주변환경 변화에 따른 어린이공원 이용 활성화방안 - 대전시 서구 어린이공원을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Revitalization of Children's Parks by the Transition of the Surrounding Environment in Seogu, Daejeon)

  • This study is targeted on children's parks in Seogu, Daejeon with the goal of maximizing the usage and versatility of existing parks in the area by the survey and analysis of the general status of children's parks, land use near the parks, population, users, and traits of usage. For the purposes of this thesis this study has selected 65 of the children's parks in the Seogu District to monitor. It also focused on a number of these parks located in areas which underwent a lot of changes and needed an increase in usage and versatility. Based on the selection criteria, the four target parks, Wojeong, Meongwhack, Dosan and Wicdunjimi children's park were selected. The Survey shows that 55.9% of park visitors visited a park to 'rest and take a walk' and used 'main facilities' meaning resting facilities like pergola and benches. In the nighttime, the number of park visitors is so few because of safety problems. 50% of users were satisfied with parks. It shows that there are many respondents who want to recompose these parks as places for light exercise, resting, meeting, and as community symbols. Generally, these target parks don't reach their full potential and they also do not play their proper roles because they are hampered by the constriction of the law. These stick to an outdated idea of what a park should be like without considering the actual and practical needs of city dwellers. When it comes to the remodeling and refurbishing of these parks we have to rethink the planning process so that these parks may be more versatile and practical in order to accommodate the radical changes of users and patterns of usage.

철도 개발지 완충지역 기준 설정에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of the Standard for Buffering Region in Railway Development Areas)

  • 생태네트워크는 일반적으로 핵심지역, 완충지역, 코리더 등으로 구분될 수 있으며, 특히 핵심지역이나 생태적 코리더를 연결하기 위한 완충지역은 생태 네트워크의 지속성을 보호하고 외부로부터의 충격을 완충시키는 역할을 한다. 생태적 가치 및 보호적 가치가 높은 자원과 관련된 완충지역 설정에 대한 연구 및 관련법 등을 검토한 결과, 완충지역 설정에 대한 구체적인 연구가 더 필요한 것으로 생각된다. 본 연구에서는 국내외 완충지역을 설정하기 위한 기준을 제시한 다양한 분야의 사례를 조사하고, 철도환경영향평가 결과서 및 철도건설지침을 기준으로 철도개발지에 적용할 수 있는 활용방안을 분석하여 이를 평가하기 위한 항목으로 토지피복현황, 종다양성, 희귀성, 연계성을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 철도개발지 주변의 환경생태적 가치를 검토하여 철도 건설로 인한 환경 훼손 등 영향을 저감하고자 하였다.

하계 그늘쉼터 유형별 장·단파복사 관측과 해석 (Observation and Analysis of Long and Short-wave Radiation According to Types of Summer Shelters)

  • In this study, we analyzed the relationship between five factors: long-wave radiation, short-wave radiation, cloudiness, SVF and summer shelters. In the previous study, we recognized the correlation between single building SVF and long-wave radiation. Furthermore, this study attempted to confirm the relationship at the summer shelter with high solar radiation blocking rate. The observations are as follows. ① Cooling in summer shelters was not the effect of temperature but the effect of radiation reduction due to short-wave radiation shielding. ② In the case of the canopy tent with low heat capacity, the long-wave radiation was observed to be 16.7% higher per hour than the comparison control point due to the increase in surface temperature. ③ The long-wave radiation increase rate was different according to SVF, but showed very similar pattern according to the material characteristics of the summer shelters. ④ Passive Cooling effect on the type of summer shelters are determined by the size of the total long and short-wave radiation at that point.

도시가로경관의 이미지 동질화를 위한 환경설계적 고찰 - 대구시 동성로를 중심으로 (An Environmental Study on the Image Identification of Urban Streetscape (The Case Study of Tongsung-Ro in Taegu City))

  • A study on the image identification of urban streetscape is valuable for illuminating identity that is not yet fully approached in the field of environmental design. This analysis of urban streetscape for image identification allows us to make a more detailed exploration of an important approaching methods in dealing with the structural characteristics of identity. As a matter of fact, the earlier indirect studies on this image identification were made by environmental designers, such as architectural and urban designer in the field of environmental perception and came to its environmental cognition & environmental pattern research with assistances by such researchers as K. Lynch A. Rapoport & Christopher Alexander. Through its environmental perception research, we can see its structural characteristics that is aesthetic & visual structural contents of physical environmental elements. And we can see its cognitive characteristics through the environmental cognitive research, that is continuity, territoriality, identity of place, uniqueness or individuality, meaning & symbolism. Through its environmental pattern research, we can see its physical, socio - economic, cultural and symbolic pattern identification contents, that is physical form of the city, style of the street, pattern of streetscape, socio- economic & geographical locality, arid life cycle, life style, common style of the behavior, cultural pattern of the activity, socio - cultural expression of the symbol. In these process, we can set up a set of the environmental design criterias from those three integral studies for identity. And for an environmental research, Tongsung-Ro around the CBD (central business district) in Taegu City was selected for a case study, because this streetscape is suitable for that approaching methods in this study.

국토계획과 환경계획 통합관리 지표의 적용을 통한 통합관리 현황 평가 (Assessment of National and Regional Plans Using Integrated Management Index of Korea National Planning and Environmental Planning for Present Status Evaluation)

  • Integrated management of Korea national and environmental planing for sustainable development is suggested, and basic research is needed. In this study, national and regional plans were assessed using 'integrated management index of Korea national planning and environmental planning' to grasp the current status of integrated management on Korea national planning and environmental planning. As a result of the assessment, it was found that both national and regional plans need to improve considering the natural ecology part and water resource and quality part. In addition, it was derived that the detailed contents of the indicator can not be reflected according to the characteristics in the higher-level plan. Therefore, it has been found necessary to include proclamatory contents so as to be able to establish a detailed plan that reflects environmental goals in the lower-level plan.

전통지역의 형태 마감재별 경관 색채 특성 - 스웨덴 스톡홀름시의 실례를 대상으로 - (Townscape Color Character by Form Finishes of the Traditional Area - Focusing on Stockholm, Sweden -)

  • 연구의 방법에 있어서, 주변경관에 영향을 주는 경관구성 중 건축의 색채 설계 자료로서 건축 각 부위의 벽, 지붕, 창문, 출입문 상태를 수집하였다. 또한 3배색 이미지 맵을 활용해서 색채의 경향을 분류하였다. 도시경관의 구성요소인 지역별 주요거리의 각 대상지역에 사용되어진 색채의 성질을 색상, 명도, 채도로 나타낸다. 각 대상지역 사용 색채 경향의 특성을 찾아내고 분석한다. 본 연구에서는 경관 관리 측면에서 비교적 색채의 배경이 잘 되어 있는 스웨덴 스톡홀름시의 실례를 대상으로 경관 색채 특성을 파악하였으며, 특히 경관 색채의 배경을 만들어 가는 마감재의 색채 사용에 대한 실태를 조사하였다. 관찰조사를 한 대상 지역은 각각의 8개 지역과 주 거리 이름의 색채 사용에 대한 자료를 수집하여 색채를 성분별로 분류하였다. 마감재에 있어서 지붕의 강판 종류와 적벽돌 종류, 아스팔트 슁글 종류, 도료 종류, 타일기와 종류 등의 색채 사용의 경향을 조사하여 분석하였다.

인도 평지사원 탑형부조(塔形浮彫) 연구 (A Study on the Relief-Stupa in Flatland Temple in India)

  • Stupa in India divides into two: stupa in flatland temple with a character of tomb, and devotional stupa made for offering. The difference of such character is made by whether there is any Sari, and main center for worship is flatland stupa where Sari is settled. Stupa in flatland temple is targeted to that with Sari, whose character is applied into Relief-stupa. The characteristics of Relief-stupa can be divided into two: a relief with similar type of flatland stupa in the form, and a devotional relief in which drum and upper part of tower are developed. The Relief-stupa of flatland temple could be confirmed at tower gate of Sanchi tower, decoration of handrail, and the wall attached to Amaravati and Nagarjunakonda stupa. To the contrary, drum and upper wheel part in the Relief-stupa are developed in the votive stupa. Such characteristics had different features according to usage: The example of former is that there is an expression of landscape of stupa built at that time, and the example of latter is those which had similar type of stone cave temple or offering tower near stupa. Thus, the meaning is subject to the existing of Sari. Stupa building developed along with the development of Buddhist structural activity with the existing popular tradition. And its influence was expanded along with various cultures locally. And, the structure and tower reflected various types and thoughts. Stupa reflected its building site and method according to types, and was created in a new form by its usage.

가로공간 이미지에 영향을 미치는 가로변건축물 형태구성요소에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Form-Element of Buildings Affecting in Street Spaces)

  • 가로는 도시를 구성하는 선적(線的) 요소로서 도시 발전의 축이다. 이러한 가로의 본질적 기능은 통행이 목적인 교통공간이지만 이와 함께 사람과 사람의 만남, 휴식, 오락 등의 다양한 활동을 담아내는 커뮤니티의 장으로서 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 가로는 기본적으로 보도와 차도 그리고 가로를 에워싸고 있는 가로변 건축물로 구성되는 3차원의 공간이다. 이때 가로변건축물은 가로공간을 구성하는 중요한 물리적 구성요소로 가로변건축물의 입면은 사람들이 가로공간의 이미지를 형성하는데 중요한 변수로 작용하게 된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 가로변 건축물의 입면을 구성하는 형태구성요소를 대상으로 가로경관의 이미지에 영향을 미치는 시지각적 우세요소들을 추출하고 각각의 요소들의 만족도와 선호도를 조사/분석하여 향후 도시가로 경관계획 시 기초자료로 활용할 수 있도록 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.

감성 어휘에 따른 미디어 파사드 사례의 선호도 조사 분석 (Analysis of Preference Survey for the Media Facade Cases according to the Sensibility Keywords)

  • The methods used in this study included investigation of media facades used for landmarks in downtown areas in previous studies, visits to these areas, and recording of media facades. The changes in the colors or the size of buildings were analyzed among the recorded cases and 12 of these cases were selected for further study. The sensibility preference of the media facades was evaluated by sorting the 12 kinds of media facades, and providing them as materials to a group of 60 participants (40 undergraduate and 20 graduate students majoring in architecture and design) consisting of an equal proportion of males and females. This study addressed the following four_stage questions: 1) Five questions of recognition evaluation about media facades and the cognitive evaluation items of emotional vocabulary and color preference in each research case; 2) sensibility preference items regarding the media facade color design; and 3) design evaluation items of the media facades; 4) Video clips and still images were recorded from a middle distance at 7p.m to 11p.m. in central New York, Singapore, Seoul, and Beijing. The participants looked at the changes in colors through the video clips in each case and evaluated their preferences through 23 pairs of emotional vocabulary items using system dynamics. Construction of an emotional vocabulary followed, based on previous studies about media facades and color design. To evaluate the sensibility preference and the perceived representative colors of the media facade, this study suggests new emotional responses that depended on the color emotional vocabulary of light in the LED lighting technical evaluation methodology. A media facade with a moving change of colors, unlike a fixed landscape color design, suggests a new communication method based on architectural factors. New architectural color coordination can be presented for urban landscapes at night. Designs that factor in the pedestrians' emotional vocabulary or preference should take precedence over the use of high luminance and various colors.

임금체불 해소절차에 대한 건설근로자 인식 분석 (Analysis on Awareness of Construction Labors about Resolution Step of the Delayed Wage Payment)

  • 2014년 기준 29만명의 근로자가 전체 1조 3천억원의 임금체불을 당하는 것으로 나타났으며 특히 노동집약적 산업인 건설산업의 특성상 임금체불로 인한 부작용이 심각한 실정이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 임금체불 해소를 위한 연구는 근로자의 인식을 배제한체 임금체불 해소제도 개선에 주안점을 두고 이루어 지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 임금체불 해소를 위하여 근로자의 인식에 기반하여 임금체불 해소절차에 대한 실효성을 분석하고 근로자들의 인식을 파악하고자 한다. 연구 결과 전체 근로자 및 관리자의 30% 이상이 임금체불 해소절차 및 해소제도에 대하여 전혀 인식하지 못하고 있었으며 연구체불 해소를 위한 제도 또한 많은 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
