개방형 혁신의 협력대상자 탐색을 위한 BSC-AHP 프레임워크 제안 (BSC-AHP Framework for the Partner Selection in Open Innovation Practice)

  • 개방형 혁신이 비즈니스 현장 및 학계의 관심을 받으면서, 개방형 혁신의 특성을 파악하고 이를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 많은 연구가 이루어져 왔다. 특히 개방형 혁신의 프로세스에서 매우 중요하게 다루어져 온 기존 연구는 협력대상자를 어떻게 선정하는가 하는 문제이다. 개방형 혁신에서 협력대상자를 탐색하기 위해서는 해당 기업/기관과 협력했을 때 기업의 성과가 어느 정도로 향상되었는가를 파악하는 것이 필수적이기 때문에, 협력대상자와의 협력 이후의 성과를 보다 체계적으로 측정하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 협력대상자 탐색을 효과적으로 지원하기 위해 Balanced ScoreCard (BSC)와 Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) 가 결합된 평가 프로세스를 제안하고자 한다. 즉 협력대상자의 선정에 있어 협력 이후 기업의 성과를 가장 최대화할 수 있도록 협력대상자를 선정하기 위해 BSC를 활용하며, BSC 프레임워크에서 활용된 구체적 평가기준들 간의 가중치를 산정하고 실제 협력대상자를 평가하는 데 있어서는 다기준 의사결정 방법인 AHP를 활용한다.

  • 새로운 그린카 시대가 도래하면서 자동차 산업에 새로운 전략이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 그린카 중에서도 전기자동차 산업을 어떻게 효과적으로 발전시킬 수 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 전기자동차산업의 보다 효과적 분석을 위해서 기존의 자동차산업의 이해관계자를 중심으로 하는 단편적인 관계분석 차원에서 두 고객 그룹 이상을 대상으로 하는 플랫폼차원의 분석으로의 전환이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 분석을 위해서 기존의 비즈니스 모델차원의 분석이 아닌 산업플랫폼을 적용한 정책적 분석 프레임워크를 도출하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 다음의 주요 이슈에 대해 분석하고자 한다. 첫째, 산업플랫폼의 정의는 무엇이고, 필요한 이유는 무엇인가? 둘째, 산업플랫폼의 참여자는 누구이며, 작용요인은 무엇인가? 셋째, 전기자동차 시장에 적용할 수 있는 산업플랫폼의 참여자 및 작용요인은 무엇인가? 넷째, 관련 사례를 기반으로 산업플랫폼의 분석 프레임워크를 도출하고 향후 적용방안에 대해서 논의하고자 한다.

Prenatal nursing intervention studies published in Korean nursing journals: a scoping review

  • The purpose of this study was to describe prenatal nursing intervention studies on pregnant women and their families published in Korean nursing journals to identify research trends and to analyze the characteristics of intervention studies. This scoping review was conducted using Arksey and O'Malley's framework. We identified a research question and searched six domestic electronic databases for relevant articles. Forty-five references that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were finally selected. We extracted the data using an analytic framework, and then collated and summarized the characteristics of the intervention studies. The most frequently used research designs were non-randomized controlled trials (91.1%), and only a few studies applied a specific theoretical framework (24.4%). The participants were mainly pregnant women only (64.4%) during the third trimester (35.6%) of pregnancy. Prenatal education was the most common type of intervention (48.9%), followed by complementary therapy (37.8%) and psychosocial support programs (13.3%). The most commonly used outcome variables were drawn from the psychological domain (44.5%), although distinct types of outcome variables-especially from the psychological and physical domains-were used to measure the effectiveness of different types of prenatal interventions. This review suggests that further prenatal nursing intervention studies in Korea should expand the study participants to include pregnant women's family members, high-risk and vulnerable groups, and women throughout entire pregnancy. Furthermore, it is necessary to develop integrative prenatal nursing interventions that promote family support and participation by facilitating partnerships among women, families, and nurses before, during, and after pregnancy.

FPGA를 위한 분석적 배치에서 사전 패킹, 조기 배치 고정 및 밀도 분석 다층화 (Pre-Packing, Early Fixation, and Multi-Layer Density Analysis in Analytic Placement for FPGAs)

  • 기존 학계의 FPGA 툴 연구는 단순한 가상 아키텍처 모델 가정에 의존해 왔다. 이러한 제약을 극복하기 위한 첫걸음으로 분석적 배치 및 배치 적법화의 기본 알고리즘들을 상용 FPGA의 아키텍처에 적용하는 실제 상황에서 발생되는 이슈들을 도출하여 대안을 제시한 후 그 효과를 평가하였다. 먼저, 코어 사용률이 낮은 FPGA에서 배치된 셀들의 무게 중심이 칩 중심에서 벗어나는 현상이 발생할 수 있는데 이 변위를 최소화하는 함수를 분석적 배치의 목적 함수에 추가하였다. 또한 배치 밀도 평가의 정확도를 높이기 위해 셀 종류별로 별도의 밀도 행렬을 사용하는 다층 분석, 그리고 자원이 매우 한정된 블록의 조기 고정 방안을 제안하였다. 그밖에, 슬라이스 내에서 두 개의 플립플롭이 제어 핀들을 공유하기 때문에 발생하는 호환성 문제를 개선하기 위한 플립플롭 사전 패킹도 제안하였다. 제안된 기법은 상용 FPGA 아키텍처를 정확하게 모델링하고 수정 개선할 수 있는 K-FPGA 패브릭 평가 툴킷을 근간으로 구현되었으며 12개의 실용 예제에 적용하여 기존 방식에 비해 평균적으로 배선길이 22%, 슬라이스 사용량 5%를 감축하는 효과를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 신규 FPGA 아키텍처 개발을 위한 최적화 CAD 툴 개발 연구의 기초가 될 것으로 기대한다.

  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) has drawn high attention and been discussed and under investigation for over two decades. However, how Hong Kong manufacturing firms carry out SCM is still unclear. In order to open the myth on what essentials are critical for SCM implementation, a large-scale questionnaire survey was conducted together with Expert Interviews in 2003. A SCM framework was then developed in which all the critical factors were summarized, categorized and prioritized to come up with a foundation for a self-assessment system for improving SCM performance.

An XML-Based Modeling Language for the Open Trading of Decision Models

  • These days, a modeling tool or environment has to know about the others on the market and build bridges to them with which their customers insist on sharing models and data. When it is based on a closed architecture, a tangle of import/export point translators is required. Using an exchange standard, we can design an open architecture for the interchange of models and data. XML(Extensible Markup Language) provides a framework for describing the syntax for creating and exchanging data structures. The explosive growth of XML-based business proposals and standards reflects the urgent requirements and its strength. This paper proposes an XML-based language for sharing decision models within the MSOR/DSS community. The language is able to allow applications and on-line analytic processing tools to models obtained from multiple sources without having to deal with individual differences between those sources. It is expected to be a medium for B2B integration by supporting flexible interchange of decision models.

  • This study proposes Environmental Quality Deployment (EQD) by combining an instrument for measuring customer satisfaction (ENVIROQUAL) with a standard tool of product design in manufacturing called quality function deployment (QFD). The EQD presents the conceptual map of House of Environmental Quality as a means to implementation to help a company know what customers perceive as important in making environmentally friendly product and provide a framework for the translation of customer satisfaction into identifiable and measurable conformance specifications for environmentally friendly product design.

  • In the development of executive information systems (EIS) the selection of an appropriate software package as a system building tool is regarded as a key technology. This paper attempts to shed some light on the evolving field of EIS software packages and provides a helpful Guideline for selecting the most suitable product by addressing significant considerations. A framework is presented that includes a six-step evaluation process: need analysis, team building, vendor survey, identification of decision criteria, and building an evaluation model and its verification. The major evaluation criteria of the full-featured software include: special functionality, reporting, graphics. decision support capability user friendliness, general functionality physical requirements, communication linkage, vendor support, cost related factors, performance, and documentation capability. An illustrative model using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is also discussed to prove the appropriateness of our approach.

  • This paper suggests a balanced scorecard (BSC) framework for measuring and evaluating the performance of knowledge workers in professional service firms(PSFs) which are typical knowldege-based organizations. As a strategic learning system, the balanced scorecard allows business leaders to drive and modify their business strategies based on the balanced measurement of key performance indicators(KPIs), which are basically divided into four domains such as financial achievement, customer orientation, internal business process, and innovation and learning. Conducting a focused case study on performance evaluation of knowledge workers from a balanced viewpoint, we could evaluate their competency and potential in more comprehensive manner. We also employ the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) approach for derive relative weights of key performance indicators and link it to a spreadsheet model for rating the individual performance of knowledge workers in a systematic way.

Derivation of Distributed Generation Impact Factor in a Networked System in Case of Simultaneous Outputs of Multiple Generation Sites

  • A new measure, the distributed generation impact factor (DGIF), is used for evaluating the impact of newly introduced distributed generators on a networked distribution or a transmission system. Distribution systems are normally operated in a radial structure. But the introduction of distributed generation needs load flow calculation to analyze the networked system. In the developed framework, the potential share of every generation bus in each line flow of a networked system can be directly evaluated. The developed index does not require the solution of power flow equations to evaluate the effect of the distributed generation. The main advantage of the developed method lies in its capability of considering simultaneous outputs of multiple generation sites.
