대칭 및 비대칭 산화막 구조의 이중게이트 MOSFET에 대한 문턱전압 분석 (Analysis of Threshold Voltage for Double Gate MOSFET of Symmetric and Asymmetric Oxide Structure)

  • 본 연구에서는 대칭 및 비대칭 산화막 구조를 가진 이중게이트(double gate; DG) MOSFET의 문턱전압 변화에 대하여 분석하였다. 상하단 동일한 산화막 두께을 갖는 대칭 DGMOSFET와 달리 비대칭 DGMOSFET는 상하단 게이트 산화막 두께를 다르게 제작할 수 있다. 그러므로 비대칭 DGMOSFET에서 상단과 하단게이트 산화막 두께의 크기 변화에 따라 대칭 DGMOSFET와 문턱전압을 비교하여 상하단 게이트 산화막 두께의 최적값에 대하여 고찰하고자 한다. 문턱전압을 구하기 위하여 포아송방정식에서 해석학적 전위분포모델을 유도하였으며 도핑분포함수는 가우스분포함수를 사용하였다. 문턱전압 모델을 이용하여 하단게이트 전압, 채널길이 및 채널두께 등에 따라 상하단게이트 산화막 두께가 문턱전압에 미치는 영향을 관찰하였다. 결과적으로 문턱전압은 상하단 게이트 산화막 두께에 따라 크게 변화하였으며 변화하는 경향은 하단게이트 전압, 채널길이 그리고 채널 두께에 따라 매우 상이하게 나타나고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • 연속방정식 및 운동방정식을 사용하여 임의의 수심에 적용이 가능한 장파의 해를 해석적인 방법을 사용하여 유도하였다. 수심이 선형적으로 변화할 경우 지배 방정식의 해가 Bessel 함수로 표현된다는 사실을 응용하여 임의의 수심을 선형적으로 변화하는 구간의 연속으로 가정하여 해를 유도하였다. 기존에 유도된 해석 해와 비교를 하여 본 논문에서 유도된 해석 해의 타당성을 검증하였으며, 직립 구조물에 적용하여 해저 지형이 직립구조물의 처오름에 끼치는 영향을 조사하였다.

  • This study has been carried out to investigate into the influence of solidification conditions mold on the structure and mechanical properties of Al-5wt%Mg alloy by metallic mold casting. The percentage of equiaxed grain of Al-5wt%Mg alloy castings increased both when pouring temperature decreased and when the low part or bottom of metallic mold was cooled. The hardness was checked and showed that hardness of outside in the castings was higher than that inside, and that it is the highest at the pouring temperature of $680^{\circ}C$. The castings had the highest U.T.S. and elongation when the bottom of metallic mold was cooled. At the same pouring temperature, the structure of castings was changed as the position of cooling parts of metallic mold was varied. When the castings were solidified through cooling of the bottom of the metallic mold, the morphology of Fe intermetallic compound has tendency to change to a Chinese script and the U.T.S. and elongation of Al-5wt.%Mg alloy castings was increased.

이중저 형상 구조물의 음향방사효율과 수중방사소음 해석 (Analysis of Acoustic Radiation Efficiency and Underwater Radiated Noise of Double Bottom-shaped Structure)

  • Recently, reducing underwater radiated noise (URN) of ships has become an environmental issue to protect marine wildlife. URN of ships can be predicted by various methods considering its generating mechanism and frequency ranges. For URN prediction due to ship structural vibration in low frequency range, the fluid-structure interaction analysis technique based on finite element and boundary element methods (FE/BEM) is regarded as an useful technique. In this paper, URN due to a double bottom-shaped structure vibration has been numerically investigated based on a coupled method of FE/BEM to enhance the prediction accuracy of URN due to the vibration of real ship engine room structure. Acoustic radiation efficiency and URN transfer function in case of vertical harmonic excitation on the top plate of double bottom structure have been evaluated. Using the results, the validity of an existing empirical formula for acoustic radiation efficiency estimation and a simple URN transfer function, which are usually adopted for URN assessment in initial design stage, is discussed.

실감형 VR 콘텐츠 제작을 위한 큐브 파노라마 영상의 구성 (Construction of Cubic Panoramic Image for Realistic Virtual Reality Contents)

  • 파노라마 영상은 카메라와 같은 영상 획득 장비로 얻는 단일 영상과 비교해 사용자 주위의 장면에 대한 보다 넓은 시야를 제공한다. 또한 단일 영상과 비교하여 사용자에게 사실감뿐만 아니라 보다 큰 몰입감을 제공한다는 점에서 큰 의미를 갖는다. 큐브 파노라마 영상은 Top, Bottom, Right, Left로 회전시키면서 확대, 축소가 가능한 상태로 입체적인 접근 방법을 제공하지만, 파노라마 영상의 제작을 위하여 상용 소프트웨어가 필요하며 파노라마 VR의 표현에 있어서 제작 기술의 제한된 상황으로 Top과 Bottom의 표현이 왜곡되어 나타날 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 좌우상하 방향으로 입체적인 접근이 가능하게 하는 큐브 파노라마 가상현실 공간 구성을 위하여 별도의 상용 소프트웨어 없이도 Top과 Bottom의 표현을 자연스럽게 하도록 Apple QuickTimeVR의 새로운 큐브 타입 데이터 형식을 이용하여 큐브 파노라마 가상현실 공간을 구성하고자 한다.

Seismic experiment and analysis of rectangular bottom strengthened steel-concrete composite columns

  • In order to study the working mechanism of rectangular steel-concrete composite columns subjected to compression-bending load and further determine the seismic performance index, a bottom strengthened rectangular steel reinforced concrete (SRC) column with concealed steel plates and a bottom strengthened rectangular concrete filled steel tube (CFST) columns were proposed. Six column models with different configurations were tested under horizontal low cyclic loading. Based on the experiments, the load-bearing capacity, stiffness and degradation process, ductility, hysteretic energy dissipation capacity, and failure characteristics of the models were analyzed. The load-bearing capacity calculation formulas for a normal section and an oblique section of bottom strengthened rectangular steel-concrete composite columns were pesented and a finite element (FE) numerical simulation of the classical specimens was performed. The study shows that the load-bearing capacity, ductility, and seismic energy dissipation capacity of the bottom strengthened rectangular steel-concrete composite columns are significantly improved compared to the conventional rectangular steel-concrete composite columns and the results obtained from the calculation and the FE numerical simulation are in good agreement with those from the experiments. The rectangular steel-concrete composite column with bottom strengthened shows better seismic behavior and higher energy dissipation capacity under suitable constructional requirements and it can be applied to the structure design of high-rise buildings.

컨테이너 크레인 붐 구조물의 잔존수명 예측을 위한 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션 (Computer Simulation for Residual Life Expectancy of a Container Crane Boom Structure)

  • The residual life expectancy of the container crane which has been operated more or less 39 years is examined carefully, especially on the boom structure. The basic load and load combination need to be considered for to analyse the boom structure. Various parts of container crane are modeled for to analyse stress, the deflection and the fatigue. Analysis results show that the boom is stable in the stress and deflection but the boom vertical member is over the fatigue life. The rail support beam and boom bottom chord are approximately near the fatigue life. Analysis results show that the residual life of rail support beam and the boom bottom chord would be 2.2 years and 6.8 years, respectively.

  • The one of important requisites for fabricating molecular electronic device is the single crystal direction of bottom substrate nowadays. [1,2]. We obtain the optimum SAM result when the Au crystal is <111> structure for Self-Assembled molecular. To get the <111> crystal Au, we generally repeat heating and cooling course after evaporating Au [3]. However, we can fabricate <111> crystal Av thin film except post treatment because we simultaneously evaporate and anneal using Effusion Cell. In this paper, we study on thin film growth of <111> crystal Au as bottom electrode which is essential for Self-Assembled molecular by Effusion Cell and analyze crystal structure, thickness, surface conductivity and so on as each process condition.

기질의 공극성의 이중 도공 구조에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Substrate Porosity on Double Coating Structure)

  • The process of double coating consists of bottom coating using relatively coaser pigments to improve characteristics of base paper and top coating using finer pigments to cover unevenness of the bottom coating and to give various function of the coated paper. The structure of precoating is influenced not only by its components, but also characteristics of base paper, Moreover pore size and its size distribution of precoating are expected to influence the top coating properties, but this is not well understood. Coating and printing operations involve the application of pigmented fluid on top of a porous substrate. The porosity of the substrate has been shown to influence the properties of the coating, but a good understanding of the mechanisms is lacking in the literature. The role of pore size and void volume on top coating structure is unclear.

  • CSR for bulk carrier has been required 25 years operation life in North Atlantic condition. As the fatigue life requirement of ship structure is increased it is necessary to study to satisfy the fatigue life which is much severe. Therefore from the fatigue analysis, especially fatigue strength for double bottom & lower stool connection area is not enough. To satisfy the fatigue life, it needs to increase double bottom strength or insert thicker plate. In this study, the consideration though structure modification have been doe with 81K bulk carrier and to find the solution of fatigue problem.
