Design of a Data Model for the Rainfall-Runoff Simulation Based on Spatial Database (공간DB 기반의 강우-유출 모의를 위한 데이터 모델 설계)

  • This study proposed the method for the SWMM data generation connected with the spatial database and designed the data model in order to display flooding information such as the runoff sewer system, flooding areas and depth. A variety of data, including UIS, documents related to the disasters, and rainfall data are used to generate the attributes for flooding analysis areas. The spatial data is constructed by the ArcSDE and Oracle DB. The prototype system is also developed to display the runoff areas based on the GIS using the ArcGIS ArcObjects and spatial DB. The results will be applied to the flooding analysis based on the SWMM.

  • The design of a battery package and a BMS module for applications using seawater rechargeable batteries, which are known as next-generation energy storage devices, is proposed herein. Seawater rechargeable batteries, which are currently in the initial stage of research, comprise primarily components such as anode and cathode materials. Their application is challenging owing to their low charge capacity and limited charge/discharge voltage and current. Therefore, we design a method for packaging multiple cells and a BMS module for the safe charging and discharging of seawater rechargeable batteries. In addition, a prototype seawater rechargeable battery package and BMS module are manufactured, and their performances are verified by evaluating the prevention of overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, and short circuit during charging and discharging.

  • We implemented an application system which is able to verify visitor identification for remote bundle control based on OSGi and web camera control using embedded linux system. This system are designed open Oscar framework by porting java on the embedded linux system and implemented web camera system in local area networks. Also This system can verify information of visitor from receiving the data of RFID reader and designed the wireless internet system in home. Basically, in this paper we expect that home network system development and the period of application service development are reduced with integrated service provision based on OSGi.

  • This paper describes the applications of genetic algorithm to nonlinear constrained optimization problems. Genetic algorithms are combinatorial in nature, and therefore are computationally suitable for treating continuous and idstrete integer design variables. For several problems , the conventional genetic algorithms are ill-defined , which comes from the application of penalty function , encoding and decoding methods, fitness scaling, and premature convergence of solution. Thus, we develope a hybrid genetic algorithm to resolve these problems and present two examples to demonstrate the effectiveness of the methodology developed in this paper.

  • 기존의 불 영역 검출을 위한 이미지 전처리 기법은 임계값에 영향을 많이 받기 때문에 사진의 색상 분포에 의존하는 결과가 나온다. 이를 보완하고자 본 논문에서는 화염이 가지고 있는 특유의 비선형적이고 불규칙한 움직임을 추출할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 유체 시뮬레이션에서 활용되는 준 라그랑지안(Semi-Lagrangian) 활용하여 유동을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 영상에서 화염의 움직임을 추출한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 텍스처 합성할 때 방향을 고려하여 합성의 품질의 개선시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 고정된 회전 각도가 아닌, 다양한 각도를 자동으로 샘플링하여 효율적으로 예제 이미지를 생성할 수 있도록 하였고, 이를 통해 합성 경계간의 차이를 자연스럽게 완화시킬 수 있는 결과를 실험을 통해 보여준다.

  • Laser-induced plasmonic sintering of metal nanoparticles (NPs) holds significant promise as a technology for producing flexible conducting electrodes. This method offers immediate, straightforward, and scalable manufacturing approaches, eliminating the need for expensive facilities and intricate processes. Nevertheless, the metal NPs come at a high cost due to the intricate synthesis procedures required to ensure long-term reliability in terms of chemical stability and the prevention of NP aggregation. Herein, we induced the self-generation of metal nanoparticles from Ag organometallic ink, and fabricated highly conductive electrodes on flexible substrates through laser-assisted plasmonic annealing. To demonstrate the practicality of the fabricated flexible electrode, it was configured in a mesh pattern, realizing multi-touchable flexible touch screen panel.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a capstone design program by applying a design thinking methodology to the digital healthcare field to cultivate creative convergence talents with complex and practical skills and understanding of new technologies required in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. To this end, we analyzed the literature and previous studies in the field of digital healthcare and capstone design and proposed a capstone design model and application plan in the field of digital healthcare. The effectiveness was confirmed through expert review, and the effectiveness was analyzed by pilot application of the capstone design program. This is meaningful in that it can be used as an operation guide that can be used step-by-step when applying the capstone design in the digital healthcare field.

  • Digital technology in modern society is entering the era of digital convergence and ubiquitous computing, and is playing an important role to overcome the limitation of time and space. Based on new media method's rapid application development, a wide range of forms as digital design is made possible. A large part of our living such as information sharing, collaboration, production, recreation, working and various social activities has been realized from the space that digital media offer. As we see a much broader range, the digital media's diverse expressions affect, in interactive ways, not only the relationship between humans and things, between each individual human, and between humans and the environment, but also even emotional purification and realm of educational, cultural, and social aspect. In this study, the aim is to discuss the user-centered design considered for integration into the interaction space design method and is to concentrate on research on. Focusing on digital media, user-friendly interface features of the space environment, construction and utilization of digital media have been applied to try to analyze the interaction effect of space that is created for the design and application of various applications and will seek ways. Thus, various case-studies have been explored where interface space is developed, creating virtual reality through cognitive basis and 3-D interface space. For example, emotional expressions are embedded for the space of commerce, education and exhibition, enabling intercommunication through haptic interface, with changing sound and visual effects which are caused by the movement of people in a certain space. With consideration of the relationship between physical environment and objects, interactive design should be achieved by providing a human oriented interface based on social, cultural and environmental aspects.
