This study was conducted to develop a model of a fee schedule for nursing services.'Regardless of the demand for skilled and professional nursing service today, the Korean health insurance system does not furnish a chapter for the nursing service fee schedule. A nation-wide survey of hospital nursing service fee schedules was to provide practical and realistic data about how the variety of nursing services are being charged. From September 1990 to April 1991, data from the fee schedule used by twenty hospitals located in eight large cities which are designated large medical regions in the Korea Health Care and Patient Referral System were collected. Nursing services and the fees charged for them were analyzed. The nursing services were subjected to a secondary analysis with referrence to reports on “nursing services to be charged in Korea”. The total number of nursing services recommended by the literatures was 177 : finally 141 types of nursing services were selected by investigator as chargable nursing services. In addition, data on managerial characteristics of the hospitals were collected to discover influential variables for a nursing fee schedule model. Under the assumption that all the managerial characteristics of the hospitals influenced the fee schedule, the following model was tested : Fee of nursing services (C) = f(A₁, A₂, A₃, A₄, A/sub 5/, A/sub 6/, A/sub 7/, A/sub 8/,) When, A₁ = number of nurses A₂ = the first salary of a nurse educated in a four year A₃ = scale of nursing management division A₄ = location of the hospital A/sub 5/ = the type of hospital management (profit / non-profit) A/sub 6/ = number of hospital beds A/sub 7/ = years of hospital operation A/sub 8/ = number and kinds of clinical divisions The results showed that the model should be built as follows : C = f (A₁, A/sub 4/, A/sub 5/) Each nursing service was applied to the fee schedule with consideration for the professional level and time-taken to provide the services. Detailed fee schedules were presented in the related tables. Of the 141 kinds of nursing services, 24.8% were chargeble to the Korea Health Insurance, 32.6% of the nursing services were being paid directly by the patienty. The rest of nursing services (42.6%) were not being charged to any source. It was recommened that the Korea Health Insurance Reimbursement system should add a classification system for nursing services that can be used in the national health care program. Further study is needed about how to include 32.6% of the nursing services now being paid for directly by the patients in the health insurance system.
The purpose of this study was to characterize purchase behavior at internet shopping mall and the preference for fashion design through analysis Net generations. The subjects for this sample were teen-agers and university students who had dwelled at pusan and ulsan in south korea. This study had 824 samples who had purchasing of fashion apparels at the internet shopping mall. The sampling data in this survey was analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, T-test, Duncan-test, MANOVA and ANOVA of SPSS WIN package. The results of the study were as follows: 1. It was proved that among 824 individuals, 790(95.9%)individuals uses internet or pc communication and 33 individuals don't use any of them. 35.1% of using internet people have been using that for 1∼2 years. And they used internet for 1∼3 hours in a day(52.9%). And Net generations preferred Internet Shopping Mall because they didn't need to take the troubles of shopping and parking, but at the same time, they seemed to have distrust because they couldn't check the products personally. 2. People who decide to purchase by products and pursuit of information prefer cuffs, collar design, people of pursuit of convenience prefer sleeve, neckline, pants design, people of advertising and pursuit of services prefer cuffs, sleeve, collar, neckline, pants design and color. People who was dependent on perception of danger when they purchase preferred color and pattern. 3. It was proved that purchase attitude for men at internet shopping mall was convenience and for women, advertising and pursuit of services. 1318 teenagers decided to purchase mainly by advertising and pursuit of services at internet shopping mall and semi-adult are less dependent on that factors than 1318 teenagers did. Under high school educational course Net generation was dependent on the factors of advertising and pursuit of services when they purchase at internet shopping mall and above university educational course Net generation decide to purchase by the factors of products and pursuit of information. Also, people whose average income was above 3 million won ware dependent on the factors of advertising and pursuit of services and people whose income was under one million won was decide to purchase by the factors of perception of danger. People whose monthly expenditure on purchase was above 50,000 won ware depend on advertising and pursuit of services more than people whose expenditure was under 50,000 won did.

This research was performed for making data-base of cross-breeding between Cymbidium goeringii cultivars. Morphological characteristics were investigated and then genetic relationship was analyzed. Collected 20 Cymbidium goeringii cultivars were clustered into 2 groups. Seven cultivars were clustered into group I, and thirteen cultivars were clustered into group II. Group I doesn't have leaf pattern. Group have leaf pattern. The genetic relationship among collected 20 Cymbidium goeringii cultivars was anaylzed using RAPD with ten 10-mers random primer. Eighty-nine bands were generated by RAPD. Among the rest, three bands were monomorphic and eight-six bands were polymorphic. Overall similarity degree ranged from 0.521 to 0.862. The result of RAPD analysis was clustered into 2 groups, too. Sixteen cultivars were clustered into GroupX, and four cultivars were clustered into GroupY. Result of classification with morphological characteristics and RAPD showed different pattern, but 4 cultivars of GroupY by RAPD analysis were included in groupby morphological characteristics. Crossbreeding combination among low related coltivars in RAPD analysis may get more efficient result.

The purpose of this study is to broaden the understanding of the Security Services Industry Act, and also to examine the meanings of various phenomena by analyzing the media report big data rather than the researchers' perspective on the Security Services Industry Act. In the research method, this study searched for a keyword 「Security Services Industry Act」 that prescribes the security work as an important subject of crime prevention and maintenance of public order in Korea. The data was searched from 1990 to 2021 the BIG KINDS could provide. Also, for the concrete analysis during the period of data search, it was divided into settlement period(1976~2001), growth period-quantitative(2002~2012), and growth period-qualitative(2013~2021). In the results of this study, the media report perception of the Security Services Industry Act is continuously emphasizing the social roles and importance of private security according to the flow of time. The consequent marketability of private security will play great roles in the protection of people's lives and properties in the combination with various other industries in the future. However, the private security industry that provides public peace service together with the police, could be rising as an element that hinders the development of private security industry because of various social issues caused by legal regulations and illegal problems, so it would be necessary to more strengthen its responsibility and roles accordingly.

The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between quality of education service in scuba diving and customer satisfaction and willingness to buy again. Scuba of scuba diving in Seoul was selected as a population and a total of 200 questionnaires were distributed using the "conven-ence sampling" among the non-probability sampling methods. A total of 154 data were used as valid samples, except for 46 questionnaires that were found to have been unfaithfully answered. The data processing method was used by the SPSS18.0 program to perform frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, after analyzing the relationship between the quality of education service and customer satisfaction, the facilities among the quality of education services (β=).349), Program (β=.340) has been shown to affect satisfaction. In addition, if we look at customer satisfaction of the quality of education services, we find that the quality of education has an explanatory power of about 47% of the total quantity of the quality of education services. Second, after analyzing the relationship between the quality of education services and the repurchase, the cost of the quality of education services (β =).215), a program (β=.442) was found to affect repurchase. Also, if we look at the ability to explain the repeat purchase of the quality of education services, it is found that it has an explanatory power of about 53% of the total quantity of the quality of education services. Third, after analyzing the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase (β=).555) was found to affect repurchase. In addition, if we look at the explanatory power of resurchasing satisfaction, we find that it has an explanatory power of about 55% of the total quantity.

In a situation where the recognition of archival services remains minimal, an evaluation of archival information services by users could provide a better understanding of users' practical needs and present helpful information for improved services. A service evaluation by users using questionnaires was conducted in university archives, which can similarly categorize their user groups and have frequent interactions with the users for the provision of services. Questionnaires suitable for the evaluation of university archives were developed based on the review of the evaluation tools in archival information services. From April to October 2015, 113 users' evaluation results were collected from 13 university archives. As a result of goodness of fit tests, the users' service evaluation items were categorized into four parts: Use Results, Provision of Information on Archives, Accessibility to Archives, and Interaction. For those four parts, evaluation by descriptive statistics, T-test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted. Users evaluated Interaction parts highly while they were less satisfied with Provision of Information on Archives. T-test results showed that university archives with search engines and with electronic records management systems were evaluated higher than archives without such technology. In the regression analysis, the Interaction and Provision of Information on Archives parts were found to have an influence on the Use Results part.

Recently, several literary centers have been established and operated to professionally collect, preserve, manage, and utilize literature-related materials at domestic and foreign, the National Museum of Korean Literature will be opened for the first time in 2024. In this paper, at the time of opening the National Literary Museum, the current status and characteristics of the overall service of the National Literary Museum were reviewed based on prior research and advanced cases. For the case analysis, a total of 11 institutions were selected among national literary museums abroad and the status of each institution was analyzed according to the service elements provided, such as operational purpose and major services, exhibition services, library and archive services, educational programs and event services, research and publication services, and other convenience facilities services. Based on the research results, we explored implications that can be applied to the National Literary Museum in Korea, and cultural institutions such as libraries, museums and archives collaborated to discuss a comprehensive service direction to operate the National Literary Museum as a single complex cultural space. In order for the National Museum of Korean Literature to become a literary institution representing the country, it will be important to efficiently service literary resources by maximizing the unique characteristics of Korean literature through cooperation with other cultural institutions.
Background: This study was conducted to confirm the service quality management of care workers, who are direct service personnel of long-term care insurance for the elderly, using unstructured big data. Methods: Using a textome, this study collected and analyzed unstructured social data related to care workers' service quality. Frequency, TF-IDF, centrality, semantic network, and CONCOR analyses were conducted on the top 50 keywords collected by crawling the data. Results: As a result of frequency analysis, the top-ranked keywords were 'Long-term care services,' 'Care workers,' 'Quality of care services,' 'Long term care,' 'Long term care facilities,' 'Enhancement,' 'Elderly,' 'Treatment,' 'Improvement,' and 'Necessity.' The results of degree centrality and eigenvector centrality were almost the same as those of the frequency analysis. As a result of the CONCOR analysis, it was found that the improvement in the quality of long-term care services, the operation of the long-term care services, the long-term care services system, and the perception of the psychological aspects of the care workers were of high concern. Conclusion: This study contributes to setting various directions for improving the service quality of care workers by presenting perceptions related to the service quality of care workers as a meaningful group.
Generative AI services, including ChatGPT, were becoming increasingly active. This study aimed to empirically analyze the factors that promoted and hindered the diffusion of such services from a consumer perspective. Accordingly, a research model was developed based on the Value-based Adoption Model (VAM) framework, addressing both benefit and sacrifice factors. Benefits identified included usefulness and enjoyment, while sacrifices were security and hallucination. The study analyzed how these factors affected the intention to use generative AI services. A survey was conducted among college students for empirical analysis, and 200 valid responses were analyzed. The analysis utilized structural equation modeling with AMOS 24. The empirical results showed that usefulness and enjoyment had a significant positive impact on perceived value, while security and hallucination had a significant negative impact. The order of influence on perceived value was usefulness, hallucination, security, and then enjoyment. Perceived value had a significant positive impact on usage intention. Moreover, perceived value was found to mediate the relationship between usefulness, enjoyment, security, hallucination, and the intention to use generative AI services. These findings expanded the research horizon academically by validating the effectiveness of generative AI services based on existing models and demonstrated the continued importance of usefulness in a practical context.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the utilization behavior of medical services according to the characteristics of socioeconomic status (SES) and prevalence by using the 6th National Health and Nutrition Survey data for adults over 25 years old. Frequency and technical statistical analysis, ANOVA, ${\chi}^2$-test, and regression analysis were performed using SPSS 23.0. The results were as follows: more female than male, 65 years old and over, high school graduate, and unemployed and income quintiles were similar. The SES score considering education level, function, and income quintiles was the highest at 7-8, and most of the respondents felt moderate about their subjective health condition. The mean number of prevalence was $1.07{\pm}1.497$, the mean utilization of outpatient services was $0.50{\pm}0.045$, and the mean number of inpatient services use was $0.12{\pm}0.454$. Depending on general characteristics, there was a significant difference between subjects with prevalence and subjective health conditions. Higher age was associated with lower education, skill level, income, and SES score, and average prevalence was associated with poor subjective health conditions. More serious prevalence was associated with greater utilization of inpatient services. More chronic prevalence was associated with utilization of outpatient services. In other words, higher SES score was associated with lower overall use of medical services. Lower SES score was associated with higher use of medical services. In conclusion, we must develop appropriate health education programs that can prevent diseases in groups with low socioeconomic characteristics. There is the need to construct and implement a community-based appropriate health service system so that proper medical services can be used.
