보행하중을 받는 건축물 바닥판의 진동해석 (Vibration Analysis of Building Floor Subjected to Walking Loads)

  • Recently, the damping effect of building structures are greatly reduced because the use of non-structures members as like curtain wall are decreased and large open space are in need for the service of buildings. Assembly and office buildings with a lower natural frequency have a higher possibility of experiencing excessive vibration induced by human activities as like jumping, running and walking. These excessive vibration make the occupants uncomfortable and the serviceability deterioration. The common method of application of walking loads for the vibration analysis of structures subjected to walking loads is to inflict a series unit walking load and a periodic function at a node. But this method could not consider the moving effect of walking. In this study, natural frequency and damping ratio of plate structure are evaluated by heel drop tests. And new application of equivalent walking loads are introduced for vibration analysis of real slab system subjected to walking loads. The response obtained from the numerical analysis are compared well to the results measured by experimental tests. It is possible to efficiently analyze the vibration of floor which is subjected to walking loads by applying equivalent walking loads.

  • Upon entering the 21st Century, One of the new paradigm of Housing industry in Korea is to accomplish the foundation of Sustainable Building & Environment. It is easy to understand that Building environment in Korea is appearing the phenomenon of rapid conversion from supply-oriented market to demand-oriented market. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to suggest the direction of a new housing development with "Open Housing"as New Housing System which takes into account durability of housing based on the changeability among Housing-Components, the flexibility of interior space, the remodeling & repairing of housing and the user′s needs with variable life-style. This paper also shows the example of Infill-Systems for the Open housing in Korea on the basis of housing situation, experiences for the Open Housing including assembly technique of Infill-Systems.

  • In this paper, we introduce the insulation of aluminum truss dry installation method for construction for the development of the Angle. Features of the development of anchor bolts have been identified as no risk of fire, and ease of construction, which has the advantage of being the adiabatic efficiency is increased. In future research, to study the angle of the field on the Application of the development for the construction.

  • Nanostructured materials can be engineered by the controlled assembly of several suitable nano-objects as the building blocks. While, materials properties are determined by their atomic and molecular constituents and structure, their functionalities emerge when the microstructure of these early ensembles is in the nanometer regime. The properties and functionalities of these ensembles may be different as their size grows from the nano-regime to the micron regime and bulk structures. Nanotechnology, offers a unique possibility to manipulate the properties through the fabrication of materials using the nano-objects as building blocks. Nanotechnology is therefore considered an enabling technology by which existing materials, virtually all man-made materials, can acquire novel properties and functionalities making them suitable for numerous novel applications varying from structural and functional to advanced biomedical in-vivo and in-vitro applications.

  • The rebar work is a labor intensive construction work with a high labor cost ratio. It is difficult to manage the productivity, construction time, and safety of rebar work. The problem of productivity decreased in rebar construction is due to a lack of workers according to the aged workers. Partial prefabrication rebar can be an alternative solution to productivity decreased in rebar work. The characteristic of partial prefabrication method is that time consuming component such as stirrup of beam assemble in factory and others assemble in site. Therefore, in this study, the time required for each rebar assembly method is measured and analyzed to confirm the possibility of productivity improvement.

  • In this study, focusing on work types of lifting modules and modules assembly in modular construction sites, unit works were defined according to the construction process of each work type, and safety management elements, safety management activities, and key check point were proposed. The results of this study may have somewhat overlapping contents in the construction procedure in order to derive specific safety management activities and check point for each unit work. Therefore, there is a limit to use the results in an actual modular construction site. In future research, we plan to improve this part and derive a checklist that considers field usability.

  • OSC(Off-Site Construction) is regarded as a faster and more economical method in the construction industry, and the attention towards the OSC is growing. In the modular construction process, which is one type of OSC, accurate identification of a module is essential. Because the installation position and the MEP(Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) composition are distinct between modules, a defect in the finishing or junction area is likely to happen during the construction process. This study suggested the modular construction process by applying a beacon receiver using BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) technology on each module. Construction quality management would be improved using the location and assembly data, particularly for a different module in modular construction.

  • As concrete is used in many construction works, the use of aggregates is increasing. However, supply and demand of high-quality aggregates has become difficult recently, and although circular aggregates that recycle construction waste are used, the performance of concrete, such as liquidity and strength, are being reduced due to defective aggregates. As a result, quality tests such as sieve analysis test are conducted, but a lot of waste occurs such as time and manpower. To solve this problem, this study was conducted to measure the assembly rate of fine aggregate, which accounts for about 35% of the concrete volume, using Deep Learning.

  • Recently in Korea, efforts are underway to enhance smart construction by implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) comprehensively across all sectors of the construction industry. This study focused on the adoption of BIM for prefab bridges currently executed in the industry and It examined the process of creating a BIM-based prefab bridge model that can support production. Additionally, it explored how prefab products made by manufacturers can be integrated with road alignments using BIM technology and how the DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) approach, which supports production based on designed information, can be adopted. The process of creating the prefab bridge model aims to shorten production time, reduce costs, and enhance quality by leveraging digital information related to design and manufacturing within the BIM framework

  • 본 논문에서는 Robot Operating System(ROS) 기반의 모바일 매니퓰레이터(Manipulator)를 이용한 무인 배송 로봇 시스템을 구현하고 시스템 구현을 위해 사용된 기술에 대해 소개한다. 로봇은 엘리베이터를 이용해 건물 내부에서 자율주행이 가능한 모바일 로봇과 진공 펌프를 부착한 Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm(SCARA)-Type의 매니퓰레이터로 구성된다. 로봇은 매니퓰레이터에 부착된 카메라를 이용하여 이미지 분할과 모서리 검출을 통해 배송물을 들어올리기 위한 위치와 자세를 결정할 수 있다. 제안된 시스템은 스마트폰 앱 및 ROS와 연동된 웹서버를 통해 배송 현황을 조회하고 로봇의 실시간 위치를 파악할 수 있도록 사용자 인터페이스를 가지고 있으며, You Only Look Once(YOLO)와 Optical Character Recognition(OCR)을 통해 배송 스테이션에서 배송물과 주소지를 인식한다. 아울러 4층 건물 내부에서 진행한 배송 실험을 통해 시스템의 유효성을 검증하였다.
