The construction management(CM) which is introduced on middle 1990 activates a building industry the condition of the essential indispensability for is becoming, is not officially recognized with is judged as the nostril people for qualification of the civil CM educational institutions ha the certification which is a each educational program and a separate way and it is the actual condition which is become accomplished, In this research, it observes the capital increase reserve problem point which is a domestic CM and the certification integration which is a report and system anger it leads and with national certified qualification it develops to present the improvement program for, it does to sleep.

Improvement of Cellulolytic Activity of Pleurotus florida through Radiation Mutagenesis

  • A mushroom mutant with increased cellulolytic activity was developed through radiation mutagenesis. The homogenized hypha suspension of Pleurotus florida was exposed to gamma radiation ($^{60}Co$, AECL) at the dose of $LD_{99}$ (0.51 kGy, $D_{10}$; 0.26 kGy). Among 16 mutants, Pf CM4 showed 17.24% more cellulolytic activity than the wild type (p<0.05). It was observed that Pf CM4 can utilize all kinds of carbon sources tested for their mycelia growth. Starch, xylan, and glucose favourably supported the radial mycelia extension. Yeast extract and $NH_4NO_3$ have been recorded as the best organic and inorganic nitrogen sources, respectively. Pf CM4 was found to grow significantly faster, even at high temperature ($30^{\circ}C$), than wild type (p<0.05), and the optimal pH was 5.5~6.5. This study reveals that the mutant Pf CM4 could be employed for the effective recycling of cellulosic wastes, in addition to mushroom farming.

  • The permeation of insulin was conducted through glucose oxidase(GOD) immobilized composite membrane composed of poly(vinyl akohol)/chitosan blend and porous polyamide membrane. The permeation coefficient of insulin through GOD-immobilized membrane was in the order of $10^{-6}{\sim}10^{-7}\textrm{cm}^3cm/\textrm{cm}^2sec$. The sensitivity of the composite membrane to the glucose concentration was high in a low glucose concentration resulting from the oxygen depletion from the membrane. The permeation of insulin through composite membrane made of PVA/chitosan and porous polyamide membrane was changed by pH and glucose concentration. The permeability was progressively increasing with the glucose concentration at least up to 500mg%.

  • Total 158 Conger myriaster were examined and the range of Preanal length (PaL) was 8.2~40.1 cm and average Preanal length was 17.3 cm. Proportion of the empty stomach was 30.4% and individuals, which the prey items were found in stomach, were 110. The most important prey component in the diets of C. myriaster was Pisces that constituted 54.4% in %IRI (Index of relative importance). Engraulis japonicus was the most important prey component in Pisces. Macrura was the second largest prey component and Crangon hakodatei was the most important prey component in Macrura. The result of analysis in ontogenetic changes significantly exhibited among three size classes (<15.0 cm, 15.0~20.0 cm, ≥20.0 cm). The proportion of Macrura decreased as increasing body size, whereas the consumption of Pisces increased gradually. As body size of C. myriaster increased, the mean weight of prey per stomach (mW/ST) increased (one way-ANOVA, P<0.05).

  • The first successful case of a CM application in Shanghai, China in 1993 presented its possibility. According to the State Council's 'Investment system reformation', in 2004, more than 40 sub-provincial divisions in China were increased the productivity of construction by the CM application. It is predicted that CM will be utilized as a technical management method at government's plan, which raises the urbanization level more than 60% through the construction industry by 2020. However, compared with increasing CM demands, there are no complete evaluation criteria of CM in china. For instance, 26 areas in china arrange criteria individually, so. Therefore, it is necessary to establish integrated evaluation criteria on the basis of regional ones. This research will draw the evaluation criteria of selecting for the China CM Corporation in order to vitalize CM system.

A Study on the Suggestion for the Revision of Standard Sizing System for Infant Clothing (유아복의 KS 치수체계 개정을 위한 제안 연구)

  • This study proposed a revision of standard sizing system for infant clothing to provide exact information for consumers and manufacturers. The size designation was set up by compensating the defect of existing system. Basic body measurement and reference body measurement were analysed according to size designation. The ages of the infants ranged from 0 to 36 month in accordance with safety standard of KC Self-Regularity Safety Confirmation. The results are as follows: Size designation for infant clothing was based on height that was basic body measurement. Chest girth, waist girth, head girth, arm length, foot length and weight were also analysed according to age of the month. It was proposed that height could be written alone and height with age of month did together for size designation. Size intervals of basic and reference body measurements were fixed as follows: size intervals are 5 cm in height, 2 cm in chest girth, 2 cm in waist girth, 1 cm in head girth, 2 cm in arm length, 0.5 cm in foot length and 2 kg in weight. The distributions of height and chest girth showed normal distributions. As height was taller, chest girth was also bigger. But the distribution of waist girth didn't show remarkable change with age of month. The distributions of arm length and weight showed remarkable difference with growth in 0~9 months, but the amount of growth variation got less in 12~18 months.

  • During the last ten years, there have been many studies related with settlement and reinvigoration of CM. These researches have shown that the application of CM has been not reinvigorated in Korean construction industry yet, because of some problems such as the insufficient application of the public sector, the policy matters and the CM fee estimates. But the present condition data of the Korean CM Market shown in these studies was insufficient for the standpoint of Market itself. Also, some of these studies compared the Korean CM Market with The America CM Market, to study the foreign CM markets. However, because the Korea CM Market only has the CM for Fee Market but the American CM Market has the CM for Fee and the CM at Risk, the Korea CM Market must be not only compared with the America CM Market but also compared with the America CM for Fee Market. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the present condition of the Korea CM Market through the compare and contrast of the Korean CM Market, American CM Market and American CM for Fee Market, by the Market Growth rate and Market Share. This study further aims to verify whether Korean CM market was implemented.

  • Construction Management(CM) has been introduced in Korean Construction Industry for its merits and benefits proven in International Construction Industries. However, many regulations, standards, manuals and details of practices considering its constituents and industry conditions have not yet to be developed. Of these, the standards and details of CM fee calculation should be developed in order to stretch its application toward public construction sectors as well as the private sectors. This research proposes CMFM(Construction Management Fee Model), a project sensitive matric CM fee model for CM fee calculation. The model calculates CM fees for modular services in a two by two matrix taking project phases on one dimension and CM services on the other.

  • Construction Industry has become bigger, sophistication and specialization. At the same time, the concerns of Construction Management for achieving the goal of quality, cost & air are getting higher. Therefore it is demanded technology to conduct the CM works continuously in the Industrial world and be in process of education to train specialists. Studies are also been doing for it. But infrastructure circumstances are insufficiency comparing with the interests of construction industry. It is needed the scheme of education system to improve the above mentioned problem and to raise education quality standards. Consequently, the study is for E-learning education system. Because this system can help to save cost and to overcome the limits of time and spaces for existing off-line education. The study will present e-learning system architecture model to activate Construction Management education considering the distinctive features of CM.

  • A high degree of management skills and functions is essential to the success of construction projects. While the various construction management delivery methods have been realized as the solutions, Korean government is planning to introduce 'CM at Risk Method' to the public construction projects. However, even if its effect has been verified successful in the international market, it must be considered before legally adapting the method that it would be suitable to our public sector, In this respect, the purpose of this study is to evaluate and analyze feasibility of 'CM at Risk Method'. In order to do that, 15 attributes of construction projects were found, which were suitable to 'CM at Risk Method' in general, 'CM at Risk-GMP Method', and 'CM at Risk-Cost Reimbursable Method' and suitability of each attribute to each of 9 categories of public construction facilities was evaluated by questionnaire survey to CM specialists. Results showed that 'CM at Risk Method' might not bring improper effect to the industry but due to the characteristic of public sector, the effect would be very limited.
