This study consider the life and works of Hu ShunShen(胡舜申) who was the author of JiRiSinBub(地理新法) which the representative FengShui book in Choson dynasty. His adult name is RuJia(汝嘉). He was born in on September 6, 1091 at JiXi(績溪) in China as a son of Ho Xian(胡咸). He left his hometown with his family to avoid war and settled down in HuZhou(胡州). He took up an official post with his brother's YinPu(蔭補), and held several provincial official posts. After serving as vice governor(通判) of ShuZhou(舒州), he became supervisor of taoist temple(崇道觀) in TaiZhou(台州) and retired from office. After burying his father, he took an interest in fengShui(風水) and studied for a long time. People say that JiangXiDilixinfa(江西地理新法) is the well-known FengShui book written by him. When he was 74 years old, he suggested opening SheMen(蛇門) gate and XuMen(胥門) gate in SuZhou(蘇州) castle by "WoMenZhongGao(吳門忠告)". But it didn't come ture. He died March 9, 1177 at the age of 87 and was buried in HuZhou(胡州). His elder brother Hu Shunzhi(胡舜陟) and nephew HuZi(胡仔) is well-known. He had a son named Hu wei(胡偉) who served pacification commissioners of JiangXi(江西宣撫使). His Works were YiSiSiZhouLu(乙巳泗州錄), YiYouBiLuanLu(己酉避亂錄) as essay and YinYangBeiYong(陰陽備用), JiRiSinBub(地理新法), "WoMenZhongGao(吳門忠告)" as fengShui text.

The present study analyzes the content of "Suojaegi (The Account of the Suo Residence)," an essay written by the Joseon-dynasty scholar Jeong Yak-yong (丁若鏞, 1762-1836). The study identifies the work's characteristic features and significance, seeking to develop a methodology to use this essay to teach students how to write. In terms of its content, the author of "Suojaegi" asserts what it means to "protect one's self-integrity" as the word "Suo" means in the title of the residence where the author's brother Jeong Yak-hyeon(丁若鉉) lived. According to the author, his elder brother could keep on living in his house, without being sent to exile in the political turmoils, because he preserved his sense of self and adhered to his principles. The originality of the essay is attributed to the use of gi (記), a genre of writing in classical Chinese that can be translated as "record," or "account," to express his thoughts in a place of exile in the form of a dialogue with his own self. Lastly, this self-reflective essay can be served as a guide for teaching students to make their own pen names, and to write a letter of self-introduction.

We report a case of severe(gradeV) unilateral vesicoureteral reflux(VUR) without any renal damage in a 6-month-old boy through the early sil)ling screening test for VUR, whose old brother had reflux nephropathy. The early detection of VUR aroused us to take special precautions to prevent urinary tract infection in this patient. We believe that this approach was helpful to reduce the risk of renal damage in this patient and are reporting the case with a brief review of related literatures. It is our firm suggestion that screening for vesicoureteral reflux should be carried out in every child who has siblings with refluf nephrouathy.

This study was to find out variables influenced on the medication patterns (voluntary medication, in-voluntary medication) of antipsychotics taken by schizophrenic outpatients. Purposes of this study were to be identified that there was the significant difference between the group of voluntary medication and involuntary, and that which variables had infuence on outpsychotics medication. The sample consisted of 30 patients takeing their pills voluntary (voluntary medication group), and 15 patients involuntary(involuntary medication group) at a psychiatry hospital and a psychiatric unit of a The findings of the study are as follows : university hospital in Daegu. Data were collected from September to October, 1991 through interview using questionare about antipsychotics medication. Data were analyzed by the technique of two group discriminant function analysis using SPSS pc$^{+}$ 1) Discriminant function discriminating between voluntary medication and involuntary medication was significant at the level of 10% significance (sig.=.055, p〈.10) Hit-ratio was very high (91. 1％) 2) One of General variables, SEX, was significant of discriminating between two medication patterns at the level of 10% significance. 3) One of Family Environmental Variables, BROTH(a number of brother), were significant between two medication patterns. (p〈.10) 4) One of Therapeutic Environmental Variables, FAMHX, was significant between two medication patterns at the level of 10% significance. 5) One of Variables Related to Drug and Medication, NECESS, was significant between two medication patterns. (p〈.05) 6) Variables Related to Disease was not significant between two medication patterns.s.

Second Chakbongdo tell us various types of Youngbok by blue-black and red colored chulik Third we can see Uijangsu who wore Sangbok on Chakbongdo and know their brilliant costume colors on ban Cha Do through Hongmo on Chunguei Chungmo on honguei Hongmo on Honguei violet-Lip on honguei mean-while Kyokun wears Hongmo on Honguei and hoimo on Hoiuei. Forth regarding the costume of Byulgam Chakbongdo appears Chogun on Hongpo belting blue belt wearing blackboots Meantime ban Cha Do shows Chogun on Hongpo wearing shoes. As reviewed above we know various color and types of costumes through Chakbongdo & Ban Cha Do on Crown prince Chacraedogam and would lide to deepen Chac Rae of crown prince including the costumes of Chac Rae of the crown princess the eldest son of the crown price the eldest brother of the king.

Griscelli syndrome type 2 (GS2) is a rare autosomal recessive disease caused by mutations in the RAB27A gene. It is characterized by cutaneous hypopigmentation, immunodeficiency, and hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis. We describe 2 brothers who had GS2 with clinically diverse manifestations. The elder brother presented with a purely neurological picture, whereas the younger one presented with fever, pancytopenia, hepatosplenomegaly, and erythema nodosum. Considering that cutaneous hypopigmentation was a common feature between the brothers, genetic analysis for Griscelli syndrome was performed. As the elder sibling had died, mutation analysis was only performed on the younger sibling, which revealed a novel homozygous mutation in the RAB27A gene on chromosome 15 showing a single-base substitution (c.136T>A p.F46I). Both parents were heterozygous for the same mutation. This confirmed the diagnosis of GS2 in the accelerated phase in both siblings. The atypical features of GS2 in these cases are a novel mutation, isolated neurological involvement in one sibling, association with erythema nodosum, and 2 distinct clinical presentations in siblings with the same genetic mutation.

Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS) is an inherited X-linked disorder. The WAS gene is located on the X chromosome and undergoes mutations, which affect various domains of the WAS protein, resulting in recurrent infection, eczema, and thrombocytopenia. However, the clinical features and severity of the disease vary according to the type of mutations in the WAS gene. Here, we describe the case of a 4-year-old boy with a history of marked thrombocytopenia since birth, who presented with recurrent herpes simplex infection and late onset of eczema. Examination of his family history revealed that older brother, who died from intracranial hemorrhage, had chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenia. Therefore, we proceeded with genetic analysis and found a new deletion mutation in the WAS gene: c.858delC (p.ser287Leufs$^*21$) as a hemizygous form.

This study was performed to understand the structure of family experiences of adolescent behavior problems by analyzing and integrating family experiences in the family relationships. This study intends to discover in-depth family experience by analyzing the individual meaning of family experiences from client's wording. This study was performed in phenomenological method through analyzing the actual counselling cases. The results indicated that 9 units of meaning were derived on family relationships. In the family relationship domain, desire to die or kill others, guilt and resentment, not receiving the respect, mother's ignorance and verbal abuse to father were derived as primary components. Parents-children relationships-Not understanding about his father's drunkenness and disgust, getting exhausted, untrusted parents, unidirectional attitude without communication. Sibling Relationships-younger brother or sister to work off frustration.

People have regarded animation as the subculture for childishness or children compared with other art fields. Although many such aspects changed, of course recently, animation has focused on the commercial side rather than the cultural or artistic side as usual. However, the animation of art using various experimental expression is also continuously manufactured among short animations.
