비용함수에 의한 측정표준투자의 경제적 효과 분석 (An Analysis of Economic Effects on the Investment of Measurement Standards by Cost Function)

  • This is a paper to understand the economic effects of the measurement standards by translog cost function. The data, as of the end of 1998, are from a survey of 514 firms in Korean industry. The analysis is compared to that of 1992 data analysis to check the trend. There are a little differences on the estimated coefficients, but there is no basic difference on trend of economic effects. The Investment on measurement standards have been contributed positively on the major managerial indicators such as productivity, profit, and so on.

자동차정비직무를 위한 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 개발 (Development of National Competency Standards for Automotive Maintenance)

  • 자동차정비직무의 "일과 학습의 연계"를 위해 현장에서 필요한 직무수행능력을 기준으로 자동 차정비 분야에 대한 교육훈련과 자격기준으로 활용할 수 있도록 자동차정비 현장전문가들이 국가직무 능력표준(NCS: National Competency Standards)을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 자동차정비직무의 국가 직무능력표준 개발영역과 직무체계를 수립하였고 직무능력단위별 수행준거, 지식, 기술, 태도 및 평가방법을 제시하였다. 또한 자동차정비직무의 능력단위별 직업기초능력의 영역별 수준을 제시하였으며 자격기준안을 제시하여 교육과 평가의 기준을 마련하였다.

Correction of resonance frequency for RF amplifiers based on superconducting quantum interference device

  • Low-noise amplifiers in the radio-frequency (RF) band based on the direct current (DC) superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) can be used for quantum-limited measurements in precision physics experiments. For the prediction of peak-gain frequency of these amplifiers, we need a reliable design formula for the resonance frequency of the microstrip circuit. We improved the formula for the resonance frequency, determined by parameters of the DC SQUID and the input coil, and compared the design values with experimental values. The proposed formula showed much accurate results than the conventional formula. Minor deviation of the experimental results from the theory can be corrected by using the measured geometrical parameters of the input coil line.

  • Radio-frequency (RF) amplifiers based on direct current (DC) superconducting quantum interference device (SQUID) have low-noise performance for precision physics experiments. Gain curves of SQUID RF amplifiers depend on several parameters of the SQUID and operation conditions. We are developing SQUID RF amplifiers for application to measure very weak RF signals from ultra-low-temperature high-magnetic-field microwave cavity in axion search experiments. In this study, we designed, fabricated and characterized SQUID RF amplifiers with different SQUID parameters, such as number of input coil turn, shunt resistance value of the junction and coupling capacitance in the input coil, and compared the results.

경남 지역 대기환경기준 설정을 위한 기초조사 (Basic Survey for Establishing Regional Air Quality Standards in Gyeongnam)

  • This study provides a basis for research to establishing air quality standards in Gyeongnam. The trends and deviations in air quality concentrations and short-term environmental standards were analyzed. Furthermore, the regional standards and World Health Organization's (WHO) air quality guidelines (AQGs) were taken into account. The annual average PM10 standard for cities anc counties ate 40 ㎍/㎥ and 30 ㎍/㎥, respectively. SO2 and NO2 are achieving national standards and need to be strengthened to the minimum regional standard and WHO AQGs. The PM2.5 standard, which has not reached national standards, needs to be set at the level of national standards, and is also the target level for 2024 of the Gyeongsangnam and national PM2.5 management plans.

특수구급차 성능 개선을 위한 조사 연구 (A study on improving the performance of special ambulances)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to provide basic data for the improvement of the standards related to the performance improvement of the firefighting equipment standards for special ambulances. Methods: Among the domestic firefighting equipment standards, the special ambulance standard was compared with the NFPA 1917 standard for the United States automobile ambulance 2019 and European Union European standard EN 1789 medical vehicle and its equipment, a road ambulance. Results: Anti-skid performance based on indoor noise standards, performance standards for interior lights, seat belt warning device, child car seat fixing device, safety handle, auxiliary footrest, and flooring materials should be supplemented. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the production and performance standards for improvement to a level corresponding to the national standards, such as the United States and European Union.

한의학교육평가원 2주기, 세계의학교육연합회(WFME)의 의학기본교육, WHO 서태평양 지역지부(WHO/WPRO) 인증 기준 간의 비교 연구 (A Comparative study among 2nd cycle of Evaluation and Accreditation system on Korean Medicine Education, Global Standards of WFME for Basic Medical Education and WHO guidelines for quality assurance of Traditional Medicine Education in the Western Pacific Region)

  • Objective : The purpose of our study is to compare and analyze the standards for the 2nd cycle of Evaluation and Accreditation system on institute of Korean Medicine Education & Evaluation (2nd IKMEE standards) and WHO guidelines for quality assurance of Traditional Medicine Education in the Western Pacific Region (WHO/WPRO guidelines) around the global standards of World Federation for Medical Education for basic medical education (WFME standard) to identify the shortcomings and improvements of 2nd IKMEE standards. Method : Each article of 2015 revised WFME standard was translated and summarized with focus on its core content. The next step was to review and analyze the corresponding contents of 2nd IKMEE standards in 2016 and the WHO/WPRO guidelines in 2005 for each item, focusing on the WFME standards. Results : All items in the fields of 3. assessment of students and 7. program evaluation in the WFME domain were absent from the 2nd IKMEE standards, and almost none of the WHO/WPRO guidelines. Most items in 1. the mission and outcomes domain, except for some items in the 1.1 mission field, the items of 2.6~2.8 fields in 2. education program domain, the items of 4. student domain except for the items of 4.3 student counseling and support field, and almost all items about quality development in WFME standards did not have a corresponding item in both the 2nd IKMEE standards and the WHO/WPRO standards. Conclusion : 1. The WFME standards are applicable to the criteria development of IKMEE standards. Several items of the WFME standards may need to be modified to apply the educational characteristics of Korean medicine, but consensus or further study is required. 2. Both the 2nd IKMEE standards and the WHO/WPRO standards are very insufficient to meet the WFME standards. In particular, 3. assessment of students and 7. program evaluation in the WFME domain were not in the 2nd IKMEE standards. This standard needs to be supplemented.

사용자 중심의 단설 유치원 계획 및 설계기준을 위한 기초연구 -사례조사와 자문의견을 중심으로- (Basic Study for User-centered Kindergarten Planning and Design Standards -Focusing on Case Studies and Advice-)

  • 본 연구에서는 기존 유치원 교육공간의 문제점 및 시설적 한계를 탈피하여 미래 사회 및 미래 교육의 변화에 대응하여 유치원 교육공간의 구체적인 실행 모델구축을 위한 기초연구로써 국내 사례조사와 전문가 자문 결과를 바탕으로 계획방향(Criteria)을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해 누리과정에 대한 고찰과 국내 사례분석, 유치원 전문가 협의회를 통해 유치원 시설계획에 대한 구체적인 기준 개정을 통해 구체적인 실행 모델 구축을 위한 기초자료로 사용됨으로써 추후 교육정책에 따른 긍정적인 효과를 주는데 기여하고자 한다. 주요 연구결과로는 사례분석과 자문협의를 통해 배치계획, 일반교실과 지원시설, 공용공간, 외부공간으로 구분된 시설기준 및 계획방향을 도출하였으며, 향후 본 기초연구에서 도출된 시설기준을 바탕으로 공간에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고, 체계화를 위한 과정이 필요하다.

전문대학에서 NCS 수리능력 수업의 효과성 분석 (Analysis of Effectiveness of NCS Mathematics Ability Course in Junior College)

  • 읍면지역의 전문대학 학생들은 공통적으로 수학의 기초학력 부족을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제점으로 인해 전공의 기초지식이 부족하여 전공학습에 어려움을 겪게 된다. 그리고 학업에 흥미를 잃어 결국 휴학이나 자퇴를 하는 경우가 많거나 취업을 하여도 직장생활에 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하고 해결하고자 국가에서는 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 제안하고 있다. NCS에서 제안하는 직업기초능력은 직종이나 직위에 상관없이 대부분의 직종에서 직무를 성공적으로 수행하는데 필요한 능력이다. 이러한 직업기초능력 중 하나인 수리능력을 전문대학의 수학교육에 적용시키고자 한다. NCS 수리능력을 전문대학 학생들에게 적용하였을 경우, NCS 수리능력 수업의 효과성을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 통해 바람직한 전문대학 수리능력의 교육방향을 모색하고 수학의 기초학력 제고와 흥미를 유발하게 하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
