This study is on the method of direct transaction with farmers, a farmers' group and consumers through internet. Approximately the method in this study could be divided into 4 sections: 1) full information display about agricultural products of farmers, farmers' group, 2) consumers' choice about the best stuff, 3) direct transaction system by using tele-banking and 4) a delivery system in conveying method or an interview type electronic commerce system that carry out the direct visit These methods are to make the merits of the existing traditional type commerce system's to be maximized to make bull use of electronic commerce system.

We can get very enhanced performance in case of adding the TP monitor to the on_line transaction processing system rather than just using the DBMS. Futhermore, It is getting boomed to establish a OLTP system with the TP monitor. We designed and implemented a distributed processing system with the TP monitor focused quick response time and expansionality and basic the ACID of transaction. In this paper, We explain the implementation about downsizing and upon distributed system and verified of performance.

According to banking online transaction grows very rapidly, guarantee validity about business transaction has more meaning. To offer guarantee validity about banking online transaction efficiently, certificate status verification system is required that can an ieai-time offer identity certification, data integrity, guarantee confidentiality, non-repudiation. Existing real-time certificate status verification system is structural concentration problem generated that one node handling all transactions. And every time status verification is requested, network overload and communication bottleneck are occurred because ail useless informations are transmitted. it does not fit to banking transaction which make much account of real response time because of these problem. To improve problem by unnecessary information and structural concentration when existing real-time certificate status protocol requested , this paper handle status verification that break up inspection server by domain. This paper propose the method of real~time certificate status verification that solves network overload and communication bottleneck by requesting certification using really necessary Reduction information to certification status verification. And we confirm speed of certificate status verification $15\%$ faster than existing OCSP(Online Certificate Status Protocol) method by test.

This paper presents the system widely used for extraction of human body recognition system in the field of bio-metric identification. The Human body recognition system is used in many fields. This biological is appled to the human recognition in banking and the access control with security. The important algorithm of the identification software usese hand lines and hand shape geometry. We used the simple algorithm and recognizing the person by their hand image from the input camera. The geometrical characteristics in hand shape such as length of finger to whole hand length thickness of finger to length, etc are used.

In this paper, a used bank note classification system for banking facilities is presented. The proposed system first models the process for note to change from new to old one and selects and displaces some sensing devices for getting its characteristics. Second, it extracts four feature vectors from sensing data, transforms them into principal components analysis, then maps the feature vectors to eigenvectors corresponding to maximum among eigenvalues. A note is classified new or old by the threshold set by user. The experimental result shows that the proposed system has a speed of eight notes per second and classification rate of 96 %.

RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is a technology that can input identification information to microchip and make goods, animals, persons recognized, chased, and managed using radio frequency, and is founded on the core technology of ubiquitous environment of the future. In this paper, we propose a RFID integrated system designed to manage the lifecycle of an individual product efficiently. The proposed system can enable traceability and visibility of items through their entire life by integrating distribution and banking information on the basis of EPCglobal Network. It may provide the infra of Digital Manufacturing and RTE (Real Time Enterprise) and effective information sharing structure with existing legacy system (ERP, CRM, SCM) by real time.

Recently, research on CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) has been actively conducted for various reasons by countries around the world. In addition, with the dazzling development of blockchain technology, blockchain technology is being adopted in CBDC. In this paper, we propose a blockchain-based CBDC system that can be effectively used in the traditional banking system. We also analyze the requirements of CBDC and suggest ways to commercialize CBDC. We present a system design and implementation method, especially in terms of compatibility, interoperability, and privacy.

The pollution in the coastal sea is being aggravated because of frequent happening of red tide and oil leakage from tankers. The Exclusive Economic Zone is being drawn in the seas surrounding Korean Peninsula. Therefore, the fisheries in Korea is under a great change in their production base. On the other hand, the fisheries have been considered as a part of agriculture in policy making and financial support. The thesis compares agriculture with fisheries in the fund demands and financial supports. It tries to find a way in the efficient allocation of fund for the two industries. The fund demand of a typical fishing household is greater than that of a typical farm household. The fund used by a fishery household is more dependent on debt than that of a farm household. Therefore, the internal financing ability of a fishery household is weaker than that of a farm household. The repaying ability of a fishery household is weaker than that of a farm household because a fishery household's income is less than a farm household's. When we analyze the uses of fund, the fishing industry has some disadvantage in fund uses. The financial support for the fisheries' structural change is weaker than that for agriculture. The fishing industry has some disadvantage in the investment and subsidy rates. Also, the loan period for fisheries is shorter on average than that for agriculture. When we analyze the sources of the fund, the fisheries' banking sources are greater than the government's sources, which is relatively stable. Therefore, the fisheries will be more heavily affected by the liberalization of banking industry and system than the agriculture will. The government needs to change the shortcomings in the sources and uses of fund. First, it needs to use the fund, considering the characteristics of the industry and producers' financing ability. Second, it needs to adjust the sources of fund to the liberalization of financial system.
