브랜드 이미지에 영향을 미치는 어플리케이션 특성 요인에 관한 분석 : 백화점 어플리케이션을 중심으로 (Trait Factors of Smartphone Application Influencing the Formation of a Brand Image : Focusing on Department Store Applications)

  • 본 논문은 브랜드 이미지 향상에 영향을 미치는 어플리케이션 특성 요인들을 파악하기 위하여, 백화점 브랜드 어플리케이션을 대상으로 사용자의 만족도와 브랜드 이미지 향상에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 어플리케이션의 디자인, 콘텐츠, 사용용이성, 커뮤니티의 특성이 어플리케이션 사용만족도와 브랜드 이미지 향상도에 미치는 영향을 검증하기 위해 백화점 어플리케이션을 이용해본 스마트폰 사용자 114명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 시행하였고, 통계 분석은 PLS를 이용하여 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 모형 검증을 실시하였다. 가설 검증 결과, 어플리케이션의 디자인과 콘텐츠는 만족도와 브랜드 이미지 향상도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 사용용이성은 영향 요인으로 도출되지 않았다. 또한 커뮤니티 특성은 만족도에는 영향을 미쳤으나 브랜드 이미지 향상도에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 어플리케이션의 만족도 또한 브랜드 이미지 향상도에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 브랜드 이미지 향상을 위해서는 어플리케이션 만족도를 높여야 한다는 시사점을 제시하였다.

패밀리 레스토랑에서의 전략적 제휴에 의한 판매 촉진이 브랜드 전환 의도 및 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Sales Promotions of Strategic Alliances on Brand Switching and Brand Loyalty in the Family Restaurant)

  • The purpose of this study was to test whether sales promotions of strategic alliances affected brand switching intention and brand loyalty in family restaurants. The types of sales promotions included monetary benefits/non-monetary benefits, and immediate benefit (benefits immediately after consumers agreed to accept promotion)/delayed benefits (benefits received at a later time). For this purpose, a questionnaire survey was completed by 355 customers of family restaurants in Daegu between December 15, of 2009 and January 31, 2010. The study-findings indicated that (1) monetary benefits (application opportunity for gift certificate benefits and price discount benefits) were found to affect brand switching intention and brand loyalty; (2) brand switching intention was partly affected by non-monetary benefits (mileages accumulations benefits, presents benefits, and samples benefits), and (3) brand loyalty was partly influenced by non-monetary benefits (mileages accumulations benefits, presents benefits and electronic newsletter benefits). This study also found that (1) brand switching intention and brand loyalty were partly affected by immediate benefits (sample benefits, presents benefits, and price discount benefits; (2) brand switching intention was partly influenced by delayed benefits (application opportunity for gift certificate benefits and mileages accumulations benefits), and (3) brand loyalty was affected by delayed benefits (application opportunity for gift certificate benefits, mileages accumulations benefits, and electronic newsletter benefits). Based on these findings, family restaurants should use sales promotions as a tool for decreasing brand switching intention and increasing brand loyalty.

  • 우리나라 기후풍토(氣候風土)에 적합한 것으로 생각되는 Al-falfa의 3개품종(個品種)(Dekalb brand 120, Pike, Pioneer brand 5929)에 석회(石灰)를 10a당(當) 무시비(無施肥), 10, 50, 100, 300kg 수준(水準)으로 시용(施用)한 실험(實驗)을 경희대학교(慶熙大學校) 수원(水原)캠퍼스에서 실시(實施)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하여 보면 품종별(品種別) 초장생육(草長生育)은 Dekalb brand 120품종(品種)에 내한 석회시용(石灰施用)의 효과(效果)는 50kg>100kg>300kg>10kg>무시비구(無施肥區) 순(順)으로, Pike 품종(品種)은 50kg>100kg>10kg>300kg>무시비구(無施肥區) 순(順)으로 그리고, Pioneer brand 5929 품종(品種)은 10kg>50kg>300kg>무시비구(無施肥區)>100kg순(順)으로 초장생육(草長生育)이 좋았으며 건물수확량(乾物收穫量)은 Dekalb brand 120 품종(品種)은 50kg>300kg>100kg>10kg>무시비구(無施肥區) 순(順)으로, Pike 품종(品種)은 50kg>10kg>300kg>100kg>무시비구(無施肥區) 순(順)으로, 그리고 Pioneer brand 5929 품종(品種)은 50kg>100kg>10kg>무시비구(無施肥區)>300kg순(順)으로 수량(數量)이 많았다. 다수확(多收穫)은 석회(石灰)의 시용량(施用量)을 공시(共試) 품종(品種) 공히 10a당(當) 50kg 비율(比率)로 시용(施用)한 구(區)에서 나타났으며 수확(收穫)한 식물체내(植物體內)의 무기물(無機物) 성분함량(成分含量)은 석회시용(石灰施用)과 예취시기(刈取時期)와는 일정(一定)한 양상(樣相) 및 유의성(有意性)의 변화(變化)는 없었다. 작물(作物)을 수확(收穫)한 후사용(後使用)한 토양(土壤)의 특성(特性) 및 성분함량(成分含量)에 있어서도 일정(一定)한 양상(樣相)의 변화(變化)는 없었으며, 토양(土壤) pH는 석회(石灰) 시용량(施用量)이 증가(增加)함에 따라서 비례적(比例的)으로 토양(土壤)이 중성(中性) 및 알카리성화 하였다.

패션 브랜드 애플리케이션 분석 (An Analysis of the Fashion Brand Application)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify fashion brand app types through current fashion brand app releases. To this end, this study used Internet Web, articles, newspapers, and existing studies on brand applications as well as the data that were analyzed after downloading the relevant brand app. Firstly, this study aimed to analyze rapidly growing smartphone market and brand app market situations and look into brand app's own characteristics from the corporate marketing perspective. In addition, the study divided the types into a basic information type and an additional information type by analyzing functions of 30 fashion brand apps. As the result, the basic information type contains product info, store info, fashion info, and coordination info. The additional information type contains entertainment, hobbies, life info, mutual experiences, and sharing services. According to the divided fashion brand app types, the goals of companies also can be divided as three. Firstly, the aim is to expand sales, secondly to improve brand awareness, and lastly to build customer relationship. Consequently, companies will have to select brand app types suitable for their goals and provide to consumers.

패션 브랜드 어플리케이션의 특징적 유형 분석 - 한국 계정 어플리케이션 사례를 중심으로 - (The Analysis of the Characteristic Types of Fashion Brand Application - Concentrating on Korean Application cases -)

  • This study systematically analyzed types of fashion brand application focusing on accounts created in Korea. While referring to 'Chanel' which has developed a fashion brand app for the first time in August of 2008, not only for App store by Apple Inc. of the greatest market share but also for Android market, the one and only competitor of App store, the study examined cases of fashion brand app in Korea and foreign countries which have been in service till August of 2013 since the year of 2008. To achieve the research goal, the study conducted a literature research and a case review, categorizing the app by their distinctive functions which were Basic Information, SNS, AR, LBS, Entertainment, Mobile Shopping and Live Streaming. As for the first function, Basic Information, it was considered to provide information on a brand such as prices, sizes and colors of products which should be the most fundamental function of a fashion brand. The function would include look book, catalogues, photographs and others of products, helping users of the app with their understanding on images and concepts of the brand. Second, SNS function was considered useful for its mobility and communication and with the help of theirs, the users share fashion information with each other. Third, AR function as in a filed of virtual reality would edit virtual objects to look real in an actual environment. This would eventually offer the users a chance to try for clothes virtually. The fourth function, LBS, would work with GPS to find a store closest from a present location. This would be a help when the users try to find stores holding promotion events or trails while hiking in mountains. The fifth Entertainment function would include all sorts of games and chances for the users to listen to music and keep fashion diaries. The sixth function, Mobile Shopping, would help the users purchase items online via the app as they would not visit a store in person. The seventh function, Live Streaming, would give the users chances to actually see fashion collections in real time, held all over the world in every season. Because of this function, not only fashion experts but also regular people have become able to enjoy the fashion shows. The distinctive characteristics of the fashion brand application discussed in the study will be a useful reference when any relevant fields try to design other new fashion brand application.

스마트폰 이용 동기와 패션 브랜드 앱 내용이 패션 브랜드 앱 수용의도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of smart phone usage motive and fashion brand app factors upon the intention to accept fashion brand applications)

  • This study investigated the effects of smart phone usage motives and fashion brand app factors upon the intention to accept fashion brand applications. Data were collected from 250 female college students living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. 220 reliable data were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, ANOVA,, Duncan test, paired t-test, chi-square analysis, regression. The results were as follows: Firstly, the 'information acquisition' and the'use of time' were considered to be the most important motive factors driving consumer's smart phone usage. Secondly, the motives underpinning smart phone user's intention to accept a fashion brand application were 'social relationships', 'entertainment', and 'information acquisition'. Thirdly, the frequently used factors during the usage of fashion brand application could be classified in order of frequency as follows: 'product information provision', 'store information provision', 'coordinated information provision', 'fashion information provision', 'entertainment provision', 'hobbies and life information provision', virtual wearing provision', 'SNS provision', and, 'events and coupons provision'. Fourthly, a factor analysis of these nine factors were classified into 'basic information type', and 'additional information type'. The influences of basic information type and the additional information type upon the intention to accept the fashion brand application showed the following significant result: The basic information type had a greater influence upon the intention to accept the fashion brand app.

  • Actually, brand personality is more and more important in marketing field. Considering the employee as consumer this paper will study the effect of employee brand personality on the intention to send a job application. In this research we tried to make the difference by following the qualitative methodology. we did ten interviews with IT engineering student in terminal classes and after thematique analysis tow thems emerged in relation with the brand personality factors which are sincerity and excitement. people are attracted by firms inspiring confidence and sincerity an exciting environment this is an important finding for firms who want to attract talented people. however, it important for enterprises in the IT filed to focus all their communication actions on the sincerity and excitement

현대미술 적용을 통한 럭셔리 브랜드 커뮤니케이션에 관한 연구 (A Study on Luxury Brand Communication Through the Application of Contemporary Art)

  • In the past 10 years, the luxury goods market growth has significantly outpaced other consumer goods categories. Its market value exceeded US $1.2 trillion globally in 2018. In response to this significant consumer demand, the product portfolio of luxury brands has been modified, as several products that previously were exclusive have now released lower-priced versions. This phenomenon is called new luxury. These new luxury products, however, have caused the democratization of the luxury that threatens the exclusivity of luxury brands. In this circumstance, luxury consumers are becoming disillusioned with the vulgarization of luxury goods and prefer exclusive luxury experiences. In order to keep pace with the changes in the luxury consumer needs and promote the brand image with a creative and luxurious connotation, luxury brands are increasingly associating with contemporary art through diverse channels. However, there is a lack of theoretical research investigating the main points to be considered when applying contemporary art to luxury brands and attempting effective brand communication. Therefore, this study aims to provide insights into the key issues for luxury brands when applying contemporary art for effective brand communication. An in-depth case study with the luxury fashion brand, Louis Vuitton, was carried out to better understand contemporary art applications and obtain analytical insights. Through the research, key insights were identified as follows: 1) setting a clear objective for art application based on an in-depth understanding for both the art and the luxury brand, 2) sending harmonized and coherent messages from all perspectives by using a variety of different communication channels, 3) providing a meaningful customer experience by considering the characteristics of contemporary art.

모바일 애플리케이션 풍부성, 브랜드 인지도, 이용자 습관, 이용자 충성도 및 지속적 이용의도 간의 구조적 관계 (The structural relationships of application richness, brand awareness, user habit, user loyalty, and continuance intention in mobile application market)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 모바일 애플리케이션 마켓 지속적 이용의도의 선행요인을 도출하고, 이들 선행요인들과 지속적 이용의도 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 하는 것이다. 유선 인터넷 및 모바일 서비스와 관련된 기존 문헌을 심도 있게 검토하여 모바일 애플리케이션 풍부성, 브랜드 인지도, 이용자 습관 및 이용자 충성도를 지속적 이용의도의 선행요인으로 도출하였으며, 이들 선행요인들과 지속적 이용의도 간의 구조적 관계를 실증적 연구방법을 이용하여 검증하였다. 분석결과, 모바일 애플리케이션 풍부성은 브랜드 인지도와 이용자 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 브랜드 인지도는 이용자 습관과 이용자 충성도 형성에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이용자 습관은 이용자 충성도와 지속적 이용의도의 주요 결정요인으로 검증되었다. 마지막으로 이용자 충성도는 지속적 이용의도에 유의미한 수준에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
