한국어판 임상학습환경과 슈퍼비전, 임상실습지도교수(CLES+T) 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도 (Validity and Reliability of the Korean Version Scale of the Clinical Learning Environment, Supervision and Nurse Teacher Evaluation Scale (CLES+T))

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the validity and reliability of the Korean version of the clinical learning environment, supervision and nurse teacher evaluation scale (CLES+T) that measures the clinical learning environment and the conditions associated with supervision and nurse teachers. Methods: The English CLES+T was translated into Korean with forward and back translation. Survey data were collected from 434 nursing students who had more than four days of clinical practice in Korean hospitals. Internal consistency reliability and construct validity using confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis were conducted. SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs were used for data analysis. Results: The exploratory factor analysis revealed seven factors for the thirty three-item scale. Confirmatory factor analysis supported good convergent and discriminant validities. The Cronbach's alpha for the overall scale was .94 and for the seven subscales ranged from .78 to .94. Conclusion: The findings suggest that the 33-items Korean CLES+T is an appropriate instrument to measure Korean nursing students'clinical learning environment with good validity and reliability.

교육대학교 학생의 구성주의 과학 학습 환경에 대한 인식 조사 (A Constructivist Science Learning Environment Survey for Korean Pre-service Elementary School Teachers)

  • For assessing classroom environment, numerous instruments were developed and reported the survey results for science students in science education. In this study I translated Constructivist Learning Environment Scales (CLES) were into Korean versions for elementary school teachers, and measured the reliability. The subjects were randomly selected from three departments of an University of Education in a metropolitan city. All of them were 110 students, who would be elementary school teachers. According to the survey results, pre-service teachers for elementary school have recognized constructivistly for learning environments in an actual forms. In a scale of student negotiation they have most constructivistly recognized learning environment, and moderately in scales of relevance, uncertainty and critical view while they have seldom constructivistly recognized in a scale of shared control. Also Korean version CLES would be an reliable instruments for constructivist assessing learning environments.

지구과학에서의 가상 현실의 사용에 따른 예비 과학교사의 학습환경 인식 연구: 시험적 적용 (A Study on Pre-Service Teachers' Perception of Learning Environment in Earth Science with Using Virtual Reality (VR): An Exploratory Case)

  • 본 연구에서는 교양지구과학과목을 수강하는 36명의 예비과학교사를 대상으로 가상현실(VR)의 사용을 한 차시에 걸쳐 시도하였다. 수업을 하기 전과 후에 구성주의 학습환경 조사(CLES)를 실시하였다. CLES의 주된 초점은 수업이 학생중심 수업환경을 얼마나 잘 보조하고 지원하는가다. 학생의 자신의 수업환경에 대한 사전 및 사후검사는 여섯가지 하위 영역으로 나뉜다.: 학생적절성, 비판적 시각, 교실통제의 나눔, 학생 간의 타협, 과학적 불확정성, 태도이다. 아울러 가상현실에 대한 미래교사의 인식에 대한 설문지도 실시하였다. 미래의 과학교사들이 가상현실 자료를 교실에서 사용하는 것에 대하여 어떻게 생각하는가를 본 연구를 통해 알아보고자 했다. 이들 결과를 바탕으로 교사 주도의 수업환경을 학생의 적극적 참여를 유도하는 수업에로의 변화를 도모하는 것과 같은 기존에 연구되지 않은 측면을 제안하여가상현실의 잠재력에 대한 보다 완벽한 이해를 꾀하려 하였다.

  • Today fiber composite materials are routinely used in such wide applications as ships automobiles aircraft space vehi-cles containers sporting goods and appliances. The current knowledge of machining glass fiber reinforced polyester com-posites unfortunately is inadequate for its optimum utilization in many applications. Therefore This paper deals with drilling characteristic of glass fiber reinforced polyester composites. In the drilling of glass fiber reinforced polyester the quality of the cut surfaces is strongly dependent on the drilling parameters. drilling tests were carried out on glass fiber reinforced polyester using standard HSS tools. The material containing random chopped strand fibers and woven roving was fabricated by hand lay-up The entrance and exit surface of the holes was examined.   • This study is aimed to obtain fundamental knowledge of pulse laser welding phenomena the authors investigated the structure and composition of evaporated particles of Al alloys in air and in the Ar atmosphere during pulsed laser welding. The ultra-fine particles of 5 to 100nm diameter in a globular or irregular shape were formed in laser-induced plasma and the main structure was $MgAl_2O_4$ The composition of particles was ifferent depending on the power density of a laser beam; namely under the low power density conditions magnesium was predominant in the parti-cles while aluminium content increased with an increase in the power density. These results were attributed to evaporation phenomena of metals with different boiling points and latent heats of vaporization. On the other hand the number density of laser-induced plasma species was obtained by Saha's equation. it was confirmed that the number density depends upon the plasma tempera-ture and total pressures.

차량 뒷바퀴 윤곽선을 이용한 근거리 전방차량인식 (Recognition of a Close Leading Vehicle Using the Contour of the Vehicles Wheels)

  • This paper describes a method for detecting a close leading vehicle using the contour of the vehi-cles rear wheels. The contour of a leading vehicles rear wheels in 속 front road image from a B/W CCD camera mounted on the central front bumper of the vehicle, has vertical components and can be discerned clearly in contrast to the road surface. After extracting positive edges and negative edges using the Sobel op-erator in the raw image, every point that can be recognized as a feature of the contour of the leading vehicle wheel is determined. This process can detect the presence of a close leading vehicle, and it is also possible to calculate the distance to the leading vehicle and the lateral deviation angle. This method might be useful for developing and LSA (Low Speed Automation) system that can relieve drivers stress in the stop-and-go traffic conditions encoun-tered on urban roads.

정기간행물기사 색인서비스의 포괄성 측정에 관한 연구 -국어학 문헌을 중심으로- (An Indexing Coverage Study of Periodical Literature in a Subject Area of Korean Language)

  • 서지대조법을 활용하여 국내 정기간행물기사 색인서비스의 포괄성을 측정하였다. "국어학논저목록집"으로 부터 추출한 국어정책 분야의 문헌 675건을 기본서지로 하여 "정기간행물기사색인"과 국어국문학논문목록" 두 가지의 색인서비스를 탐색하여 포함여부를 조사하였다. 분석결과 1977년 부터 1990년까지 출판된 문헌에 대한 "정기간행물기사색인"의 포괄성은 약 63%, 1986년 부터 1990년까지 출판된 문헌에 대한 "국어국문학논문목록"의 포괄성은 약 33%, 두 서비스의 통합포괄성은 약78%로 나타났다. 그밖에 두 서비스의 중복성, 유일성 등이 측정되었으며 수록된 문헌의 주제별 분석과 제외된 문헌의 수록잡지에 대한 분석도 수행되었다.며 수록된 문헌의 주제별 분석과 제외된 문헌의 수록잡지에 대한 분석도 수행되었다.

Fine Structure of the Glandular Epithelium during Secretory Silk Production in the Block Widow Spider Latrodectus mactans

  • Among the silk glands in the black widow spider Latrodectus mactans, the ampullate one is the most predominant gland in both sexes, and is com-posed of three functional parts - excretory duct, storage ampulla and convoluted tail regions. This experiment was performed using mechanical pulling stimulation with electric motor equipment to reveal a correlation between silk usage and silk producing system in this poisonous spider. The mature secretory products in glandular epithelium are closely packed and appear as electron-opaque spherical vesicles. A part of the vesicles with fine fibrillar paracrystalline texture seems to store some proteins which will function at the time of final assembly into fibrils. Most of the secretory silk products which originated from the rough endoplasmic reticula of the glandular epithelial cells are grown by fusion with surrounding small vesi-cles. However, the Golgi complex does not seem to play an important role in this process of secretion. According to progressive maturation of secre-tory silk product, these granules are progressively filled with a fine fibrillar material, and thus appear much more electron-dense than those of earlier states. When the secretory product is extruded from the glandular cavity, the epithelium is rapidly changed to a thinner layer of tall columnar cells with less definitive cell membranes. After extruding there ave a few secre-tory droplets within these cells, thus causing this region to stain much lighter.

Fabrication and Characterisation of a Novel Pellicular Adsorbent Customised for the Effectvie Fluidised Bed Adsorption of Protein Products

  • A dense pellicular solid matrix has been fabricated by coating 4% agarose gel on to dense zironia-silica(ZS) spheres by watr-in-oil emulsification . The agarose evenly laminated the ZS bead to a depth of 30㎛, and the resultin gpellicular assembly was characterised by densities up to 2.39g/mL and a mean particle dimeter of 136 ㎛. In comparative fluidisation tests, the pellicular solid phase exhibited a two-fold greater flow velocity than commercial benchmark ad-sorbents necessary to achieve common values of bed expansion. Furthermore, the perlicular parti-cles were characterised by improved qualities of chromatographic behaviour, particularly with re-spect to a three-fold increase in the apparent effective diffusivity of lysozyme within a pellicular assembly modified with Cibacron Blue 3GA. The properties of rapid protein adsorption/desorp-tion were attributed to the physical design and pellicular deployment of the reactive surface in the solid phase. When combined with enhanced feedstock throughput, such practical advantages recommend the pellicular assembly as a base matrix for the selective recovery of protein products from complex, particulate feedstocks(whole fermentation broths, cell disruptates and biological extracts).

  • 자동차, 항공기 및 기타 산업에서 복합재료의 사용은 증가되어 왔고 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 복합재료중의 하나인 carbon-epoxy 복합재료의 열 특성에 관하여 알아보았다. 반복적인 냉각과 가열이 부가된 후 복합재료의 탄성계수의 변화를 관찰하여 봄으로써 복합재료가 가지고 있는 여러 열 특성에 관하여 여러 열 특성에 관하여 연구하였다. 이 연구에서는 G(sub)13값은 약한 감소하기는 하였으나 별다른 변화를 보이지 않았으며 열충격의 경우가 열피로의 경우보다 변화량이 작았다. $E_1$값은 가해진 온도와 가열 횟수에 따라하여 조금씩 증가하였고,$ E_2$, G(sub)23값은 열피로의 경우 처음에는 어느 정도 그 값이 감소하나 가해진 횟수에는 큰 영향을 받지 않았으며 열충격의 경우에는 온도에 따라 다른 현상을 보였다.
