자율적인 상황인식을 위한 다중센서 위협데이타의 귀납적 분류 (Inductive Classification of Multi-Spectral Threat Data for Autonomous Situation Awareness)

  • 본 논문은 복잡한 실시간 환경에서 인간의 의사결정을 대체하는 자율적인 에이전트의 구축을 위하여 필수적인 지식베이스의 형성과정을 제안하며, 지식베이스의 형성과정에 대한 방법론을 실질적인 응용 도메인에서 검증한다. 한국형 헬기의 두뇌역할을 수행하는 생존체계장비가 실시간 전장 환경에서 여러 개의 센서로부터 수신하는 위협 데이타를 분석하고, 위협 데이타의 특성과 위협간의 상호 연관성을 컴파일 과정을 통하여 귀납적 모델로 정형화한다. 규범화된 상황-행동 규칙은 헬기가 복잡한 전장 환경에서 실시간 추론 시간을 줄이며, 자율적으로 위협에 대처할 수 있는 능력을 갖추도록 할 것이다. 제안한 방법론의 검증을 위하여 한국형 헬기의 위협을 실험적으로 분류하였으며, 컴파일 과정이 위협을 성공적으로 탐지할 수 있음을 보여주었다.

  • The preventive diagnostic technique prevents transformers from power failure through giving alarm and observing transformers in service. And it helps to establish the plan for optimum maintenance of the transformer as well as to find location or cause of fault using accumulated data. Data detection and experience of the preventive diagnostic system need to establish the preventive diagnostic algorithm regarding interrelationship between detected data and deterioration of equipment. Therefore in-depth analysis about the preventive diagnosis system is required. KEPCO has adopted the preventive diagnostic system at nine 345kV substations since 1997. Techniques for component sensors of the preventive diagnosis system were settled but diagnosis algorithm, diagnostic criteria and practical use of accumulated data are not yet established. This paper, to build up the base of preventive diagnostic algorithm for the Power transformer. investigated the preventive diagnostic criteria for the power transformer.

유비쿼터스 기반의 복합통신망 구축 및 성능시험 (The Construction and Performance Test of Complex Networks based on Ubiquitous)

  • K-water 연구원의 유량계 교정센터에 Zigbee, Wi-Fi, UHF 등의 USN 단말기를 이용하여 온도 및 습도, 유량, 수위, 펌프 상태 등의 데이터 취득과 무선 CCTV에 의한 교정센터 내의 실시간 현황 파악을 통해 Smart 정수장 구현을 위한 기반을 마련하고자 한다. 각종 센서로부터 취득된 데이터는 여러 형태의 USN망을 통하여 데이터 처리장치로 전송되어지고, 처리된 데이터는 스마트 폰에서도 모니터링을 할 수 있도록 구현한다. 또한, 통신망 성능분석 및 모바일 기기를 활용한 원격 모니터링 감시체계를 구현함으로서 저비용, 고효율의 USN 기반 시범사업을 추진하고자 한다.

전이학습 기반 사출 성형품 burr 이미지 검출 시스템 개발 (Development of a transfer learning based detection system for burr image of injection molded products)

  • An artificial neural network model based on a deep learning algorithm is known to be more accurate than humans in image classification, but there is still a limit in the sense that there needs to be a lot of training data that can be called big data. Therefore, various techniques are being studied to build an artificial neural network model with high precision, even with small data. The transfer learning technique is assessed as an excellent alternative. As a result, the purpose of this study is to develop an artificial neural network system that can classify burr images of light guide plate products with 99% accuracy using transfer learning technique. Specifically, for the light guide plate product, 150 images of the normal product and the burr were taken at various angles, heights, positions, etc., respectively. Then, after the preprocessing of images such as thresholding and image augmentation, for a total of 3,300 images were generated. 2,970 images were separated for training, while the remaining 330 images were separated for model accuracy testing. For the transfer learning, a base model was developed using the NASNet-Large model that pre-trained 14 million ImageNet data. According to the final model accuracy test, the 99% accuracy in the image classification for training and test images was confirmed. Consequently, based on the results of this study, it is expected to help develop an integrated AI production management system by training not only the burr but also various defective images.

여성에 대한 태도분석 (An Attitudinal Study on Women)

  • Purpose: This study was formed to propose a theoretical background for improving the quality of women's lives by measuring the subjectivity on women. Method: Q-methodology is used for purpose. Q-statements are collected through in-depth interviews and a literature review. 34 Q-statements were selected. There are 33 subjects in the research. The Q-Factor Analysis using PC Quanl program was performed to analyze the data. Result: There were three types of opinions on woman. The first type(equal-recognitive) thinks that men and women are equal, women can handle men, and women are independent, valuable beings. The second type(equal-fixed idea) express that women are not behind men in terms of abilities but are supposed to live for the sake of their husbands and children. The third type(equal-practical) answer that men and women are equal, but women have their own personalities and can participate in social activities and can financially help the families. Conclusion: The study express the overall opinions and attitudes on woman as reviewed by the research subjects. Therefore, this study helps the seizure of an opportunity to build a theoretical base for improving the quality of women's lives.

  • The application of Al parts in passenger car has been increasing for the last decade, which gives many advantages such as better fuel efficiency, driving performance and safety. Control arm is one of the most preferably substituted parts from steel into Al alloys among numerous automotive parts. Currently, both wrought and cast Al alloys can find the application for control arm in passenger car. The balance between performance and cost determines a material as well as a fabrication process for a particular part model. In the present study, comparison among various processing techniques has been carried out to build up a data base for Al control arm fabrication.

  • Fused deposition(FD) modeling by Stratasys Inc., is one of the material deposition subfamilies of solid freeform fabrication(SFF) technologies. In this process, build material in the form of a flexible filament, is heated to a semi-liquid state and extruded from a robotically controlled deposition head onto a fixtureless table in a temperature controlled environment. The position of nozzle is computer controlled relative to the base, which allows geometric complex models to be made to precise dimensions. FDM provide what the part was directly tested by the worker. It provide believable data. This study is experiment on surface roughness of part at FDM

OECD 국가의 서비스산업 경쟁력 결정요인 분석 (Analysis on the Determinants of International Competitiveness in OECD Service Industries)

  • Our study aims to investigate the determinants of international competitiveness and international specialization in services, using OECD service trade data. Real exchange rates, world demand, economies of scale, diffusion of IT, human capital, R&D expenditure and institutional variables are introduced as explanatory variables in regressions for 29 OECO countries over $1996{\sim}2003$. Some of major findings from the study can be summarized as follows. First, economies of scale play important role in transport and business services. Second, the index of freedom to trade measured by Faster Institute has a positive and significant impact on international competitiveness in telecommunication, finance and insurance and business services. Third, IT provides favorable condition to build international competitiveness in finance and insurance and business services. Fourth, R&D expenditure contributes to the amelioration of international competitiveness in transport services, while investment in new equipments contributes to increasing the competitiveness in telecommunication services. Thus, our results show the importance of the industrial base for developing a competitive service economy.

I-Tree: A Frequent Patterns Mining Approach without Candidate Generation or Support Constraint

  • Devising an efficient one-pass frequent pattern mining algorithm has been an issue in data mining research in recent past. Pattern growth algorithms like FP-Growth which are found more efficient than candidate generation and test algorithms still require two database scans. Moreover, FP-growth approach requires rebuilding the base-tree while mining with different support counts. In this paper we propose an item-based tree, called I-Tree that not only efficiently mines frequent patterns with single database scan but also provides multiple mining scopes with multiple support thresholds. The 'build-once-mine-many' property of I-Tree allows it to construct the tree only once and perform mining operation several times with the variation of support count values.

OMIS의 키워드와 통제어 일치도에 관한 연구 (A study of agreement rate between keyword and Thesaurus)

  • Objective We wish that oriental medicine theses can now be searched for by computer. So we have studied thesaurus and keywords in OMIS(Oriental Medicine Information System) Methodologies We have compared the keyword with the Thesaurus in the OMIS. So We have analyzed those into the agreement rate and the disagreement rate. Repeatedly, we have analyzed the agreement rate and the disagreement rate in chronological order. Conclusions 1. As the most of authors don't know about thesaurus, So many keywords disagree with thesaurus. 2. Because thesaurus system is very difficult to general authors. So system administors must build synonym data base, if many authors easily use thesaurus system. 3. We have to require institute editor to modify editorial policy. Presently most of institute require only one foreign language keywords, but it must be required foreign and Korean language keywords. 4. We must study not only oriental medicine thesaurus but also the other science thesaurus.
