We selected horse mackerel Trachurus japonicus, mackerel Scomber japonicus and arrow squid Todarodes pacificus, to use in the experiment. These fishes migrate to the Cheju coast and were caught by set-net. We studied the leading effect on the fish schools using the attracting lamps in an outdoor water tank at the Marine Research Institute in Cheju National University. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. The attracting rate of fish schools was increasing as the time between switching on and off each lamp was getting longer when each of the attracting lamps was switched on and off in order. However, the attracting rate of mackerel school showed a tendency to be higher than that of the other two species. 2. The attracting rate of fish schools was increasing as the time of switching off the lamps was getting longer when the attracting lamps which had been switched on were switched off in order. However, the attracting rate of mackerel school showed a tendency to be higher than that of the other two species. 3. The attracting rate of fish schools was decreasing as the speed of moving the attracting lamp was getting faster when the attracting lamp was moving. However, the attracting rate of mackerel school showed a tendency be higher than that of the other two species. 4. To determine the distance between the attracting lamps, there would be two methods. One is switching on and off the attracting lamps in order, and the other is switching off the attracting lamps in order which had been switched on. The methods showed that the attracting rate of fish schools were decreasing as the distance between the attracting lamps were getting longer. However, the attracting rate of mackerel school showed a tendency to be higher than that of the other two species.

For the purpose of leading horse mackerel Trachurus japonicus schools, mackerel Scomber japonicus schools and arrow squid Todarodes pacificus schools, which migrate to the Cheju coast and are caught by the set-net, to the set-net by attracting lamps, we made five attracting lamps and took a practical experiment in the Gwiduk and Dongbuk set-net fishing ground. In the set-net with two bag-nets, we compared the amount of catch of both bag-nets by the means of switching on and off the each attracting lamps in order, switching off the attracting lamps in order which had been switched on and moving an attracting lamp.In the bag-net with an attracting lamp, horse mackerel, mackerel and arrow squid were caught the most, on the other hand, yellow tail Seriola quinqueradiata, striped mullet Mugil cephalus were caught in large quantities in the bag-net without attracting lamp. File fish Stephanolepis cirrhifer, Dusky spinefoot Siganus fuscescens were caught evenly in both bag-nets regardless of an attracting lamp.This result indicates that the amount of horse mackerel, mackerel, arrow squid can be increased by the use of attracting lamps in the set-net fishing method.

The attempt of this paper is to examine the basic theory on the analysis of the effect of a shading coil fitted to an electromagnetic contactor, and to compare experimentally the attracting force of an AC electromagnetic contactor with that of a DC electromagnetic contactor, with varying the airgap length. Equations are also proposed for calculating the AC and DC attracting force per unit consumption wattage by using the circuit constants measured from the experiment, and these calculated attracting forces are compared with those actulally measured, and then, the experimental contactor is examined in the view of its design. The calculated attracting forces are appeared to coincide well with the measured ones and the experimental contactor fitted with shading coil is revealed not so well designed for reducing the fluctuation of the attracting force.

제주도 연안 정치망어장에 다량 내유아여 어획되고 있는 전갱이,고등어, 오징어를 실험어로 하여 백열등에 의한 어군의 유집효과와 어군의 유도 효과에 관한 실험을제주대학교 해양연구소 옥외 수조에서 실시한결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 백열등에 대한 전갱이, 고등어, 오징어 어군의 행동은 백열등에 잘 유집되는 경향을 보였으나, 백열등에 대해서 유집하는 적정조도와 반은행동은 어종에 따라 조금씩 다른 경향을 보였다. 2. 유도등을 한 등씩 순차적으로 점등후 소등하는 방법에 의한 전갱이, 고등어, 오징어어군의 행동양식은 어종에 따라서 약간 다르지만, 이들 어군을 목적지까지 유도할 수 있었다. 3. 유도등 3개를 모두 점등한 후 1번 등부터 순차적으로 한 등씩 소등하는 방법에 의한 전갱이, 고등어, 오징어 어군의 행동양식은 어종에 따라서 약간 다르지만, 이들 어군을 목적지까지 유도할 수 있었다. 4. 백열등의 이동에 의한 전갱이, 고등어, 오징어 어군의 행동양식은 어종에 따라서 약간 다르지만, 이들 어군을 목적지까지 유도할 수 있었다.

While studies have viewed the effect of Chinese talent-attracting programs launched by government since reform and open door policy, little of them has assessed these programs empirically and pertinently. This article intends to assess an important program - the Thousand Youth Talents Program (TYTP). Frist, this paper proposed a transnational migration matrix of the academics to clarify the dynamic mechanism of academic brain gain at the high end. Then, the Kaplan-Meier analysis and Cox regression model are used to empirically analyze the policy effect of TYTP. The results show that, academic ability have double edged impacts on brain gain at the high end, some scholars whose last employer's academic ranking is world's Top100 have stronger willing to return, and the negative effect of academic ranking decreases with time passing; while scholars with a tenure-track position, a tenure position or a permanent position tend to stay overseas, and the hazard rate of staying increases with age. The older scholars have more intentions to go back China, while gender was not a significant factor influencing academic return at the high end. That is, the talent-attracting programs has partly succeeded in bringing back the academics at the high end.

Purpose - This study analyzed the correlation between economic liberalization and foreign direct investment. The purpose of this study is to seek ways to attract foreign direct investment from developing countries. Design/methodology/approach - This study analysed with observations of 19 from 2000 to 2018 using a fixed effect model, a random effect model, and a two-way fixed effect model. Findings - First, it was found that economic liberalization had a positive effect on attracting foreign direct investment in the early stages of economic liberalization. Second, it was found that economic liberalization in the deepening stage of economic liberalization had a negative effect on attracting foreign direct investment. In general, it was found that the higher the level of economic liberalization in developing countries is not accompanied by innovative changes in the industrial structure, the higher the level of economic liberalization is likely to decrease the inducement of foreign direct investment due to negative factors such as an increase in labor costs. Overall, this study approved that Economic liberalization have a non-linear (inverted U-shape) relationship with the inflow of foreign direct investment. Research implications or Originality - First, this study attempted to expand the variables for the determinants of FDI by analyzing economic factors which is a determinent of FDI. Second, economic liberalization generally has a positive effect on foreign direct investment, but it proved that it does not have only positive effects as a factor of attracting foreign direct investment in developing countries. The advantage of low wages in ASEAN countries acts as a factor for foreign direct investment, but as the degree of economic liberalization increases, the environment such as government size, guarantee of property rights, international trade freedom, fiscal soundness, and regulations change positively. On the other hand, it can be suggested that if the industrial level is less, it may lead to a loss of comparative advantage and a decrease in investment.

It has been generally known that the chattering of an AC electromagnetic contactor due to the fluctuation of attracting force is the primary cause of its abrasion and noise. To reduce this chattering effect, an AC electromagnetic contactor is mostly fitted with a shading coil which works the role to make difference in phases of two distinct components of attracting force. The theoretical interpretation of an AC electromagnetic contactor with shading coil and the equation of its attracting force per unit wattage consumed have already been proposed, however, few explications so far have been made on the determination of optimal circuit constants of shading coil. In this paper, the auther constructs a circuit model of an AC electromagnetic contactor with shading coil which is based on the theoretical interpretation of shading coil examined to be valid by experiments under some assumptions, and defines the equation of attracting force without chattering per unit wattage consumed as a performance function for determining the optimal circuit constants of shading coil. And then, the optimal circuit constants maximizing the performance function are determined by means of computer simulation founded on the above circuit model and the characteristics of those circuit constants are examined with special attention to the coupling coefficient.

2007년부터 2012년까지의 외국인직접투자 유치액에 대한 산업별 투자유치 인센티브인 재정지원액을 중심으로 정책집행에 따른 정책의 시차효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과 우리나라의 외국인직접투자유치정책의 시차효과는 정책집행 후 2~3년 정도의 시차가 발생하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 우리나라의 외국인직접투자 유치정책의 방향은 조세감면제도 보다는 직접보조금 혹은 재정지원(금융)과 같은 현실적인 정책수단을 강화해야 할 것이다.

This paper proposes that we need a simpler method for developing the Website strategy for public institutions. The research objectives are threefold: (1) A model that relates to the monitoring of Website strategy in the public sector is proposed. The model includes basic dimensions and a $2{\times}3$ matrix that is a simplified version of the Mohammed et dl.s Marketspace Matrix. (2) The model is tested empirically with a sample of 56 Websites selected from govemment agencies, military organizations and police stations in Korea. (3) The effect of dimension/factors on the innovation level is tested. A special attention is paid to online attracting that is important for public institutions which usually do not use offline advertising aggressively. Results from regression analyses show that main dimensions (Marketing Drivers and relationship Stages) and three factors (Basic Information, Support Information, and Participation) in the matrix are all significantly influential on the innovation level, but the Attracting is not. Colorful designs and attracting features of a homepage have not necessarily anything to do with innovation. This message can offer a good piece of advice for managers of Websites.

지렁이 사육상으로부터 지렁이를 분리, 수확할 수 있는 지렁이 유인장치를 개발하기 위해서 사육상에서의 지렁이 개체군 동태, 유인물질 및 유인틀내 철망의 mesh 크기, 덮개재질 등에 따른 지렁이 유인효율을 조사하였다. 지렁이 사육상에서 줄지렁이의 최고밀도는 약 $5kg/m^2$이었으며 최고밀도 도달한 이후에는 $4.4{\sim}5.0kg/m^2$의 밀도를 유지하였다. 유인틀내 철망의 mesh 크기는 7mm정도가 적정하였으며 유인틀 덮개는 표면은 매끄럽고 수분을 잘 머금을 수 있는 재질이 적당하였다. 유인틀내에 유인제를 사용하는 경우가 사용하지 않는 경우보다 유인효과가 현저히 높았으며, 유인틀내 유인제량이 많을수록, 유인틀 설치 기간이 길어질수록 지렁이 유인량이 많아졌다. 유인제로서는 분쇄된 배껍질이 제지슬러지보다 우수하였는데 이는 유인제내 당도의 차이에 기인하는 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 현장에서 사용할 수 있을 만큼 충분한 량의 배껍질을 공급하기가 어려우므로 그 대용으로서 설탕물(10%)을 유인물질로 이용하는 방안이 제시될 수 있었다.
