대통령기록관 전시서비스에 대한 이용자 인식 및 요구에 관한 연구 어린이 및 동반 성인 이용자를 중심으로 (A Study on Users' Awareness and Needs of Exhibit Services in the Presidential Archive : Focusing on Children and Accompanying Adults)

  • 오늘날 기록관은 생존과 발전을 위해 이용자에게 더욱 친근하고 개방적인 공간으로 나아가고, 세분화된 이용자의 행태와 요구를 기반으로 차별화된 서비스를 제공해야 하는 과제를 가지고 있다. 특히 어린이를 대상으로 하는 서비스의 구축은 대중의 의식을 전환시키고 현재와 앞으로의 고객을 확충하기 위해 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 대통령기록관 전시서비스에 대한 어린이 이용자의 인식과 요구를 파악함으로써 전시서비스 개선에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 대통령기록관의 전시서비스 사례와 현황을 알아보고, 대통령기록관을 방문하여 전시서비스를 경험한 어린이 및 어린이를 동반한 성인 이용자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 어린이 이용자의 관점을 토대로 기록관 전시서비스에 대한 평가를 수행하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구에서 살펴본 어린이 이용자의 만족도 및 요구 분석은 기록문화의 확산과 어린이 이용자의 방문 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

일사차단용 설비를 이용한 냉방 에너지 절약 방안 (Cooling Energy Saving System using Solar Heat Protection Dvices)

  • Global warming and heat island make the outdoor air temperature ascend. Tall office buildings are covered with glass window facades as a design aspect and the portion of window area to facade area is increasing. Hence, cooling load for solar radiation passing through glass window is rising. Cooling air to a certain room is supplied equally despite the face of the room in most office buildings. Especially, the west part of the office cannot maintain the required temperature that occupant needs because of the solar heat coming through windows.?In this study, we projected the water spray system to reduce the solar heat transfer and to reflect the solar ray through windows. We perform the experiments to evaluate the performance of the solar heat protection devices. We measured the room temperature of two separated office rooms for solar heat control devices. The investigation's results show that the water spray system is sufficient to the coated glass and the venetian blinds for the decrease of the solar heat inflow.

폐음향 경계조건을 갖는 가스터빈 연소기의 연소불안정 해석 (A Combustion Instability Analysis of a Gas Turbine Combustor Having Closed Acoustic Boundaries at Both Ends)

  • Combustion instability is a major issue in design of gas turbine combustors for efficient operation with low emissions. Combustion instability is induced by the interaction of the unsteady heat release of the combustion process and the change in the acoustic pressure in the combustion chamber. In an effort to develop a technique to predict self-excited combustion instability of gas turbine combustors, a new stability analysis method based on the transfer matrix method is developed. The method views the combustion system as a one-dimensional acoustic system with a side branch and describes the heat source as the input to the system. This approach makes it possible to use not only the advantages of the transfer matrix method but also well established classic control theories. The approach is applied to a gas turbine combustion system, which shows the validity and effectiveness of the approach.

  • This paper proposes a modeling and controller design approach for a hybrid wind power generation system that considers a fixed wind-turbine and a dump load. Since operating conditions are kept changing, it is challenge to design a control for reliable operation of the overall system To consider variable operating conditions, Takagi-Sugeno (TS) fuzzy model is taken into account to represent time-varying system by expressing the local dynamics of a nonlinear system through sub-systems, partitioned by linguistic rules. Also, each fuzzy model has uncertainty. Thus, in this paper, a modem nonlinear control design technique, the sliding mode nonlinear control design, is utilized for robust control mechanism In the simulation study, the proposed controller is compared with a proportional-integral (PI) controller. Simulation results show that the proposed controller is more effective against disturbances caused by wind speed and load variation than the PI controller, and thus it contributes to a better quality wind-hybrid power generation system.

  • Due to the lack of visualization services and organic combinations between public and private buildings data, the usability of the basic map has remained low. To address this issue, this paper reports on a solution that organically combines public and private data while providing visualization services to general users. For this purpose, factors that can affect building prices first were examined in order to define the related data attributes. To extract the relevant data attributes, this paper presents a method of acquiring public information data and real estate-related information, as provided by private real estate portal sites. The paper also proposes a pretreatment process required for intelligent machine learning. This report goes on to suggest an intelligent machine learning algorithm that predicts buildings' value pricing and future value by using big data regarding buildings' spatial information, as acquired from a database containing building value attributes. The algorithm's availability was tested by establishing a prototype targeting pilot areas, including Suwon, Anyang, and Gunpo in South Korea. Finally, a prototype visualization solution was developed in order to allow general users to effectively use buildings' value ranking and value pricing, as predicted by intelligent machine learning.

  • The Korean government makes an effort to raise the competitive power of nation through CM activation in the construction industry. Since the first CM service was applied to the atomic power plant project in 1986, the number of CM contracts are continuously being increased and will be up to 20% by 2002 in public sector. However, the public projects had been executed without any procedure manual or standard guideline of CM services. Meanwhile the Ministry of Construction and Transportation issued $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$, but the guide shows an indefinite description in the responsibility, authority and scope of activity for the project participants. Therefore, it is required the procedures be improved and scope of activities be established for the project participants. This study was generated from the comparative analysis of $\ulcorner$Standard CM Services and Practice$\lrcorner$ Published by CMAA and domestic $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$ and the case of Incheon International Airport construction. The purpose of this study is to provide the fundamental data for an improvement in the procedures of project execution and the construction manager's activities/rolls shown on $\ulcorner$CM Service Guide$\lrcorner$

건식 저 NOx 가스터빈의 연소동압 측정용 소프트웨어 시스템 개발 (Development of a Software System for Measurements of Combustion Dynamics of a Dry Low NOx Gas Turbine)

  • Combustion dynamics of a dry low NOx gas turbine have been measured by utilizing a dynamic pressure measurement system. The software part of the measurement system, implemented with a commercial general-purpose DASYLab version 5.6 code, basically acquires combustion dynamics signals, performs the FFT analysis, and displays the results. The gas turbine often experiences momentary combustion instability, especially when its combustion mode changes. It is found that the measurement system developed in the study may outperform the other commercial dynamic pressure measurement system. The developed system currently serves to monitor the combustion dynamics of the gas turbine.

  • In South Korea, small photovoltaic equipment is increasingly adopted in more detached houses on the constant basis. With this broader use of small photovoltaic equipment, its systematic maintenance becomes all the more necessary. However, photovoltaic facility maintenance has been concentrated solely on large-scale solar energy generation plants in the country while hardly covering smaller facilities. In this research, the JEM rule and extant maintenance company services were analyzed to develop a proper maintenance model for small photovoltaic equipment. The maintenance service procedures designed herein are as follows: A small photovoltaic equipment user chooses a maintenance company and signs a contract. Once a contract is made, the Korea Energy Management Corporation provides a certain kind of incentive to the company. The company provides maintenance service to the user and receives a service fee. If such a maintenance service model is in place, small photovoltaic equipment efficiency is expected to increase and users could receive systematic maintenance services. Also the new creation of small photovoltaic equipment maintenance service would form a new market to generate more jobs for the society.

개별공간의 자외선 살균 시스템 (UV Immune System of Personalized Space)

  • The air sterilization systems are investigated experimentally in this paper. The goal is to reduce bacteria, mold and viruses in office air by using a UV sterilizer installed inside a partition panel and wall-mounted unit. These systems allow occupants to turn the system on/off and to control the incoming air speed and direction. The partition air sterilization system conditions and sterilizes the air, and then delivers the clean air into the personal task area through the partition panels, which are connected to the pressurized under-floor plenum. Room air exits through the return grills mounted on the ceiling. The wall-mounted air sterilization system sterilizes the air, and then delivers the clean air to the personal task area from the wall. In this study a full-size experimental environment is established to investigate the immunization performance of these air sterilization systems. A typical office space scale is used in this study in order to find an optimal system to achieve a sterilized healthy micro-environment. Multiple system parameters, including volume flow rate and velocity of supplied air, were regulated during the experiments. The more air contact these air sterilization systems had, the better disinfection performance. Over 90% of eradication ratios were obtained by these two air sterilization systems. The results indicate that these systems can efficiently disinfect office air contamination.
