소비자교육과 관련 변수가 초등학교 학생의 소비자능력에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Consumer Education and Other Related Factors on the Consumer Competency of Elementary School Children)

  • The objectives of this study are to investigate whether consumer education affects the consumer competency and to find out which factors including consumer education affect the consumer competency of elementary school children. The subjects of this study were 43 children at fifth grade to Participate in consumer education(experimental group) and 37 children not to Participate(control group). Consumer education Program was executed for total 20 hours in a semester. Surveys were also conducted twice times to get data for consumer competency and the related factors. The findings are as follows : 1) Consumer education has a positive effect on consumer-role attitude and consumer skill according to the result of ANCOVA. 2) The variables affecting the consumer-role attitude are consumer education and consumer skill of mother in that order according to the result of multiple regression. The variables affecting the consumer skill are consumer skill of mother. consumer education. record of a cashbook and gender in that order. The only variable affecting the consumer knowledge is consumer education.

아파트 커뮤니티전문가의 직무와 역량 지표 개발 연구 (A Study on Development of the Job Components and Competency Indicators for Apartment Community Specialist)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop components of task and competency indicators for apartment community specialist who supports for community activations. The research process consists of three parts. Firstly, the direction of developing competency indicator set up by literature review related community, job components, and competency indicators. Second, analysing of job and competency indicators were developed and revised through focus group interview (FGI), and questionnaire survey on 6 experts in community area. Third, questionnaire survey from 20 community specialists in seoul was performed in order to analyze the importance of the competency components. As a result of this research, selected competency indicators were settled as followed : the competency indicators for apartment community specialist consisted of 3 competency clusters, 14 competency factors, 48 competency indicators. Community specialist recognized attitude and personal trait as the most important competency clusters, and understanding of community, interpersonal relations and communication skill, and vocational ethics and social responsibility as important factors in the competency indicators. The results of this study will used as tool for evaluating the job and competency of apartment community specialist, establishing professional identity of apartment community specialist, and providing an importance knowledge base for developing educational curriculum for them.

요양병원 간호사의 재난 인식, 재난에 대한 태도, 재난간호역량의 관계 (The Relationship between the Perception of Disaster, Attitude toward Disaster and Competency of Disaster Nursing of Long-term Care Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 재난 인식, 재난에 대한 태도, 재난간호역량 간의 관계를 파악하기 위한 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구 대상자는 G 광역시와 J도 소재 200병상 이상 요양병원 간호사 123명이었고, 자료수집기간은 2021년 2월 15일부터 2021년 4월 30일까지였다. 연구 결과 수간호사 이상(F=3.89, p=.023), 총 경력 20년 이상(F=5.34, p=.002), 재난간호 교육 경험이 있는 경우가 재난간호역량이 통계적으로 유의하게 높았다(t=3.87, p<.001). 또한 재난간호역량은 재난 인식과 유의한 상관관계가 없었으나, 재난에 대한 태도와는 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 요양병원 간호사의 재난간호역량를 강화하기 위해 기관의 특성에 맞는 실무중심 재난간호교육 프로그램 중재가 필요하다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 재난간호역량 증진을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

패션디자이너 역량모델링 구축 (Fashion Designer Competency Modeling)

  • This study started with the need for transition to competency-based education as well as the witness of fast changes in fashion industry's job environment. The goals of this study were (1) to explore fashion designers' competencies that are necessary for a successful careers in global fashion industry, and (2) to establish fashion designer competency model. In-depth individual interviews were conducted with 15 participants who have charged for design department and moreover have shown high performance in national, licence or designer brands in Korea fashion industry. Grounded theory was adopted to analyze data. As a result of analysis, the 4 core competencies emerged: problem-solving, research, inter-personal, and self-development. Each core competency has sub-competencies. Creativity, commerciality, control, decision making were sub-competencies for the problem-solving competency. Information management, innovation understanding & application, trend analysis & forecasting were sub-competencies for the research competency. Consumer, inside company, and outside company relationships were sub-competencies for the inter-personal competency. Self-awareness, self-management, expertise were sub-competencies for the self-development competency. In order to acquire these competencies, knowledge (academic, practical, multi-discipline), skills (sense, analysis, synthesis, communication), and attitude (interest, enjoyment, perseverance, personality) were essential. Based on these findings, implications for university fashion design education and further research areas were suggested.

대학생의 다문화 경험에 따른 문화적 역량 (Cultural Competency by Multicultural Experience of College Students)

  • 본 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 다문화 경험에 따른 문화적 역량의 차이를 확인하여 대학생의 다문화 역량증진을 위한 프로그램 개발에 필요한 기초자료로 제공하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구대상은 대학생 663명으로 2016년 9월1일부터 30일까지 설문조사하였다. 연구결과 대상자의 문화적 역량은 평균 3.48점, 문화적 역량의 구성요소에서는 문화적 인식이 평균 3.78점으로 가장 높았고, 그 다음으로 문화적 태도는 평균 3.73점, 문화적 지식과 기술은 평균 2.92점의 순으로 나타났다. 대상자의 다문화 경험에 따른 문화적 역량은 다문화 사람들(외국인)과 접촉경험이 있는 경우, 다문화 사람들을 위한 봉사경험이 있는 경우, 다문화와 관련된 수업 경험이 있는 경우 등에서 경험이 없는 경우보다 문화적 역량이 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 교육적, 실제적 차원에서 대학생의 문화적 역량 증진을 위한 교육과정 개발 및 다문화 관련 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

대학 부속 한방병원 간호사의 재난간호역량에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors Affecting Disaster Nursing Competency of Nurses at University Oriental Medicine Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify factors affecting the disaster nursing competency of nurses at a university oriental medicine hospital. Methods: The survey was conducted on 115 nurses at a university oriental medicine hospital from December 1, 2022 to January 30, 2023. Data analysis was performed using t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Factors affecting the disaster nursing competency of nurses at a university oriental medicine hospital were perception of disaster and working experience at an oriental medicine hospital. Conclusions: It is necessary to increase perception of disaster and provide disaster education appropriate for their profession in order to improve the disaster nursing competency of nurses at university oriental medicine hospital. In addition, organizational efforts are needed to increase the long-term disaster nursing competency of nurses at university oriental medicine hospitals.

간호대학생의 다제내성균 감염관리역량에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Competency of Infection Control of MultiDrug-Resistant Organisms among Nursing students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors influencing competency for Multi-Drug Resistant Organisms (MDRO) infection control in nursing students with clinical practice experience. Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from May 2020 to August 2020 by including 175 nursing students in two nursing schools located in Daegu. The data were collected using self-report questionnaires. The data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA, correlation, and multiple regression. Results: The competency of MDRO infection control was 3.41.±0.38. The attitude to patient safety management and - knowledge of MDRO infection control were 3.81±0.47 and 16.98±3.02, respectively. Factors influencing the competency of MDRO infection control were perceived benefit(β=.38, p<.001), knowledge toward MDRO infection control(β=.21, p=.001), attitude in patient safety management(β=.17, p=.028), and perceived barrier(β=-.15, p=.029) with an explanatory power of 34.2%. Conclusion: A systemic education program regarding MDRO infection control is needed for nursing students to provide knowledge related to MDRO infection control and help establish positive beliefs toward MDRO infection control and attitudes in patient safety management.

다문화서비스 담당사서에게 요구되는 문화적 역량의 내용체계에 관한 연구 (Components of Cultural Competency for Multicultural Services Librarians)

  • 최근 한국사회에 외국인근로자, 결혼이주여성, 유학생 등 이주민의 수가 증가하면서 문헌정보학 분야는 새로운 도전에 직면하고 있다. 이주민의 증가는 문헌정보전문직으로 하여금 다양한 문화적 배경을 가진 이주민에게 적절하며 효과적인 서비스를 제공하기 위한 새로운 역량을 개발할 것을 요구한다. 이에, 이 연구에서는 다문화시대, 사서에게 요구되는 역량을 문화적 역량이라는 관점에서 고찰해 보았다. 구체적으로 다문화서비스 담당 사서에게 요구되는 문화적 역량이란 무엇이며, 그 구성요소는 무엇인지 등 사서의 문화적 역량에 대한 내용 체계를 검토하였다. 이를 위해 문헌연구와 다문화서비스를 이행하고 있는 사서, 다문화전문가와의 인터뷰를 통해 관련 데이터를 확보하였다. 연구결과, 사서에게 필요한 문화적 역량은 다문화에 대한 태도, 다문화에 대한 지식, 다문화에 대한 기술이라는 3가지로 구분되었으며, 그 세부적 요소로서 다문화 태도, 다문화구성원에 대한 지식, 다문화서비스에 대한 지식, 장서 서비스 프로그램 개발, 서비스전달, 언어의 다양성, 교육 및 인력개발 부문이 제시되었다.

외식산업 전문인력의 역량 유형별 사용 빈도 및 중요도 인식 분석 (Usage Frequency and Importance of Competencies Required to Restaurant Industry Professionals)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze usage frequency and importance of competencies which are required to restaurant industry professionals. For this purpose, opinions of restaurant industry professionals on the competency were surveyed using questionnaires. To develop a questionnaire, a total of 27 competency variables which are required to restaurant industry professionals were drawn through literature review. Questionnaires were distributed to 300 professionals in restaurant industry with different positions using random sampling. Out of 300 questionnaires, 221 questionnaires were used for analysis. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 10.0, including descriptive analysis, ANOVA and t-test. Reliability test and factor analysis were also conducted to evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. As a result, 'attitude and personality' factor was recognized as the most frequently used and the most important competency factor of restaurant industry professionals. Therefore, the competency such as 'sincerity', 'responsibility', 'sense of honesty', 'positive attitude', 'tolerance and justice', should be more emphasized in restaurant management education. The level of current usage and importance of each competency were different according to age, education level, working experience, position, number of employees, type of restaurant and type of management.

농식품소비자역량 정도에 따른 친환경식품, HMR 구매 및 외식행태 분석 - 2022 식품소비행태조사 자료를 바탕으로 - (Analysis of Eco-Friendly Food, HMR Purchases, and Eating-Out Behavior by the Level of Agri-Food Consumer Competency - Based on Food Consumption Behavior Survey for Food 2022 Data -)

  • This study was conducted to investigate whether there were differences in eco-friendly food, home meal replacement (HMR) purchases, and eating-out behavior according to the level of agri-food consumer competence. The data for the study were extracted from main food consumers (n=3,321) in the 2022 Food Consumption Behavior Survey. The competence index was divided into awareness-attitude-practice items, and three groups were classified by competence level. The results showed an agri-food consumer competency score of 70.62, with the highest score for awareness (73.96), followed by practice (69.28) and attitude (66.18). The frequency of purchasing eco-friendly food was higher in the excellent group compared to other groups, and quality and price satisfaction was higher with higher competency (p<0.001). Regarding HMR, the results showed that the shortage group had the lowest HMR consumption rate, and satisfaction decreased as competence decreased (p<0.001). The main reason for eating-out was to enjoy food in all groups (59.0%), followed by a lack of cooking time in the excellent group (15.7%) and hassle with food preparation in the moderate and shortage groups (17.3%, 16.6%) (p<0.001). In short, agri-food consumption competency showed differences by contents and components, and differences in food purchases and eating-out behavior by competency level were found.
