우주기술 기반 벤처창업 지원 프로그램 추진현황 및 발전방향 연구 (A Study on Space-Technology Startup-Business Support Programs: Current Status and Future Direction)

  • This paper explains space-technology startup-business support programs. MSIP (Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning) and KARI (Korea Aerospace Research Institute) began running startup-business support programs from 2013 according to a "space-technology industrialization plan." In addition, MSIP and KARI have been running startup academies and STAR-Exploration for future entrepreneurs and startup companies since 2015. From these programs, five startup companies were established and they are generating sales. This paper shows the results of the programs, and the program cases of the startup and venture companies are analyzed for both domestic and international audiences. The future direction of startup-business support programs that are based on space technology is also discussed.

  • The present study is aimed at developing the optimal instruments for dispelling the uncertainty factors during the formulation of strategies for corporate development. The objective is the creation of a complete model of strategic analysis, which encompasses both the environment (internal and external) and the management rational component. This model -built on the analysis of three corporate cases - is concretized by a simulation for testing the strategy by the means of software which enables the users to cope with a dynamic and complex corporate environment. The research questions regard the development of a complete strategic analysis, which covers the entire decision-making process; the concrete assessment of the business strategy on the basis of quantitative data: the identification and enhancement of the critical variables of business administration, in such a complex and dynamic reality as the corporate environment.

  • Case-based Reasoning (CBR) is widely used in business and industry prediction. It is suitable to solve complex and unstructured business problems. Recently, the prediction accuracy of CBR has been enhanced by not only various machine learning algorithms such as genetic algorithms, relative weighting of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) input variable but also data mining technique such as feature selection, feature weighting, feature transformation, and instance selection As a result, CBR is even more widely used today in business area. In this study, we investigated the usefulness of the CBR method in forecasting success in implementing ERP systems. We used a CBR method based on the feature weighting technique to compare the performance of three different models : MDA (Multiple Discriminant Analysis), GECBR (GEneral CBR), FWCBR (CBR with Feature Weighting supported by Analytic Hierarchy Process). The study suggests that the FWCBR approach is a promising method for forecasting of successful ERP implementation in Small and Medium sized Enterprises.

  • In this study, the research model of VR·AR contents convergence education for solving social problems was presented after benchmarking the domestic and foreign realistic educational contents industry and policy trends and Fishbone diagram analysis. The goal was to create VR·AR content convergence talent for co-prosperity in the era of the fourth industrial revolution, and the target of education was students, researchers, and business personnel who are interested in VR AR technology education and contents business such as game animation, etc. The education model is based on understanding about storytelling of the socially disadvantaged, such as children and the elderly, and is technology education for content production including the application of virtual and augmented reality SW, and is a convergence education for content planning and business model strategy development.

  • Todays, there is fast transition about the new manufacturing IT methodologies from the conceptual phase into the practical application phase for the strengthening of enterprise competitiveness in manufacturing industry. One of those new methodologies is PLM (Product Life-cycle Management). PLM methodology consists of 3D CAD for the product design, PDM (Product Data Management) for the data management based on the collaboration platform and lastly DM (Digital Manufacturing). DM has evoluted from the stand-alone computer simulation of early 1980s, and now it covers the overall production development and production. Unfortunately, there exist serious critical problems about the actual application of DM for the real work. This is owing to the transition of the point of view from stand-alone type application (such as flow simulation or robot simulation) to that of business process about product development and production management. In this paper, we propose an application framework for the successful project with the digital manufacturing methodology with the concept of Information Strategy Planning, which enables the systematic diagnosis and the quantitative evaluation. Also, we introduce the actual practice of the proposing framework with the ISP project for 'Analysis & Simulation Technique of manufacturing process project' that is being conducted by Chungnam Techno Park.

기업정보 센터의 마케팅 전략 활용에 관한 연구 (Strategic Marketing Planning in the Corporate Library Environment)

  • 기업경영환경의 변화로 인하여 기업정보 센터는 조직 내에서 그 존재가치를 입증받도록 요구받고 있다. 기업정보 센터는 조직 내에서 성과를 높이고 존재가치를 확고히 하기 위하여 새로운 정보 서비스와 이용자집단을 개발하는 등 지속적인 생존노력을 기울여야 한다. 기업이 생존하기 위하여 마케팅 활동을 하듯이 기업정보 센터도 조직 내에서 생존하기 위하여 마케팅 활동을 수행하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 기업정보 센터에서 왜 마케팅 전략을 도입해야 하는 지의 필요성, 마케팅 계획의 수립절차 및 내용, 마케팅 믹스, 그리고 기업정보 센터에서 활용할 수 있는 마케팅 전략과 활용사례를 살펴보았다.

정부출연 연구기관의 그린&스마트IT 정보전략계획 수립에 관한 연구: K연구원을 중심으로 (A Study on the Development of Information Strategic Planning for Green & Smart IT in Government-supported Research Institutes : Focused K Research Institute)

  • 본 연구는 최근 정보기술 변화의 대표적인 트렌드라 할 수 있는 그린&스마트IT 환경에 대응하기 위한 정부출연 연구기관의 정보전략계획의 수립을 주목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 과학기술 정보 유통 분석 분야의 대표적인 정부출연 연구기관이라 할 수 있는 K연구원을 대상으로 관련 정책동향 및 유관기관 사업추진 현황에 관한 분석 결과를 종합하여 그린&스마트IT 환경에 적합한 정보전략계획을 수립하였고, 이의 효과적인 추진을 위한 이행과제의 도출 및 중장기 로드맵을 개발하였다. 그리고 도출된 이행과제들을 대상으로 사업중요도와 실행가능도를 기준으로 한 우선순위 평가를 통해 총 12개의 중점 이행과제를 선정하였고, 개별 중점 이행과제 별로 목표시스템과 구체적인 실행계획을 개발하여 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로, 정부출연 연구기관의 성공적인 그린&스마트IT의 도입과 추진을 위한 올바른 방향성 수립에 관한 유용한 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

정보전략계획 단계에서의 정보시스템 규모 예측:기능점수모형을 중심으로 (Software Size Measurement from Information Strategy Planning With the Function Point Method)

  • 기업과 정부는 경쟁력 제고와 효율성 확보를 위해 지속적인 정보화사업을 추진하고 있다. 정보화사업의 규모가 커짐에 따라 정보시스템 개발 규모를 측정하고 비용을 예측하는 일이 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정보전략계획 단계에서 정보시스템 개발 규모를 합리적으로 측정하기 위하여 기능점수를 활용하는 과정을 설명한다. 정보전략계획의 산출물로부터 프로젝트 종류를 식별하고, 기능점수 산출 범위와 경계를 정의한 후, 데이터 기능과 트랜잭션 기능으로 나누어 기능점수를 계산한다. 특히, 정보전략계획 단계에서 불명확한 기능점수의 복잡도 계산을 하기 위하여 간이기능점수를 활용한다. 합리적인 정보시스템 규모 예측은 투입공수와 사업 대가를 결정함으로써 성공적인 정보화 사업을 수행하는 밑거름이 될 것이다.
