In the paper, we proposed a new system to retrieve 3D wrinkle data based on stereo images. Usually, 3D reconstruction based on stereo images or video is very popular and it is the research focus, which has been applied for culture heritage, building and other scene. The target is object measurement, the scene depth calculation and 3D data obtained. There are several challenges in our research. First, it is hard to take the full information wrinkle images by cameras because of light influence, skin with non-rigid object and camera performance. We design a particular computer vision system to take winkle images with a long length camera lens. Second, it is difficult to get the dense stereo data because of the hard skin texture image segmentation and corner detection. We focus on semi-dense stereo matching algorithm for the wrinkle depth. Compared with the 3D scanner, our system is much cheaper and compared with the physical modeling based method, our system is more flexible with high performance.

In this study, the disaster management and disaster medical improvement was described in underground space(specifically underground shopping center) in case of fire disaster occurred. Firstly, statue and system was discussed concerning building law, safety, fire services, refuge. The underground in Seoul management is classified as to space and form and management agent is different according to the type form. Because the difficulty of emergency rescue arises due to individual management system unified system needs to be established and improvement of facility management agent is necessary. For the patient to be transfer on the ground, corporation between command head quarter and emergency rescue team are essential. And disaster information and emergency medical information are also need to be considered. Therefore, effective countermeasures for emergency saving is urgent considering distribution of medical institution and medical treatment.

This study aimed to investigate present status of online reference shelf and analyze access point in the home page and types of online reference sources in the university library. Data were collected by accessing home pages of 41 university libraries in the region of Seoul and Kyonggi-Do. 30 libraries had prepared reference shelf out of 41 libraries, and "User Service", "Electronic Reference Sources", or "Reference & Information Sources" were mostly used as home page menu. Types of references sources varied among libraries, and "Directories", "Dictionaries", "Statistics" or "Encyclopedias" were mostly loaded types in the reference shelf. For the enhancement of reference services through reference shelf, establishing and applying standards for evaluation, ease of access, access by subject, and continuous updates and additions of reference sources were suggested.

Recently, the study and development of environment-friendly energy technique have increased in worldwide due to environmental pollution and energy resources problems. In vehicle industry, the development of electric vehicle(EV) is now on progress, and also, many other governments support the study and development and make an effort for EV to become widely available. In addition, though they strive to construct the EV infra such as a charge station for EV, the techniques related to managing charge demand and peak power are not enough. The standard of EV communication has been already established as ISO/IEC 15118, however, most of implemented EVs and EV charge stations do not support any communication between each of them. In this paper, an improved slow charge scheme for non-communication EVs is proposed and designed by using predicting charge demand. The proposed scheme consists of distributed charge model and charge demand prediction. The distributed charge model is designed to manage to distribute charge power depending on available charge power and charge demand. The charge demand prediction is designed to be used in the distributed charge model. The proposed scheme is based on the collected data which were from EV slow charge station in business building during the past 1 year. The system-level simulation results show that the waiting time of EV and the charge fee of the proposed scheme are better than those of the conventional scheme.

The aim of this study is providing basic data to design successful in-service training program for teacher librarians by analyzing their preference on subjects of customized intensive programs for indicators of teacher expertise development. According to the survey, teacher librarians seem to regard training subjects such as Reading Education and Information Literacy Instruction related educational information services as core jobs and prefer developing instructional contents and materials. Under the levels of school it seems that teacher librarians in the elementary school are interested in programs for library activation, management of volunteers, analyses of users' needs and curricula, evaluations of user instruction and information literacy instruction. Older teacher librarians favor an understanding of metadata, building and supporting information system and instruction. Therefore, training subjects for teacher librarians should be formed by linking strategies between school library instruction and subject curricula. And in terms of the method of training, case studies and practical training might be better than lectures based on the theory.

As circumstances of scholarly communication have been changed over time, there is a growing interest among academic institutions in collecting, preserving, and creating value-added services from digital contents being created by members of the academic community. The purpose of this study is to build an open access based Institutional Repository(IR) in the university for scholarly communication. For this study, this paper analyzes the example of, and makes a full range of process and implementation plan, and then suggests a realistic model of IR which is for dissertations/theses, academic journals, working papers, etc. The intellectual property right issues related to IR are also discussed.

Along with the innovative enhancement of Internet technology and the emergency of distributed systems extended from client-server computing, it becomes indispensible and necessary to integrate and interconnect old legacy systems. Since building a distributed system requires consistency of integration, the proper reuse of incumbent systems is critical to successful integration of current systems to distributed ones. CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) and object wrapping technique can provide middleware solutions that extend the applications of a legacy system with little modification to the application level while keeping client consistency of standard interface. By using these techniques for system integration it is easier and faster to extend services on application development to distributed environments. We propose a model on object wrapping system that can manage, integrate, and separate the functions delivered from CORBA. We apply the object wrapping model specifically to integration of security system interfaces and also perform a test to verify the usability and the efficiency of our model.

Telecommunications provisions of the interior of a country which are established only for a voice service are inefficient in various rule of grounding and bonding that are not concerned with services. It is a essential part for planning out a efficiency when employing telecommunication, researching and writing standards bout grounding and bonding of materials that are established in telecommunication to consider reliability of telecommunication equipment for a wideband and high speed service. Therefore we investigated present conditions and problems of domestic grounding and observed foreign technical standards related to several grounding and bonding. The foreign technical standards are compared with the domestic immature parts. As a result, presenting a domestic technical standards about grounding and bonding fitted to telecommunicateion provision when building is constructed or reconstructed, all parts related to this can be given the efficiency and the generality to provide system which has reliability.

It is a daunting task to theorize the process effectiveness of IT convergence based service model. Despite the criticalness of investigating process enhancement impact of IT-convergence based service model, the theoretical research in this field is relatively scarce, possibly due to the too wide and comprehensiveness of research scope. In this vein, we conducted exploratory study to understand the contributional impact of IT convergence based service model on resolving service process limitations. We first identified five IT convergence based service models in the area of typical service industry, which include entertainment, learning, location based services, tourism, and healthcare. Our research model classified value creation factors of the IT convergence model in twofold. The one is defined as basic value creation factor of the IT convergence, which is treated as the second-order factor that consists of two first-order factors of mobile functionality and Internet with digital contents merging functionality. The other is defined as service process limitations resolving factor which are comprised with the two first-order factors of simultaneousity and perishability. Both the second-order factors are modeled, each respectively, with the two first-order factors in formative manner. Using PLS, empirical validation is executed to analyze each value creating factor's contribution impact on the relative advantage, as well as the mediating effect of basic value creation factor on resolving service process limitations. On the basis of the insights revealed from this paper, further theory building research could be elaborated in the area of IT convergence applications for service industry.

This paper has a goal to construct monitoring web GIS system which displays maps that are results of the fire detecting algorithms using MODIS image. To design and build more efficient system, foreign fire monitoring systems using satellite image are researched and analyzed. As a result of that, the information about interfaces and services provided by them are obtained. In concretely, new logical DFD is used to do a process modelling. ArcIMS 4.0 of ESRI, IIS 5.1 of Microsoft are utilized to build the web GIS System. In the aspects of data input and transfer, a specific module, which converts a binary image to a kind of vector file, is developed to adjust raster data to the web GIS system.
