The development of idyllic housings, is in increasing growth in the suburban areas of Seoul, presents some critical problems such as in sufficient common open space and poor living condition, which are mainly caused by disorderly designed. Through comparing planning indices of idyllic housing, this paper aims to diagnose the condition and causes of those problems and to present some basic issues on improvement direction. The causes of problems can be summarized as the blind point in regulation system, the shortness of planning elements of a housing block which includes road systems and public facilities, and the mismatch of housing type with density, on which includes road systems and public facilities, and the mismatch of housing type with density, on which hereafter improvement suggestion should be focused. And this study suggest the simulation models on an ideal idyllic housing to be applied in our forthcoming idyllic housing of Korea, which can indeed become a generalized alternative to the livable idyllic housing.

Due to its ease of deployment, low cost, self-configuring and self-healing capabilities, Wireless Mesh Networks (WMNs) have emerged as a key technology to be used in a wide scale applications in personal, local, campus, and metropolitan areas. Security and more specifically privacy is an important issue in this type of multi-hop WMN which has given a little attention in the research community. We focus on privacy compromise of a mesh client in a community mesh network that may lead an attacker to reveal mesh clients identity. his other profiles and gain information about mobility. In this paper. we have presented an authentication mechanism with the aid of blind signature that ensures a mesh client to anonymously authenticate itself with a nearby mesh router and thereby preserve identity privacy We have also presented the security and performance analysis of the proposed scheme.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is a) to develop a self-awareness program using various action methods and b) to experiment the effects of that on self-concept, the self-perception and the self-esteem in nursing students. Method: The subjects of this study were 37 nursing students. Using one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental research design, we conducted the experiments of a self-awareness program during the period of six weeks from March through May of 2004. Results: The scores of the posttest on self-concept, self-perception and self-esteem in nursing students were significantly higher than those scores of the pro-test. Conclusion: The results of our experimentation showed that a self-awareness program using various action methods was very effective to enhance self-concept, self-perception and self-esteem in nursing students. In particular, different action methods of psychodrama were shown to be a useful tool in exploring the areas of blind self and unknown self.

Recently, according to the rapid development of surveillance information, closed-circuit television (CCTV) has become an indispensable component in security systems. A lot of advanced technologies of encryption and compression are implementing to improve the performance and security levels of the CCTV system. Especially, 360 video CCTV streaming is promising for surveillance without blind areas. However, compared to previous systems, 360 CCTV requires large bandwidth and low latency. Therefore, it requires more efficiently effort to improve the CCTV system performance. In order to meet the demands of 360 CCTV streaming, transcoding is an essential process to enhance the current CCTV system. Moreover, encryption algorithm is also an important priority in security system. In this paper, we propose a real-time transcoding solution in combination with the ARIA and AES algorithms. Experimental results prove that the proposed method has achieved around 195% speed up transcoding compared to FFMPEG libx265 method. Furthermore, the proposed system can handle multiple transcoding sessions simultaneously at high performance for both live 360 CCTV system and existing CCTV system.

이 논문은 강원도의 U-Sports 시범 사업 일환으로 진행된 강원도 용평 스키장의 사각지역 관리를 위해 적용된 USN기술을 소개한다. 스키장의 사각지역은 사람의 왕래가 뜸한 외각이나 관제의 시각 영역에서 벗어난 급경사 아래 지역 등을 말하는데, 이런 지역에서 사고가 발생하여 거동이 어려워지면 관제 센터에서 이에 대한 신속한 대응을 하기 힘들다. 이 논문의 사각지역 관리 시스템은 다섯 개의 이미지 센서 및 노드가 설치된 사각지역의 이미지를 USN을 통하여 중앙 관제 센터에서 주기적으로 관찰할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 사고 당사자가 주변에 설치된 긴급 버튼을 누를 경우에는 긴급 이미지가 관제 센터로 즉시 전송되어 신속한 구조를 가능하게 한다.

Rapid screening for internal contamination by alpha- and beta-emitting radionuclides is essential in situations involving radiation workers or radiation accidents. This study focused on the use of urine samples and liquid scintillation counting to quickly and accurately assess contamination. Calibration of the alpha and beta detection areas ensured precise measurement results. The major radionuclides recommended for surveillance during accidents were also considered. This study evaluated the effectiveness of the method by examining various parameters, including the limit of detection, linearity, sensitivity, selectivity, accuracy, ruggedness, and blind test sample analysis. The liquid scintillation counting method is an effective tool for screening urinary samples to detect alpha- and beta-emitting radionuclides, particularly during radiation emergencies, despite some limitations in precision.

본 연구에서는 임분의 수고생장이 GIS기반의 가시권분석에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 관악산 지역을 대상으로 수치표고모델(DEM)과 임분수고 주제도의 지도대수분석을 통해 수치표면모델(DSM)을 구축하였다. 임분의 수고주제도는 산림과학원에서 구축한 임상도, 입지도 및 수확표를 이용하여 작성하였으며, 분석기간은 40년으로 하였다. 또한 투시도면화기법을 적용하여 시가지 사거리에 위치한 2개의 조망점을 추출하고, 각 조망점에서 가시권 분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과에 따르면 현 시점에서의 가시지역 면적은 DSM을 적용하는 경우 DEM을 적용하는 경우에 비해 약 17% 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 시간의 흐름에 따라 임분 수고가 생장하면서 가시권역이 줄어들고, 비가시권의 깊이가 점차 증가하는 경향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 사각지대가 많고 비좁아 사고 위험이 높은 지역인 도시 이면도로 교차로에 보편적으로 적용하여, 이면도로에서의 사고방지와 차량 소통 원활화에 기여토록 하는 간이 교통신호 시스템에 관한 것이다. 따라서 교통사고가 자주 발생하고 혼잡스러운 도시의 이면도로 교차로에 간이 교통신호시스템을 제공함으로써 사고방지를 예방하고 차량 소통의 원활화에 기여함에 목적을 두고 있다. 또한 본 연구는 차량에 별도의 단말기의 장착 없이 보편적으로 적용되는 것이며, 최대한 단순한 신호에 따라 차량을 효율적으로 통제하도록 구성된 도시의 이면도로 교차로의 간이 교통신호시스템을 제공한다는 것에 또 다른 연구의 목적을 가지고 있으며, 이를 통해 향후 도시의 이면도로에서 발생하는 교통사고를 미연에 예방하는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 더불어 협소한 이면도로에서의 인명피해 또한 최소화 할 수 있는 신호시스템으로서의 기능을 최적화하는데 기여할 수 있는 촉진제로서의 역할을 할 수 있는 것이라 생각된다.

이 연구는 윤석열정부의 복지정책을 정책적 및 이론적 측면에서 분석한다. 이론적 측면에서 이 연구는 윤석열정부가 이전 정부와는 확연히 다른 복지제도 모델을 구축하고 실행하고자 했음을 보여준다. 새 정부는 한국 보수 정당의 복지이념인 자생복지에 바탕을 둔 약자복지모델을 제시하였다. 윤석렬정부가 직전 문재인정부의 정책을 계승한 것은 취약계층을 위한 복지 확대와 가족지원의 확대 분야에 국한되었고, 나머지 정책에서 이전 정부와 뚜렷이 다른 방향을 추구하였다. 정책적으로 이 연구는 윤석열정부의 복지정책이 한국 복지체제에 광범위하게 걸쳐있는 복지 사각지대 문제를 해결하기에 불충분하다는 것을 보여준다. 윤석렬정부의 정책에서 복지 사각지대 해소에 기여할 수 있는 정책은 기초보장 개선, 부모수당 도입, 상병수당 도입 추진과 같이 소수의 분야에 제한된다.

최근 가장 넓은 응용분야를 갖고 있는 영상매체 중 하나로 전방위 파노라마 영상이 큰 관심을 받고 있다. 이 영상은 초부가가치를 갖고 있기 때문에 이 영상의 지적재산권이 보호되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 이 영상에 대한 블라인드 디지털 워터마킹 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 촬영된 원영상 각각의 소유권자가 다를 수 있다고 가정하고, 각 원영상에 서로 다른 워터마크 데이터를 삽입하고, 전방위 파노라마 영상이 서비스되는 형태인 투영된 영상에서 워터마크를 추출하는 것으로 하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서의 주된 타겟 공격은 전방위 파노라마 영상을 생성하는 과정에서 발생하는 영상왜곡이다. 그 방법에 있어서, 스티칭에 사용되지 않는 영역의 SIFT 특징점들을 사용하며, 각 특징점 주위의 데이터에 워터마크 데이터를 삽입한다. 워터마크를 삽입하는 데이터로 2차원 DWT 계수와 공간영역 데이터를 사용하는 두 가지 방법을 제안하는데, 두 방법 모두 QIM방식으로 워터마크 데이터를 삽입한다. 실험을 통하여 이 두 방법이 파노라마 영상 생성과정에서 발생하는 왜곡에 강인함을 보이며, 추가적으로 JPEG 압축 공격에도 충분한 강인성을 보인다.
