기내 백합 소인경의 비대는 저온구인 15$^{\circ}C$에서 현저히 감소하는 경향이었고 $25^{\circ}C$에서 증가하였다. 15$^{\circ}C$에서 배양한 백합 소인경은 휴면을 하지 않았거나 하더라도 휴면정도가 미미하였던 반면, 2$0^{\circ}C$와 $25^{\circ}C$에서 배양한 소인경은 모두 휴면이 깊었다. 15$^{\circ}C$와 2$0^{\circ}C$에서는 sucrose 농도가 높을수록 휴면정도가 깊었으나 $25^{\circ}C$ 배양온도에서는 sucrose농도에 상관없이 모두 휴면이 깊어 배양온도가 기내 백합 소인경의 휴면에 더 크게 관여하는 것으로 나타났다. 15$^{\circ}C$에서 배양한 소인경을 $25^{\circ}C$ 조건으로 옮겨 3주 이상 배양하면 휴면이 깊어졌고 $25^{\circ}C$ 조건에서 배양한 소인경을 15$^{\circ}C$ 조건으로 옮겨 12주간 배양하면 휴면이 타파되었다. ABA를 배지 내에 첨가하면 15$^{\circ}C$ 배양온도에서도 휴면이 유도되었으나 4$^{\circ}C$에서 8주간의 저온처리로 휴면이 100% 타파되었다. 배지 내에 BA (1.0mg/L) 또는 fluridone (1.0 mg/L)을 첨가하였을 때 Lilium Oriental Hybrid 'Casa Blanca' 의 무휴면 소인경 생산에 매우 효과적이었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of kind and combination of sugars on the viability and acrosome damage of post-thaw spermatozoa in canine. The extender used was Tris-citric acid extender (Tris-buffer) supplemented with 20% Egg-yolk, 8% glycerol, 1% Equex STM paste, and 70 mM sugars such as monosaccharide (fructose and xylose) and disaccharide(trehalose). To evaluate of sugar combination, the sugars supplemented in Tris-buffer were combined such as single (fructose, xylose, trehalose), two combinations (Fruc+Tre, Fruc+xyl, Tre+xyl) and three combinations (Fruc+Tre+Xyl). The concentration of sperm collected were adjusted of 50${\times}$10$\^$6/ per straw for freezing. The frozen spermatozoa were thawed at 37$^{\circ}C$ for 1 min and then analysis for CASA program in Livestock Improvement Main Center, NACF. The motility of post-thaw spermatozoa in Fruc+Tre was higher than those in fructose, trehalose, xylose, Fru+xyl, Tre+xyl and Fru+Tre+Xyl (79％ vs. 63, 66, 70, 71, 74 and 75%). The progressive motility after CASA analysis in Fuc+Tre group was also higher than those in fructose, trehalose, xylose, Fru+xyl, Tre+xyl and Fru+Tre+Xyl (67% vs. 53, 57, 60, 61, 62 and 64%). The acrosome damage of post-thaw spermatozoa stained was not significantly different among treatment groups such as fructose, trehalose, xylose, Fru+Tre, Fru+xyl, Tre+xyl and Freu+tre+xyl (17.7, 18.3, 28.0, 17.0, 19.7, 20.0 and 19.0%). The results indicated that the motility and progressive motility of post-thaw spermatozoa in Fru+Tre group was better, and acrosome normality was not different among all groups. The use of Tris-buffer supplemented with Fru+Tre as sugar for frezing of canine spermatosoa could be better and apply to semen banking and artificial insemination.

최근 국내 절화 상품이 외국으로 수출되는 물량이 급격히 증가(화훼류 수출실적 '01 현재 3,000만불)되고 있으나 수확 후 관리 미숙에 의한 불개화 및 조기노화 현상이 나타나 이 문제들을 해결할 수 있는 방안이 절실하다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서는 주요 수출작물의 재배시 수확 후 저장 및 유통에 따른 연속적이고 체계화된 품질 향상 및 보장문제를 해결할 수 있는 기술개발이 절대적으로 필요하다. (중략)

본 연구에서는 자연점토에 납, 구리, 아연, 카드뮴의 단일 흡착 시 온도변화에 따른 흙의 구성성분별 흡착거동을 살펴보기 위해 혼합 흡착-연속추출법(combined adsorption-sequential extraction analysis, CASA)을 사용하였다. 실험결과 납과 구리의 경우 약 50%이상의 분배가 탄산염 형태로 나타났고, 카드뮴의 경우 약 80%이상의 분배가 이온교환 형태로 나타났다. 아연의 경우 $25^{\circ}C$이하의 온도에서는 이온교환 형태로의 분배가 약 60%로 나타났고, $40^{\circ}C$이상의 온도에서는 탄산염 형태로의 분배가 50%이상으로 나타났다. 흙의 각 구성성분에 대한 흡착용량의 온도에 따른 영향은 철.망간 산화물과 유기물 형태에서 주로 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이온교환 형태를 제외한 모든 형태에 대한 중금속들의 흡착 반응은 온도의 증가에 따라 흡착량이 증가하는 흡열반응(${\Delta}H^0$ >0)인 것으로 나타났다.

Objective: To evaluate the results of CASA systems and to compare its results. Methods: Fifty semen sampales were analysed. Concentration, motility and forward progression were evaluated simultaneously on the same semen samples using Cell Soft System-3000 (CS system) and Sperm Quality Analyzer-V (SQA system). Results: Mean semen volume was $2.8{\pm}1.2\;ml$. Mean value of sperm concentration, motility, forward progression using CS system were $83.4{\pm}45.7{\times}10^6/ml$, $52.3{\pm}16.4%$ and $48.6{\pm}13.4%$, respectively. And mean value of sperm concentration, motility, forward progression using SQA system were $78.2{\pm}42.9{\times}10^6/ml$, $57.0{\pm}24.0%$ and $50.6{\pm}21.9%$, respectively. There were no statistical significancy of sperm concentration, motility, forward progression between the two devices. Conclusion: SQA system variables well correlated with the CS system. As a screening test for semen quality, CS system and SQA system is considered as useful in the management of male infertility.

The Brazilian Federal Housing Program "Minha Casa Minha Vida" -PMCMV (My House My Life) is part of a large housing policy to eradicate the housing deficit, estimated at around five million homes in the country. The Ministry for Cities created a network of independent research organizations to evaluate the program, and the PMCMV has attracted many studies. Despite the inherent worth of these individual studies, there is a need for a holistic evaluation. A Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is seen as an important contribution to focus research efforts on the problems identified, to avoid the repetition of studies and to provide novel insights. This article carried out a SLR to map and quantify the types of research and represent a graphic panorama of published studies. Gap spotting was part of the study. In the five-year period from 2010-2014, the SLR identified 1489 bibliographic items. The panorama is categorised according to types of publications, and the analysis of items shows that most studies are concentrated on housing policies, financial questions, urban impacts and Brazilian social development. The results of this SLR raise some new research questions and show opportunities to reduce errors in the housing projects themselves.

LSV 제거 효과를 조사하기 위하여 LSV에 감염된 나리 Casa Blanca를 재료로 기내 배양 중에 화학약제 및 열처리를 단독 또는 병형처리하였다. 단독처리시 ribavirin 20 mg/L과 열처리 35$^{\circ}C$/$25^{\circ}C$ (주간/야간)에서 식물의 생육 및 LSV 제거율(각각 86%, 80%)이 ekfs 처리보다 좋았다. 이 두 처리를 병행하였을 경우, 열처리 기간이 길수록 LSV 제거율은 증가하는 경향이었으며, 열처리 16주의 모든 처리에서 ribavirin 농도와 관계없이 100%의 LSV 제거 효과를 보였다. 토양 정식 후 LSV 무병화 정도는 ribavirin 20 mg/L 농도와 열처리 8주 병행처리에서 12개체 중 8개체가 무병화를 보여 가장 효과적이었으며, 전체 조사 수를 기준으로 했을 때 약 21% 정도의 무병화가 유지되었고, 나머지는 토양의 자연 조건에서 다시 바이러스의 복제, 증식이 되는 것으로 보인다.

Julio Romano decorated the facade of his house in Mantua with a statue of Mercury to give expressions to his ideas on painting. Hereby the painter from Rome could show his home to the world as that of a painter. To be concrete, Mercury was the planet god to which visual artists belonged, and so was basically related to visual arts. In his role to deliver diverse features of art works Mercury could also convey concepts and emotions expressed in a picture to the viewer. The power of a painting to arouse certain emotions or move the mind of the viewer was further connected to the role of Mercury as the guide of the human soul. This function again related the Roman god to the characteristic of a portrait to present absent persons to the viewer. Above the statue of Mercury, a Lucian head of the god is seen, so that they together form the central axis of the facade. This seems to emphasize that the theme of the facade decoration was the powerful persuasive forces of eloquence. The two masks on the left could then refer to sources of eloquence, I.e. various beautiful expressions of a language and its generative process. On the other hand, the masks on the right could represent consequences of eloquence, for instance, prudence, evil effects which come about to imprudent listeners, and other influences on listeners. Finally, it would be useful to remind us of a line from On Architecture by Leon Battista Alberti. According to the humanist architect parts of a building which are seen from the outside, like a facade, should be appropriately designed, since the decoration of a house could play a significant role to enhance the fame and honor of the family and its fatherland. This theory of Alberti could have provided the foundation to the facade decoration of the Casa Pippi which proudly presented the profession of painting to the public in visual form.

백합과 화훼작물의 품종구분을 위하여 RAPD 방법이 사용되어졌다. Operon사에서 구입한 10개의 10-mer random primer를 이용한 RAPD 실험결과 모두 107개의 밴드가 관찰되었고, 관찰된 밴드는 300bp 에서 2kb의 범위에 속했으며, 같은 계통 내에서는 동일한 밴드양상을 나타내었다. 그러나 Casa Blanca와 Adelina는 동일계통 내 다른 품종들과 다른 밴드 양상을 보였다. L. longiflorum내의 품종들은 서로 다른 밴드 양상을 나타내었다. Random primers, OPA-02, 03, 04, 14, 16 그리고 17로 형성된 DNA 밴드들은 Lilium의 서로 다른 cultivar와 hybrid를 구분하는 marker로도 이용이 가능하리라 생각된다.
