  • On retrieving high frequency keywords in information retrieval system, mismatchings to user's request are problems because of the various meanings of keywords in the existing ontology configuration. In this paper, it is to construct personnel selection ontology and rules in personnel management which are composed of various concepts and knowledges based on semantic web technology and suggest selection procedures to support these rules and knowledge retrieval system to verify suitability of selection results. This system utilizes a method of extraction of speech features by using non-parametric correlation coefficient. This proposed method has been validated by showing that the result average SNR of the experiment evaluation of the proposed techniques was shown to be decreased by .752dB.

  • The coefficient of the current meter generally determined by the maker Its coefficient is subject to being changed with time. Therefore the coefficient of the current meter has to be checked up before it is ready to be used Such an inspection is termed a current meter rating The current meter equipped an electronic apparatus and all the others are to be rated in a rating flume. The price current meter which is most widely used for measuring flow velocities ranging between 0.3m/sec and 3.5m/sec has been used in this study. The length of the flume and the optimum range of the rating in the cross section are determined in the range of 20∼120cm deep, 50∼160cm wide of the flume. In this study, the 23 different kinds of the current meter rating enabled us to determine the constants a and b of the following equation. V=an+b(m/sec) where, n is number of revolution per second(n=N/T) V is velocity(v=D/T) The above constant can be determined by the least squares method and plotting, using the velocity(V=D/T) and the number of revolution per second(n=N/T) obtained from the running distance(D), time(T), the number of revolutin(N), and the running number(m). From the experiments the following conclusions are drawn: 1) The rating flume is large enough if the flume is 110∼120cm deep, and 40∼50m long. 2) The optimum depth for rating of a current meter is in the range of h=40∼50cm.

  • The recursive feature elimination for support vector machine is known to be useful in selecting relevant genes. Since the criterion for choosing relevant genes is the absolute value of a coefficient, the recursive feature elimination may suffer from a scaling problem. We propose a modified version of the recursive feature elimination algorithm using bootstrap. In our method, the criterion for determining relevant genes is the absolute value of a coefficient divided by its standard error, which accounts for statistical variability of the coefficient. Through numerical examples, we illustrate that our method is effective in gene selection.

  • In this study, the effect of Mn $O_2$ additive on the electrical characteristics of PZN-PSS-PZT Pyroelectric materials for the fire detactor was studies. PZT ceramics used this experimental is 4 composite system $[$Pb(Z $n_{1}$3/ N $b_{2}$3/) $O_3$+Pb(S $n_{1}$3/ S $b_{2}$3/) $O_3$+PbTi $O_3$+PbZr $O_3$$]$The dielectric constants and dissipation factors decreases as to Mn $O_2$ concentration increases. At the Mn $O_2$ 0.5($\omega$t%), Pyroelectric coefficient shows 8(10$^{-8C}$$\textrm{cm}^2$$^{\circ}C$) which have the highst value among other additive contents. It is found that output voltage shows maximum peck at Mn $O_2$0.7($\omega$t%) is associated with the higher pyroelectric coefficient and Lowered dielectric constant.t.

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the potential ability of sintered metal tube to promote heat transfer. In the experiment for Freon - 11, the boiling heat transfer on the sintered metal tube of bronze element is investigated and compared with that of the bronze tube (bare tube) atmospheric pressure. The experimental results are obtained as follows : 1) For sintered metal tubes of bronze element with particle diameters which ranges from $79({\mu})\;to\;461({\mu})$ and bare tube, boiling characteristic curves are expressed as : a) Sintered metal tube $$q{\propto}{\Delta}T^{1.05\~1.373}$$ b) Brae tube $$q{\propto}{\Delta}T^{3.096}$$ 2) Compared with that of the bare tube at low temperature difference$({\Delta}T_{sat})$, boiling heat transfer coefficient of the sintered bronze tube are relatively high. 3) There is tendency that curves of boiling heat transfer coefficients of sintered ·bronze tube and bare tube approach each other at rather high temperature difference. It is due to the increasing rate of the former heat transfer coefficient along with temperature difference is smaller than that of the latter. 4) Referring to particle diameter, optimum condition, i. e. , maximum heat transfer coefficient is found to be at approximately 2 mm thickness of sintered layer with $D_p=150({\mu})$.

  • Nd-Fe-B Permanent Magnet, which is recently more used, has some advantages in comparison with other permanent magnet. However, for the Nd-Fe-B has higher RTC(reversible temperature coefficient), property of the Nd-Fe-B magnet is changed by temperature rise. In this paper temperature rise of a disc type motor is calculated using a heat source network method.

  • The growth of solutions of second order complex differential equations f" + A(z)f' + B(z)f = 0 with transcendental entire coefficients is considered. Assuming that A(z) has a finite deficient value and that B(z) has either Fabry gaps or a multiply connected Fatou component, it follows that all solutions are of infinite order of growth.

  • In this paper we discuss the classical problem of finding conditions on the entire coefficients A(z) and B(z) guaranteeing that all nontrivial solutions of f" + A(z)f' + B(z)f = 0 are of infinite order. We assume A(z) is an entire function of completely regular growth and B(z) satisfies three different conditions, then we obtain three results respectively. The three conditions are (1) B(z) has a dynamical property with a multiply connected Fatou component, (2) B(z) satisfies T(r, B) ~ log M(r, B) outside a set of finite logarithmic measure, (3) B(z) is extremal for Denjoy's conjecture.

  • A new feedback control law is proposed and tested for suppressing the vortex shedding from a circular cylinder in a uniform flow. The lift coefficient ( $C_{L}$) is employed as a feedback control signal and the control forcing is given by a rotational oscillation of the cylinder. The influence of the feedback transfer function on the $C_{L}$ reduction is examined. The main rationale of the feedback control is that a feedback control forcing is imposed at a phase which is located outside the range of lock-on. By applying the feedback control law, $C_{L}$ is reduced significantly. Furthermore, the reduction mechanism of $C_{L}$ is analyzed by showing the vortex formation modes with respect to the forcing phase.e.ase.e.
