구조시스템에 따른 케이블 돔의 정적 불안정거동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Static Unstable Behavioral Characteristics of Cable Dome Structures according to the Structural System)

  • The cable structure is a kind of ductile structural system using the tension cable and compression column as a main element. From mechanical characteristics of the structural material, it is profitable to be subjected to the axial forces than bending moment or shear forces. And we haweto consider the local buckling when it is subjected to compression forces, but tension member can be used until the failure strength. So we can say that the tension member is the most excellent structural member. Cable dome structures are made up of only the tension cable and compression column considering these mechanical efficiency and a kind of structural system. In this system, the compression members are connected by using tension members, not connected directly each other. Also, this system is lightweight and easy to construct. But, the cable dome structural system has a danger of global buckling as external load increases. That is, as the axisymmetric structure is subjected to the axisymmetric load, the unsymmetric deformation mode is happened at some critical point and the capacity of the structure is rapidly lowered by this reason. This phenomenon Is the bifurcation and we have to reflect this in the design process of the large space structures. In this study, We investigated the nonlinear unstable phenomenon of the Geiger, Zetlin and Flower-type cable dome.

고점성 낮은표면장력 매체 기포탑에서 열전달 (Heat Transfer in Bubble Columns with High Viscous and Low Surface Tension Media)

  • 고점성이며 낮은 표면장력 매체로 구성된 기포탑에서 축방향 국부 열전달 계수와 총괄 열전달 계수에 대해 고찰하였다. 기체공탑유속(0.02~0.10 m/s), 액체 점도($0.1{\sim}0.3Pa{\cdot}s$) 그리고 액체 표면장력($66.1{\sim}72.9{\times}10^{-3}N/m$)이 국부 및 총괄 열전달 계수에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 열전달 영역은 기포탑 내부 열원과 기포탑 간의 열전달계로 구성하였다. 즉, 기포탑의 중앙에 수직 열원을 설치하여 내부 열원으로 하였다. 열전달 계수는 주어진 운전조건에서 열원에 제공되는 열량과 내부 열원과 기포탑 간의 온도차를 연속적으로 측정하여 결정하였다. 국부 열전달 계수는 기체공탑유속이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으나 기체 분산판으로 부터의 축방향 거리가 증가함에 따라, 액체의 표면장력이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. 총괄 열전달 계수는 기체공탑유속이 증가함에 따라 증가하였으나 액상의 점도와 표면장력이 증가함에 따라서는 감소하였다. 총괄 열전달 계수는 기체공탑유속, 액상의 점도와 표면장력의 함수로 상관계수 0.91의 상관식을 얻을 수 있었으며 넛셀 수, 레이놀즈 수, 플란틀 수 그리고 웨버 수의 함수로 상관계수 0.92의 상관식으로 나타낼 수 있었다. $$h=2502U^{0.236}_{G}{\mu}^{-0.250}_{L}{\sigma}^{-0.028}_L$$ $$Nu=325Re^{0.180}Pr^{-0.067}We^{0.028}$$.

냉연 판재의 권취공정에 있어서 장력/열/변형 해석 (Tension/Heat/Thermal Deformation Analysis of a Cold Coiled Strip in Coiling Process)

  • A new model for heat transfer and thermal deformation analysis according to strip mm in coiling process has been proposed. Finite difference analyses for heat transfer of cold rolled coil have been carried out under various coiling tensions and strip crown using the equivalent thermal conductivity for the radial direction of cold rolled coil which is a function of strip thickness, surface characteristics and compressive pressure. The compressive pressure is calculated from a equation expressed as a function of hoop stress and coil tension considering strip mm obtained by experiment. Finite element method for thermal deformation of cold rolled coil has been performed to investigate the effects of the strip crown, the coil tension and temperature. From these analyses, it is found that the axial inhomogeneity of thermal deformation is increased as the strip crown, compressive pressure, and temperature drop in cold coiled strip increase.

  • The use of frequency-dependent dynamic stiffness matrix (or spectral element matrix) in structural dynamics may provide very accurate solutions, while it reduces the number of degrees-of-freedom to improve the computational efficiency and cost problems. Thus, this paper develops a spectral element model for the thin plates moving with constant speed under uniform in-plane tension. The concept of Kantorovich method is used in the frequency-domain to formulate the dynamic stiffness matrix. The present spectral element model is evaluated by comparing its solutions with the exact analytical solutions. The effects of moving speed and in-plane tension on the flexural wave dispersion characteristics and natural frequencies of the plate are numerically investigated.

표면처리별 S10T, 10.9HRC 고장력 볼트 세트의 체결 품질 연구 (The Joining Quality of High Strength Bolt, Nut and Washer Set (S10T & 10.9HRC) under the Surface Treatment Conditions)

  • This test focuses on the correlations between joining axial force at non-room temperature and at room temperature according to the surface treatment (Geomet, Dacro, Green Kote, Armore Galv.). The quality characteristics of the fastening axial force required by the KSB 2819 and EN14399-10 standards were discussed. Surface treatment was implemented to S10T and 10.9HRC sets of bolts under the same environmental factors. Development for the stabilization of the fastening axial force required by each standard should continually be enforced, and the fastening and storage in the field should be maintained at room temperature. Managing stabilization of torque enumerated data is required after application of surface treatment. It is concluded that, by conducting the test of applying surface treatment to effectively manage, each lot-specific rate of axial force at room temperature conditions should be maintained below the maximum 4.47%. The decline rate of axial force should be maintained under 2.15% maximum, and the standard deviation of the room temperature condition should be maintained below 0.5.

종진동특성을 이용한 부착식 텐던의 긴장력 추정 타당성 연구 (Feasibility Study of Estimating Prestress Force of Grouted Tendons)

  • 본 연구는 부착식 텐던의 종진동수를 이용하여 텐던의 장력을 추정할 수 있는지 여부를 알아보는 타당성 연구이다. 본 연구를 위하여 총 8개의 프리스트레스 콘크리트 보 시험체가 특수 제작되었다. 각각의 시험체는 도입장력이 다른 부착식 텐던이 설치되었다. 부착식 텐던의 종진동 특성을 파악하기 위하여 다양한 종진동실험이 반복 수행되었다. 실험결과를 살펴보면, 텐던에 도입된 장력이 증가함에 따라서 종진동수, 탄성파속도 및 탄성계수가 비선형적으로 증가하였다. 그러므로 종진동 특성을 이용한 부착식 텐던의 장력평가는 가능 할 것으로 판단된다.

  • 구조물의 내진 성능 향상을 위해 현재 종종 사용되어지고 있는 기초분리장치인 적층고베어링과 납-고무 베어링의 내진성능을 실험적으로 파악하였다 베어링의 전단 변형률 또는 가해진 수직 하중이 클수록 베어링의 전단 강성은 감소하며 가력 속도에 대한 영향을 무시할 만하다. 베어링은 순수압축력에는 강하며 인장력에는 그 반대이다.

  • The reinforced concrete column confined by square steel tubes(RCST) is a reinforced column (RC) confined by thin steel tubes which cover over the full length of the column but terminates 15mm from the column's ends. The steel tube is in uniaxial tension stress state and won't buckle when the column sustains axial load. This will highly increase the bearing capacity and ductility of the columns. The hysteretic behavior of four square RCST columns and one square RC column were experimentally studied under constant axial load and lateral cyclic load. The wide-to-thickness (D/t) ratio of RCST columns employed in this research is 75. The main variables of the experiment were axial load ratio and compressive strength of the concrete. Based on the findings in this research, RCST columns exhibits high lateral strength, ductility, and energy dissipation ability.

지그재그 보요소를 이용한 응력해석 및 진동해석

  • 축방향 인장 및 압축하중을 받는 점탄성층을 갖는 복합재료 적층보의 동력학적 거동을 해석하였다. 개선된 지그재그 보이론과 지배방정식에 기초한 기하학적 상관식을 이용하여 점탄성층을 갖는 복합재료 적층보를 모델링하였고 이에 기초한 보 유한요소를 개발하였다. 축방향 인장 및 압축하중하의 고유진동수와 감쇠계수는 복소수 유일법을 이용하여 계산하였다. 축방향 인장 및 압축하중이 고유진동수 및 감쇠계수에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate elasto-plastic behaviour and estimate ultimate resistance capacity of the residential-commercial building subjected to lateral force along the height of structure. Four types of residential-commercial building are chosen as analytical models and investigated by pushover analysis. Pushover analysis estimates initial elastic stiffness, post-yielding stiffness, and plastic hinges on each story of structures through three-dimensional nonlinear analysis program CANNY-99. Skeleton curve of bending stiffness model is bilinear, shear stiffness model is trilinear, and axial stiffness model is elastic. Skeleton curve of axial stiffness model has the axial compression and tension stiffness of reinforced concrete members. This study presents the change of inter story drift, story stiffness and hinge of story and member.
