Module can be categorized as PAS(Pre-Assembled Steel structure), PAR(Pre-Assembled pipe Rack), PAU(Pre-Assembled Unit), VAU(Vendor Assembled Unit) and VPU(Vendor Package Unit). At the stage of design and fabrication of module, the condition of land and ocean transportation is considered and these conditions are reflected on the module division design. The control of the module's center of gravity is important to transport and install modules safely and the steel structure should have the strength enough to resist the sea acceleration force during the ocean transportation. The transportation condition and the installation method influence the size and weight of module. The size and weight of module are considered for the design of module division.

A new design for improving the aperture ratio of bottom emission type AMOLED is investigated. In conventional, the TFT of AMOLED fabrication method is "Etch Stopper (7-mask)", so the aperture ratio is limited in 28${\sim}$33% by Cs(Storage Capacitor). A high aperture ratio TFT is designed by using BCE(Back Channel Etching 5-mask) fabrication way and the aperture ratio is up to 40% shown in 2.2"AMOLED display.

This study is to propose the minimalism, which swept the modern society of the 20th century, in fashion illustration with an asymmetric composition adding the globalized oriental taste in the 21th century. To do this, this study reviews various literatures and real materials reflecting the minimalism in art, architecture and fashion, defines aesthetic characteristics of the minimalism in each area, then based on the results, creates a basic unit of a fashion illustration and finally bring 6 works of the unit together to an integral fashion illustration while adding several oriental features.

Most companies operate their business unit by products which occupy mostly their sales or can increase their sales. The evaluation of business units is very important part to check the market position of its business, the value of investment and business diversification. This paper applies 5 game flat forms to Korean game industry at base on GE model which can evaluate business unit with market merit and competitive advantage in market. the result of study indicates that main flat form and the other flat form distribute diversely, and can determine the time for the new product development, the flat form of main investment and marketing strategy.

The effects of plasma damages to the organic thin film transistor (OTFT) during the fabrication process are investigated; metal deposition process on the organic gate insulator by plasma sputtering mainly generates the process induced damages of bottom contact structured OTFTs. For this study, various deposition methods (thermal evaporation, plasma sputtering, and neutral beam based sputtering) and metals (gold and Indium-Tin Oxide) have been tested for their damage effects onto the Poly 4-vinylphenol(PVP) layer surface as an organic gate insulator. The surface damages are estimated by measuring surface energies and grain shapes of organic semiconductor on the gate insulator. Unlike thermal evaporation and neutral beam based sputtering, conventional plasma sputtering process induces serious damages onto the organic surface as increasing surface energy, decreasing grain sizes, and degrading TFT performance.

The aim of this study is to establish resident-participative primary design of integrated rural development project with master planner by setting principals of open competition and transparent decision-making about village-to-village or business-to-business unit enterprise in Onui area, Hong-seong Gun. For effective processing, software projects such as residents education and rural landscape planning are simultaneously conducted for enhancing project understanding and comprehensive development plan including related post project. Above all, competition teams for individual project were organized to establish the resident-participative primary design using survey tables of residents demand. In 6 months resident-participative processing of primary design, continuous education and visiting to advanced area are conducted in team unit. Strengthened ability of team unit can be used in management and maintenance after project development. To do this, residents with the same opinions gathered as one competition team and identified business plans such as village asset, business location, size, program, and method for land securing. Favorable decision-making process by residents who are audience in project presentation of competition team has conducted. After selecting competition teams, continuos consulting are operated for establishing operation and management for developed or remodeled facilities through repetitive education and visiting advanced area. In this process, unit project suggested by competition team are completed. Preliminary selection was conducted by experts who were entrusted by residents. After residents agreement of project main stream such as major facilities and location, final detailed cost of projects are work out. Suggested process in this study which choose the final project by residents would improve residents' voluntary participation in integrated rural development project through open competition in establishing primary design.

This paper presents a case study on the ground settlement and volume loss estimation for slurry pressure balanced shield TBM tunnelling in weathered zone of granite rock. Settlement at each stage of shield tunnelling was analyzed and the volume losses and settlement trough factors were estimated from observations. In addition, using the existing volume loss evaluation method in literature, volume losses were estimated considering ground properties and actual driving parameters. Most of ground settlement occurred during passage of shield skin passage and after backfill grouting, and the measured total volume loss and trough curves appeared to coincide with literature. Shield and tail loss obtained from field measurement were found to be around 90% and 60% of the predictions, where tail loss indicated larger deviation than shield loss.

The service identification in service-oriented developments has been conducted by based on workflow, goals, scenarios, usecases, components, features, and patterns. However, the identification of service by semantic approach at the business value view was not detailed yet. In order to enhance accuracy of identifying business service, this paper proposes a method for identifying business service by analyzing syntax and semantics in XL-BPMN model. The business processes based on business scenario are identified, and they are designed in a XL-BPMN business process model. In this business process model, an unit business service is identified through binding closely related activities by the integrated analysis result of syntax patterns and properties-based semantic similarities between activities. The method through XL-BPMN model at upper business levels can identify the reusable unit business service with high accuracy and modularity. It also can accelerate more service-oriented developments by reusing identified services.

Purpose - This study deals with the Openness to Diversity(OD) of soldiers in the military organization for efficient unit operation of the military organization composed of various soldier. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of information and value OD on innovative behavior and the mediating effect of unit-members trust. Design/methodology/approach - The 269 samples of this study were surveyed on army soldiers. The Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), the multiple regression, bootstraping analysis were hired in order to analyze the data. Findings - The results showed that the information & value OD were positive(+) effect on innovative behavior. Unit-members trust showed a mediation effect between OD and innovative behavior. Research implications or Originality - First, according to Defense Reform 2.0, the military is expected to be composed of more diverse classes in the future. There is a theoretical contribution that examine their perception of diversity within the military. Second, OD was confirmed as a variable predicting the innovative behavior of soldiers and unit-memeber trust mediate the relationship between OD and invative behavior.

With greater utilization of web application and growth of its market, the function of such application is being expanded With today's increasing demand for high quality software, we see a sharp rise in the interest for web application test. The current trend is that web applications are being developed based on a framework of developmental environment. Hence, as the scope of that framework expands, each module of the entire web application is being configured by the combination of heterogeneous files. The distinctive characteristics of a web application are based on the fact that the framework that is provided in partially completed form controls the structure of all objects of development. The present study defines the web business logic as a minimal unit which has meaning as a unit of application for the web application. In this paper, we define web business logic as a least meaningful execution unit of web applications, propose how to generate automatically the BizUnit test code for it, and analyze the effectiveness of testing of the web application via the BizUnit test codes.
