중국 전자상거래의 문제점과 해결방안 (The Solutions of Problems in E-Commerce in China)

  • China continues to experience an expansion of its e-Commerce industry. This is true both for B2C and for B2B sectors. B2C websites are created by various players. B2C E-commerce is divided into three categories in China: online direct sale, online retail, and online booking services. Online retail remains the major form of B2C business, and online booking services and online direct sale also maintained rapid growth. The rapid growth of B2C E-commerce in China was due to three factors. Firstly, the number of Internet users is increasing, which expands E-commerce user base. Secondly, users' acceptance and recognition of E-commerce are gradually increasing. Lastly, improvement on payment, logistics and credit also provides a better and better industrial environment for B2C e-commerce. The B2C sector has seen a low transaction volume in spite of its large number of websites. The B2B sectors has seen a higher transaction volume and more stable growth than the B2C sector. There is a wide range of the total market size estimated by different sources. China's C2C market witnessed rapid growth in 2005, the market growth may slow down in 2006 and 2007, due to heavy market competition, challenges to the business model and slow corporate user growth. But there is the bottlenecks in E-commerce in China. The purpose of this paper is contribute to development E-commerce in China by finding the solutions of the bottlenecks in E-commerce in China.

비례식 a:b=c:d의 의미 분석과 학습 지도에의 시사점 (Meaning of the Expression a:b=c:d and Implications for Teaching)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 식 a:b=c:d의 의미 구조를 분석하고 학습 지도에의 시사점을 확인하는 것이다. 분석 결과, 식 a:b=c:d는 다음과 같은 다중의 의미를 지니고 있다. 한 상황에 내재된 다른 비 구조, 다른 상황에 내재된 공통된 비 구조, 다른 상황에 내재된 제3의 수량의 같음. 식 a:b=c:d의 의미 학습 지도에서 단위를 유연하게 설정하여 한 상황에서 다른 구조 보기와 다른 상황에서 같은 구조 보기, 이중테이프 모델 사용, 양의 속성의 차이에 따른 비율의 의미와 그 중요성이 강조될 필요가 있다. a:b=c:d의 전체 의미 구조에 비추어 보면, 우리나라에서 이루어져 온 비례식 의미 학습 지도는 식 a:b=c:d의 의미의 한정된 부분을 제한된 방식으로 다루고 있다.

  • 늙은 호박을 이용하여 기능성 있는 양갱을 제조하기 위하여 호박 페이스트와 한천, 설탕, 물엿, 소금을 이용하여 호박양갱을 제조하여 일반성분, 색도, texture 측정 및 관능평가를 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 호박양갱의 색도 측정에서 A제품의 경우 B와 C제품에 비하여 면도가 유의하게 낮았으며, 적색도는 A제품이 다른 제품에 비하여 유의하게 높았고, 다음으로 C제품, B제품의 순이었다. 황색도는 A제품이 B와 C제품에 비하여 유의하게 낮았으나, B와 C 제품간에는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 호박양갱의 물성 측정에서 견고성(hardness), 응집성(cohesiveness)과 탄성(springiness)은 A제품이 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 C와 B제품 순으로 나타났다. 검성(gumminess)은 C제품이 가장 높았고 다음으로 A제품, B제품 순이었다. 호박양갱의 씹힘성(chewiness)은 A와 C제품이 B제품에 비하여 유의하게 높게 나타났으며, B제품이 가장 낮았다. 부서짐성(fractureness)은 A제품이 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 B와 C의 순이었고 제품간에 유의적인 차이를 보였다. 부착성(adhesiveness)은 C제품이 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 A제품, B제품의 순이었고, 세 가지 제품 사이에 유의적인 차이를 나타냈다. 탄력성(elasticity)은 C, B, A제품 순으로 나타났으며 세 가지 제품간에 유의적인 차이를 나타냈다. 호박양갱의 관능평가에서 색의 경우 B제품의 점수가 가장 높았고, 다음으로 C제품, 그리고 A제품의 점수가 가장 낮게 나타났으며, 세 가지 제품간에 유의적인 차이를 나타냈다. 맛의 경우 B제품의 점수가 가장 높았고, 다음으로 C제품, A제품의 순이었다. 견고성은 A, B, C제품의 순이었으며, 그 중 A제품이 두 제품에 비하여 유의하게 높았다. 부착성은 B제품이 가장 높았으며, 다음으로 C제품, A제품의 순이었다. 전반적인 기호성에서는 A와 C제품에 비하여 B제품의 점수가 유의적으로 높게 나타났다.

고압 자전 고온반응 합성법에 의한 B4C-Al2O3복합분말 제조 (Preparation of B4C-Al2O3 Composite Powder by Self-propagation High-temperature Synthesis(SHS) Process under High Pressure)

  • 정량의 B$_2$O$_3$/A1/C의 혼합분말을 화학노 대신 고압의 알곤 분위기를 사용하여 SHS 공정으로 B$_4$C-A1$_2$O$_3$ 복합분말을 제조하였다. 2B$_2$O$_3$+4A1+C=B$_4$C-2A1$_2$O$_3$의 반응식에 해당하는 B$_2$O$_3$(-100 메쉬), Al(-200 메쉬), C(-200 메쉬)의 분말을 2시간 건식 볼밀로 혼합한 후, 고온 고압의 SHS 반응기에 넣고 약 10기압의 알곤 분위기에서 점화하여 SHS을 일으켰다. 반응 생성물은 XRD 분석으로 안과 겉이 균일하게 반응이 일어났으며 반응 생성물로 화학노 사용시 동반되는 부산물 AlB$_{12}$C$_2$가 없는 B$_4$C-A1$_2$O$_3$ 복합 분말을 얻었다. 이 복합 분말은 SEM으로 보면 약 0.3~l $mu extrm{m}$ 크기의 결정이 모인 약 60~100$\mu\textrm{m}$ 크기이었다. 그러나 약 15기압을 사용하였을 때는 부분 소결이 일어나 15~25$\mu\textrm{m}$ B$_4$C 분말에 0.1~0.2$\mu\textrm{m}$의 알루미나가 분산되어 있는 고강도의 복합 분말이 생성되었다.

Effects of heat treatment temperature on the formation of MgB2 bulk superconductors prepared using MgB4 and Mg powder

  • The effects of the heat treatment temperature ($600^{\circ}C-1050^{\circ}C$) on the formation of $MgB_2$ and the superconducting properties have been examined. The self-synthesized $MgB_4$ and commercial Mg powders were used as raw materials for the formation of $MgB_2$. The superconducting critical temperatures ($T_cs$) of $MgB_2$ bulk superconductors prepared at $600^{\circ}C-850^{\circ}C$ were as high as 37-38 K regardless of the heat treatment temperature. However, because $MgB_4$ is more stable than $MgB_2$ at above $850^{\circ}C$, no superconducting signals were detected in the susceptibility-temperature curves of the samples prepared above $850^{\circ}C$. As for the critical current density ($J_c$), the sample heat-treated at a low temperature ($600^{\circ}C$) for a prolonged period (40 h) showed a Jc higher than those prepared at $650^{\circ}C-850^{\circ}C$ for a short period (1 h). The FWHM (full width at half maximum) result showed that the grain size of $MgB_2$ of the $600^{\circ}C$ sample was smaller than that of the other samples. The high $J_c$ of the $600^{\circ}C$sample is attributed to the presence of large numbers of grain boundaries, which can act as flux pinning centers of $MgB_2$.

전도성(電導性) $SiC-ZrB_2$ 복합체(複合體)의 특성(特性) (Properties of Electro-Conductive $SiC-ZrB_2$ Composites)

  • Dense $SiC-ZrB_2$ electro-conductive ceramic composites were obtained by hot pressing for high temperature structural application. The influences of the $ZrB_2$ additions an the mechanical and electrical properties of $SiC-ZrB_2$ composites were investigated. Samples were prepared by adding 15, 30, 45 vol.% $ZrB_2$ particles as a second phase to a SiC matrix. Sintering of monolithic SiC and $SiC-ZrB_2$ composites were achieved by hot pressing under a $10^{-4}$ torr vacuum atmosphere from 1000 to $2000^{\circ}C$ with a pressure of 30 MPa and held for 60 minutes at $2000^{\circ}C$. SiC and $SiC-ZrB_2$ samples obtained by hot pressing were fully dense with the relative densities over 99%. Flexural strength and fracture toughness of the samples were improved with the $ZrB_2$ contents. In the case of SiC sample containing 30vol.% $ZrB_2$, the flexural strength and fracture toughness showed 45% and 60% increase, respectively compared to those of monolithic SiC sample. The electrical resistivities of $SiC-ZrB_2$ composites were measured utilizing the four-point probe method and they decreased significantly with Increasing $ZrB_2$ contents. The resistivity of SiC-30vol.% $ZrB_2$ showed $6.50{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$.

Nd(Ⅲ)과 B15C5 치환체와의 착물의 구조에 관한 연구 (Structural Studies on Complexes of Substituted B15C5 with Nd(Ⅲ))

  • 아세톤($Ac-d_6$)에서 B15C5과 ND(3)과의 착물형성에 따른 조성비와 구조를 NMR를 이용하여 연구하였다. 일정한 농도의 B15C5에 Nd(3)의 농도 증가에 따른 공명선이 저자기장 이동되었으며, 착물의 조성비가 1:1임을 알 수 있었다. 수소피크의 띠넓힘 현상은 Nd(3)과 산소원자와의 상호작용에 기인한다고 생각된다. 또한 고체상에서의 치환된 B15C5와 Nd(III)과의 착물의 구조를 적외선스펙트럼으로 연구하였다. 그 결과 착물형성시 니트라토기가 두자리 리간드로 배위되었고, 비대칭 C-C-O 신축 진동의 띠이동이 있었다. 이로부터 Nd(3)-B15C5 착물의 구조는 Nd(3)에 5개의 산소원자와 3개의 두자리 니트라토기가 배위된 형태임을 알 수 있었다.

PECVD법에 의해 증착된 Ti-B-C코팅막 내의 보론함량과 증착온도에 따른 미세구조 및 기계적 물성의 변화 (The Effect of Boron Content and Deposition Temperature on the Microstructure and Mechanical Property of Ti-B-C Coating Prepared by Plasma-enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition)

  • Ternary Ti-B-C coatings were synthesized on WC-Co and Si wafers substrates by a PECVD technique using a gaseous mixture of $TiCl_4,\;BCl_3,\;CH_4,\;Ar,\;and\; H_2$. The effects of deposition variables such as substrate temperature, gas ratio, $R_x=[BCl_3/(CH_4+BCl_3)]$ on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-B-C coatings were investigated. From our instrumental analyses, the synthesized Ti-B-C coatings was confirmed to be composites consisting of nanocrystallites TiC, quasi-amorphous TiB2, and amorphous carbon at low boron content, on the contrary, nanocrystallites $TiB_2$, quasi-amorphous TiC, and amorphous carbon at relatively high boron content. The microhardness of the Ti-B-C coatings increased from $\~23 GPa$ of TiC to $\~38 GPa$ of $Ti_{0.33}B_{0.55}C_{0.11}$ coatings with increasing the boron content. The $Ti_{0.33}B_{0.55}C_{0.11}$ coatings showed lower average friction coefficient of 0.45, in addition, it showed relatively better wear behavior compared to other binary coatings of $TiB_2$ and TiC. The microstruture and microhardness value of Ti-B-C coatings were largely depend on the deposition temperature.

The Development of an Electroconductive SiC-ZrB2 Composite through Spark Plasma Sintering under Argon Atmosphere

  • The SiC-$ZrB_2$ composites were fabricated by combining 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 vol. % of zirconium diboride ($ZrB_2$) powders with silicon carbide (SiC) matrix. The SiC-$ZrB_2$ composites and the sintered compacts were produced through spark plasma sintering (SPS) under argon atmosphere, and its physical, electrical, and mechanical properties were examined. Also, the thermal image analysis of the SiC-$ZrB_2$ composites was examined. Reactions between $\beta$-SiC and $ZrB_2$ were not observed via x-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The apparent porosity of the SiC+30vol.%$ZrB_2$, SiC+35vol.%$ZrB_2$, SiC+40vol.%$ZrB_2$, SiC+45vol.%$ZrB_2$ and SiC+50vol.%$ZrB_2$ composites were 7.2546, 0.8920, 0.6038, 1.0981, and 10.0108%, respectively. The XRD phase analysis of the sintered compacts demonstrated a high phase of SiC and $ZrB_2$. Among the $SiC+ZrB_2$ composites, the SiC+50vol.%$ZrB_2$ composite had the lowest flexural strength, 290.54MPa, the other composites had more than 980MPa flexural strength except the SiC+30vol.%$ZrB_2$ composite; the SiC+40vol.%$ZrB_2$ composite had the highest flexural strength, 1011.34MPa, at room temperature. The electrical properties of the SiC-$ZrB_2$ composites had positive temperature coefficient resistance (PTCR). The V-I characteristics of the SiC-$ZrB_2$ composites had a linear shape in the temperature range from room to $500^{\circ}C$. The electrical resistivities of the SiC+30vol.%$ZrB_2$, SiC+35vol.%$ZrB_2$, SiC+40vol.%$ZrB_2$ SiC+45vol.%$ZrB_2$ and SiC+50vol.%$ZrB_2$ composites were $4.573\times10^{-3}$, $1.554\times10^{-3}$, $9.365\times10^{-4}$, $6.999\times10^{-4}$, and $6.069\times10^{-4}\Omega{\cdot}cm$, respectively, at room temperature, and their resistance temperature coefficients were $1.896\times10^{-3}$, $3.064\times10^{-3}$, $3.169\times10^{-3}$, $3.097\times10^{-3}$, and $3.418\times10^{-3}/^{\circ}C$ in the temperature range from room to $500^{\circ}C$, respectively. Therefore, it is considered that among the sintered compacts the SiC+35vol.%$ZrB_2$, SiC+40vol.%$ZrB_2$ and SiC+45vol.%$ZrB_2$ composites containing the most outstanding mechanical properties as well as PTCR and V-I characteristics can be used as an energy friendly ceramic heater or ohmic-contact electrode material through SPS.

Moieties of Complement iC3b Recognized by the I-domain of Integrin αXβ2

  • Complement fragment iC3b serves as a major opsonin for facilitating phagocytosis via its interaction with complement receptors CR3 and CR4, also known by their leukocyte integrin family names, αMβ2 and αXβ2, respectively. Although there is general agreement that iC3b binds to the αM and αX I-domains of the respective β2-integrins, much less is known regarding the regions of iC3b contributing to the αX I-domain binding. In this study, using recombinant αX I-domain, as well as recombinant fragments of iC3b as candidate binding partners, we have identified two distinct binding moieties of iC3b for the αX I-domain. They are the C3 convertase-generated N-terminal segment of the C3b α'-chain (α'NT) and the factor I cleavage-generated N-terminal segment in the CUBf region of α-chain. Additionally, we have found that the CUBf segment is a novel binding moiety of iC3b for the αM I-domain. The CUBf segment shows about a 2-fold higher binding activity than the α'NT for αX I-domain. We also have shown the involvement of crucial acidic residues on the iC3b side of the interface and basic residues on the I-domain side.
