Bioassay data analysis software (BiDAS-2007) has been developed by KAERI, which adds several new functions to its previous version. New functions of the BiDAS-2007 computer code enable the user not only to do a simultaneous analysis by using two or more types of bioassay for the best internal dose evaluation, but also to do a continual internal dose evaluation from a change of the internal exposure conditions such as an intake type (acute, chronic), an intake pathway (inhalation, ingestion), an absorption type (Type F, M, S), and a particle size (AMAD, activity median aerodynamic diameter), and also to estimate the intakes in various conditions of an internal exposure at a time. The values calculated by the BiDAS-2007 code are consistent and in good agreement with those values by IMIE-2004 code by Berkovski and IMBA code by Birchall. The BiDAS-2007 computer code is very useful and user-friendly to estimate the radionuclide intakes and committed effective doses of a radiation worker.

원전 해체 공정 중 절단 및 용융작업에서 발생되는 방사성 에어로졸은 작업종사자의 호흡을 통해 내부 피폭을 유발하게 된다. 이에 따라 해체 중 방사성 에어로졸로 인한 작업종사자의 내부피폭 평가가 필요한 실정이다. 정확한 내부피폭평가를 위해서는 작업종사자의 작업환경 실측값이 필요하지만 실측에 어려움이 있을 시에는 국제방사선방호위원회(ICRP)에서 제시하는 섭취량 분율 및 입자 크기 등의 권고 값을 통해 내부피폭선량을 추정할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 입자 크기의 선정은 ICRP에서 권고하는 작업종사자의 고려 입자 크기인 $5{\mu}m$을 적용하였다. 발생량의 경우, 불가리아의 Kozloduy 부지 내의 용융시설에서 발생 된 에어로졸의 포집량 데이터를 이용하여 섭취량을 산정하였다. 또한 이를 이용해 작업종사자의 체내 및 배설물에서의 방사능 수치를 계산하고 BiDAS 전산코드를 통해 내부피폭 평가를 수행하였다. Type M이 0.0341 mSv, Type S가 0.0909 mSv로 두 흡수 형태 각각 국내 연간 선량 한도의 0.17%, 0.45% 수준을 나타내었다.

We introduce and study notions of expansivity, topological stability and persistence for Borel measures with respect to time varying bi-measurable maps on metric spaces. We prove that on Mandelkern locally compact metric spaces expansive persistent measures are topologically stable in the class of all time varying homeomorphisms.

Feature selection is one of the most challenging problems of pattern recognition and data mining. In this paper, a feature selection algorithm based on an improved version of binary differential evolution is proposed. The method simultaneously optimizes two feature selection criteria, namely, set approximation accuracy of rough set theory and relational algebra based derived score, in order to select the most relevant feature subset from an entire feature set. Superiority of the proposed method over other state-of-the-art methods is confirmed by experimental results, which is conducted over seven publicly available benchmark datasets of different characteristics such as a low number of objects with a high number of features, and a high number of objects with a low number of features.

In diesem Aufsatz geht es um die Frage. womit Leo Weisgerber seine Sprachtheorie entwickelt hat. Er wurde von mehreren Theoretikern und Wissenschaftlern $beeinflu{\ss}t$, wie z. B. Wilhelm von Humboldt, Ernst Cassirer, Wilhelm Wundt, Ferdinand de Saussure usw. Aber in einigen besonderen Bereichen seiner Sprachtheorie wurde or besonders von F. de Saussure stark $beeinflu{\ss}t$. Leo Weisgerber hat sehr viele $Aufs\"{a}tze$ und $B\"{u}cher$ geschrieben. Aber darunter gibt es einige Werke, die seine Sprachtheorie zusarnmenfassend darstellen. Sie sind die folgenden: seine Habillitationsschrift(1925), Muttersprache und Geistesbildung(1929), Grundzuge der inhaltbezogenen Grammatik(1962). Wir haben daher versucht, zu erfurschen, welchen Einfluss Saussure auf diese Werke Weisgerbers ausgeubt hat. In der Habilitationsschrift konnten wir herausfinden, $da{\ss}$ Weisgerber die $Ans\"{a}tze$ Sausssures kritisierend aufgenommen hat. Wahrend Saussure Sprache nicht als einen Organismus betrachtet $h\"{a}lt$ Weisgerber Sprache $f\"{u}r$ einen lebendigen Organismus. $Dar\"{u}her$ hinaus ist nach Weisgerber die Unterscheidung, zwischen langue und parole $unn\"{o}tig$. Leo Weisgerber hat in dem Buch 'Muttersprache und Geistesbildung' seine Zeichen-Theorie zusammenfasst. Da war or damit einverstanden, $da{\ss}$ ein Zeichen aus signifiant und signifie besteht. $Au{\ss}erdem$unterscheidet or Sprache, $\"{a}hnlich$ wie Saussure, wie folgt : das Sprechen, der Sprachbesitz des einzelnen, Sprache als Kulturbesitz einer Gemeinschaft, das allgemein menschliche Prinzip Sprache im Sinne der fuel die Menscheit kennzeichnenden Sprachtaetigkeit. In 'Grundzugo der inhaltbezogenen Grammatik' stellt or dar, wie die Untersuchung der Sprachinhalte $durchgef\"{u}hrt$ werden soll. Nach ihm ist ein Wortinhalt immer $erkl\"{a}rbar$, durch ein Wert in einem Wortfeld. Dieser Begriff 'Wert' entstammt vom 'valour', den Saussure gemacht hat. Aber die Zeichentheorie Weisgerbers ist ein $bi{\ss}chen$ anders geworden. $W\"{a}hrend$ Saussure ein zweidimensionales Zeichenmodel (signifiant und signifie) aufstellt, stellt Weisgerber ein dreidimensionales Zeichenmodell dar, das aus drei Elemente (Lautform - geistige Zwischenwelt - $Au{\ss}enwelt$) besteht. Aus diesen Ergebnissen der Untersuchung konnen wir $schlie{\ss}en$, $da{\ss}$ Weisgerber mehr oder weniger von F. do Saussure beeinflusst wurde.

Three new Multi ${\times}$ Bi combinations M.Con.4 ${\times}$ (SK6 ${\times}$ SK7), M.Con.4 ${\times}$ NB4D2 and Nistari ${\times}$ (SK6 ${\times}$ SK7) were studied in five seasons i.e. during the period of $18^{th}$ June - $12^{th}$ July, $30^{th}$ August - $23^{rd}$ September, $3^{rd}$ November - $2^{nd}$ December, $29^{th}$ January- $2^{nd}$ March and $30^{th}$ March-$25^{th}$ April with one control Nistari ${\times}$ NB4D2 considering nine reeling characteristics along with shell percent and cocoon yield per 100 disease free layings (DFLs) to establish the seasonal effect on all the parameters. Results reveal that all the characters performed well in November-December. Highest yield per 100 DFLs was recorded during November-December in all combinations showing >60 kg yield. Higher correlation of yield/100 DFLs with filament length, non-breakable filament length, denier, raw silk percent, reelability percent and recovery percent was recorded in all combinations of Multi ${\times}$ Bi considered in this study. Variability observed among four combinations indicates the effect of different temperature and humidity of different seasons on expression of different traits. The results indicate that there is significant relationship of raw silk percent with reelability percent, recovery percent and evenness. Reelability percent showed higher correlation with recovery percent. It was observed that neatness was positively correlated with evenness. The overall performance of the newly evolved combinations with regard to productivity and reeling characteristics is discussed emphasizing their utilization at commercial level.

In this study I try to show some numerical analogy between Leibniz's binary system anc I-ching's symbolic system of duo rerum principia, imagines quator, octo figurae am 64 hexagrams. But, there is really a formal logical accordance in their symbolic foundations, on which are based especially the Wittgenstein's 16 truth-tables in his Tractatus-logico-philosophicus(5.101) am 16 hexagrams, as long as we interpret with the binary values 0 am 1, i.e. the Bi-Polarity, the logical tradition from J. Boole, G. Frege through B. Russell and AN. Whitehead to R. Wittgenstein. So, I argue that the historical and theoretical root of that tradition goes back to the debate between Bouvet and Leibniz about the mathematical structure of I-ching' symbols and the Leibnizian binary arithmetic. In the letter on 4. 11. 1701 from Peking to Leibniz, Bouvet wrote that the I-Ching's symbolism has an analogous structure with Leibniz's binary arithmetic. Corresponding to his suggestion, but without exact knowledge, in the letter of 2. January 1967 to the duke August in Braunschweig-Lueneburg-Wolfenbuettel had Leibniz shown already an original idea for the creation of the world with imago Dei which comes from binary progression, dark and light on water.

The metabolic response of Labeo rohita to thermal acclimation was assessed. Advanced fingerlings of L. rohita (average weight $31{\pm}1.4g$) were acclimated to 31, 33 and $36^{\circ}C$ compared with ambient temperatures ($26^{\circ}C$) for 30 days and different enzymes associated with stress response were estimated. Glycolytic enzyme-Lactate dehydrogenase, (LDH, E.C.1.1.1.27), TCA cycle enzyme-Malate dehydrogenase (MDH, E.C.1.1.1.37), Protein metabolizing enzymes-Aspartate amino transferase (AST, E.C.2.6.1.1) and Alanine amino transferase (ALT, E.C.2.6.1.2) of liver, gill and muscle, Gluconeogenic enzymes-Fructose 1,6 Bi phosphatase (FBPase, E.C. 3.1.3.11) and Glucose 6 phosphatase (G6Pase, E.C. 3.1.3.9) of liver and kidney were significantly (p<0.05) different with increasing acclimation temperatures. Heat Shock Protein-70 (HSP-70) was expressed in increasing intensity at 31, 33 and $36^{\circ}C$ but was not expressed at $26^{\circ}C$. Results suggest that higher acclimation temperatures enhance metabolism and L. rohita maintains homeostasis between $26-36^{\circ}C$ via an acclimation episode. Such adaptation appears to be facilitated by resorting to gluconeogenic and glycogenolytic pathways for energy mobilization and induction of HSPs.

Precocious metamorphosis was induced in two popular bivoltine breeds i.e. YB and $NB_4D_2$ by an imidazole compound having anti-juvenile hormone activity. The chemical was administered by feeding treatment with mulberry leaf to freshly moulted (0-6 hrs) IV instar larvae. The dose of the chemical was found to be breed specific being 650 ppm for YB and 500 ppm for $NB_4D_2$. The chemical caused complete skipping up of the fifth instar larvae which is most susceptible to diseases. But IV instar was somewhat prolonged. As a result the total larval period was reduced by 4-5 days. However, some of the rearing and reeling parameters like cocoon yield, cocoon weight, shell weight, shell %, filament length and fecundity were reduced for that particular generation only. The effective rate of rearing (ERR %) was significantly increased in trimoulters during the most unfavourable August - September seed crop season. Number of cocoons / kg and number of male moth were significantly higher in trimoulters. These may be useful for preparation of $multi{\times}bi$ hybrid seed. Fine denier was also found in trimoulter cocoon which is the cause of getting fine silk filament from trimoulter cocoons. Normal mating behaviour and emergence pattern was recorded in trimoulters. Bivoltine trimoulter males also showed competence for mating with multivoltine females. These results suggest the possibility of getting trimoulter males during hot and humid seasons when rearing of bivoltine is almost impossible particularly in Eastern and North Eastern India.

최근, 대용량의 태양광전원이 연계된 배전계통은 기존의 단방향과 달리 양방향의 조류가 발생하고, 태양광전원의 연계위치 및 고장위치에 따라 사고전류의 크기와 방향이 변하여, 보호기기간의 협조시간차가 충분히 확보되지 않는 문제점이 발생할 수 있다. 또한, 태양광전원을 고려하지 않은 기존의 보호기기 정정치를 그대로 적용하고 있어 보호기기간의 협조시간차를 확보하기 어려운 상황이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 태양광전원이 연계된 선로에서 고려할 수 있는 3가지 Case의 보호기기 정정치 운용모드를 제시하고, 이를 바탕으로 태양광전원의 용량에 따른 최적의 보호협조 시간을 도출할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 한편, 이를 바탕으로 보호협조 전용소프트웨어인 Off-DAS를 이용하여, 태양광전원이 연계된 배전계통을 모델링하고, 보호기기(변전소 계전기, 리클로저(Recloser), 고객계전기, 태양광전원 고객계전기)간의 협조시간차 특성을 분석한다. 실 계통을 대상으로 시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과, 본 논문에서 제시한 보호기기의 정정치 운용 모드와 정정치 산정 방식이 태양광 전원이 연계된 배전계통 보호기기간의 협조시간을 안정적으로 확보할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
