Hwabyung is an culture-bound anger syndrome in Korea. It consists of as one or more of a wide range of physical symptoms, in response to emotional stress. In this case, a 51-years woman complained neck pain and foreign body sensation in throat. We diagnosed her Hwabyung because her chief complaint occurred from stress in process of traffic accident. We classified her Soeumin in Sasang Constitutional Medicine, and used Hwanggigyeji-tang. And we encouraged her think positive and don't worry about little matters because Soeumin tend to think negative and wony about little matters. After treatment, her condition got improved. This report suggest that treatment method of Sasang Constitutional Medicine such as herb medicine and way of thinking is effective in treatment of Hwabyung patient.

This study examines the background of the PDL(Personal Digital Library) as well as a conceptual understanding of the PDL in knowledge-based society. Recent case studies are also included. The chief concepts of the PDL are Systems(Digital Library, Knowledge Management System, Internet Portal Site), Models of knowledge, and personalization. The findings in this study are as follows. \circled1 We must find the meaning in the change of a society environment in which the personalization happens. \circled2 The contents must not be restricted. \circled3 The system is to satisfy requirements of the individual. \circled4 The GNU General Public License is a system development method for the PDL.

When Television signal of VHF and UHF channel is retransmitted at the relay system with 6MHz Bandwidth including video and aural signals, the image is often affected with the unnatural changes of output amplitude frequency response within ttle region of dual sideband near to the carrier frequency. These phenomena are caused by the unnecessary lower sideband due to the spurious emission at the local oscillator, the nonlinear distortion in the linear amplifier, the intermoudulation distortion with the components of neighboring signal, the AM-PM conversion, and the envelope delay distortion. From the output characteristics, considering above results, the chief cause is caused by nonlinear response and has an effect on the bias states. Finally, it is confirmed that the effects on neighboring signal appear high in case of Down conversion than Up conversion and obtained the method for reducing the effects on the system.

The word 'chintz' is thought to be a corruption of spotted cloth. Printing remained a relatively primitive method of decorating textiles in Europe until the second half of the 17th century. The formation of the English East India Company sparked the influx into the West of painted and printed Indian cotton textiles. A William Sherwin took out the first English patent in 1676. The earlist European designs were florals in the Indian manner. Patterns of European flowers returned to England as birds, flowers, trees, vines and stained glass for Victorian chintz. In France, the original and most successsful manufacturer of the distinctive printed fabrics from Jouy was Christophe Philippe Oberkampf. Copperplate printing was introduced to Jouy in 1770, probably reaching the pinnacle of achievement in the craft after 1783 when Jean-Baptiste Huet became chief designer. Huet's style was widely imitated in France and abroad, and the term 'toile de Jouy' has come to be universally applied to monochrome figurative designs wherever and by whomsoever they were produced. Oberkampf served his apprenticeship as an engraver with some leading manufacturers, including a period in Mulhouse. In Alsace, which was not part of France until 1798, the first factory had opened in 1746 in Mulhouse, and the area soon had the largest number of print-works in France.

To evaluate the role of hepatobiliary (DISIDA) scan in the diagnosis of biliary obstruction, we studied the clinical characteristics of 9 cases with biliary obstructuon, whose hepatobiliary scans and ultrasonography were not concordant (normal ultrasonography and abnormal hepatobiliary scan). The results were as follows; 1) The main chief complaints (89%) were abdominal pain, especially in RUQ area. The levels of serum bilirubin were elevated in 67% of patients $(normal\sim5.9mg/dl)$ and those of alkaline phosphatase were elevated in 78% of patients $(normal\sim724U/L)$. 2) The final diagnoses were CBD stones (67%), tumor (22%) and 3 cases were associated with C. sinensis. 3) The major obstruction sites were in distal CBD (89%). From the above results we concluded that hepatobiliary scan is a useful diagnostic method of biliary obstruction, especially in distal CBD lesion and early stage, in spite of normal ultrasonography.

The study was witten at first the concept of the environmental interior design which leads environmental friendly charactenstics of material, a interior design, and construction, at the first in the conceptual definition of sick house syndrome. and then it was introduced the present condition of domestic environmental interior materials, interior design and construction and an environmental regulation and standard of in-and-outside-the-country In Conclusion, it may try to present comprehensive analysis and an expansive alternative plan.

This paper contains impulsive maneuver which considers fuel consumption balance of chief satellite and deputy satellite in satellite formation flying. Thrust input is obtained by Lagrange' Multiplier method which is constructed by cost function with weight parameter of each satellite. Energy matching constraint is applied for boundedness of relative orbit, and theoretical solutions are verified by simulation results. Simulations are divided into two scenarios, with or without air-drag effect. This paper's results are expected to be used in real satellite formation flying, when fuel-balancing impulsive maneuver for relative orbit boundedness is needed.

This is a report of 4 cases of the surgical correction of mandibular prognathism with chief complaint of mastication difficulty, facial asymmetry and protrusive chin. We performed sagittal spit ramus osteotomy for the prognathism, we used the repositioning plate for conserving the condylar segment into its original position and fixed the osteotomized bone segments rigidly with adjustable monocortical plate. Intermaxillary fixation was performed during 2 weeks. As a results, we found the following advantage. 1. Rigid fixation effect like the fixation by the tandem screw. 2. Decreased postoprative swelling. 3. It is needless to do the stab incision for the transbuccal set instrument. 4. It is more convenient to perform the rigid fixation in the monocortical plate method than screw technique.

Submentovertex(SMV) projection shows the base of skull, positions of mandibular condyle and zygomatic arches. We would like to investigate how to use SMV and evaluate its availability for the construction of the plan for orthognathic surgery of mandible prognathism and asymmetry. Preoperative Surgical Treatment Objective(STO) using SMV was performed to 12 patients, who visited to Seoul National University Bundang Hospital with chief complaints like mandible prognathism or asymmetry from Dec 2007 to Feb 2009. Surgical splint was made of stone model repositioned according to STO using SMV. We estimate the change in skeletal midline and the stability of occlusion through superposition between preoperative and postoperative SMV. It was effective on the amount of mandible movement and the correction of mandibular asymmetry, while the facial asymmetry involved with maxilla was excluded. It was concluded that STO using SMV is available and predictable method for not only the setback of prognathic mandible but also the correction of mandible asymmetry accurately.
