Green management is, as the response to climate changes emerges to a global issue, a concept which reduction of greenhouse gases, alternative energy development and other low-carbon green growth factors are added on the existing environmental management. Also as discussions on the performance measurement of firms' domestic and international green managements proliferate and the importance of understanding, analyzing and evaluating firms' environmental maintenance rises, variety forms of green management performance measurement indicators are being developed and practiced. However, specific implementation methodologies about green management have been lacking. Hence in this research, In order to have objective evaluations on firms' green managements through the proposed indicator, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and experts' survey on weight dependence were applied. Sustainability reports and other associated documents of ten major oil/ chemical corporations of in and out of the country were analyzed and corporations were evaluated and compared through weight differentiated indicator subsections.

Cyber security evaluation is a series of processes that estimate the level of risk of assets and systems through asset analysis, threat analysis and vulnerability analysis and apply appropriate security measures. In order to prepare for increasing cyber attacks, systematic cyber security evaluation is required. Various indicators for measuring cyber security level such as CWSS and CVSS have been developed, but the quantitative method to apply appropriate security measures according to the risk priority through the standardized security evaluation result is insufficient. It is needed that an Scoring system taking into consideration the characteristics of the target assets, the applied environment, and the impact on the assets. In this paper, we propose a quantitative risk assessment model based on the analysis of existing cyber security scoring system and a method for quantification of assessment factors to apply to the established model. The level of qualitative attribute elements required for cyber security evaluation is expressed as a value through security requirement weight by AHP, threat influence, and vulnerability element applying probability. It is expected that the standardized cyber security evaluation system will be established by supplementing the limitations of the quantitative method of applying the statistical data through the proposed method.

This paper shows prioritization process for equipment investment plans considering reliability indices and economical efficiency. To decide prioritization of distribution investment projects, we made a distribution system model using system configuration, it's component and load information and designed several investment alternatives to improve reliability of present system. Lastly, we proposed a evaluation model of economical efficiency assessment on distribution investment alternative projects. To analyze influence by reliability and economical efficiency, we produced economical effects with applying time-varying failure rate of KEPCO's main equipments of distribution system and interruption cost of electric power affected by investment. Finally, in order to insure the validity of this proposed methodology, we compared investment prioritization by economical evaluation with that of real investment alternatives of KEPCO's branch office. In conclusion, this paper shows what and how to interpret the reliability effects of distribution system investments into financial indicators beneficial for power utilities's managers to make decision on the perspective of corporate value.

Wind is a meteorological factor that has a significant impact on agriculture. Gust cause damage such as fruit drop and damage to facilities. In this study, low-altitude wind speed prediction was performed by applying physical models to Local Ensemble Prediction System (LENS). Logarithmic Law (LOG) and Power Law (POW) were used as the physical models, and Korea Ministry of Environment indicators and Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) data were applied as indicator variables. We collected and verified wind and gust data at 3m altitude in 2022 operated by the Rural Development Administration, and presented the results in scatter plot, correlation coefficient, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), Normalized Root Mean Square Error (NRMSE), and Threat Score (TS). The LOG-applied model showed better results in wind speed, and the POW-applied model showed better results in gust.

Recently, climate indices represented by quantifying atmospheric-ocean circulation patterns have been widely used to predict hydrologic variables for considering long-term climate variability. Hydrologic forecasting models based on artificial neural networks have been developed to provide accurate and stable forecasting performance. Forecasts of hydrologic variables considering climate variability can be effectively used for long-term management of water resources and environmental preservation. Therefore, identifying significant indicators for hydrologic variables and applying forecasting models still remains as a challenge. In this study, we selected representative climate indices that have significant relationships with dam inflow time series in the Han-River basin, South Korea for applying the dam inflow forecasting model. For this purpose, the ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD) method was used to identify a significance between dam inflow and climate indices and an artificial neural network(ANN) ensemble model was applied to overcome the limitation of a single ANN model. As a result, the forecasting performances showed that the mean correlation coefficient of the five dams in the training period is 0.88, and the test period is 0.68. It can be expected to come out various applications using the relationship between hydrologic variables and climate variability in South Korea.
An analysis of railroad industry has been insufficient whereas there are lots of analysis of accumulation of technology, economic performances and ripple effects for macroscopic view and other industry of R&D investments. This study decided intellectual rights, patent, and paper as common indicators of scientific and technological performances for setting up performance targets through surveying and analysis of preceding study and verified a appropriateness of scientific and technological performances for railroad R&D 11 projects which were successfully finished. Preceding study has been set up performance targets by research investments as input, but this study made a performance target by model through a cross-sectional and residual analysis of performances of railroad R&D 11 Projects in applying research investments, capital investments and inner labor cost per man and research time as inputs, and verified a validity and a empirical analysis through analysis of other project.
Monitoring and assessing terminal electron accepting processes (TEAPs) are one of the most important steps to remediate contaminated sites via various in-situ techniques. TEAPs are a part of the microbial respiration reactions. Microorganisms gain energy from these reactions and reduces pollutants. Monitoring TEAPs enables us to predict degradability of contaminants and degradation rates. In many countries, TEAPs have been used for characterization of field sites and management of groundwater wells. For instance, US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) provided strategies for groundwater quality and well management by applying TEAPs monitoring. Denmark has also constructed TEAPs map of local unit area to develop effective groundwater managing system, particularly to predict and assess nitrogen contamination. In case of Korea, although detailed soil survey and groundwater contamination assessment have been employed, site investigation guidelines using TEAPs have not been established yet. To better define TEAPs in subsurface environments, multiple indicators including ion concentrations, isotope compositions and contaminant degradation byproducts must be assessed. Furthermore, dissolved hydrogen concentrations are regarded as significant evidence of TEAPs occurring in subsurface environment. This review study introduces optimal sampling techniques of groundwater and dissolved hydrogen, and further discuss how to assess TEAPs in contaminated subsurface environments according to several contamination scenarios.

6th Industry reduced agricultural income and rural areas, the economic downturn is going to be activated is attracting attention as an alternative. 6th industry means that the integrated or linked, the manufacture and processing of secondary industry based on primary industry, the distribution and service of tertiary industry. Park Geun-hye government to realize the creative economy in agriculture as an alternative to specifically evaluate the 6th industries and suggests various policy alternatives. In addition, to support the development of models and analysis of best practices, including sleep studies are in progress. However, the 6th Industry management body for performing management level, technical level, the leader in comprehensive evaluation of competencies and indicators on the development of an evaluation study is insufficient. In this regard, the present study performed 6th industry management body for the management level, technical level, the leader competency evaluation indicators to develop a comprehensive evaluation by utilizing AHP method was developed indicators. The results achieved in Korea As different countries and the FTA as cheap agricultural imports increased 6th industry revenues associated with the management body is very likely to be worse. The endless competition to survive in the most important of the strategy for each individual project management body to operate on their own, rather than to strengthen internal capacity by strengthening linkages with other industries, products, and services that promote the sale will be. This also is that you need to improve revenue management body. Thus, all 6th industry management body at the location of their efforts to gain the trust of consumers will require, moreover, for each management body to build cooperation between the various measures will be sought. In addition to the smart era rapidly changing needs of customers, depending on the life cycle of products and services are getting faster and the new consumer is getting more and more tend to find new products. Thus, customers and management body 6th industry changes quickly and accurately predict market trends, and also to market new products and services that further efforts would be needed.

Recently, to prevent damage to the landscape, outstanding landscape areas have been designated in advance. In particular, as a fundamental way to evaluate landscape elements, landscape diversity is an important criterion to assess an area with a high conservative value. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to develop a quantitative evaluation model of landscape diversity based on landscape elements and to verify the model by applying it to the study sites. The assessment indicators derived from the literature analysis are topography, vegetation, land-use pattern, and unusual landscape. Topography diversity is subdivided into land undulation and land-form. Vegetation diversity is subdivided into plant community diversity and stratification diversity. To quantitatively analyse each indicator's diversity, SHDI was selected as the central metric. All of the quantitative measures were implemented by using the statistical tool, FRAGSTATS. Through the process of each indicator's standardization and summary, the final landscape diversity index was calculated. The results of the study are significant as it was the initial study of landscape diversity evaluation to seek applicability. However, the results of the Landscape Diversity Evaluation Model in this study based on 4 indicators synthetically demonstrate that more than one or two outstanding indicators can be underrated. Therefore, each 4 assessment indicator results should be considered individually. Furthermore, using the maximum value for each indicator's standardization reflects that it is necessary to analyse various examples to obtain higher objectivity later.
