Transarterial chemoembolization is one of the most representative procedures for puncture of the femoral artery. In addition, the same procedure is often repeatedly performed many times, and Hepatocellular carcinoma patients due to cancer is significantly lowered blood tests, regardless of platelet counts are not good enough to stop bleeding. More importantly, hepatocellular carcinoma has a high degree of complication and disease severity, which makes it less likely that the condition of the body will be relatively inferior to other patients. In order to prevent delayed hemorrhage of the femoral artery puncture site after the procedure, it is advised to absolutely stabilize the limb so that it does not bend the limb for 3 hours after climbing in the ward. Therefore, I have been complaining about inconvenience. In addition, in order to prevent delayed hemorrhage after hemostasis, balloon type hemostatic device was used instead of sand bag which was placed on hemostatic site. The results of this study were compared with the results of actual application. The use of a balloon-type hemostatic device to increase the effectiveness of continuous hemostasis and to minimize the inconvenience during the time of patient's absolute bed rest, rather than raising the sandbag to prevent primary delayed hemorrhage by various methods in transarterial chemoembolization. It can be used as a substitute for existing sand bags because it can alleviate pain, increase satisfaction, and can be used as a disposable one.
Purpose: The study aimed to investigate the factors associated with long hours of smartphone usage and to identify the characteristics of the high-risk group among female middle school students in South Korea. Methods: The study analyzed the data of 13,648 female middle school students using their own smartphone extracted from the 13th Youth Health Behavior Online Survey (2017). The factors related to using smartphones for a long time was analyzed by binomial logistic regression. The characteristics of the high-risk group was defined by a decision tree analysis. Results: The average hours spent on smartphone usage was 269.54 minutes per day. The significant factors associated with the long hours of smartphone usage were grade, living with parents, perceived household economic status, perceived academic achievement, stress, sadness and hopelessness, the main purpose of smartphone usage, drinking, body mass index, breakfast, and satisfaction with sleep quality. The subjects showing low academic performance and having breakfast four times a week or less were more likely to use their smartphone for a long time. Conclusion: Based on the results of the research, we need to establish intervention strategies focusing on the factors influencing long-time usage of smartphone. Particularly, the subjects who show poor academic performance and skip breakfast frequently should be considered as the high-risk group for spending long hours on smartphone usage.
Most of the vascular procedures performed for various diagnoses and treatments of various abdominal intervention procedures performed by the Department of Radiology and Angiography are performed by puncture of the femoral artery. For this reason, patients should undergo blood-related tests such as prothrombin time (PT) and partial thromboplatin time (PTT). Therefore, many patients are instructed to take precautions such as putting a sandbag on the puncture site to prevent delayed hemorrhage after hemostasis of the femoral artery puncture site, and not to bend the leg of the treated area for about 3 hours. Because of this, many patients have complained of pain during the procedure and inconvenience during the absolute bed rest time in the ward. The purpose of this study was to compare the safety of balloon ancillary devices with sandbags placed on the hemostasis site to prevent delayed hemorrhage after arterial puncture. We compared the safety of each patient with the results of medical records in consideration of the problem that the patient could not press with the focus, the position of the patient was changed depending on the patient's body shape, and the problem of falling down according to the location of the puncture site. As a result, the use of a balloon type ancillary device improves the effect of continuous hemostasis, reduces discomfort during the patient's absolute stabilization time, increases the patient's satisfaction, and is a good alternative to the existing sandbag.
Background: The study is descriptive research study to investigate the self-directed learning ability to explore the facts that influence of anatomy using cadaver dissection beginning nursing students. Methods: A descriptive research design was used. The data was collected from 31st May to 7 June, 2016. The participants were total 121 first-year nursing students in C University. This anatomy practicum course was composed of three session, and each session was composed of 3hours, 60minutes of body structure and anatomy lecture, 90 minutes of cadaver dissection, and 30minutes of summary. Results: The results of the study showed that satisfaction with cadaver dissection was statistically significant in the usefulness in connection with the major of nursing (r=.543, P<.001), educational understanding (r=.465, p<.001), and nursing learning motivation (r=.517, p<.001). As the nursing learning motivation increased, self-directed learning ability increased. Also nursing learning motivation influenced self-directed learning (${\beta}=0.266$, p<.01). Conclusion: It is necessary to develop a program that can link theoretical education with practicum education of anatomy using cadaver dissection for efficient learning of the anatomy major courses of nursing students.
Wearing the right sportswear is one of the essential points in exercising, which is mainly neglected. Sportswear should be suitable for the ambient temperature and not cause more heat or cold in the athlete's body. On the other hand, increased sweating and blood circulation during exercise should not cause fatigue or heatstroke in the athlete. Nanotechnology has grown significantly in the field of producing more efficient equipment in the field of sports. The increase in demand in sports for complete sports equipment has revealed the necessity of using the highest quality materials in this sector. In the world of championship sports, a minor change in equipment can lead to significant changes in causing failure and victory. Since the sole is the most critical part of sports shoes, with the introduction of nanotechnology and nanocomposites, it is possible to help athletes rush and increase their sense of calm and satisfaction. Using nanocomposites in the soles of shoes can improve some of their characteristics, prevent the smell and sweat of shoes, and induce water repellency in these shoes. In this research, titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanocomposite, along with cellulose, has been used to create antibacterial and hydrophobic properties in the soles of sports shoes. The synthesized nanocomposite has been synthesized using the least amount of chemicals, which shows this method's easy and cost-effective synthesis.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects on skin temperature, pain, muscle tone, and ROM after applying the massage robot "PIRO-ZERO" to 6 men and 4 women in their 20s who complained of non-specific pain in the shoulder or back for more than 12 weeks. As a result of the study, there was a significant increase in skin temperature not only in the area where the massage was applied, but also on the opposite side and throughout the body due to increased blood flow. Pain in the upper trapezius, rhomboid, and erector spinae muscle was decreased, and muscle tone in the erector spinae muscles was significantly decreased. There was a significant increase in ROM of neck and trunk flexion, which is thought to be because the massage reduced muscle tone around the spine, increasing flexibility. In the future, as the safety and effectiveness of massage robots are further verified and the pressure, speed, and path become more diverse, satisfaction is expected to increase.
I think that apparel attaches importance to the degree of satisfaction of visual expression in one ornamental culture in which it is clothed on human body. whereas a tattoo attaches more importance to part of the expression of one's own identity in the same context. However. modern tattooing act was highlighted only as an element of act which was negative in the purpose and the degree of taste or which assumed the grotesque meaning of a particular group. away from pure concepts such as simple ornament or an amulet according to the flow of the world. A tattoo is gradually being seen as one of avant-garde methods of art again these days, and TATTOO LOOK is being popularized as street fashion as an effective method of one's own satisfied desires and peculiar expression of personality. I have got the following conclusions as the result of having studied on a tattoo which is establishing itself as another plastic art that is matchable with the fashion of dress and its ornaments in which human incessant instinctive desire for the ornament of body has been beyond nostalgia for the past and simple ornament which were pure in up-to-date modern society First, a tattoo is of personality. In that it solidifies one's own personality of another side by being transformed, one's own attraction can be transferred to a fashion tattoo with which one can emit one's own personality. Secondly. a tattoo is fashion. As a new body ornament called transformation by a tattoo was emerging, the fashionableness owned by a tattoo had in its area ample room for the fashionableness with which it can coexist with the culture of dress and its ornaments. Thirdly. a tattoo is popularized. TATTOO LOOK in which one's own satisfied desires and the expression of personality are properly applied is being recently transmitted easily everywhere in the world and popularized as street fashion. Fourthly, a tattoo is not depraved art. It's because of the point that a tattoo which had been recognized only as a decadent expression in which avant-garde elements of unknown nationality appeared mixed showed the possibility that it could establish itself as fashion art. If we go on studying and complementing the problems of individual sides about a tattoo also in the future, the infinite fashionableness for the elements called personality. sense and emotion owned by a tattoo suggested ample possibility as future industry to be highlighted.
Background: The relationship between the lateral deviation of chin and the upper and middle facial third asymmetry is still controversial. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the correlation of upper and middle facial third asymmetry with lateral deviation of chin using 3-dimensional computed tomography. The study was conducted on patients who underwent orthognathic surgery from January 2016 to August 2017. A total of 40 patients were included in this retrospective study. A spiral scanner was used to obtain the 3-dimensional computed tomography scans. The landmarks were assigned on the reconstructed 3-dimensional images, and their locations were verified on the axial, midsagittal, and coronal slices. The Pearson correlation analysis was performed to evaluate the correlation between chin deviation and difference between the measurements of distances in paired craniofacial structures. Statistical analysis was performed at a significance level of 5%. Results: In mandible, the degree of chin deviation was correlated with the mandibular length and mandibular body length. Mandibular length and mandibular body length are shorter on the deviated-chin side compared to that on the non-deviated side (mandibular length, r = -0.897, p value < 0.001; mandibular body length, r = -0.318, p value = 0.045). In the upper and middle facial thirds, the degree of chin deviation was correlated with the vertical asymmetry of the glenoid fossa and zygonion. Glenoid fossa and zygonion are superior on the deviated-chin side than on the non-deviated side (glenoid fossa, r = 0.317, p value = 0.046; zygonion, r = 0.357, p value = 0.024). Conclusion: Lateral deviation of chin is correlated with upper and middle facial third asymmetry as well as lower facial third asymmetry. As a result, treatment planning in patients with chin deviation should involve a careful evaluation of the asymmetry of the upper and middle facial thirds to ensure complete patient satisfaction.
To develop the diet for Korean type 2 diabetic patients, a consumer survey was conducted (N=35) and was analyzed statistically. The survey compared the results of a questionnaire, somatometry, and blood parameters before and 8 weeks after the experiment. It was divided into Diabetic diet enforcement group (DDE) vs. Non diabetic diet enforcement group (NDDE). There was no significant difference in body weight, body mass index (BMI), body fat, triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) of the subjects before and 8 weeks after the experiment. DDE's average fasting glucose (FBG) and post prandial 2 hours blood glucose (PP2) were significantly decreased before and after the experiment (p<0.05). NDDE's average FBG and PP2 showed no significant difference. In terms of Hemoglobin $A_lC\;(HbA_1C)$ content, DDE's had significantly decreased level both before and after the experiment (p<0.05), while there was no significant difference in the NDDE group. Cholesterol and High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were significantly different in DDE (p<0.05) both before and after the experiment. Whereas in the case of NDDE, there was no significant difference on the cholesterol and HDL-C, while DDE's showed a significant difference before and after the experiment. In terms of patients distribution depending on their treatment (p<0.05), NDDE had no significant difference before and after the experiment. For an item asking blood glucose control, DDE had significant difference before and after the experiment (p<0.01), while NDDE had no significant difference. For program satisfaction (p<0.05) and health (p<0.001), both the groups changed significantly after the experiment. But there was no significant difference in applying it to their real life after the experiment. Based on these results, DDE had the decreased blood glucose levels, $HbA_1C$, and cholesterol and increased HDL-C, with decreased rate of the patients taking oral hypoglycemic agents. In addition, many of the patients who participated in the experiment were found to be satisfied with the program, in terms of having less trouble in glucose control and exhibited improvement in health. Hence, based on the above results it was concluded that program was a very successful one for the treatment of diabetes.

The purpose of this study is to develop teaching learning process plans with problem-based learning using book-making applying to the "Dressing and Self Expression" unit and evaluate its effect in middle school home economics for first grade. We developed teaching learning process plans with problem-based learning using book-making including 9 teaching materials for teachers and 15 learning materials for students. Further, we conducted and investigated pre- and post-tests in a form of questionnaires in 167 students from a girls' middle school in Pusan. Teaching learning process plans with problem-based learning using book-making showed positive results in body satisfaction, such as reduction in distortion or less dissatisfaction regarding students' body images. Also, they were found to be less affected by sociocultural attitude towards appearance. The estimation of students included the positive contents that the class was interested with various materials and it provided them with a chance to understand their body. Meanwhile, minor comments pointed out lack of time and complained of the amount of assignments. With these results, we found that teaching learning process plans with problem-based learning using book-making was an appropriate model to achieve the purpose of this study and we suggested that this class might be applied to other units of middle school home economics.
