In recent times, the volume of cross-border e-commerce has witnessed an upward trend and has been accompanied by increased disputes, with cross-border e-commerce being characterized mainly by low value and large volume issues. For this reason, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) was formed to carry out dispute resolutions in cross-border e-commerce. A virtual multi-door ODR platform for small value, cross-border disputes in e-commerce is then proposed in this paper. For a couple of decades, researchers have tried to employ Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Law. However, it turns out that they were faced with a couple of obstacles to integrate AI to Law since it is highly difficult to program AI to process the common sense of a human being. For example, AI cannot assimilate the affective side of a human being, and it is problematic to integrate a human being's common sense into the AI system. Considering this situation, this study puts forward an ODR model for cross-border e-commerce in the evolutionary perspective.

Luis Humberto Crosthwaite, as a witness to the accelerated changes in Tijuana since the 80's, has built a chronicle of the city based on nostalgia, fantasy, popular language, music, and criticism of the inequality between both sides of the border, but above all, on humour and irony. Among the gallery of characters that populate his stories, the common resident of the border has a special place. Here we are not talking about the passing person or newcomers, but of those who have shaped their social and personal identity from a long every day relationship with the city and the borderline, which makes up what we will call the border-being. In this work, we dialogue with the psychoanalytic concept of border personality or borderline disorder, which refers in a general way to subjects with a deep fracture between the self and the being, which prompts a psychotic search to reconcile this division. In addition, we will engage in an interdisciplinary dialogue to analyse how Crosthwaite characterises the fracture of the border-subjects in some of the stories of the book Instrucciones para cruzar la frontera, to point out the psychosis caused by the sociocultural tensions of life in a border city like Tijuana.

본 논문은 경기북부 접경지역의 지역성을 구성하는 소외성을 이해하기 위하여, 이론적 토대로서 사회적 배제의 개념과 적용방안을 논의하고 또한 현지조사를 통해 얻은 설문 및 인터뷰 조사결과를 기초로 소외성의 패턴 및 형성과정에 대해 고찰한다. 접경지역의 소외성에 대한 설문 및 인터뷰를 통한 현지조사는 결과적으로 '장소적 빈곤 및 배제의 지리학'으로서 접경지역의 소외성이 경제적, 사회적, 문화적 및 공간적 과정을 통해 고착화되고 심화되어 왔다는 사실을 보여준다. 특히 복리수준과 사회적 참여에 초점을 둔 현지조사에서 접경지역내 주민들의 다양한 삶의 측면에서 소외성이 형성되어 왔음을 알 수 있다. 아울러 그러한 형성과정 속에서 접경지역의 부정적 이미지가 고착화되는 문화적 낙인찍힘의 역할이 강화되고, 결과적으로 지역정체성과 개인간의 이탈현상을 통해 지역발전 잠재력과 미래 전망이 약화되는 결과를 초래하였다. 또한 다양한 사회, 경제 및 문학적 과정을 통해 형성되어 온 접경지역내 소외성은 접경지역이라는 맥락속에서 여타 낙후지역과는 다른 패턴을 보여주고 있을 뿐만 아니라 경기북부 접경지역 내에서도 공간적으로 상당히 차별적인 모습을 보인다.

Cross-border consumer disputes are on the increase as cross-border trade between consumers and businesses continues to grow. Cross-border consumer disputes are difficult to solve, because there are different languages, laws and institutions between the parties. These consumer disputes can be solved more easily by Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) in comparison with utilizing court processes. ODR is a branch of dispute resolution which uses technology to facilitate the resolution of disputes between parties. It primarily involves negotiation, mediation or arbitration, or a combination of all three. In this respect it is often seen as being the online equivalent of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). On 18 June 2013, the new legislation on Alternative Dispute Resolution and Online Dispute Resolution has been published - the "Directive on Consumer ADR and Regulation on Consumer ODR". The new legislation on ADR and ODR will allow consumers and traders to solve their disputes without going to court, in a quick, low-cost and simple way. The United Nations working group for online dispute resolution of cross-border electronic commerce transactions (UNCITRAL Working Group III) has been underway since 2010 to continue its work on procedural rules for ODR.

북한에 의한 위협이 증대되고 있는 엄중한 안보 상황에서 우리 군은 첨단기술을 활용한 GOP 과학화 경계시스템의 성능개량 사업을 통해 병력 절감 효과를 추구하고 있다. GOP 과학화 경계시스템이 인구절벽에 따른 병역자원 감소에 대한 효과적인 대안이 되기 위해서는 높은 탐지 및 식별률이 보장되어야 하고, 오탐율을 획기적으로 개선함으로써 병력의 개입이 최소화되어야 한다. 그런데, 현(現) GOP 과학화 경계시스템의 경우 양호한 기상환경에서는 비교적 높은 탐지 및 식별률을 보장하지만, 강우 및 안개 등의 악천후 상황에서의 성능은 다소 부족한 것으로 알려져 있다. 이를 극복할 수 있는 대안으로 악천후 시에도 물체를 탐지할 수 있는 레이더 기반 경계시스템이 하나의 대안으로 제시되고 있는데, 본 논문은 2021년 신속시범획득사업을 통해00사단에서 운용 중인 레이더 기반 AI 과학화 경계시스템의 악천후 상황에서의 효과성을 검증하고 이를 통해 향후 GOP 과학화 경계시스템의 발전 방향을 제시한다.

Objectives: To obtain permeability surface (PS) values using multi-slice helical CT perfusion imaging and to evaluate the spatial distribution correlation between PS values and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression in solitary brain metastases. Methods: Imaging was performed on 21 patients, PS values being calculated from the central, border and peripheral parts of tumours. VEGF expression was determined by immunohistochemical staining. Results: Rim enhancement was found in 16 cases, the border of the tumour featuring PS elevation with high VEGF expression in 13 cases. In the 5 cases with nodular enhancement, the border and the central part had high permeability and VEGF expression was high in all cases, the correlation being significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: VEGF expression in brain metastases positively correlates with PS values from CT perfusion imaging, so that the latter can be used in the surveillance of angiogenic activity in brain metastases.

You need to emphasize the seriousness of the conditions that your study wants to talk about] non-tariff trade barriers under free trade agreements, with various stakeholders having different trade-off interests. This study focuses on the rules of origin verification and considers cases in which domestic firms, foreign firms, and domestic consumer groups compete politically for their rent protection in the domestic market. As in Gwande et al. (2006), cross-border lobbies are considered possible wherein foreign firms also lobby the government to influence the decision-making process of how stringently to verify the rules of origin. [Note: Starting here, switch to past tense because a: study intentions above can be in present tense, b: study procedures should be in past tense] In this study, we assumed that all stakeholders form interest groups and present political contributions to the government based on their interests. The stringency of the rules of origin verification was then determined through this political process, and we compared this to a socially optimal one in the analysis. It was found that the verification was less stringent when there was cross-border lobbying than the socially optimal one.

본 연구에서는 소무역을 둘러싼 다양한 행위 주체들의 관계를 중심으로 한 중 소무역의 성격을 규명하고, 소무역 활동이 직면하는 불확실성 내지 위험을 극복하기 위해 소무역상들이 동원하는 사회 자본을 중심으로 한 중 소무역의 운영 메커니즘을 밝혀보고자 했다. 한 중 소무역은 비공식적인 성격에도 불구하고 일자리 창출과 지역 경제의 활성화 및 이윤 추구 등 공식 부문이 당면하고 있는 사안들과 맞물리면서, 지방 정부와 세관, 기업, 그리고 해운사 등 공식 부문의 암묵적인 지원과 묵인 속에 운영되고 있다. 또한 한 중 소무역은 타 지역에서와 마찬가지로 그 운영에 있어 가족 네트워크, 민족네트워크, 사회적 네트워크 및 신뢰 등 사회 자본이 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

Forty-four cases of developmental salivary gland defects in 43 patients were analysed radiologically. The obtained results were as follows ; 1. It occurred more frequently in males(86 ％) than in females(14 ％). The age distribution of patients ranged from 20 to 74 years with the average being 52.7 years. 2. All but one were located between the angle of the mandible and the molar tooth. Only one patient showed bilateral occurrence. 3. The shape of the defect was ovoid(15 cases), round(10 cases), or half-ovoid(5 cases) 4. Their size ranged from 5 x 6 mm to 16 x 30 mm with the average around 9 x 14 mm. 5. Twenty-eight cases appeared to be surrounded partially(1/3 - 2/3) by a hyperostotic border. The thickness of the hyperostotic border varied ; thick(14 cases), moderate(l1 cases), thin(9 cases), or mixed(6 cases) 6. Thirteen cases were in contact with the superior border of the mandibular inferior cortex, 11 cases partially eroded the cortical plate, and 7 cases showed discontinuity of the mandibular inferior cortex. 7. Twenty-three cases were located below the mandibular canal, 13 cases overlapped the mandibular canal, and 2 cases showed slight deviation of the mandibular canal.

A concept of 'digital' is changing a living pattern of moderners, with having influence on the whole life of modern society. The purpose of this study is arrange the frame of conformity to the 'fashion as culture' by considering the social and cultural phenomena being shown in relation to digital, which is a concept being watched most for the 21st century and by trying to analyze a tendency of digital culture being shown in the modernly fashion design based on this. The digital culture, which is a concept of generalizing the phenomena of interactional changes in the sub-structure being derived by digital technology, is being shown as a tendency of fusionization and globalization, and due to this, the culture of digital nomads is being formed. On the other hand, a tendency of amenity caused by the reaction against the coldly digital technology, is forming one axis of digital culture. As the culture, which experiences the process of a change by digital technology, is reflected even on the fashion, the fusion of technology and the human body, brought about the appearance and the development of the artificial body, by allowing the wearable computer to be introduced to fashion and by being connected directly to the body. This means the expansion of range for fashion. The destruction of a border between space and space, is making an opportunity of forming another ego inside the cyber space, with bringing about the mixed loading between the cyber space and the real space. As the border between the cyber space and the real space is being collapsed, the space of newly self-realization is being created. The collapse of gender is being shown as the pursuit of gender, which is a nomadic concept of not giving priority to anywhere of male gender and female gender. The tendency of sensitive design introduced the sports look as the largely fashion trend. Fascinated with Zen thoughts is leading to a response to the swiftly and coldly social conditions caused by machine. The digital culture by digital technology and the fashion tendency being shown by its influence, meet the needs of self-realization and self-expansion for a human being, and satisfy the needs for the expression of self-identity for a human being, and enable the search for introspection about inner existence inside the self.
