Various studies have been conducted from the past to the present because stock price forecasts provide stability in the national economy and huge profits to investors. Recently, there have been many studies that suggest stock price prediction models using various input data such as macroeconomic indicators and emotional analysis. However, since each study was conducted individually, it is difficult to objectively compare each method, and studies on their impact on stock price prediction are still insufficient. In this paper, the effect of input data currently mainly used on the stock price is evaluated through the predicted value of the deep learning model and the error rate of the actual stock price. In addition, unlike most papers in emotional analysis, emotional analysis using the news body was conducted, and a method of supplementing the results of each emotional analysis is proposed through three emotional analysis models. Through experiments predicting Microsoft's revised closing price, the results of emotional analysis were found to be the most important factor in stock price prediction. Especially, when all of input data is used, error rate of ensembled sentiment analysis model is reduced by 58% compared to the baseline.

본 연구는 중소기업이 제작한 농기계인 예취기의 사용설명서를 대상으로 SD법을 이용하여 특성을 조사하고, 통계학적인 방법을 이용하여 응답자, 설명서 및 제품별 특성을 분석하였다 기존의 감성공학적 연구들이 단순한 SD법에 의한 수치분석을 제시한 것은 단편적인 분석에 그치고 있으나, 본 연구에서는 군집분석(클러스터 분석)을 이용하여 응답자의 특성을 조사하고, 요인분석을 통해서 설문지의 특성을 도출한 다음, 각 제품 설명서의 특성을 추출하여, 그 방법론을 제시하였다. 실증분석을 위해 평가지를 작성하여 다양한 연령층의 29명을 대상으로 설명서를 평가하게 하고 그 결과를 분석하였다.

This study aims to analyze international trade papers published in Korea during the past 2002-2022 years. Through this study, it is possible to understand the main subject and direction of research in Korea's international trade field. As the research mythologies, this study uses the big data analysis such as the text mining and Social Network Analysis such as frequency analysis, several centrality analysis, and topic analysis. After analyzing the empirical results, the frequency of key word is very high in trade, export, tariff, market, industry, and the performance of firm. However, there has been a tendency to include logistics, e-business, value and chain, and innovation over the time. The degree and closeness centrality analyses also show that the higher frequency key words also have been higher in the degree and closeness centrality. In contrast, the order of eigenvector centrality seems to be different from those of the degree and closeness centrality. The ego network shows the density of business, sale, exchange, and integration appears to be high in order unlike the frequency analysis. The topic analysis shows that the export, trade, tariff, logstics, innovation, industry, value, and chain seem to have high the probabilities of included in several topics.

본 연구는 한국과학기술정보연구원의 OA논문 통합서비스플랫폼(Discover)에 대한 비용편익분석을 통해 사업의 경제성 평가를 수행하였다. 학술연구자 1,313명, 바이오산업 연구개발자 49명, 일반 산업체 연구개발자 102명 등 서비스 수혜 집단별로 설문조사를 실시하여 편익측정에 필요한 기초자료를 수집하였다. 시스템 구축과 운영에 소요되는 비용, 직접편익과 간접편익을 추정한 후, 이를 토대로 비용편익분석과 민감도 분석을 실시하였다. 우선 직접 편익에 한정한 비용편익분석 결과, 총 8년간 사업에 투입된 사업투자비용(약 56.3억)의 약 14배인 820억 원의 편익이 발생할 것으로 추정되었다. 직간접편익을 합산한 비용편익분석 결과 역시 BCR이 최소 98.9, NPV는 5,388억 원 등으로 추정되어 사업의 경제적 타당성이 충분히 확보되었다. 본 분석 결과는 국가 차원의 OA논문 통합서비스플랫폼 개발 및 구축의 타당성 확보에 기여할 수 있으며, 본 연구에서 개발된 편익추정모형은 향후 사업 진행 과정에서 평가도구로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 계량서지학적 분석 방법을 통해 여러 영역으로 나누어진 국내 건강정보 관련 연구를 통합적인 시각으로 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 한국학술지인용색인 데이터베이스를 통해 2002년부터 2023년까지의 국내 '건강정보' 관련 논문 1,193편을 수집하여 시기별 동향, 학문분야, 지적구조, 키워드 변화 시기를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 건강정보 관련 논문 수는 지속적으로 증가하였으며, 2021년 이후 감소하고 있다. 건강정보 관련 연구의 주요 학문분야는 '의공학', '예방의학/직업환경의학', '법학', '간호학', '문헌정보학', '학제간연구'로 볼 수 있다. 건강정보 관련 연구의 지적구조를 파악하기 위해 단어동시출현분석을 시행하였다. 이후 도출된 네트워크의 구조와 군집파악을 위해 병렬최근접이웃클러스터링 알고리즘을 적용한 결과 '건강정보에 대한 의료공학적 관점'과 '건강정보에 대한 사회과학적 관점'이라는 2개의 대군집을 중심으로 그에 속한 4개의 중군집, 17개의 소군집을 파악할 수 있었다. 학문분야와 키워드의 변화 시기를 추적하기 위해 변곡점 분석을 시도하였으며 공통적으로 2010년과 2011년 사이에 변화가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 평균 출판년도와 단어출현빈도를 통해 전략 다이어그램을 도출하였으며 고빈도 키워드를 '유망', '성장', '성숙' 영역으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 본 연구는 주로 내용분석 중심의 선행연구들과 다르게 여러 가지 계량서지학적 방법을 통해 건강정보 관련 연구영역을 통합적인 시각으로 바라보았다는 데 의의가 있다.

최근 유전체학의 발전, 웨어러블 디바이스의 확산, IT/NT의 발전 등에 따라 방대한 양의 바이오-메디컬 데이터가 생산되고, 이에 따라 빅데이터를 활용한 헬스케어 산업이 급속히 발달하고 있으며, 이와 관련된 빅데이터 기술은 국민의 건강 증대와 건강한 고령 삶을 제공하는 핵심 기술로 급부상하고 있다. 또한, 한의학에 대한 과학적 접근이 진행되면서 한약재 성분의 효능을 검증하고자 하는 다양한 분자 생물학 분야의 연구가 진행되고 있다. 하지만 관련 한약재의 주요 성분과 관련된 생화학적 기작을 손쉽게 검색할 수 있는 시스템이 갖추어져 있지 못한 실정이다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 PubMed로부터 한약재와 관련된 논문들을 수집후, 수집된 논문들에 대한 문헌 분석을 통해 추출된 한약재 관련 화합물, 유전자 그리고 생물학적 상호작용 정보를 저장 및 관리하는 한약재 정보 데이터베이스를 구축했다. 또한, 연구자들에게 구축한 한약재 정보 데이터베이스에 대한 직관적 분석을 제공하기 위해 화합물, 유전자 그리고 생물학적 상호작용 정보간 계층구조를 기반으로 네트워크를 구성 후, 해당 네트워크에 대한 다차원 분석을 제공하는 시스템을 개발했다. 마지막으로, 본 시스템은 향후 다양한 한약재 성분의 효능 및 생물학적 기작을 파악하는데 중요한 도구로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

The aim of this study is to identify research trends of "Journal of Fashion Business" by analyzing the keyword network of the paper published between 2006 and 2017. The papers selected for analysis in the study were 287 fashion design articles and 281 fashion marketing articles published between February 2006 and December 2017 and titles, volumes, publishing years, authors, keywords, and abstracts of each paper were collected for data analysis. The research was carried out through selection, collection of article data, keyword extraction and coding, keywords refinement, formation of network matrix, and analysis and visualization process. First, based on the title of the paper used in the analysis, the fashion design/aesthetics, marketing/social psychology, clothing materials, clothing composition, and other fields were classified. Research analysis used the Netminer 4 (Ver.4.3.2) program. Results indicated showed that the intellectual structure of the "Fashion Business" research paper showed key word changes over time, and the degree centrality and between centrality of the keywords.

The interaction between technology and tourism has been a dynamic research area recently. This study aims to review the progress and development of technology in tourism research via a bibliometric analysis. We derive the source data from the Web of Science (WoS) core collection and use CiteSpace for bibliometric analysis, including countries, institutions, authors, categories, references, and keywords. The analysis results are as follows: i) The number of published articles on the role of technology in tourism has increased in recent years. ii) Technology-related articles in tourism are abundant in Tourism Management, Journal of Travel Research, and Annals of Tourism Research. iii) The countries with the most contributions are China, the US, and the UK. The most active institutions are the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, University of Central Florida, Bournemouth University, University of Queensland, and Kyung Hee University. iv) The reference analysis results identify eight extensively researched topics from the most cited papers, and the keyword burst analysis results present an emerging trend. This study identifies the effect and development of technology in tourism research. Our findings provide implications for researchers about the current research focus of technology and the future research trend of technology in the tourism field.

Recently, as the programming education has become essential in school, discussion of how to teach programming has been important. This study performed a meta-analysis of the effect size depending on the teaching and learning method for the programming education. 78 research data selected from 45 papers were analyzed from cognitive and affective aspects according to dependent variables. The analysis from the cognitive aspect showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the effect size depending on whether or not the teaching and learning method was specified in the research paper. Meta-analysis of the research data where the teaching and learning method was designated displayed significances in CPS, PBL and Storytelling. Unlike the cognitive aspect, the analysis from the affective aspect showed that the effect size of the research data without the specified teaching and learning method was larger than those with specified teaching and learning method with a statistical significance. Meta-analysis of the data according to the teaching and learning method displayed no statistical significance. Based upon these research results, this study suggested implications for the effective programming education.

The aim of this study was to analyze the research trends in articles published in the Korean Journal of Medical Education (KJME) and Korean Medical Education Review (KMER) using keyword network analysis. The analyses included 507 papers from 2010 to 2019 published in KJME and KMER. First, keyword frequency analysis showed that the research topics that appeared in both journals were "medical student," "curriculum," "clinical clerkship," and "undergraduate medical education." Second, centrality analysis of a network map of the keywords identified "curriculum" and "medical student" as highly important research topics in both journals. Third, a cluster analysis of 20 core keywords in KMER identified research clusters related to academic motivation, achievement, educational measurement, medical competence, and clinical practice (centered on "learning," while in KJME, clusters were related to educational method and program evaluation, medical competence, and clinical practice (centered on "teaching"). In conclusion, future medical education research needs to expand to encompass other research areas, such as educational methods, student evaluations, the educational environment, student counseling, and curriculum.
