보행자보호 머리거동 분석방법 개발 (Development of Analysis Method for Pedestrian Headform Movement)

  • Motion Analysis of pedestrian headform was first applied in this paper for the purpose of determining the relationship between stiffness of hood and HIC. Since the analysis of headform movement involves rotation, it has been problematic if analysis of the headform movement is made in local coordinate system only. Correlation of test and simulation is expected to be enhanced through the development of New type of Head Movement Analysis Method.

Kano-SERVQUAL 통합 접근법을 이용한 자동차 서비스 품질에 대한 고객인식 연구 - H사(社)의 자동차 서비스를 중심으로 - (Customer perception of auto service quality using Kano-SERVQUAL integrated approach - Focusing on the auto service of 'H' company -)

  • Purpose: This study aims to propose Kano-SERVQUAL integrated approach as an effective tool for evaluating auto service quality attributes to enhance the use of SERVQUAL. Methods: The Kano-SERVQUAL survey was conducted to evaluate customer perception for 28 auto service quality attributes which were obtained from auto service expert in 'H' company. The correlation analysis of SI(Satisfaction Index), DI(Dissatisfaction Index) and expectation values are conducted in this study. Results: The 28 auto service quality attributes are classified into attractive attributes and one-dimensional attributes. The results of this study show that the correlations between the customers' expectation values and DI is strongly positive correlation with 1% significance level, expectation values and SI is negative correlation with 10% significance level. Conclusion: The results show that the purposed Kano-SERVQUAL integrated approach provides a deeper understanding of service quality attributes in that it distinguishes the customers' expectation values between highly expected attributes(e.g. must-be attribute) and less expected attributes(e.g. attractive attribute).

대형 차체판넬 스템핑공정에서의 동적 외연적 탄소성 유한요소해석 (Dynamic Explicit Elastic-Plastic Finite Element Analysis of Large Auto-body Panel Stamping Process)

  • In the present work the elastic-plastic FE formulations using dynamic explicit time integration schemes are used for numerical analysis of a large auto-body panel stamping processes. For analyses of more complex cases with larger and more refined meshes, the explicit method is more time effective than implicit method, and has no convergency problem and has the robust nature of contact and friction algorithms while implicit method is widely used because of excellent accuracy and reliability. The elastic-plastic scheme is more reliable and rigorous while the rigid-plastic scheme require small computation time. In finite element simulation of auto-body panel stamping processes, the roobustness and stability of computation are important requirements since the computation time and convergency become major points of consideration besides the solution accuracy due to the complexity of geometry conditions. The performnce of the dynamic explicit algorithms are investigated by comparing the simulation results of formaing of complicate shaped autobody parts, such as a fuel tank and a rear hinge, with the experimental results. It has been shown that the proposed dynamic explicit elastic-plastic finite element method enables an effective computation for complicated auto-body panel stamping processes.

의사결정나무를 이용한 온라인 자동차 보험 고객 이탈 예측과 전략적 시사점 (Customer Churning Forecasting and Strategic Implication in Online Auto Insurance using Decision Tree Algorithms)

  • 본 연구에서는 온라인 자동차보험 고객 이탈 예측에 있어 의사결정나무를 적용하였다. 우리는 본 연구에서 2003년과 2004년 사이에 온라인 자동차 보험을 계약한 고객의 데이터를 이용하여 의사결정나무를 이용해 고객이탈을 예측하였다. 우리는 C5.0 알고리즘에 기반을 둔 의사결정나무의 예측 결과에 대한 비교를 위해 다변량판별분석과 로짓분석을 이용하였다. 분석결과 의사결정나무 알고리즘은 다른 기법보다 예측성과가 매우 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 온라인 자동차 보험에 있어서 마케팅전략 수립에 유용한 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 것이다.

점용접되는 차체 부품의 공차 해석 기법 (A Tolerance Analysis Method for Spot-welded Deformable Auto Body Parts)

  • Tolerance analysis of auto body requires the consideration of its compliance because of potentially significant deformation during the spot-weld assembly process. In this paper, a relatively recent method for such analyses is briefly introduced as one can find in the literature. In this method, it is important to take into account of the covariance between the sources of variation as they are closely located, which is the case in most auto body assembly. However, it is often impossible to know such covariance, for example, when a new car is being developed. Therefore, a mechanics-based method is proposed in this paper to estimate the covariance among the sources of variation by finite element analyses and simple statistical computations. The proposed method is illustrated by applying it to a three-dimensional model of real front wheel housing.

성형 효과를 고려한 차체 구조 부재의 충돌 특성 (Crashworthiness of an Auto-body Member with the Forming Effect)

  • This paper is concerned with crash analysis for an auto-body member with the forming effect. Auto-body members such as a front frame assembly are fabricated with sheet metal forming processes that induce forming histories such as the plastic work hardening and non-uniform thickness distribution. Numerical simulation is carried out with LS-DYNA3D in order to identify the forming effect on the crashworthiness. The crash analysis of the front frame assembly with the forming effect leads to a different result from that without the forming effect. Crashworthiness such as the load-carrying capacity, the crash mode and the energy absorption are calculated to investigate and identify the forming effect. It is fully demonstrated that the design of auto-body members needs to consider the forming effect for accurate assessment of the load-carrying capacity and the deformation mechanism of the formed members.

Azure 클라우드 플랫폼의 가상서버 호스팅을 이용한 데이터 수집환경 및 분석에 관한 연구 (A study on data collection environment and analysis using virtual server hosting of Azure cloud platform)

  • 본 논문에서는 Azure 클라우드 플랫폼의 가상서버 호스팅을 이용해 데이터 수집 환경을 구축하고, Azure에서 제공하는 자동화된 기계학습(Automated Machine Learning, AutoML)을 기반으로 데이터 분석 방법에 관한 연구를 수행했다. 가상 서버 호스팅 환경에 LAMP(Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)를 설치하여 데이터 수집환경을 구축했으며, 수집된 데이터를 Azure AutoML에 적용하여 자동화된 기계학습을 수행했다. Azure AutoML은 소모적이고 반복적인 기계학습 모델 개발을 자동화하는 프로세스로써 기계학습 솔루션 구현하는데 시간과 자원(Resource)를 절약할 수 있다. 특히, AutoML은 수집된 데이터를 분류와 회귀 및 예측하는데 있어서 학습점수(Training Score)를 기반으로 보유한 데이터에 가장 적합한 기계학습 모델의 순위를 제공한다. 이는 데이터 분석에 필요한 기계학습 모델을 개발하는데 있어서 개발 초기 단계부터 코드를 설계하지 않아도 되며, 전체 기계학습 시스템을 개발 및 구현하기 전에 모델의 구성과 시스템을 설계해볼 수 있기 때문에 매우 효율적으로 활용될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 NPU(Neural Processing Unit) 학습에 필요한 데이터 수집 환경에 관한 연구를 수행했으며, Azure AutoML을 기반으로 데이터 분류와 회귀 등 가장 효율적인 알고리즘 선정에 관한 연구를 수행했다.

Auto_LISP을 이용한 기어설계 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of the Gear Design Program Using Auto_LISP)

  • After investigating repeatedly results obtained through gear stress analysis, we make a determination of an optimal gear shape. But its design process was not only complex but also difficult to get a precise profile curve from operating by hand. In this study, relating shape of gear profile curves was generated automatically with standard spur gear, equivalent helical gear, shifted gear & pinion by using developed program which is using Auto_LISP language in Auto-CAD. This program which can design rapidly gear shapes will successfully support gear designing and manufacturing fur Small & Medium companies.
