The purpose of this study is to investigate whether flow experience is effective as a mediator in the effect of BJ attributes on viewer satisfaction. For this study, a survey was conducted on a total of 198 users who watch one - person game broadcasting on African TV. According to analysis, first, the joy flow experience is mediating role in the relationship between intimacy BJ attributes and viewing satisfaction. Second, the Control flow experience did not mediating role in the relationship between all BJ attributes and viewing satisfaction. Third, the attention flow experience is mediating role in the relationship between intimacy and reliability BJ attributes and viewing satisfaction. Fourth, the Time distortion flow experience is mediating role in the relationship between intimacy BJ attributes and viewing satisfaction. Fifth, the Self loss flow experience did not mediating role in the relationship between all BJ attributes and viewing satisfaction. The intimacy of the game BJ was found to affect mediocre satisfaction, attention, attention, and time distorted flow experience.

With the spread of Internet personal broadcasting service, the number of personal broadcasting hosts (BJs: Broadcasting Jockeys) and viewers is increasing, and immediate communication between them is also actively taking place. This study examines whether the mechanism to suppress deviant behavior of BJ works effectively and how viewers interacting with BJs affect the intentions of deviant behaviors of BJs. Through the structural equation model, the effect of formal and informal sanctions of deterrence theory on BJs' intention of deviant broadcasting through their policy compliance attitude was investigated. The moderating effect of social pressure on the relationship between BJs' policy compliance attitude and their deviant broadcasting intention was confirmed. A total of 234 data were analyzed by surveying Africa TV BJs. As a result of the analysis, it was found that informal as well as formal sanctions increased the BJs' attitude toward policy compliance. However, it was confirmed that the social pressure perceived by BJs from Internet personal broadcasting viewers reduced the effect of policy compliance attitudes on reducing deviant broadcasting intentions.

In this study, biological PCE degradation by using a BTEX degrading bacterium, named BJ10, under aerobic conditions in the presence of toluene was examined. According to morphological, physiological characteristics, 16S rDNA sequencing and fatty acid analysis, BJ10 was classified as Pseudomonas putida. As a result of biological PCE degradation at low PCE concentrations (5 mg/L), PCE removal efficiency by P. putida BJ10 was 52.8% for 10 days, and PCE removal rate was 5.9 nmol/hr (toluene concentration 50 mg/L, initial cell density 1.0 g (wet weight)/L, temperature 30, pH 7 and DO $3.0{\sim}4.2\;mg/L$. At high PCE concentration (100 mg/L), PCE removal efficiency by P. putida BJ10 was 20.3% for 10 days, and PCE removal rate was 46.0 nmol/hr under the same conditions. The effects of various toluene concentration (5, 25, 50, 100, 200 mg/L) on PCE degradation were examined under the same incubation conditions. The highest PCE removal efficiency of PCE was 57.0% in the initial PCE concentration of 10 mg/L in the presence of 200 mg/L toluene for 10 days. Furthermore, the additional injection of 5.5 mg/L PCE (total 7.6 mg/L) made 63.0% degradation for 8 days in the presence of 50 mg/L toluene under the same conditions. Its removal rate was 13.5 nmol/hr, which was better than the initial removal rate (8.1 nmol/hr).

The purpose of this study is to verify empirically the effects of BJ worship and perceived homophily on game efficacy through mediating effect of loyalty to viewing. 485 participants who had watched personal game broadcasting were collected as a sample through an online survey and the collected data were analyzed through structural equation modeling. The research model assuming full mediating effect and the alternative model assuming partial mediating effect were compared and bootstrapping was performed to analyze direct and indirect effects between variables. The results showed BJ worship and perceived homophily had significant effects on game efficacy through the full mediated effect of loyalty to viewing. The noteworthy contribution of this study is to verify how viewing personal game broadcasting has a significant impact on the formation of game efficacy and then ultimately provide positive perception of BJ.

This paper aims at enhancing the electric production efficiency of photovoltaic(PV) system. The electrical power of PV system is proportional to light intensity on a PV module surface. In this paper, we apply two types of systems to enhance power generation efficiency. First, of all, concentring sunlight using specular surface and one-axis tracking system which traces the sun with vertical direction are applied in this project. From this, we analyze the fixed type method and power generation efficiency.

Objectives: Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baek-Ji in Korean, BJ) is well known to be used as a medicine for cold, headache, supraorbital pain, nasal congestion, and toothache. Little is understood about the roles of BJ in the cytokine and chemokine secretion by immune cells. This study was designed to find out the effects of BJ on the cytokine and chemokine secretion in human mast cells (HMC). Methods : We treated BJ according to consistency on HMC and measured cytokines and chemokines levels using flow cytometry CBA system. Results: In BJ treated group. the expression of interferon-inducible protein 10 (IP-l0), monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1), chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 9 (MIG), and interleukin 10 (IL-l0) levels were decreased significantly and chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 5 (RANTES), IL-8, $interferone-{\gamma}$ ($IFN-{\gamma}$), and tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a) were decreased significantly. Conclusion : The results of this experiment supposed that the treatment of BJ will ameliorate the secreting levels of some chemokines or cytokines such as IP-10, MCP-1, MIG, IL-10, RANTES, IL-8, $IFN-{\gamma}$, and TNF-a.

The purpose of this study was to investigate how the attributes of YouTube BJs, specifically those dealing in e-sports content, affects information usefulness, information search satisfaction, and behavioral intention. To achieve this purpose, data from 229 students collected by convenient sampling of college students were used for final analysis, and analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 programs. The results of the study are as follows: First, the friendliness of the BJ had a significant positive (+) effect on the information usefulness, the information search satisfaction, and the behavioral intention. Second, it was found that the reliability of the BJ did not significantly affect the information usefulness, the information search satisfaction, and the behavioral intention. Third, the information usefulness had no significant effect on behavioral intention, but Information search satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on behavioral intention. Therefore, the results of this study are expected to contribute to establishing a strategy for e-sports content production based on the attributes of BJs.

Inordinate stress causes disorders of various systems in humans and activates defense mechanisms to maintain homeostasis in the body. Sleep is a vital, highly organized process regulated by complex systems of neuronal networks and neurotransmitters. Sleep is an essential biological process whose underlying regulating involves numerous anatomical structures and biochemical substances that can be compromised by stress and by the immune system. Gamma-amino butyric acid (GABA) is the main inhibitory neurotransmitter of the central nervous system, and activation of GABAA receptors is known to favor sleep. This study was conducted to evaluate the possible application of Lactobacillus brevis BJ20 fermentation to improve the functional qualities of sea tangle Saccharina japonica and oyster Crassostrea gigas. Antioxidant activity was determined by assaying levels of radical scavenging activity against 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) and superoxide. L. brevis BJ20 fermentation of sea tangle and oyster enhanced both antioxidant and antiinflammatory activities. These results suggested that L. brevis BJ20 fermented sea tangle and oyster could be used for alleviation of stress and to promote sleep.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the influence relationship between BJ interactivity, explicitness of paid advertisements, flow, and product attitude in YouTube muk-bang, and to determine whether there are gender differences in the relationship between them. Design/methodology/approach In this study, an online survey was conducted targeting college students who watch YouTube muk-bang content using a questionnaire form provided by Google. 115 questionnaires were collected from April 1 to 15, 2024, and after excluding 15 insincere responses, a total of 100 questionnaires were used in the final analysis. Findings The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, the explicitness of including paid advertising was confirmed to have a significant impact on both flow and product attitude. Second, while BJ interactivity had a significant effect on flow, it was confirmed that it had no significant effect on product attitude. Third, flow was confirmed to have a significant impact on product attitude, and as a result of confirming the moderating effect due to differences between genders in the relationship between the variables set in this study, it was confirmed that there was no moderating effect.

This study analyzed the factors to customer attitude on the goods and service introduced in UGC(User Generated Contents) and explored the difference between Korean and Chinese customers. For the first research question, the hypothetical factors were selected through literature review, the area of which are media consumption, social media and effect of advertising. In this study examined 4 independent variables: information, reliability, BJ attractiveness and customer innovation. Methodologies are confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multi regression. Result showed that reliability, BJ attractiveness and customer innovation are statistically significant. According to the β value, the biggest one is customer innovation, the second one is BJ attractiveness and the third one is reliability. The influence of information on customer attitude is not statistically significant. The result is well-aligned with the prior studies. The information factor's influence, however, is disputable because some prior studies shows that it is not significant when the research samples are recently developed channel such as mobile or social media commerce platforms. It is necessary to identify the root causes why the information factor is not significant in some research cases. For the second research question, this study used independent t-test between Korean and Chinese customers. The result shows that the difference in reliability, BJ attractiveness and attitude are stastically significant, and the ratings of Chinese customers are higher. This result caused by the difference of media commerce environment between Korea and China. Information and customer innovation didn't show significant difference.
