's transmission delay and message generation compared with an existing method We design the scheme in MIPv4 environments that a packet do not pass through the home agent transmitted from correspondent node to mobile node, if a mobile node moves to other mobility agent. Simulation results show that the proposed method significantly reduces the expenses for registration and delivering packet.

Detection of Alpha Tracks of Boron by Nuclear Reaction with Neutron (중성자 핵반응에 의한 보론의 알파트랙 검출)

  • The detection efficiencies of the several solid track detectors were investigated for the determination of boron content in aqueous solution by using the alpha muti-Radioisotope(RI) source. Polycarbonate (Lexan and CR-39) and cellulose nitrate (CN-85 and LR-115) were selected as materials for alpha track detection of boron. Alpha muti-RI source, uranium metal particles and boron standard solution were used for alpha emission. In this study, four solid track detectors(CN-85, LR-115, Lexan and CR-39) were characterized under various etching conditions as well as neutron irradiation conditions. As a result, the CN-85 was turned out to be best to provide good efficiency among the four detectors. The selected solid track detector was utilized for the determination of trace amount of boron in aqueous sample and its results were discussed in the text.

  • Recently, organic semiconductor based indoor photovoltaics have gained attention since they exhibit excellent photovoltaic performance than that of conventional Si-based photovoltaics. In this study, we synthesize the medium bandgap polymer of PTBT and optimize PTBT:PC71BM blend films by introducing solvent additives. To this end, we select DIO and CN solvent additives and vary their contents from 0 to 3 vol%. As a result, we produce the highest power conversion efficiency of 11.31% under LED 1000 lx conditions with DIO (1.5 vol%) + CN (0.5 vol%)

분포형모델을 이용한 지형특성변화에 따른 유출해석

  • 분석에 이용된 격자망은 동곡, 고로, 미성, 병천, 효령 및 무성지점에 각각 12개, 30개, 45개, 76개, 46개 및 1265개의 조격자를 구성하였으며 하천의 수로방향 및 경사형태를 세분화하기 위하여 각 지점에 대하여 8개, 24개, 24개, 44개, 12개 및 64개의 세격자로 분할하였다. AGNPS를 이용한 첨두유량의 모의발생 결과치가 동곡, 고로, 미성, 병천, 효령 및 무성지점에서 측정값과 비교하여 각 호우사상별로 상대오차가 1.0~25.0%, 4.0~27.0%, 7.0~29.2%, 2.0~23.9%, 3.0~25.0% 및 3.6~21.0%의 차이를 나타내었다. 분석결과에서 AMCII조건에서는 관측치와 분석결과치가 유사하게 나타났으나 AMCI조건에 대해서는 상대적으로 작은 값을 보였으며 AMCIII조건에서는 다소 큰 값으로 분석되었다. SCS방법에서 제안하는 AMC조건별 CN값을 우리 실정에 적합하도록 수정 보완하기 위한 수정 유출곡선지수 $CN_{m}$ /I과 $CN_{m}$/III을 재구성하였으며, 여기에 적용되는 수정 유출 곡선지수식의 계수 a를 추정한 결과, 기왕에 발표된 연구결과와 거의 일치된 경향을 나타내었다. 제안된 수정 CN식을 이용하여 산정한 결과치와 관측치는 거의 유사하게 나타났다. AGNPS모델에 의한 유출량 산정에 있어 수문학적 토양피복형수(CN)의 결정을 위하여 선행강우량과 토양의 공극율 및 지형인자인 각 셀마다의 유역경사를 이용하여 관계식(CN =f($X_1$, $X_2$, $X_3$))을 유도하였으며, 분석 결과에서 CN이 선행강우량과 가장 밀접한 관계가 있음을 알 수 있었으며 유역경사, 토양의 공극율 순으로 나타났다..88mg/$\ell$~의 범위로 나타났다. 무태교 지점에서의 총인의 농도는 0.52mg/$\ell$~0.99mg/$\ell$~의 범위이었다. 신천에 금호강물을 혼합한 이후에도 부유물질, 생화학적산소요구량, 암모니아태 질소, 총인 등의 농도가 개선되지 않았다. 즉 금호강물의 혼합은 신천수질환경사업소에서 배출되는 방류수에 함유되어 있을 2차 오염물질의 희석이라는 이점외의 수질개선효과는 확인되지 않았다.l years and a new type of transfer crane has been developed.   • By using wireless terminal, User that want to transmit multimedia traffic as well as simple text and voice have a tendency to increase. This paper proposes a fast handoff protocol that is suitable transmission for real-tim of multimedia traffic by using modified local registration. The proposed protocol solves the Triangle Routing Protocol that is one of existing opened issues without modifying protocol of CN, and we propose the method that MN is able to received a packet by real-time, even if MN is being handoff. We compare fast handoff protocol proposed in this paper with existing method n the registration cost and data packet transmission cost. As a result, we showed that fast handoff protocol proposed in this paper outperforms existing method.

  • NRCS의 유출곡선지수 산정법(CN; Runoff Curve Number method)은 유역내의 토지 이용 및 토지 피복, 토양특성, 수문학적 조건 등을 이용하여 총 강우량으로부터 유효 유출량을 계산하는 방법으로서 이론의 간편성과 적용성으로 인하여 여러 분야에 적용되고 있다. 그러나, 유출곡선지수의 특성상 지역적인 특성에 따라 차이가 발생할 수 밖에 없음에도 국내에서는 대부분 미국 NEH(National Engineering Handbook)에서 제시한 기준을 이용하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 대하여 본 연구에서는 국내 유역의 강우-유출 특성을 반영한 유출곡선지수를 산정하고 강우에 따른 직접 유출량을 모의하기 위한 방법을 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 보청천 유역의 관측 강우-유출 자료에 Hawkins et al(1993)등이 제시한 점근 유출곡선지수방법을 적용하고 이를 국가수자원관리종합정보시스템(WAMIS)에서 제시한 값과 비교하였다. 또한 유역의 대표 유출곡선지수에 대한 회귀식을 유도하고 이를 이용하여 보청천 유역의 하계 유출을 모의하고 그 결과를 비교 분석 하였다. 연구결과 대표 유출곡선지수식을 이용한 유역의 직접유출 모의결과가 단일 유출곡선지수시의 모의결과보다 더 우수한 결과를 나타내었다.
