Here this Study is purposed Importance of an arcade in Mixed - Use Building. Because Mixed - Use Building ha)'e problem In korea. So Solution the Community of Mixed - Use Building a Housing development. An Acade of Mixed-use Building have a good point that is carrier Space. The Process of this Study 1) A study on the Mixed-Use Building Form and a user form in theory. 2) Condolence about Mixed-used Building of three type in kyungki and seoul ( Lotte Castle In Jamsil Seoul, park view In SungNam kyungki, Dong- Yang Paragon in SungNam kyungki) 3) analysis by theory of Mixed-Use Building Form and a user form about Mixed-Use Building 4) As a result of as being Comparison three building develop.
Free-form buildings refer to geometric external structures in curved form, unlike conventional structures with straight lines. The development of construction technologies for the implementation of these Free-form buildings is ongoing. However, there are still many restrictions on the construction technology of Free-form buildings, resulting in problems such as increased construction period and increased construction costs. Therefore, it is urgent to develop building technology for the construction of Free-form building in order to secure competitiveness in the global Free-form building market. Accordingly, this study proposes Two-sided multi-point press technology that can solve problems of existing technology and implement FCP(Free-form Concrete Panel).
In tall building construction, time for transporting form affects formwork duration as plan size has become larger and quantity of inputted form has been increased. Thus, necessity of systematic dismantlement sequence of form has been increased to reduce the duration of formwork. Tabu search has been efficiently applied to solve problem of combinatorial optimization by using tabu list which can improve combination values. Therefore, this study proposes optimization model of dismantlement sequence of table form which has been preferred in tall building construction, to reduce the formwork duration by minimizing time for transporting form.
In order to reveal the source of the architectural norm embodied in the first built-form of ChongMyo's Main Building, three analytic types were introduced into research. According to the level of accepting the architectural form of ChongMyo in the Koryo Dynasty, these types were defined by 'newly interpreted form', 'newly introduced form', and 'coventionally accepted form'. Among the first built-form in ChongMyo's Main Building, the form of 'TaeSil' was newly interpreted on the basis of the Tang's realating norm, and the form of 'HyupSil' was newly introduced according to the contemporary trend that had increasingly regarded it as an indispensible form. But the form of 'IkSil' had the different source, that is, the architectural form of ChongMyo in the Koryo Dynasty. After reconstructed by the King ChungSun, that form had been sustained without any change until the end of Koryo Dynasty. In result, that form had been accepted conventionally at the first time of building ChongMyo in the ChoSon dynasty.
Demands for free-form buildings are on the rise, but such building designs require most cost and longer construction schedule, with less constructability due to challenges in construction member production and installation. FCP production technology has been developed using CNC machine in a bid to resolve the difficulties of member production. Exterior finishing panels of free-form building design must be divided in size and shape that can be produced by CNC machine. To solve this problem, constraints of CNC machine and correlations between CNC machine and panel need to be reviewed. Thus, the purpose of this study is to analyze decision factors on free-form concrete panel sizes produced by CNC machines. Through this study, FCP size can be optimized, which in turn can lead to improved FCP productivity and aesthetical quality of free-form building designs determined by the pattern of exterior finishing panels. CNC machine-enabled free-form concrete panel production technology will apply on site in the future, which will not only maximize the economic benefits of the technology but also support shorter construction schedule and better constructability.
In today's construction, there has been an increase in the construction of high-rise buildings due to the need to maximize land usage. Framework affects not only the entire construction duration and cost, but also subsequency construction activities such as electrical, mechanical, and finishing works. Especially, proper formwork is a influential factor of productivity in the framwork of reinforced concrete construction. To that reason, a table form of system form is more frequently used than conventional form. However, an initial cost of the table form is high and a reused table form needs for workers to repair damaged table forms. Therefore, the goal of this study is to introduce euro-unit table form. The results from the application of euro-unit table form to high-rise residentia building construction are as follows : (1) The cost of producing table form reduced by 16%, and (2) The time of producing table form was slumped by 35%, and (3) The labor force needed for form work declined 21%.
Currently, the market for free-form building continues to grow, but the technology for construction of free-form building in Korea is still in need of much study. In this study, we focused on this problem and conducted basic study for development a side formwork control system to product various types of FCP. As a result of this study, it is expected that it will be able to secure competitiveness for the free-form building market, which is expected to contribute greatly to the growth of the construction industry.
With recent advances in computer technology, the ratio of free-form building designs to those of the past is increasing gradually. However, the current technology of free-form structure is very low. The core technology for free-form building implementation is the manufacturing technology of FCP (Free-form Concrete Panel), which indicates an unformed outside, and through the development of FCP manufacturing technology, the construction technology of free-form architecture can be enhanced. The inside and outside of an free-form building should be represented by the designer's intended curvature, and the panel's thickness by segment should be constant. For this reason, the technology that keeps the thickness of panels constant during the FCP production process is a key technology that can improve the quality of FCP. In this study, a basic study on ways to maintain a constant thickness of FCP is conducted.
Numerous of free-form buildings come up with external appearances using various types of free-form panels. If the panel types produced, transport and installation order and maintenance history are not properly managed, it is difficult to complete a given project successfully. For free-form building projects that satisfy 5 factors (proper time, place, price, product and quantity), a supply chain management technique is applied for distribution management of free-form concrete panels. In addition, the study listed the whole production process of free-form concrete panels and any necessary information, and suggested a basic model for the management. The study result will be a great help in effective distribution management of free-form panels for free-form building projects.
Within residential high-rise market there are many value determining factors. Site condition, view, program, units and structure are important parameters that are directly related to the financial aspect of the project. However, most of the studies of high-rise building design focus on the facade and the shape strategies from an esthetic point of view without considering these factors. The objective of this study is to investigate new design approach that incorporates site, program and structural information at an early stage as a generator of building form and explore a wide range of strategies to negotiate these factors in the process of design/decision making. Not being based on designer's subjective preference or style, architects still can create interesting building design through integration and negotiation of various building information. Since this form is based on real data, not just play of form, we can expect that this form has great potential to be developed into real one at the later design phase.
