본 연구는 우리나라 중소기업의 기업윤리가 중요함을 인식하고 기업윤리의 이론적 접근과 이들의 윤리적 요인을 파악하여 윤리적 특성요인들과 기업의 경쟁력간의 관계와 영향을 연구 하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 실증연구를 위한 모집단은 서울 및 수도권 지역의 벤처빌딩에 입주한 5인 이상 규모의 국내 중소업체이며 134부의 설문을 표본으로 하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 고객과 사회적 책임은 조직신뢰에 유의적으로 검증되었고 둘째, 경영자 가치관도 조직신뢰에 유의적으로 검증되었으나 셋째, 도덕적 역량은 조직신뢰에 유의적이지 않은 결과로 나타났다. 넷째, 조직 신뢰는 제품경쟁력과 가격경쟁력에 유의적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째 고객과 사회에 대해 사명감을 가지고 조직적이고 체계적인 가치를 제공하여야한다. 이를 위해 고객과 사회의 요구를 분석하여 기업경영에 반영하고 긴밀한 관계형성, 신뢰감을 주는 마케팅활동 및 기업이미지 향상 노력을 통해 구성원들이 자긍심을 가질 수 있도록 상호연관효과가 이루어져야 하며 둘째, 경영자들은 높은 수준의 윤리의식을 가지고 윤리적인 리더십에 의한 솔선수범을 실현하여야 한다. 셋째 조직신뢰를 높이기 위해 윤리적인 요소들에 대한 신뢰를 높여야한다. 이를 위해 내, 외부고객을 포함한 관계 네트워크에 대한 윤리적 수준을 높여 조직에 대한 신뢰를 높이고 이를 통해 구성원의 사기진작과 기업에 대한 공헌도를 높여 궁극적으로 기업경쟁력을 높여야 한다.

본 연구에서는 선행연구를 통하여 ICT 기업의 해외 수출 성과에 미치는 영향을 도출하여 도출된 영향요인들에 대해서 각 요인별로 중요도를 분석하면서 분석결과를 바탕으로 ICT 해외 수출기업에 실무적인 차원에서 해외 수출 성과에 미치는 영향요인들을 제시하였다. 분석결과 ICT 기업의 해외 수출성과에 미치는 영향요인으로 1차 계층 요인 중 기업특성이 가장 중요한 영향요인으로 분석되었고, 2차 계층 요인을 12개 요인으로 설정하여 분석한 결과에서는 수출경험, 최고경영자 시장지향성, 마케팅 전략, 수출시장 매력도 등 4개 요인이 매우 중요한 요인으로 분석되어 ICT 기업의 해외 수출성과에 미치는 영향 요인들이 우선은 기업 내부요인 즉, 기업 특성이나 마케팅 특성이 더 중요한 영향 요인임을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 총체적 질 관리의 이론 고찰을 토대로 추출된 핵심요인들에 대해 의학도서관 사서를 대상으로 인식을 조사하여 요인간의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 설문분석 방법은 의학도서관에서의 총체적 질 관리에 대한 사서의 인식을 Likert Type 5단계 척도에 따라 1점에서 5점까지 부여하였고 통계방법은 T-Test와 ANOVA Test를 실시하였다. 분석결과 기관, 조직, 개인의 특성에 따라 다소 차이는 있지만 TQM의 필요성에 대해서 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 사서의 과업수행에 있어 동기부여가 될 수 있는 보상체제 요인에 대한 인식이 낮게 나타나 이 점은 앞으로 많이 개선해야 될 부분으로 나타났다. 결국 의학도서관 사서는 최고 경영자의 양질의 지도력 하에 고객만족중심의 과업을 수행${\cdot}$성취하고자 교육이나 훈련을 통해 전문직으로서의 자질을 갖추는 것이 총체적 질 관리를 성공적으로 수행하는 것으로 분석되었다.

Small firms are considered as the last mile in electronic networks of business enterprises. Since small firms lack in their resources and capabilities for IT deployment, it seems a challenging project to make them electronically linked to their trading partners. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the intent of small firms to adopt electronic linkage to their trading partners. This study considers the context where small firms already have transaction relationships with partner firms and where their adoption of electronic linkage may influence the nature and performance of the transactional relationships. This study considers the expected value of electronic linkage and the joint actions of the trading firms as the major factors. Its research model also includes traditional factors such as influences from the industry and the trading partner, the support of CEO, and the readiness of the trading partner. Based on the survey data from more than 1000 small firms, the present study performs regression analysis and finds that all but one factor are significant in explaining the variations in the adoption intention of small firms. The exception is the joint action, which is shown to decrease the intention. Based on the results, this study offers business and policy implications that would be useful to business managers and policy makers.

본 논문에서는 구조물의 사용성 및 사용하중에 큰 영향을 미치지 않으며 기존에 개발되어진 재료를 활용하여 재료들의 방호 방폭 성능을 최대한 발휘할 수 있도록 복합패널을 구성하였다. 재료 각각의 특성이 발휘될 수 있도록 여러겹의 레이어 층으로 패널을 구성하였으며 구조물의 손상을 최소화 하고 강도와 내구성을 극대화 하여 일반 구조물 유지 보수에도 활용 가능한 보강용 패널의 제작을 위한 실험적 연구를 수행하였다.

This paper presents the electrical properties of SiGe HBTs designed with bottom collector and single metal layer structure for RF power amplifier. Base layer was formed with graded-SiGe/Si structures and the collector place to the bottom of the device. Bottom collector and single metal layer structures could significantly simplify the fabrication process. We studied about the influence of SiGe base thickness, number of emitter fingers and temperature dependence $(<200^{\circ}C)$ on electrical properties. The feasible application in $1{\sim}2GHz$ frequency from measured data $BV_{CEO}{\sim}10V,\;f_T{\sim}14GHz,\;{\beta}{\simeq}110,\;NF{\sim}1dB$ using packaged SiGe HBTs. We will discuss the temperature dependent current flow through the e-b, b-c junctions to understand stability and performance of the device.

As healthcare environment being more complex and turbulent, strategic approach of hospitals became more important. This study was to investigate strategic orientation of Korean hospitals and their related characteristics. We surveyed managers of 360 hospitals randomly selected from all hospitals in Korea. For typology of strategic orientation, we used that developed by Miles and Snow, and results are as follows. Firstly, major types of organizational strategic orientation of Korean hospitals were analyzer(42.0%) and prospector(34.0%). Secondly, characteristics affecting to hospitals' strategic orientation significantly were hospital ownership and sex of managers. Medical corporation had a high tendency of prospector strategic orientation by 2.7 times compared to personal ownership. Female managers had a low tendency of prospector strategic orientation by 0.2, which was statistically significant. Though 60+ age group (compared to twenties and thirties) and middle managers (compared to CEO) had a tendency of being more prospector strategic orientation, but insignificant. The study result that majority of strategic orientation were prospector and analyzer reflects Korean hospital environment are complex and unstable. Hospital managers need to more focus on environment and boundary spanning function for maintenance and survival of their organizations.

국내 창업연구 결과에 따르면 사내벤처 기업의 생존률 및 성과가 일반 창업기업 대비 더 높게 나타난다는 연구결과들이 제시되고 있다. 이에 우리 정부는 2017년부터 사내벤처 및 분사창업기업 육성을 위한 지원제도를 운영하고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 이러한 정부의 개입이 분사창업기업의 창업과 성장에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 2019년 1차년도 사내벤처 육성프로그램에 참여한 7개의 기업 중 11개의 분사기업팀을 대상으로 하였으며, 주된 영역은 (1)분사 칭업자의 특성에 따른 기업가적 의도 및 (2) 모기업의 지원정책, (3) 정부의 정책 개입에 따른 분사창업과의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 3개월의 이노베이션 부트캠프 과정 이후 2022년까지 해당기업의 CEO 인터뷰 및 기사를 통해 추적한 결과, 사내벤처팀 모두 모기업의 지원정책과 본인의 업무를 기반으로 창업을 시작하였으며, 모기업 및 유통파트너를 첫 소비자로 하는 경우가 다수를 차지하였다. 모기업은 재정직 지원 제공하는 한편, 정부에서 요구한 '실패시 재입사 가능'의 조항을 준수하고 있었으며 이러한 정부의 정책개입은 중소기업의 사내벤처제도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해 우리나라 정부의 사내혁신을 통한 혁신창업 활성화에 이론적, 실무적, 정책적 제안을 제시하고자 한다.

일반적으로 사이코패스라고 하면 극단적으로 이기적이고 타인을 목적달성의 도구로 이용하며 무책임하면서 쉽게 거짓말을 하는 특성이 있는 것으로 알려지고 있다. 이러한 사이코패스의 특질을 가진 사람들은 충동적이며 타인의 신체를 공격하거나 타인의 안전을 무시하고 타인의 고통에 무감각 또는 즐거움을 느끼는 등 사회에 해악을 끼치는 인간들로 인식되어져 왔다. 그러나 또 다른 공격적인 행동은 사회규범에 의해서 수용되면서 현행 인질범인 테러리스트를 경찰이 총기로 제압하는 것과 같은 친사회적인 공격행동으로 묘사되기도 한다. 즉, 국가 안보나 국민 안전과 관련된 상황에 필요한 적절한 공격성은 국가와 사회를 이롭게 하는 친사회적 공격성이라고 할 수 있는 것이다. 경호업무에 있어서도 법률적 근거와 투철한 사명감에 따라 경호대상자를 위하여 생명담보활동이 절대적으로 요구되는 적극적인 경호활동심리가 작용되어야 하며, 자기 희생정신을 기반으로 구현되는 희생적 경호활동심리는 경호업무의 중심이 되는 것이다. 최근의 심리학계에서는 사이코패스 성향을 가진 사람들이 CEO, 정치인, 방송인, 외과의사, 특수부대원, 경찰관 등 다양한 분야에서 성공적으로 두각을 나타내거나 사회에 기여하는 것으로 밝히고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 경호 또는 경찰업무 예비 종사자들인 경호, 경찰 및 무도 관련학과 대학생들을 대상으로 PPI-R(대학생을 대상으로 사이코패스 성향을 알아보기 위한 검사지) 중에서 반사회적 성격을 지닌 척도들은 제외하고 대담성 척도와 냉담함 척도를 활용하여, 사회를 이롭게 하고 규범적으로 요구되는 친사회적 공격성과 경호업무에 필수적인 희생적 경호활동심리와의 연관성에 관하여 알아보고자 하였다.
