  • This paper presents a new identification method which utilizes fuzzy inference in parameter identification. The proposed system has an additional control loop where a real plant is replaced by a plant model. The control system to be designed is to satisfy the following specifications: 1) It has zero steady-state error. 2) It has adequate damping characteristics. 3) 1),2) satisfied, it has a shortest rise-time. Fuzzy rules describe the relationship between comparison results of the features and magnitude of modification in the model parameter values. This method is effective in auto-tuning because the response of the closed loop is verified. The proposed method is tested in simulation for several plants with first- order lags and dead-times. The results show that the proposed method is effective in practical use.

자동차 가상충돌시험을 위한 고려사항 (Considerations for Virtual Vehicle Crash Test)

  • Computer simulation significantly reduces the high costs associated with actual crash tests and is expanding due to its ability to analyze various test results quantitatively that are difficult to measure in real tests. Research on evaluation technologies is limited according to the finite element analysis, which aims to replace structural verification testing. In this study, considerations for virtual crash tests were derived, and the validity of the zero-energy mode (hourglass mode) was analyzed as part of the considerations for validating the results of vehicle crash simulations. The study reflects on the considerations for virtual crash tests and the variation in hourglass coefficient values affects the occurrence of the hourglass mode. As the hourglass coefficient changes, the maximum hourglass energy reaches over 5% of the maximum internal energy, necessitating a conservative review. A comprehensive study of the maximum hourglass energy is required, considering additional analysis results for various models and collision conditions.

  • This paper describes a study on the series resonant inverter using the double full-bridge, and the output voltage of the proposed inverter is controlled by phase shift angle of the outputs of two inverters. These control schemes can be reduce the switching loss and EMI, etc, which the inverter is drived by auto following control of output frequency, because it is impossible for switching devices to be always turned on and off at zero voltage or zero current. Theoretical characteristics of the proposed double inverter circuit are compared with Pspice simulation and experimental results.

  • This paper has been studied an A/D conversion system for precision weighing signal process In weighing system. A/D conversion has some problem.; offset drift voltage with environment situation and nonzero value of initial output voltage. The Offset voltage in analog circuit produces a drift of an output voltage before A/D conversion stage. This paper suggested the method of reducing the offset voltage by switching analog chopping circuit and making the initial output close to zero to enhance the swing range by D/A converter. Also, we have designed active filter and digital filter with Auto Zero Tracking algorithm for better signal process of the weighing system.

  • In these days, environmental concerns have been increased throughout the industry and community worldwide. To prevent the ozone depletion, ozone depletion potential of a refrigerant must be zero. Simultaneously, a refrigerant with low GWP (global warming potential) is very demanding to induce green house effect. Chlorine-free HFC-l34a is a refrigerant widely used for automotive air-conditioning system because its destruction potential is ecologically zero. Although HFC-l34a has no ozone depletion potential, its global warming potential is so high that it is not considered as a perfect alternative refrigerant that is acceptable for long-term use. In this paper, experimental measurement has been carried out to analyze the performance characteristics of automotive air-conditioning system using HFC-152a, which has low GWP and zero ODP. Also mixed refrigerant that is composed of HFC-152a and $CF_3$ was applied to investigate an alternative possibility for the automotive airconditioning system. As a result of this study, we could draw following conclusions; With respect to the variation of the rotational speed of compressor, outside air temperature and flow rate, the heat amount of evaporator and compressor and performance coefficient was varied.

  • In this paper, the patient monitor consisting of amplifier, scan converter, A/D converter, CRT amplifier, and micro-controller part was developed. This patient monitor measures the patient's 4 states in the hospital such as electro-cardiography, respiration, blood pressure, and temperature. The control and processing methods based on micro-processor employ the flexibility, extensibility and economy over other conventional system. The followings are incorporated in this system. First, record the heart rate trends for 1 and 4 hours respectively. Second, measures the respiration by impedance pneumography. Third, measures the blood pressure with auto-zero balance. Fourth, linesrize the temperatures by bridge method.

운수창고 및 통신업에서의 재해율 예측과 무재해시간 추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Accident Rate Forecasting and Estimated Zero Accident Time in the Transportation, Storage, and Telecommunication Divisions)

  • Many industrial accidents have occurred over the years in the manufacturing and construction industries in Korea. However, as the service industry has increased continuously, the share of the accident rate in the service industry was 39.07% in 2009, while the manufacturing industry share was 33.73%. The service industry share overtook the manufacturing industry share for the first time. Therefore, this research considers prevention of industrial accidents in the service industry as well as manufacturing and construction industries. This paper describes a procedure and a method to estimate efficient accident rate forecasting and estimated zero accident time in the service industry in order to prevent industrial accidents in the transportation, storage, and telecommunication divisions. This paper proposes a model using an analytical function for the sake of very efficient accident rate forecasting. Accordingly, this paper has develops a program for accident rate forecasting, zero accident time estimating, and calculation of achievement probability through MFC (Microsoft Foundation Class) software Visual Studio 2008 in the transportation, storage, and telecommunication divisions. In results of this paper, ARIMA (Auto Regressive Integrating Moving Average) is regarded as a very efficient forecasting model for the transportation, storage, and telecommunication division. In testing this model, value minimizing the Sum of Square Errors (SSE) was calculated as 0.2532. Finally the results of this paper are sure to help establish easy accident rate forecasting and strategy or method of zero accident time in the service industry for prevention of industrial accidents.

  • 표본조사에서는 일반적으로 지형학적 범위가 넓거나 흔히 우리가 알고 있는 지형적 범위 즉시 또는 도 단위로 표본설계가 이루어진다. 그러므로 지형학적 범위가 작은 소지역은 충분한 표본의 확보가 불가능하며 따라서 정확한 소지역 통계를 얻는 것은 매우 어렵다. 이러한 문제로 정확한 소지역 통계를 얻기 위한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 최근 신기일과 이상은(2003)은 공간통계 모형을 이용한 소지역 추정을 연구하였다. 본 논문은 신기일과 이상은(2003)의 공간자기회귀(Spatial Autoregressive: SAR) 모형을 확장한 모형인 베이지안 자기 포아송 모형 (Bayesian Auto-Poisson Model: BAPM)을 이용한 소지역 추정에 관하여 연구하였다. 분석에 사용된 자료는 호주의 1998년 장애인 통계 (Survey of Disability, Aging and Cares:SDAC)이 며 MSE, MB 그러고 회귀 분석을 이용한 편의 분석기법이 비교에 사용되었다.

T-DMB 재난방송을 위한 다양한 확산 수열 자기상관특성 비교 연구 (A study on ACF Comparsion to Various Spreading Sequence for T-DMB Emergency Broadcasting)

  • 본 논문은 T-DMB 재난방송에서 데이터 전송 기술 향상을 위해 확산코드를 이용하여 각 코드들의 자기상관특성(Auto Correlation Feature) 성능을 비교해 보았다. 일반적으로 DMB와 같은 무선 이동 통신 환경은 수신기에서 송신기의 식별 과정에서 발생하는 인접코드 간섭(Inter Code Interference) 및 다중경로 간섭(Multi-Path Interference)이 일어난다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 확산코드 기법을 이용하여 비화 특성을 개선시킬수 있고, 코드의 주기를 조절하여 가변시킬수가 있어 신호처리 다분야에서 활용 할 수가 있다. 이에 본 논문은 직교성이 우수한 Golay코드와 Kasami코드, ZCD(Zero Correlation Duration)코드에 성능을 비교하는 연구를 하였다.

수소연료전지자동차에 대한 안전기준 고찰 (Study of KMVSS for Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle)

  • In the ongoing debates over the need to identify new sources of energy and to reduce the emissions of greenhouse gases. Hydrogen has emerged as one of the most promising alternatives due to its emissions from the vehicle being virtually zero. The governments have identified the development of regulations and standards as one of the key requirements for commercialization of hydrogen-fueled vehicles. Regulations and standards will helpful in overcoming technological barriers to commercialization. Developments of a technique for safety assessment of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle(HFCV) includes four tasks, research for regulation system and policy, hydrogen safety, vehicle operation safety and protection against high-voltage. The objective is to establish a technique for safety assessment and amend safety standards for HFCV and consequently reflect research results to vehicle management policy. We devised safety standards and evaluation techniques with regard to high-pressure gas and high voltage of hydrogen fuel cell vehicle. Korean Motor Vehicle Safety Standards(KMVSS) for HFCV was amended to June 10, 2014. including the results of the safety assessment technology for high-voltage and hydrogen characteristics.
