경제성 최적화 기법에 의한 연근해 어선설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Basic-Design of Inside-Sea Fishing Vessel by Economic Optimization Technique)

  • fishing boat is a specialized vessel which is intended to perform certain well defined tasks. Its size, deck-layout, carrying capacity and equipment are all related to its function in carrying out its planned operations. Therefore the process of fishing boat design is inherently combined with optimization of the design variables called the economic optimization criteria. Optimization then is a process in which minimum value of weight or cost is established through evaluation of consecutive designs in which one or more design parameters are varied. This paper is to study the basic-design of Stow-net fishing vessel in the Mok-Po region. The main task is developed the preliminary design model of engineering economic system in order to use optimization techniques from operation research the design problem needs to be expressed in terms of objective function and numerous constrains like : speed, fish hold capacity, fishing range, displacement and weight, ratio of main dimensions, etc. The objective function represents the criterion which is NPV such as the ratio of revene/cost. When using computers of limited capacity like P/C, the developed basic-design model of the economic optimization procedure must be simplified to V, Cb, L/B, Dv, Db and less than 15 constraint equations. The main conclusions of this study have attempted to show that economic considerations are essential in Stow-net fishing vessel basic design and operations, and that techno-economic evaluation is an important tool for the design of Stow-net fishing vessel in 69ton and 79ton.

최신 풍속자료를 반영한 기본풍속 산정 (Estimation of Basic Wind Speeds Reflecting Recent Wind Speed Data)

  • 최근 기후변화로 인해 태풍강도가 강화됨과 동시에 빈도가 늘어나는 추세이나, 설계기준에 제시된 풍하중 산정식은 1990년대 중반까지 측정된 풍속자료를 근거로 하고 있어 재검토가 필요한 상황이다. 이 논문에서는 1961년부터 2008년까지 전국 76개 관측소에서 측정된 풍속자료를 기초로 통계적 수법을 이용하여 건물, 교량 등 토목구조물의 내풍설계에 적용할 수 있는 기본풍속을 산정하였다. 풍속의 재현기대값은 Gumbel의 적률법에 의해 구하였으며, 풍속측정 지점의 100년 재현기대값을 근거로 지역별 기본풍속을 제안하였다. 지역별로 구해진 결과는 기존의 연구결과 및 설계기준에 제시된 값과의 비교를 통하여 검토하였으며, 설계에 적용할 수 있도록 주요지역의 설계기본풍속을 4개 권역으로 구분하여 제시하였다.

  • 플립러닝은 공학적 원리 등 이론적 측면에 대한 개인 학습차가 있더라도 학습자 중심의 실제 문제해결 및 실습 등을 가능하게 하는 틀로서 공학교육의 심화 정도에 따라 효과적인 교수-학습을 가능하게 한다. 유공압기초실습은 공과대학 기계계열 교과과정에서 1학년 학생들이 처음 접하게 되는 실습 교과목으로 공압기기의 작동원리를 이해하고 자동화의 근간이 되는 전기시퀀스를 포함하는 여러 가지 기본회로를 실습을 통하여 익힘을 목적으로 한다. 본 과목은 전공과목의 입문에 해당하고 학생들은 전공에 대한 지식이 전무한 상태이므로 관련 전공지식을 모두 설명해야 하고, 또 실습에 필요한 지식도 설명해야 하므로 기존의 오프라인으로만 이루어지던 수업에서는 학생들이 실습할 시간이 턱없이 부족한 문제점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 공학 전공 기초실습 교과목인 '유공압기초실습' 교과목의 효과적인 수업을 위해 '코리아텍(KOREATECH:한국기술교육대학교) 플립러닝 기본모형'에 따라 교수설계를 하여 플립러닝 교과목으로 개발하였고, 이를 사용하여 한 학기동안 수업을 실시한 후 수강생의 설문조사와 취득성적 등을 통해 플립러닝 교육의 효과를 분석하였다.

  • 최근 무선 인터넷 시장이 급속히 성장함에 따라 다양한 무선 인터넷 컨텐츠 개발에 대한 수요가 급증하고 있다. 또한 다양한 인터넷 단말기와 플랫폼을 유연하게 지원할 수 있는 확장성이 추가된 XHTML이 세계적인 표준 마크업 언어로 자리잡고 있다 이러한 XHTML은 HTML4에 XML 1.0을 적용시켜 재정의 함으로써, 기존의 유무선 인터넷 컨텐츠 통합과 상호 운용성의 증진을 위한 핵심 기술로 인식되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 XHTML을 기반으로 한 무선 인터넷 언어인 XHTML Basic 문서를 편집 할 수 있는 문서 편집기를 설계하고 구현한다. 구현한 무선 인터넷 문서 편집기는 XHTML Basic 문서를 원하는 형태로 표현 가능하도록 CSS 생성 기능을 제공하고, 문서를 쉽게 작성할 수 있도록 WYSIWYG 방식의 편집을 지원한다.

전기집진기 설계소프트웨어 개발 (Development of Software for Electrostatic Precipitator Design)

  • Electrostatic precipitator is the equipment that separates dust particles from the gas in which they are susponded. Specially, in establishing industrial electrostatic precipitatior, corparations would send to a customer technical papers to accept an order. And, they design detail drawing after accept an order. Then, since the basic technical design of electrostatic precipitator is very complex, it takes long time. Thus, for competitiveness in these industries, the developement of software about technical design is important. In this study, the developed software is called 'KOCO', the simpler form for KOrea Cottrell Co. Ltd., deals with a basic technical design of industrial electrostatic precipitator. From using the software, design time was veryshort, design errors reduced largely, and the standardization of design could be carried out.

  • Oblique astigmatism according to the rotation of the eye has to be removed for obtaining peripheral clear vision in ophthalmic lenses. For this reason, we calculated tangential and sagittal power using third-order approximation theory and then controlled conic constant for the difference of the two powers to converge to 0 regardless of the rotation angle of the eye. As a result, an aspherical ophthalmic lens without oblique astigmatism was designed. Also, we found optimal machining condition to the lens material using factorial design and finally fabricated the designed lens through ultra-precision machining with that condition.

  • The purpose of this paper is to establish the basic procedure and method for selection of preferred anti-fouling paint considering economic analysis according to ship's speed loss based on ISO 19030 that has been published in 2016 to prescribe practical methods for measuring changes in ship specific hull and propeller performance. In this study, six (6) anti-fouling paint products have been assumed for alternatives with each target maximum average speed loss and carried out comparison of the alternatives and sensitivity analysis in assumed conditions for selection of the preferred alternative.

Study on Standardization Methods for Reducing Revision Rate of Hull Production Design

  • Structural design for shipbuilding is generally divided into three stages: the basic, detailed, and production designs, of which the production design is the most frequently revised among the three design stages. The revision involved in production design department was approximately 61% of the total 4,211 revision members and approximately 56% of the total 710 revision cases in the survey on the number of design revisions for nine ships. In this study, members and drawings with a high revision rate were investigated, and related design departments were identified. In addition, the work contents of the design department were analyzed to reduce the number of design revisions and three tasks are very frequently revised were selected. A survey was conducted with engineers engaged in the production design, after which, standards were proposed for the method of aggregating bills of materials, to employ macros to calculate the length of members and that of profile input data when reviewing drawings. Via the study, it was determined that the major causes of design revision are simple mistakes by engineers or lack of understanding on structural arrangement of basic members more than intricacies of prior design and high level specification. As a result of applying the proposed standards, it was confirmed that the design revision was reduced by approximately 40%.

ACL과 CORBA를 이용한 선박 초기설계 에이전트 시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on Ship Initial Design Agent System Based on ACL and CORBA)

  • The paper proposed a basic architecture of an agent system to support exchange and sharing of design informations by means of ACL(Agent Communication Language) which can represent design informations and knowledges. Based on the architecture of the agent system a ship initial design agent system was implemented in order to show the effectiveness of the agent-based system. The basic architecture of the agent consists of an ACL handlerand CORBA(Common Object Request Broker Architecture) objects for the exchange of ACL messages in the heterogeneous and distributed environment. The ACL handler can process expressions of knowledge and manage communication messages among the agents. The paper mainly focuses on the implementation of the ACL handler. The ACL handler consist of a KQML(Knowledge Query and Manipulation Language) handler that manages KQML messages, a conversation module, and a content handler that handles message contents. The conversation modulo implements conversation policies and checks all messages if they are allowable and meaningful messages based on the conversation policies. The implemented agent-based system was applied to the ship initial design to show the handling procedure of the agent system.
