성격유형검사와 QR코드 기반의 모바일 학급 웹앱 개발 (The Development of a Behavioral Assessments and QR Code Based Mobile Web Application for Classroom)

  • 스마트기기가 빠르게 보급되고 사용자가 늘어남에 따라 스마트교육에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있으며, 현재 우리나라에서는 국가 수준에서 스마트교육 활성화하는데 역량을 집중하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학교 교육에서 활용 가능한 모바일 학급 웹앱을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템은 이기종의 모바일 디바이스에서 성격유형검사를 실시할 수 있고, 검사 후 자료를 저장하면 자동으로 개개인의 모바일 홈페이지를 생성해준다. 여기에 교사가 댓글을 달고 학생이 내용을 추가할 수 있으며, 이 페이지의 주소를 QR코드로 생성하는 기능이 제공되어 사용자들은 보다 쉽고 빠르게 해당 페이지에 접근할 수 있다. 개발된 시스템은 학급 구성원들이 서로의 성격을 이해하고 소통하는데 활용될 수 있다. 개발된 시스템을 학생들에게 적용해 본 결과 교육 수요자의 TPO(Time, Place, Occasion)에 기반한 서비스 제공이 가능하여 교육주체간의 상호작용을 증진시키는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 평가되었다.

치매(痴呆)의 한열허실(寒熱虛實) 변증(辨證)을 위한 지표 문항 개발에 관한 기초 연구 (Preliminary Research for Development of Instrument for Cold-Heat & Deficiency-Excess Pattern Identification of Dementia)

  • This study was performed to develop cold-heat and deficiency-excess pattern identification for dementia, as well as for standard Korean medicine diagnosis and treatment. Five experts comprised of 4 neuropsychiatrists of Korean medicine and 1 statistician to develop cold-heat and deficiency-excess pattern identification for dementia. We searched studies about pattern identification and selected 507 articles using Oasis search terms provided by the KIOM. As a result, 10 pattern identification research study were recruited. Moreover, we analyzed neuropsychological assessments for dementia that evaluate Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia (BPSD) and cognitive function using experts conferences and we selected neuropsychological instruments using pattern identification. Six cold patterns, six heat patterns, ten deficiency patterns, and four excess patterns were identified according to the cold-heat and deficiency-excess pattern identification of dementia. We selected the Caregiver-Administered Neuropsychiatric Inventory and the Korean Mini-Mental State Examination as neuropsychological assessments of dementia, which examine behavioral symptoms and cognitive function, suspectively. We formed positive and negative correlation between Korean medicine pattern identification and neuropsychological assessments for dementia. We developed and suggested a forecast module of pattern identification for dementia. But, it is necessary to perform additional clinical trials to verify its validity and accuracy.

Behavioral Effects of Mianserin on the Developmental Toxicity of Cocaine

  • To investigate the involvement of $5-HT_{2A}/ 5-HT_{2C} receptors in the developmental toxicity of cocaine in rats, mianserin (2.5 mg/kg), a $5-HT_{2A}/5-HT_{2C}$ receptor antagonist, and/or cocaine HCl (45 mg/kg) were administered intraperitoneally (i.p.), during postnatal days (PND) 7-13. Behavioral assessments for the rat pups were done after 100 days of age by using the progressive ratio schedule of reinforcement (FR 1-FR 128, doubled everyday) and cocaine challenge (5, 15 or 30 mg/kg i.p.) upon established FR 32 behavior. Cocaine injected just prior to the FR 32 session suppressed the established FR 32 responding in a dose-dependent manner. The low dose of cocaine did not affect the FR 32 responding, while the high dose of cocaine suppressed it in all experimental groups. However, by the middle dose of cocaine, rats previously received water-cocaine in their early life showed a marked resistance to cocaine-induced behavioral suppression, and this resistance was not observed in rats received both mianserin and cocaine in their early life. These results suggest that $5-HT_{2A}/ 5-HT_{2C}$ receptors may have an important role for the persistently altered behavioral sensitivity to cocaine caused by exposure to cocaine during development.

유아의 친구관계와 사회적 지위 및 놀이행동과의 관련연구 (The Relationship between Preschoolers' Friendships, Social Status, and Play Behaviors)

  • This study investigated the agreement between 3 assessments of preschoolers' friendship: peer nominations, teacher nominations, and behavioral observations. The relationship between friendship, social status, social competence, and play behaviors was also investigated. The subjects were 44 5-year-olds. Teachers were asked to rate the children's social competence; play behaviors were observed during free play time. The results indicated high agreement between the 3 assessments. Popular children were more likely to have friends than other social status groups. Children without friends were more hesitant than children with friends. Children with friends were more accepted by peers and engaged in cooperative social play more than children without friends.

문자와 식, 함수 영역에서 보이는 중학생의 수학적 오류 분석: 2013년 국가수준 학업성취도 평가 서답형 문항을 바탕으로 (Analysis of Errors by Response Assessments of Korean Middle School Students on the 2013 National Assessment of Educational Achievement in Mathematics)

  • 본 연구에서는 국가수준 학업성취도 서답형 문항의 문제해결 과정에서 나타나는 오류를 살펴보기 위하여 236개 학교 8007명의 답안지를 추출하여 분석하였다. 분석에 사용한 문항은 국가수준 학업성취도 평가 중학교 수학 서답형 문항으로 내용 영역은 '문자와 식', '함수'이고 행동 영역은 '문제해결'과 '계산'이다. 두 문항 모두 주어진 문제 상황에 알맞은 식을 세우고 조건에 맞는 결과를 산출하는 문제이다. 분석 결과 각 문항에 따라 문제 상황을 파악하여 식을 세우고, 풀며, 결과를 기술하는 세가지 과정에서 다양한 오류들이 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이에 대한 원인을 추론하여 교수학적 시사점을 이끌어 내고자 하였다.

전국 권역별 짠맛에 대한 미각판정과 짜게 먹는 식태도 및 식행동 비교 (A Comparison of Salty Taste Assessments and Dietary Attitudes and Dietary Behaviors Associated with High-Salt Diets in Four Regions in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare regional differences in salty taste assessments, nutrition knowledge, dietary attitudes and dietary behaviors associated with high-salt diets in four national regions in Korea (Region 1: Seoul, Sokcho, Region 2: Buyeo, Jecheon, Gong Ju, Region 3: Daegu, Gyeongsan, Region 4: Jeon Ju). Subjects were 860 persons who participated in sodium reduction campaign. The result of the salty taste assessment by region was not significantly different. The nutrition knowledge score of subjects in Region 1 was the highest. Dietary attitude scores that showed preference for high-salt diets of Region 2 and Region 4 subjects were higher than those of Regions 1 and 3 subjects (p < 0.001). Dietary behavior scores were not significantly different among regions. The correlation between sodium intake and salty taste assessment was significant (p < 0.01). Older subjects who had high blood pressure levels and lower nutrition knowledge were more likely to have high sodium intakes. Even though the salty taste assessment and dietary behavior scores by region were not significantly different, the salty taste assessment scores had a significant negative correlation with nutrition knowledge and had a significant positive correlation with dietary attitude and dietary behavior in terms of preference for high-salt diets. Therefore, nationwide education regarding salt intake reduction and health and a campaign to encourage favorable attitudes and behavioral changes regarding consumption of a no-salt / low-salt diet is needed.

언어적 의사소통이 어려운 치매환자에서의 통증 사정 (Pain Assessment in Nonverbal Older Adults with Dementia)

  • 목적: 본고는 완화의료에서 언어적 의사소통이 제한되어있어 통증의 자가보고가 어려운 대상자들 중 치매환자를 대상으로 한 통증 사정 방법을 고찰하여 임상실천에서의 지식을 증가하는데 그 목적이 있다. 방법: 본 연구는 문헌고찰연구로, '통증(pain)', '통증 사정/평가(pain assessment)', '인지기능장애/치매(cognitive impairment/dementia)'를 주제어로 Google scholar, 한국교육학술정보원(www.riss4u.net), KoreaMed, Medline, Science-Direct, CINAHL 등의 database에서 2000년 이후에 발간된 국내외 문헌을 검색하였다. 또한 필요시 언어적 의사소통이 어려운 치매환자에서 통증 사정과 관련된 국내외 전문서적을 참고하였다. 결과: 언어적 의사소통이 어려운 치매 환자의 통증 사정 방법에는 자가보고 외에 행동관찰 통증 사정 도구를 활용하여 환자의 행동을 관찰하는 방법과 대리인의 관찰에 의한 측정방법 등이 사용되고 있었다. 이중 행동 관찰 통증 사정에는 여러 가지 표준화된 도구들이 제시되었으나, 표준화되어 일반적으로 흔히 사용되는 도구는 없었다. 이에 통증 행동관찰 사정 도구 중 비교적 타당도 및 신뢰도가 높게 나타난 도구인 CNPI, DOLOPLUS 2, PACSLAC, PAINAD와 국내에서 유일하게 사용된 도구인 DS-DAT를 선택하여 고찰 후 비교분석 하였다. 결론: 완화의료에서 언어적 의사소통이 어려운 치매환자의 통증을 정확하게 사정하는 것은 어려운 일이지만 적절한 통증관리를 위해 매우 중요하다. 본고에서 제시한 치매환자 통증 사정의 일반적 지침들은 임상에서 활용하기에 유용할 것으로 기대된다. 추후 국내에서 언어적 의사소통이 어려운 치매환자들의 통증 사정 시 행동관찰 통증 사정 도구들을 사용하기 위해서 한글판 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증 연구가 선행되어야 할 것이다.

학령기 아동 정서.행동문제에 대한 부모-교사 평가 일치도 (Agreement between Parents and Teachers on School Children's Emotional/Behavioral Problems)

  • Objectives: In assessing behavioral/emotional problems in school-aged children, the importance of multi-informant reporting has been well documented. However, in clinical settings obtaining multiple informants' opinions has proven difficult. For that reason, we researched the agreement and predictive validity of the Child Problem-Behavior Screening Questionnaire (CPSQ) in order to reveal how accurate parents' assessments reflected teachers'opinions. Methods: We conducted the first screening for second- and third-grade children from 3 elementary schools in Seoul from 2003 to 2007 using the CPSQ. There were 1178 children included in the analysis. We then administered the Korean version of the Child Behavior Checklist (K-CBCL) as a second screening tool and subsequently, the ADHD Diagnostic System (ADS) and the Korean Educational Development Institute version of the Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children (KEDI-WISC) was administered by a psychiatrist. We examined each item on the CPSQ and the subscale's agreement between parent and teacher as well as the predictive validity of the CPSQ in children diagnosed with emotional/behavioral problems. Results: The agreement rates between parents and teachers appeared high for questions 18 (0.433), 1 (0.385), and 2 (0.325). Among the subscales, a relatively high correlation was found for externalizing problems, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and cognitive problems. For all diagnosed children, their parents revealed a higher sensitivity and lower specificity than teachers. Conclusion: From these results, we confirmed that the CPSQ can be useful for sorting out externalizing and cognitive problems. There is a need for further study, however, with a larger sample size.

복합적 외상후 스트레스 장애의 안구운동 민감소실 및 재처리 요법을 이용한 치료 - 증례보고 - (Treatment of Complex PTSD by using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing - A Case Report -)

  • People who were exposed to chronic interpersonal traumas in their early life consistently demonstrate complex psychological disturbances and many of them meet the criteria for proposed diagnosis of complex posttraumatic stress disorder (complx PTSD). The author reports a case of the successful sequential integrative treatment mainly composed of eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) in a complex PTSD patient. The patient did not respond to the previous treatment with psychotropic medications and supportive psychotherapy. Twelve sessions of EMDR and three sessions of supportive psychotherapy were done for the patient. Psychological assessments were performed before starting the treatment and a week after completing the treatment. After the treatment, the patient improved on all the psychological scales and behavioral measures. This case suggests that the sequential integrative treatment mainly composed of EMDR may be effective for complex PTSD patients.

ADHD 초등학생을 위한 학교 중심 사회성기술 훈련 프로그램의 효과에 대한 연구 (The Effectiveness of School Based Short-Term Social Skills Training in Children with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD))

  • Objectives: Children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) often have difficulties in social behavior. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a short-term training program for improving social skills, self-perception and attention deficits. Methods: The subjects were nine children diagnosed with ADHD with(or without) other mental disorders using the Diagnostic Interview Schedule for Children(DISC-ADHD) module. Children were given eight sessions of a social skills training program. Parents of children simultaneously participated in their own training which was designed to support their children's generalization of skills. Assessments included child, parent and teacher ratings of social skills, self-perception and attention deficit at baseline and post-treatment. Results: Social skills training led to significant improvements in child-reported measures of self-esteem, in teacher reported measures of social skills, and in parent-reported measures of attention deficit. Conclusion: This study suggests that short-term social skills training programs for children with ADHD may improve their social skills, self-perception and attention deficits.
