The Contemporary paradigm to understand the complexity and diversity is moving to 'Becoming' that taken place in reviewing at the relation of various concepts. In Japan, After the collapse of modern architecture has been declared 'Metabolism' was appeared. They tried to apply organism's metabolic system to buildings based on ecological thoughts. But Metaboilsm's projects had revealed limitations of representation that the city on the mechanical system became a huge scale. As a result, It caused a break the cultural context of the region in Japan. After then, Japanese Architects expressed a pluralistic aspects of modern society for the restoration of disconnected cultural context. From this perspective, The thought of 'becoming' is a new role for Contemporary Japanese Architect. This research is focused of projects of SANAA, Ito Toyo, Sou Fujimoto, because they have spatial thought about realizing the space through the ways organizing the various potential possibilities in the simple external form not stimulated. They are realize the 'becoming-space' within the architecture. This 'becoming-space' gives people in building the new characteristics and experience that potential interactions among user, architecture and nature. It is non-representational space not fixed, but changing organically and variably.

In recent days, the study of urban regeneration has been conducting with purposeful and sincere intent starting out with the residential environment improvement works. Within the range of urban regeneration, the low-cost housing technology means development of totally-integrated housing technology that may be applied to the regeneration project, especially for the rundown areas where infrastructure facilities in the urban zone have been degraded and obsoleted. In line with this, among many and varied methods in order for realization of the low-cost housing as a part of urban regeneration project, this study should like to propose an improvement methods of the key technologies in relation to the construction works by type of work with which construction costs (directing cost) would be reduced. And, in order to elicit the method for element technology that has been developed and improved in the most optimal manner centering on the selected construction work by the type of work, the researcher conducted comparative review of summary of element technologies related to the construction works concerned, characteristics, and construction method thereof. In particular, the researcher investigated the expenses (construction cost and labor cost), constructions (contractibility and productivity), safety, quality of works, and the technical status in environmental aspects, and the researcher also conducted analyses and evaluations thereof.

Many organizations try to hire and retain a well-trained workforce to get their security level of IT assets and networks. However, most academic studies have focused on only how many workforces are needed to keep the secure function. We have to transit to other aspects of cybersecurity HRM studies because well-training workforces are not the problem of numbers but the quality. This study proves how the person-job fit and the work values impact job satisfaction of the cybersecurity workforce in early careers who graduated school recently and have a high turnover intention. The results of this study provide a lot of practical implications regarding job satisfaction of the cybersecurity workforce in an early career as follows. First, the major-job fit of the cybersecurity workforce doesn't influence job satisfaction, unlike other studies. Second, what graduates learned in college is little helpful in hands-on work, so retraining the cybersecurity workforce in an early career is very important. Third, the cybersecurity HRM plans have to center on realizing the self-realization of workforces to improve job satisfaction.

In this presentation, the particles at the matter surface (metal, crystal, nano) will be considered as the control target outside the physical domain. As is well known that control problems of quantum particles at surface had been investigated in various aspects in last couple of years, but the realization of control would become rather difficult than theoretical results. Especially, whether surface control would be valid? what kind of particles at what kind of matter surfaces can be controlled? so many questions still left as the mystery in the current research literature and papers. It means that the direct control sometime does not easy. On the other hands, control outside the physical domain is quite a interest consideration in mathematics, physics and chemistry. The main plan is to take the quantum systems operator (such as Laplacian ∆) in the form of fractional operator (∆^s , 0 < s < 1), then to consider the control outside of physical domain. Fortunately, there are many published articles in the field of applied mathematics can be referred for the achievement of control outside of domain. The external quantum control would be a fresh concept to do the physical control, first in the theoretic, second in the computational, final in the experimental issues.

Voltage circuit breakers are widely used in power distribution systems to interrupt fault current rapidly and to assure the reliability of the power supply. Power distribution system requires the transformer with higher capacity than ever, but this ever, but this may be the cause. of the increasing of short circuit current in contrast to conventional one when short-circuit accident is occurred. Therefore molded case circuit breaker improved in aspects of interrupting capacity of short circuit current in this system is needed. By using the proposed methods in this paper, such as new arc quenching structure of grid would contribute to minimizing the MCCB, realization of high interrupting performance and reducing the design time and development cost.

This study is to analyze the aspects of speech acts of greetings in the workplace by Chinese students studying in South Korea. While existing studies have mainly focused on specific expressions of 'hardship' and 'greetings', or have been tailored to improve textbooks, this study aims to analyze the realization patterns of greeting actions in the workplace by Chinese students studying in Korea, based on speech act theory. It seeks to identify the differences and similarities between Chinese students in Korea and Koreans. The method of the Discourse Completion Test (DCT) in speech act theory is used for investigation, review, and analysis. Through the analysis results, this study hopes to understand the importance of greeting expressions among Chinese students in Korea and to help develop effective greeting strategies.

This paper introduces two approaches of the cost-oriented QC and the process-oriented QC, and compares them on several aspects. The cost-oriented QC tries to assure the specified quality level by sampling inspection within minimum quality cost, while the process-oriented QC aims at realization of target value of quality specification through process adjustment when a product deviates from the target. But the final purpose of both approaches is on quality assurance for markets and consumers. After all, desirability is a question of quality cost. This paper suggests two of cost functions for decision making criterion.

In this paper various aspects of statistical maltiplexing of data signs have been investigated. A queueing model with finite waiting room and batch poisson arrivals is studied assuming that data signals are transmitted at a constant rate. Using traffic intensity and average burst length as parameters, overflow probabilities and expected queueing delay due to buffering are obtained. Also, a real system model of a statistical multiplexer that can be directly used in micro-programmed hardware realization is proposed. To examine the performance of the system, computer simulation has been done at various conditions. The results obtained can be used in designing a buffer efficiently.

The real data obtained from field exercises has a crucial role in modeling and simulation of a combat or a wargame. This becomes an important input especially in analyzing weapon systems realization. Many existing models have been using the mean value of the time between each fire. The firing data can be incorporated into a known probability distribution or used directly as an empirical distribution. Data of field exercises are very useful instead of the real combat outcomes. This study finds a new modeling approach and techniques to compare the data with the previously generated outcomes. This fundamental research work will continue to consider more of the various weapon systems, the sizes, and other tactical aspects.

The purpose of this article is to investigate communal action in the Ox Seeking Pictures of Daesoon Thought as an expression of future prospects. The Ox Seeking Pictures in Daesoon Thought seeks out renewal of thought, renewal of life, and true living. Here, the Ox Seeking Pictures symbolize a world in which good fortune comes true according to faith in Gucheon Sangje. The correlation between searching for the ox and the supporting teachings of the Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth in Daesoon shows the transformation of Daesoon prospects for achieving the renewal of thought. The correlation between Deep Contemplation Leading to Awakening and Finding and Following Heavenly Teachings shows the transformation of Daesoon reason into a practice implemented in daily life. The correlation between a human being's awareness and the heavenly paradise of the Later World shows transformation into true living based on everyday practice and the practical transformation of one's livelihood. In this investigation, we can say that the Ox Seeking Pictures of Daesoon symbolizes the realization of human dignity and respect for lives. No life should be destroyed or violated by another. Heaven, Earth, and Humanity can be changed and born anew. The visions of the realization of the heavenly paradise of the Later World show that this paradise in the world results from Daesoon principles. This provides a unique insight when compared to the bodhisattva ideal conveyed through the Ox Seeking Pictures of Mahayana Buddhism. Daesoon's Ox Seeking Pictures consist of a three-way interlocking of renewal of thought, implementation in life, and the practical transformation of one's livelihood. The communal spirituality based in Daesoon Truth connects and mediates among people and appears in three aspects. Firstly, it is thought to be a vision of the renewal of thought through the 'Virtuous Concordance of Yin and Yang.' Secondly, it is thought to be the vision of a new life based upon the spirit of Mutual Beneficence. Thirdly, it is thought to be a vision of true living through the realization of human dignity. Because of the appearance of the Ox Seeking Pictures of Daesoon Thought, this narrative picture shows the oxherd as searching for an ox which is the symbol of Daesoon Truth and Dao. Even though he catches the ox, he is still holds the rope to tie the ox to himself. He makes an effort to keep the ox steady. Finally, the oxherd's enlightenment becomes the source of responsibility to help unenlightened people in their struggles. In conclusion, it is necessary to interpret these paintings as the start of the Later World.
